당신 안에 계신 그리스도가 해답입니다

Christ In You Is The Answer

“또 그리스도께서 너희 안에 계시면 몸은 죄로 말미암아 죽은 것이나 영은 의로 말미암아 살아 있는 것이니라”(롬 8:10)

그리스도께 당신의 심령을 드리기 전에 당신의 삶이 어땠는지는 중요하지 않습니다. 늙고, 약하고, 병들고, 가난하고, 분투하던 “당신”은 그리스도와 함께 십자가에서 죽었습니다. 그분이 부활하셨을 때 새로운 당신이 살아나게 되었습니다. 그러므로 더 이상 육신적으로 보지 마십시오. 영으로 보십시오. 이제 당신은 그리스도 안에 있으며 그리스도가 당신 안에 계십니다. 영광, 온전함, 완전함, 성공, 번영은 당신의 삶에 보장되어 있습니다.

성경은 말합니다. “너희 안에 계신 그리스도시니 곧 영광의 소망이니라”(골 1:27). 당신 안에 계신 그리스도가 바로 당신의 삶에 부족하거나 망가져 있는 것이 하나도 없다는 사실에 대한 보장입니다. 어떤 사람은 “오, 저는 제 삶을 그리스도께 드렸고 그리스도가 이제 제 안에 계시지만, 저는 여전히 앞을 볼 수 없어요.” 혹은 “저는 아직도 불구입니다.”라고 말할지도 모릅니다. 당신을 위한 소식이 있습니다!

사도행전 9장에서 사도 베드로는 교회들을 방문하다가 룻다라는 도시에 가게 되었습니다. 그곳에서 베드로는 8년 동안 중풍을 앓던 애니아라는 사람을 만났습니다. 애니아는 그리스도인이었지만 여전히 중풍으로 누워있었습니다. 그러나 무슨 일이 일어난지 아십니까? 베드로는 그에게 그저 “애니아야 예수 그리스도께서 너를 낫게 하시니 일어나 네 자리를 정돈하라”(행 9:34)고 말했을 뿐입니다. 성경은 그가 완전히 나아 즉시 침대에서 일어났다고 말합니다.

당신 안에 그리스도가 계시다면 중풍은 끝난 것입니다! 실명, 난청, 어떤 종류의 아픔이나 질병, 실패, 죽음은 끝난 것입니다! 당신 안에 계신 그리스도가 해답입니다. 오늘의 본문 구절은 그리스도가 당신 안에 계시면 당신의 몸은 죄로 말미암아 죽었지만 영은 의로 말미암아 산다고 말합니다. 당신 안에 그리스도가 계시다면 왜 천식에 적응하고 삽니까? 당신은 반드시 담대하게 “나는 아프거나, 병에 걸리거나, 고통 당하기를 거절한다.”고 선포해야 합니다.

당신 안에 계신 그리스도의 생명을 이길 수 있는 전염병은 세상에 없습니다. 당신은 그분 안에서 보호받고 있습니다. 그분이 “… 너희를 해칠 자가 결코 없으리라”(눅 10:19)고 말씀하신 것은 놀라운 일이 아닙니다. 당신의 생명은 신성합니다. 그리스도께서 당신에게 주신 삶을 살고, 그분께서 당신이 되도록 부르신 그 모든 것이 될 것이라고 결단하십시오. 할렐루야!

고백

그리스도가 내 모든 섬유조직과 몸의 뼈와 혈액 세포 안에 계십니다! 나는 승리와 영광 안에 삽니다. 나는 성공입니다. 나는 승리자입니다. 내 안에 계신 분이 세상에 있는 자보다 크시기 때문입니다. 모든 악으로부터 나는 보호받고 있으며 아픔, 질병, 흑암의 권세에 대한 통치권을 가지고 있습니다. 내가 그리스도 안에 있고 그리스도께서 내 안에 계시기 때문입니다! 할렐루야!

CHRIST IN YOU IS THE ANSWER

And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness (Romans 8:10).

It doesn’t matter what your life was like before you gave your heart to Christ; the old, weak, sickly, poor and struggling “you” died with Christ on the Cross. A new you came alive when He resurrected.

So, don’t look at the physical anymore; see through the Spirit. Now that you’re in Christ, and Christ is in you, glory, wholeness, perfection, success and prosperity are guaranteed in your life.

The Bible says, “…Christ in you, the hope of glory” (Colossians 1:27). The assurance that there’s nothing missing or broken in your life is Christ in you. Someone may say, “But I’ve given my life to Christ; Christ is in me now, but I’m still blind” or “I’m still crippled.” I have news for you!

In Acts 9, Peter the Apostle went visiting the churches and came to a place called Lydda. There, he met a man named Aeneas who had been paralyzed for eight years. Even though Aeneas had become a Christian, he was still paralyzed. But guess what? All Peter said to him was, “…Aeneas, Jesus Christ maketh thee whole: arise, and make thy bed…” (Acts 9:34). The Bible says he jumped right out of bed, completely made whole.

If you have Christ inside you, that’s the end of paralysis! That’s the end of blindness, deafness, any kind of sickness or disease, failure and death!

Hallelujah! Christ in you is the answer. Our theme verse says if Christ be in you, though your body be dead because of sin, the Spirit gives it life because of righteousness. Why would you accommodate asthma if Christ is in you? You ought to boldly declare, “I refuse to be sick, diseased or afflicted.”

There’re not enough epidemics in the world that can withstand the life of Christ in you. You’re shielded in Him. No wonder He said, “…nothing shall by any means hurt you” (Luke 10:19). Your life is divine. Make up your mind you’re going to live the life that Christ has given you, and you’ll be everything He’s called you to be. Hallelujah!

CONFESSION

Christ is in me, in every fibre of my being, in every bone of my body, and in every cell of my blood! I walk in victory and in glory. I’m a success; I’m a victor, because greater is He that’s in me than he that’s in the world. I’m shielded from all evil, with dominion over sickness, disease and the powers of darkness, for I’m in Christ and Christ is in me! Hallelujah!

Be Yielded To Him

“말할 때에 홀연히 빛난 구름이 그들을 덮으며…”(마 17:5)

어느 날, 예수님은 베드로와 야고보와 요한을 데리고 높은 산으로 가셨고 그들 앞에서 그분의 모습이 변형되었습니다. 그곳에 엘리야와 모세가 나타나 예수님과 이야기를 나눴습니다. 영광의 구름이 그들을 덮었습니다. 그 영광이 너무나도 대단하고 초자연적이어서 베드로는 예수님께 이렇게 말씀드렸습니다. “주여 우리가 여기 있는 것이 좋사오니 내가 여기서 초막 셋을 짓되 하나는 주님을 위하여, 하나는 모세를 위하여, 하나는 엘리야를 위하여 하리이다.”(마 17:4)

하나님의 영이 우리를 압도하여 신성한 임재가 강력하게 느껴져서 움직이고 싶지 않은 때가 있습니다. 많은 사람들이 그들 안에 그리고 그들과 함께 하는 그분의 신성한 임재를 인식하지 않기 때문에 기독교를 그저 하나의 종교로 격하시켰습니다. 그들은 성령의 임재를 운반한다는 것이 무슨 의미인지 모릅니다. 그리고 성령이 없다면 기독교는 존재하지 않습니다. 그분이 전부입니다! 당신이 그분을 신뢰한다면 그분은 당신이 생명과 영광의 길을 걷게 하실 것입니다.

많은 사람들이 성령님을 잘 모르기 때문에 자신의 삶에 대한 완전한 지배권을 그분께 드리지 않습니다. 그분이 당신의 삶을 책임지게 하십시오. 그분의 영향력 안으로 들어오십시오. 다른 그 누구보다도 그분께 더 많이 말하십시오. 그분께 모든 것을 무엇이든지 말씀드리십시오. 당신은 그분께서 얼마나 탁월하게 당신을 인도하시고 이끄시는지 보며 놀랄 것입니다. 당신이 자신의 삶을 향한 하나님의 운명을 성취하는 것을 보는 것이 그분의 기쁨입니다.

성령님을 따르지 않으면서 그분에 대해 말하는 그리스도인들이 너무나 많습니다. 모든 그리스도인은 반드시 성령님께 완전히 내어드리는 것을 배워야 합니다. 당신은 재능 있는 설교자, 가수, 운동선수, 작가, 혹은 정치인일 수 있습니다. 그러나 당신이 성령님께 내어지지 않았다면 당신의 삶에 영광은 없을 것입니다. 그분은 하나님의 영광이십니다. 당신이 그분께 더 많이 내어드릴수록 그분의 영광이 더욱 증가하고 당신을 통해 발산될 것입니다.

기도

사랑하는 아버지, 성령으로 충만해지고 당신께서 나를 향해 예정하신 길 안에서 성령의 인도를 받을 수 있는 축복과 특권에 감사드립니다. 나는 성령님께 완전히 전적으로 내어드립니다. 그분의 영광과 축복은 오늘 내가 나의 세상에 그분의 신성한 임재로 영향을 끼칠 때 내 안에서 그리고 나를 통해 표현됩니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

BE YIELDED TO HIM

While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them… (Matthew 17:5).

On a certain day, Jesus took with Him Peter, James and John to a high mountain and was transfigured before them. While there, Elijah and Moses appeared and spoke with Jesus. A cloud of glory overshadowed them. The glory was so much and so transcendent that Peter said to Jesus, “…Lord, it is good for us to be here: if thou wilt, let us make here three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias” (Matthew 17:4).

There’re such times when the Spirit of God overwhelms us and we become so conscious of His divine presence that we don’t want to be anywhere else. Many aren’t conscious of His divine presence in, and with them; they’ve thus reduced Christianity to mere religion. They don’t know what it is to carry the presence of the Holy Spirit. And without the Spirit, there’s no Christianity. He is EVERYTHING! If you’d trust Him, He’d walk you on the path of life and glory.

Many don’t know Him and therefore haven’t given Him full control of their lives. Put Him in charge of your life. Come under His sway. Talk to Him more than you talk to anyone else. Talk to Him about everything

and anything. You’d be amazed how excellently He’ll guide and lead you. His joy is to see you fulfil God’s destiny for your life.

There’re too many Christians who talk about the Holy Spirit but are not submitted to Him. Every Christian must learn to be fully yielded to the Holy Spirit. You may be a gifted preacher, singer, sportsman, a writer or a politician, but if you’re not yielded to the Spirit, there’ll be no glory in your life. He’s the glory of God. The more yielded you are to Him, the more His glory increases in, and effuses through you.

PRAYER

Dear Father, thank you for the blessing and privilege of being filled with the Spirit, being led and guided by Him in the path that you’ve ordained for me. I’m yielded, fully and wholly given to the Holy Spirit; His glory and blessings are expressed in and through me today, as I impact my world with His divine presence, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

“쉬지 말고 기도하라”(살전 5:17)

당신이 직면하는 상황들 중에는 한 번 기도하는 것으로 끝나는 상황들이 있습니다. 그러나 끈질기게 기도해야 하는 상황들도 있습니다. 하나님의 말씀은 다양한 종류의 기도와 각 기도 별로 따라야 하는 규칙에 대해 가르쳐 줍니다.

예를 들어, 다른 사람들에 관한 일일 때 그렇습니다. 특별히 그들의 잘못된 선택과 믿음에 대한 일이라면 그저 한 번 기도하는 것으로 끝나지 않습니다. 지속적으로 그들을 위해 기도하며 중보하고 그들을 속이는 대적을 꾸짖어야 합니다. 당신은 그 대적이 물러가고 변화가 있을 때까지 반복적으로 압박을 가해야 합니다.

오늘날 세상에는 악한 일이 너무 많이 일어나고 있습니다. 그리고 원수의 계략은 때가 되기 전에 적그리스도의 세상을 만드는 것입니다. 우리는 그 일을 막아야 합니다. 성경은 의인의 효과적이고 열렬한 기도에는 엄청난 능력이 있다고 말합니다. 우리는 영 안에서 지속적으로 압박을 가하여 어둠의 법들과 활동들을 뒤엎을 것입니다.

하나님은 사탄이 문제라고 생각하신 적이 없고 지금도 그렇게 생각하지 않으십니다. 그분은 우리에게 마귀와 흑암의 권세를 다스리는 권세를 주셨기 때문입니다. 대부분의 문제는, 일부 하나님의 자녀들이 영혼을 구원하는 믿음보다 개인의 이익에 더 초점을 맞추는 것에 있습니다. 만일 우리가 열렬한 기도 가운데 영혼구원, 중보기도, 간구, 감사, 복음전파에 더욱 집중한다면 우리가 살고 있는 세상은 분명 더 나은 곳이 될 것입니다.

이것이 하나님께서 우리에게 명하신 것입니다. 그리고 그분은 우리에게 그 일의 결과와 우리가 그 일을 해야 하는 이유를 말씀하셨습니다. “그러므로 내가 첫째로 권하노니 모든 사람을 위하여 간구와 기도와 도고와 감사를 하되 임금들과 높은 지위에 있는 모든 사람을 위하여 하라 이는 우리가 모든 경건과 단정함으로 고요하고 평안한 생활을 하려 함이라 이것이 우리 구주 하나님 앞에 선하고 받으실 만한 것이니 하나님은 모든 사람이 구원을 받으며 진리를 아는 데에 이르기를 원하시느니라”(딤전 2:1-4). 말씀을 따라 이렇게 기도하십시오.

예수님은 “…그들에게 항상 기도하고 낙심하지 말아야…”(눅 18:1)한다고 말씀하셨습니다. 우리가 그 지시를 따라 성령이 인도하시는 대로 기도한다면, 우리는 온 세상을 예수 그리스도께로 데려갈 것입니다. 하나님께 영광 드립니다!

기도

나는 영혼들에 대한 마귀의 권세를 무너뜨리고, 오늘 전 세계 사람들의 심령에 복음이 들어가서 그들이 어둠에서 빛으로 돌아오게 하고 그들의 심령에 그리스도의 의가 세워질 것을 선포합니다. 복음을 방해하는 모든 것은 예수 그리스도의 이름으로 없어지며 열방에 엄청난 영혼의 추수가 일어날 것입니다. 아멘.

CONTINUE IN PRAYER

Pray without ceasing (1 Thessalonians 5:17).

There’re certain situations you may face and all you have to do is pray once, and that’s it.

But there’re other situations that call for persistence in prayer. The Word of God teaches us about different kinds of prayers and what rules apply to them.

For example, when dealing with things about other people, especially when it has to do with their wrong choices and beliefs, you don’t just pray once and go away. You continue in prayer, interceding for them, rebuking the adversary that’s deceiving them. You have to repeatedly mount pressure against the adversary until he lets go and there’s a change.

There’s so much evil going on in the world today and the plan of the enemy is to set up the world of the antichrist before the time. But we have to prevent that. The Bible says the effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man makes tremendous power available. We will keep pressing in the spirit, overturning the decrees and activities of darkness.

God has never thought, and doesn’t think, Satan is a problem, because He gave us authority over demons and the powers of darkness. The problem, for the most part, has been that some of God’s children focused more on personal gains instead of the faith to save men. Our world would surely be a better place if

we would focus more on the souls of men in fervent prayers, intercessions, supplications, giving of thanks and preaching the Word.

That’s what He charged us to do, and He told us the outcome and why we should do it: “I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth”

(1 Timothy 2:1-4). Follow the Word and pray like this.

Jesus said, “…men ought always to pray, and not to faint” (Luke 18:1). If we’d follow the order and pray as the Spirit indicates, we’d take this whole world for Jesus Christ. Glory to God!

PRAYER

I break the power of the devil off the souls of men and declare that the Gospel penetrates the hearts of many around the world today, turning them from darkness to light, with the righteousness of Christ established in their hearts. Every hindrance to the Gospel is destroyed in the Name of Jesus Christ, and there’s a massive harvest of souls in the nations. Amen.

The Right Foundation

“갓난 아기들 같이 순전하고 신령한 젖을 사모하라 이는 그로 말미암아 너희로 구원에 이르도록 자라게 하려 함이라”(벧전 2:2)

바로 서서 견디려면 단단하고 좋은 토대가 있어야 합니다. 그러므로 모든 그리스도인은 하나님의 말씀과 그리스도의 교리의 올바른 토대가 있어야 합니다. 이는 다른 것이 섞이지 않은 순수한 하나님의 말씀에 대한 엄청난 갈망으로부터 시작합니다. 오직 하나님의 말씀만이 당신의 영적 성장을 보장합니다.

성경은 당신이 기초 원리를 이해하는 것부터 시작하여 완전함에 이르도록 성장하는 것을 강조합니다. 누가는 사도 바울이 2년 동안 매일 어떻게 두란노 서원에서 토론하고 가르치며 새롭게 그리스도인이 된 사람들에게 하나님의 말씀을 제시했는지 기록합니다(행 19:1-10).

기도

사랑하는 아버지, 나는 당신과 당신의 은혜의 말씀에 온전히 전념합니다. 당신의 말씀은 나를 지을 수 있으며 그리스도 안에 있는 나의 합법적인 유업 안에 살고 누리도록 도울 수 있습니다. 나는 말씀 안에서 견고한 토대 위에 지어지며 말씀과 성령을 통해 성장합니다. 나는 영광에서 영광으로 변모되며 내 삶을 향한 당신의 운명과 계획을 성취하는 자리에 위치합니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

THE RIGHT FOUNDATION

As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby (1 Peter 2:2)

Everything that would stand and endure needs a good, rock-solid foundation. Therefore, every Christian must have the right foundation of the Word of God and doctrine of Christ. It begins with a ravenous appetite for the pure, unadulterated Word of God. Nothing but God’s Word guarantees your spiritual growth.

The Scriptures emphasize growing unto perfection, starting with ensuring you understand the fundamentals.

Luke reports how the Apostle Paul used The School of Tyrannus to debate and teach, presenting the Word of God on a daily basis to the new Christians for a space of two years (Acts 19:1-10).

Paul had different categories of people who were at different stages of learning, but he ensured they all had the right spiritual foundation. After the foundations, however, it’s important to move to the higher class, the more advanced teachings: “Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God, Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment. And this will we do, if God permit” (Hebrews 6:1-3).

All of these help to lay a good and solid foundation upon which a successful and fulfilling Christian life and ministry can be built.

The words of Jesus about having a solid foundation for your life is an important food for thought; meditate on it always. He said, “…everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock. But everyone who hears these words of mine and does not put them into practice is like a foolish man who built his house on sand. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell with a great crash” (Matthew 7:24-27 NIV).

PRAYER

Dear Father, I’m fully committed to you and to the Word of your grace, which is able to build me up and help me walk in, and enjoy, my rightful inheritance in Christ. I’m built on a rock-solid foundation in the Word, and growing through the Word and the Spirit.

I’m transformed from glory to glory and positioned to fulfil your destiny and plan for my life, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Be Bold About Him

만일 당신이 예수님을 사랑한다면, 당신은 그분의 메시지와 그분을 섬기는 일에 열정을 갖게 될 것입니다. 만약 당신이 복음의 메시지가 당신의 삶을 변화시켰다고 진정 믿는다면, 당신은 그 사실에 대해 공개적으로 말하는 일에 담대할 것입니다. 그리고 당신이 받은 복음을 다른 사람들에게 전하는 일에도 담대할 것입니다.

BE BOLD ABOUT HIM

It’s news I’m most proud to proclaim, this extraordinary Message of God’s powerful plan to rescue everyone who trusts him, starting with Jews and then right on to everyone else! (Romans 1:16 MSG).

The Apostle Paul was passionate about the Gospel and proclaimed it with all passion, boldness, audacity, faith, and conviction. In Romans 1:16-17, he said, “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.”

If you love Jesus, you’ll be passionate about His message and about serving Him. If you truly believe that the message of the Gospel has changed your life, you’ll be bold to speak about it openly; you’ll be bold to reach out to others with the Gospel you’ve received.

Never be shamefaced about Christ, the message of the Gospel or your identity with Him. At every opportunity, preach the Gospel. You might say, “I don’t know what to say”; begin with your testimony of Christ?how He changed your life. Talk about our inextricable oneness with Him, His liquid and unconditional love for all, His grace, mercy and kindness.

Be impenitent about your love for Jesus. Don’t be ashamed of who you are in Him, and don’t let others make you ashamed of what you believe. Jesus said, “For whosoever shall be ashamed of me and of my words, of him shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he shall come in his own glory, and in his Father’s, and of the holy angels” (Luke 9:26). If you think Jesus changed your life, you have to be bold to talk about it;

be bold to express it; be bold to tell others what Jesus Christ means to you and what He’s done in your life.

You’re a witness of who He is.

PRAYER

Dear Father, you’re gracious and kind; thank you for your steadfast love that never ceases, your faithfulness that’s ever sure. Thank you for your grace; the grace of salvation that’s upon all men, and for the courage, guidance, and leading of the Spirit for all your children, as they preach the Gospel today, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Don’t Be Careless With Words

“사무엘이 자라매 여호와께서 그와 함께 계셔서 그의 말이 하나도 땅에 떨어지지 않게 하시니”(삼상 3:19)

오늘의 본문 구절은 하나님에 대한 매우 중요한 사실을 보여줍니다. 그분은 말을 중요하게 여기십니다. 예수님은 그분의 가르침을 통해 말이 얼마나 중요한지를 여러 차례 강조하셨습니다. 예수님은 마태복음 12:35-36에서 이렇게 말씀하셨습니다. “… 사람이 무슨 무익한 말을 하든지 심판 날에 이에 대하여 심문을 받으리니.” 그것은 심각한 경고였습니다.

예수님은 사람들이 하는 일부 무익한 말들이 아니라, 모든 무익한 말들에 대해 심판을 받을 것이라고 말씀하셨음을 주목하십시오. 무익한 말들이란 공허하고 헛된 말입니다. 무심코 내뱉는 농담이자 횡설수설하는 말입니다. 그분은 에베소서 4:29에서 다음과 같이 말씀하십니다. “무릇 더러운 말은 너희 입 밖에도 내지 말고 오직 덕을 세우는 데 소용되는 대로 선한 말을 하여 듣는 자들에게 은혜를 끼치게 하라.”

DON’T BE CARELESS WITH WORDS

And Samuel grew, and the LORD was with him, and did let none of his words fall to the ground(1 Samuel 3:19).

Our theme verse shows us something very significant about God; He places premium on words. Jesus emphasized the importance of words several times in His teachings. In Matthew 12:36, He said, “…every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.”

That’s a serious warning.

Notice He didn’t say men shall give account for some idle words that they speak, but for every idle word. Idle words are empty, ineffectual words; careless jesting and ramblings; coarse language. In Ephesians 4:29, He said, “Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.”

Not only must your words be gracious and edifying always, they must also be faith words. Words are things; they have substance; they create or destroy.

“Death and life are in the power of the tongue…” (Proverbs 18:21). Don’t be careless with words. Your words represent you; they’re your life. Mark 11:23 says, “For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea…he shall have whatsoever he saith.” You’re what you say. Jesus said in Matthew 12:37, “For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.”

Even salvation is activated by words. Romans 10:9-10 tells us, “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.” Take words seriously.

PRAYER

Dear Father, I thank you for infusing my words with your divine power to cause changes, bring about positive transformations, healing and prosperity.

Out of the abundance of my heart, I speak forth life, strength, courage, and thus, dispel fear, weakness and failure. I impact my world with blessings through my words, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

오늘의 본문 구절은 경건하지 않은 자들이 악한 행실로 인해 하나님으로부터 떠나고 그들의 생각으로 원수가 되었다고 말합니다. 다른 말로 하면, 그들은 자신들의 악한 행실로 인하여 그들의 생각 가운데서 하나님의 원수가 된 것입니다. 그러나 분명한 사실은, 하나님께서 그들을 원수라고 말씀하지 않으셨다는 것입니다. 오히려 그분은 화목하게 하시는 분입니다. 성경은 말합니다. “곧 하나님께서 그리스도 안에 계시사 세상을 자기와 화목하게 하시며 그들의 죄를 그들에게 돌리지 아니하시고…”(고후 5:19)

골로새서 1:22은 우리에게 그리스도의 구원 사역의 목적과 결과를 알려줍니다. “… 너희를 거룩하고 흠 없고 책망할 것이 없는 자로 그 앞에 세우고자 하셨으니.” 그분은 그 일을 행하시기 전에 자신이 어떤 일을 할지 미리 아셨습니다. 로마서 5:6은 말합니다. “우리가 아직 연약할 때에 기약대로 그리스도께서 경건하지 않은 자를 위하여 죽으셨도다.” 정말 감동적입니다.

기도

HE DIED FOR THE UNGODLY

And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled (Colossians 1:21).

The scripture above describes the ungodly as alienated from God, and enemies in their minds by wicked works. In other words, they were enemies of God in their minds because of their wicked works. Evidently, it wasn’t God who declared them enemies; rather, He’s the One reconciling them. The Bible says, “To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them…” (2 Corinthians 5:19).

This is similar to what transpired between God and Adam in the Garden. Adam sinned against God and ran into hiding (Genesis 3:8). But God came looking for him; He said, “Adam, where are you?” How gracious He is! While we were sinners, in God’s mind, we weren’t enemies; He was working out how to bring us to Himself; He was working on a plan.

Colossians 1:22 tells us that the purpose and summation of Christ’s redemptive work was “…to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight.” He knew what He was going to do before He did it. Romans 5:6 says, “For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.” This is so touching.

He didn’t wait for us to become godly before He died for us. He initiated the reconciliation: “For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life” (Romans 5:10). Hallelujah! Let this love be expressed through you to the ungodly in reaching out to them with the Gospel. Let them know God isn’t mad at them; they can come to Him just as they are and be accepted.

He said in Isaiah 1:18, “…though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.” He’s the One that washes, sanctifies and justifies the ungodly in the Name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God. Hallelujah!

PRAYER

Holy Father, thank you for committing to me the ministry of reconciliation; I’m grateful for the privilege of being your co-labourer and partner in ministering to the ungodly and bringing them salvation in Christ Jesus. As the Gospel is preached around the world today, I pray that faith is stirred in the hearts of many to receive the message and be converted, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

건강하게 사십시오

Live In Health

“너희 몸은 너희가 하나님께로부터 받은 바 너희 가운데 계신 성령의 전인 줄을 알지 못하느냐 너희는 너희 자신의 것이 아니라”(고전 6:19)

당신 안에 계신 그리스도는 당신의 신성한 건강에 대한 보장입니다. 주 예수님이 당신의 신성한 건강을 위한 계획을 완수하셨으므로 어떤 그리스도인도 아파서는 안 됩니다. 성경은 그분이 생명과 불멸을 가져오셨다고 말합니다(딤후 1:10). 이는 당신 안에는 오직 생명만이 역사함을 뜻합니다. 생명의 성령의 법이 당신 안에 역사하고 있습니다.

고백

LIVE IN HEALTH

What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? (1 Corinthians 6:19).

Christ in you is your assurance of divine health.

No Christian ought to be sick, because the Lord Jesus consummated the plan of divine health. The Bible says He brought life and immortality to light (2 Timothy 1:10); that means only life works in you; the law of the Spirit of life is at work in you.

Take charge of your health and rule over your body with the Word of God. If you notice any problem in any part of your body, declare, “In the Name of Jesus, I cut off this anomaly from my body.” Maybe it’s migraine headaches, and it has affected your academics or your job; put your hands on your head and say, “Head, in the Name of Jesus, I command you to be healed!” Don’t excuse sickness; don’t let it hinder you from making an impact in your world with the Gospel!

You don’t need that heart trouble you’ve been suffering with; it’s time to wake up to who you are!

Place your hand on your chest and say, “Heart, become normal, in the Name of Jesus!” And it’ll be so. Refuse to yield your body to sickness. Divine health is your right in Christ; it’s God’s will for you. He said in 3 John 1:2,

“…I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.”

The Word of God is medicine to your body (Proverbs 4:22). Choose to be healthy and strong. Live by God’s Word, and refuse to observe lying vanities.

CONFESSION

I refuse to be moved by what I feel, or what my senses tell me. Sickness has no place in my body. I’m an associate of the God-kind, with the indestructible life of God in me. I’m healthy and strong! The life of God is at work in every fibre of my being, in every cell of my blood and in every bone of my body. Hallelujah!

구약에서, 하나님은 우리를 위해 적그리스도의 영을 여러가지 방식으로 예언적으로 묘사하셨습니다. 그리고 그분은 그 영이 한 사람 안에서 완전히 나타날 때까지 각 단계에서 어떤 일을 하는지 우리가 이해할 수 있도록 도와주셨습니다. 그러나 우리가 아직 이 땅에 있는 한, 교회가 휴거되기 전에 사탄과 그의 흑암의 세력들은 이 땅에 그들의 악한 체제를 확립할 기회를 잡지 못합니다. 우리는 그들이 이길 수 없는 것을 가지고 있기 때문입니다. 그것은 바로 예수의 이름과 성령의 능력으로 선포된 하나님의 말씀입니다.

“앗수르”는 적그리스도의 예언적 이름 중 하나입니다. 따라서 우리는 우리 입에 있는 하나님의 말씀으로 이 악한 어둠의 주관자들을 무찌르고 그의 계획을 무산시킵니다. 예수 그리스도의 교회인 우리가 이 땅에 있는 한, 오직 하나님의 뜻과 목적만이 이 땅에 세워질 것입니다. 하나님께 영광 드립니다!

고백

성령의 능력으로 대적은 패하고 원수의 계획은 산산이 부서집니다. 사람들의 심령은 감동을 받고 의로 세워집니다. 당신의 영광이 열방에 임하고 영향을 끼치며, 마귀가 세상에 불러일으키는 모든 형태의 악, 혼란, 부정, 두려움을 깨뜨립니다. 복되신 주 예수님께 찬양과 영광을 드립니다. 아멘.

WE HAVE SOMETHING THEY CAN’T WITHSTAND

For through the voice of the LORD shall the Assyrian be beaten down, which smote with a rod (Isaiah 30:31).

In the Old Testament, God prophetically described the spirit of the antichrist in several ways for us, and He helped us understand what that spirit would do in different phases, until he’s fully manifested in a man. But as long as we’re still in the earth, before the Rapture of the Church, Satan and his cohorts of darkness don’t stand a chance in establishing their evil order. We have something that they can’t withstand: the Name of Jesus and the Word of God spoken in the power of the Holy Spirit.

Observe something in our theme verse: the phrase, “the voice of the LORD”; it refers to the Word of God spoken by the power of the Holy Spirit. That means the “rhema” of God, which is the sword of the Spirit; it discomfits Satan and the princes of darkness.

Satan puts people in bondage and makes tyrants and despots out of leaders. Think about a man who was very humane when he was elected a government official but suddenly becomes a tyrant afterwards. Why? Satan took over his mind. This is what happened in some countries. Suddenly, some leaders metamorphosed into cruel dictators and the people lost their civil liberties.

But the Bible says, “And the LORD shall cause his glorious voice to be heard, and shall shew the lighting down of his arm, with the indignation of his anger, and with the flame of a devouring fire, with scattering, and tempest, and hailstones. For through the voice of the LORD shall the Assyrian be beaten down, which smote with a rod” (Isaiah 30:30-31).

“The Assyrian” is one of the prophetic names of the Antichrist. Thus, by the Word of God on our lips we cut off and beat down this evil prince of darkness and thwart his plans. As long as we, the Church of Jesus Christ, are in the earth, only the will and purpose of God will be established. Glory to God!

CONFESSION

By the power of the Holy Spirit, the adversary is beaten down and the plans of the enemy shattered.

The hearts of men around the world are stirred and established in righteousness; the glory of God rests on, and influences the nations and all forms of evil, turmoil, wickedness and terror the devil seeks to unleash on the world are thwarted, to the praise and glory of the blessed Lord Jesus. Amen.

하나님의 날개 안에서의 치유

Healing In His Wings

“그러나 내 이름을 두려워하는 너희에게는 의의 태양이 그의 날개에 치유를 가지고 솟아오르리니, 그리하면 너희는 나가서 외양간의 송아지들처럼 자라리라.”(말 4:2, 한글킹제임스)

성경에는 예수님의 옷자락에 손을 대고 즉시 치유를 받은 사례가 여러 번 등장합니다. 예를 들어, 누가복음 8장에는 혈루증 앓는 여인이 12년 동안 질병으로 고생하며 자신의 수입을 의사들에게 전부 썼지만 소용이 없었던 이야기가 나옵니다. 그러나 성경은 그녀가 “예수의 뒤로 와서 그의 옷 가에 손을 대니 혈루증이 즉시 그쳤더라”(눅 8:44)고 말합니다.

위 구절에 나오는 “가”라는 단어는 그리스어 “크라스페돈(Kraspedon)”으로 옷에 달린 술을 의미합니다. 또한 마태복음 14장에서 예수님이 게네사렛에 가셨을 때 그 곳 사람들이 치유받기 위해 그분께 몰려왔습니다. 성경은 그들이 “다만 예수의 옷자락에라도 손을 대게 하시기를 간구하니 손을 대는 자는 다 나음을 얻으니라”(마 14:36)고 말합니다.

그들은 많은 병자들을 예수님께 데려왔습니다. 예수님은 아무 행동도 하실 필요가 없었습니다. 병자들에게 필요한 것은 그분의 옷자락을 만지는 것뿐이었습니다. 정말 놀랍습니다! 마가복음 6:56은 말합니다. “아무 데나 예수께서 들어가시는 지방이나 도시나 마을에서 병자를 시장에 두고 예수께 그의 옷 가에라도 손을 대게 하시기를 간구하니 손을 대는 자는 다 성함을 얻으니라.”

예수님의 옷자락에 어떤 특별한 점이 있었습니까? 모든 유대인들도 그들의 옷에 예수님과 같은 술을 달고 있었습니다. (민수기 15:37-38을 읽어보십시오.) 따라서 예수님의 옷 모양이나 스타일이 중요한 것이 아니라 옷을 입은 사람이 중요한 것이었습니다. 예수님을 만지고 치유를 받은 사람들은 그분이 메시아임을 믿었습니다. 그러므로 그분의 옷자락을 포함한 그분과 관련된 모든 것은 병을 고쳤습니다.

이것이 우리가 오늘의 본문 구절에서 읽은 내용입니다. “… 의의 태양이 그의 날개에 치유를 가지고 솟아오르리니…” 여기에 나오는 “날개”라는 단어는 히브리어로 “카나프(kanaph)”이며, 옷깃이나 술을 의미합니다. 예수님은 그분의 옷 가에 치유를 지니고 계셨고, 사람들은 그 사실을 알고 있었습니다! 하나님께 영광 드립니다! 오늘날에도 그 능력은 그분의 이름 안에서 여전히 가능합니다. 그러므로 오늘 당신의 몸이 아프거나 당신이 알고 있는 누군가가 아프다면, 그 아픔과 질병과 허약함에 대항하여 예수 이름을 사용하십시오. 치유는 보장되어 있습니다. 할렐루야!

기도

하나님 아버지, 당신의 한없는 사랑에 감사드립니다. 나는 당신의 자녀들 중 몸이 아픈 사람들이 오늘 한계와 속박의 자리에서 일어나 건강하고 강건해지기를 기도합니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

HEALING IN HIS WINGS

But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall (Malachi 4:2).

In the Scriptures, there’re several instances where people touched the hem of Jesus’ garment and received instant healing. For example, Luke 8 talks about the woman with the issue of blood, who suffered for twelve long years, spending all her earnings on physicians to no avail. But the Bible says she “… touched the border of his garment: and immediately her issue of blood stanched” (Luke 8:44).

The word, “border” in this verse is “Kraspedon” (Greek), and it means fringes or tassels. Also, in Matthew 14, when Jesus came to the land of Gennesaret, the people of that region rushed to Him for healing, and the Bible says they “…besought him that they might only touch the hem of his garment: and as many as touched were made perfectly whole” (Matthew 14:36).

They brought so many sick people to Jesus, and He didn’t have to do anything; all they needed was to touch the fringes of His garment. Remarkable!

Mark 6:56 says, “And whithersoever he entered, into villages, or cities, or country, they laid the sick in the streets, and besought him that they might touch if it were but the border of his garment: and as many as touched him were made whole.”

What was special about the border of Jesus’ garment? Every Jew had the same fringes in their garments as Jesus (Read Numbers 15:37-38). So, it wasn’t about the fashion or style of His garment but the one wearing it. Those that touched Him to be healed believed He was the Messiah; therefore, everything about Him, including the fringes of His garment, would produce healing.

That’s what we read in our theme verse. It says:

“…the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings….” The word, “wings” is “ka?na?ph” in Hebrew, and it refers to the border or the fringes. Jesus had healing in His fringes, and they knew it! Glory to God!

That power is still available today in His Name. So, if you’re sick in your body today, or you know someone who is, use the Name of Jesus against that sickness, disease or infirmity; healing is guaranteed. Hallelujah!

PRAYER

Heavenly Father, thank you for your boundless love.

I pray for your children who may be sick in their bodies, that they rise from that place of limitation and bondage today, and be made heathy and strong, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
