신성한 지혜로의 접근
Access To Divine Wisdom

“너희는 하나님으로부터 나서 그리스도 예수 안에 있고, 예수는 하나님으로부터 나와서 우리에게 지혜와 의로움과 거룩함과 구원함이 되셨으니”(고전 1:30)

에베소서 1장을 보면 하나님의 성령께서 사도 바울을 통해 에베소의 교회를 위해 이렇게 기도하셨습니다. “우리 주 예수 그리스도의 하나님 영광의 아버지께서 지혜와 계시의 영을 너희에게 주사 하나님을 알게 하시고”(엡 1:17)
하나님이 그들에게 “지혜와 계시의 영”을 주실 거라는 이 기도의 초점에 주목하십시오. 신성한 지혜 안에서 걷는 것은 그리스도인의 삶에서 매우 중요합니다. 하나님의 말씀이 하나님의 지혜이기 때문에 하나님의 말씀에 연결되어 있다면 신성한 지혜에 연결된 것입니다.
당신이 살면서 어떤 일을 겪어왔는지, 당신에게 조언을 해주는 사람들이 누구인지, 당신이 얼마나 많은 책을 읽어왔는지, 혹은 당신이 살면서 무엇을 봐왔는지는 중요하지 않습니다. 당신 안에 말씀이 없다면 당신은 하나님의 지혜를 잃은 것입니다. 당신이 인생에서 성공하기 위해서는 지혜가 필요합니다. 성경은 지혜가 제일이라고 말씀합니다(잠 4:7). 다른 말로 하면 진짜 가치 있는 것이자 당신에게 필요한 것이 지혜라는 말입니다.
인간의 지혜는 당신을 어느 정도까지 데려갈 수 있지만 오직 하나님의 지혜만이 당신을 끝까지 이끌어 줄 것이며 당신을 모든 면에서 성공하게 해 줄 것입니다. 성경은 그리스도가 당신에게 지혜가 되셨다고 말씀합니다(고전 1:30). 그러므로 당신은 지혜가 부족하지 않습니다. 그리스도 안에는 모든 지혜와 지식의 보물이 감추어져 있으며 그런 분이 당신 안에 사십니다. 그러므로 당신에게는 모든 신비와 비밀들에 접근할 수 있는 통찰력이 있습니다.
당신은 지능이 탁월하고 현명하며 지각이 뛰어납니다. 당신에 대한 이런 사실을 인식하며 이 빛 안에서 걸으십시오. 빌레몬서 1:6(한글킹제임스)은 말씀합니다. “이는 너의 믿음의 교제가 그리스도 예수 안에서 네 안에 있는 모든 선한 것을 인식함으로 인하여 효과가 있게 하려 함이라.” 그리스도가 당신의 지혜이십니다. 그것을 확언하십시오. 당신 안에서 지혜의 영이 활동하므로 당신은 잘못된 결정을 하지 않는다고 선포하십시오!
오늘 일하러 나갈 때, 그리스도가 당신에게 지혜가 되셨으므로 당신의 선택과 행동과 말은 당신의 삶을 향한 하나님의 계획과 목적과 일치하게 된다는 의식을 가지십시오.

기도
사랑하는 아버지, 그리스도 안에서 저를 지혜의 화신이 되게 하셔서 감사합니다. 그리스도가 저의 지혜이시므로. 저는 지혜롭습니다. 오늘 제가 하는 행동과 말에서 지혜가 나타납니다. 저에게는 신비에 대한 통찰력이 있어서 의심을 해소하고 어려운 문장들을 이해합니다. 할렐루야!

ACCESS TO DIVINE WISDOM

But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and
righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption (1 Corinthians 1:30).

In Ephesians chapter one, the Spirit of God, through the Apostle Paul, prayed thus for the church at Ephesus: “That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him” (Ephesians 1:17). Notice the focus of the prayer: that God would grant them “the spirit of wisdom and revelation.” Walking in divine wisdom is so important in the life of a Christian. If you have access to God’s Word, you have access to divine wisdom, for the Word of God is the wisdom of God. It doesn’t matter what you may have experienced in life; it doesn’t matter who your advisers are; it doesn’t matter how many books you’ve read or what you’ve seen in life; if you don’t have the Word in you, you’re bereft of the wisdom of God. And for you to be a true success in life, you need wisdom. Wisdom is the principal thing (Proverbs 4:7); in other words, it’s the real deal; it’s what you need. The wisdom of men may take you some distance; only the wisdom of God will take you all the way, and make you an all-round success. The Bible says Christ has been made unto you wisdom (1 Corinthians 1:30); therefore, you don’t lack wisdom. Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge, lives in you; so you have access and insight into mysteries and secrets. You’re super-intelligent, sagacious and highly perceptive. Acknowledge this about you, and walk in this light. The Bible says, “That the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus” (Philemon 1:6). Christ is your wisdom. Affirm it! Declare that you don’t make bad decisions, because the Spirit of wisdom is at work in you. As you go about ourendeavours today, have the consciousness that Christ has been made unto you wisdom; therefore, your choices, actions and words are in sync with God’s plan and purpose for your life.

Prayer
Dear Father, I thank you for making me an embodiment of wisdom, in Christ. Christ is my wisdom; therefore, I’m wise; wisdom is seen in my actions and heard in my words today. I have insight into mysteries; I dissolve doubts and unravel hard sentences. Hallelujah!

신성의 화신
The Embodiment Of Divinity

“그 안에는 신성의 모든 충만이 육체로 거하시고”(골 2:9)

그리스도인 중에는 예수님이 진짜 누구인지 모르는 사람들이 있습니다. 그분을 알기 전에는 그분을 진정으로 믿을 수 없습니다. 많은 사람들은 그분이 하나님의 아들이라고 말해왔다는 것만 압니다. “하나님의 아들이란 말이 무슨 뜻이지요?”라고 물으면 그들은 대답하지 못합니다.
“하나님의 아들”은 육신 안에 계신 하나님을 뜻합니다. 요한복음 4:24에서 예수님은 사마리아 여인에게 “하나님은 영이시다”라고 말씀하셨습니다. 즉 하나님은 육체로 된 몸이 없으시다는 말입니다. 그렇다면 예수님은 누구십니까? 그분은 바로 “하나님의 몸”입니다.
오늘의 본문구절은 말씀합니다. “그 안에는 신성의 모든 충만이 육체로 거하시고” 이는 신성의 충만한 전체가 예수님의 몸 안에 거한다는 뜻입니다. 이 땅을 거니셨던 예수님 안에 신성의 모든 것이 거했습니다. 그분은 인간의 몸 안에서 걷고 말씀하셨던 살아계신 하나님이셨습니다. 그러므로 하나님의 외모가 어떻게 생겼는지 알고 싶다면, 예수님을 보십시오.
그분이 “아버지께서 내 안에 계셔서 그의 일을 하시는 것이라”(요 14:10)고 말씀하신 것은 당연합니다. 요한복음 14:9에서 예수님은 “나를 본 자는 아버지를 보았다”고 말씀하셨습니다. 모세에게 율법을 주시고, 불로부터 모세에게 말씀하셨으며, 그분의 영광을 통해 이스라엘 자손들에게 말씀하셨던 여호와는 예수 그리스도 안에서 갈릴리 거리를 거니셨던 하나님과 동일한 분이십니다. 그러나 사람들은 그분을 알지 못했습니다!
요한복음 1:10-11은 말씀합니다. “그가 세상에 계셨으며 세상은 그로 말미암아 지은 바 되었으되 세상이 그를 알지 못하였고 자기 땅에 오매 자기 백성이 영접하지 아니하였으니” 하나님이 예수 그리스도의 몸으로 이 땅에 오셨지만 그들은 그분을 알아보지 못했습니다. 성경은 말씀합니다. “아버지께서는 모든 충만으로 예수 안에 거하게 하시고”(골 1:19)
여기 골로새서 2:10에는 비범한 사실이 들어있습니다. “너희도 그 안에서(예수 그리스도 안에서) 충만하여졌으니…” “충만하다(complete)”는 말은 가득 참, 꽉 찬 것을 의미합니다. 예수님을 가득 채운 것으로 당신도 충만하게 되었습니다. 즉 삼위일체 하나님이 당신 안에 거처를 마련하셨다는 뜻입니다.
그러므로 예수님처럼 당신도 신성의 화신입니다. 성령님이 당신의 삶 안으로 들어오셨을 때 이 일이 일어났습니다. 그분은 당신에게 삼위일체 하나님 전체를 모셔왔습니다. 지금 예수님처럼 삼위일체 하나님의 충만함이 오늘 당신 안에 거합니다. 그러므로 예수님처럼 당신도 살아계신 하나님의 살아있는 집입니다.

고백
나는 하나님으로 충만합니다. 하나님이 내 안에 계시고 거니시며 말씀하십니다. 그러므로 나는 보통 사람이 아닙니다. 내 안에 계신 분이 세상에 있는 자보다 더 크십니다. 세상은 내 발아래 있으므로 나는 승리와 번영의 길로 걸어갑니다. 할렐루야!

THE EMBODIMENT OF DIVINITY

For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily (Colossians 2:9).

There’re Christians who don’t know who Jesus really is, and until you know Him, you can’t really have faith in Him. Many only know He’s said to be the Son of God. When you ask them what “Son of God” means, they don’t know. “Son of God” means God in flesh. In John 4:24, Jesus said to the Samaritan woman, “God is a spirit…,” meaning that He doesn’t have a physical body. So, who is Jesus? Jesus is the “body of God.” Our opening verse says, “For in him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily.” This means the fullness, the totality of divinity is resident in the body of Jesus. When Jesus walked the earth, all of divinity was at home in Him. He was God alive—walking and talking in a man’s body. So, if you ever wanted to know what God looked like, in terms of His appearance, you look at Jesus. No wonder He said in John 14:9, “…he that hath seen me hath seen the Father….” The same Jehovah who gave the law to Moses, and spoke to Moses from
the fire, and to the children of Israel through His glory, is the same God that walked the streets of Galilee in Jesus Christ. Howbeit, they didn’t know Him! John 1:10-11 says, “He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. He came unto his own, and his own received him not.” God, in the body of Jesus Christ, came to the world, but they didn’t recognize Him. The Bible says, “…it pleased the Father that in him (Jesus) should all fulness dwell” (Colossians 1:19). Now, here’s something extraordinary: Colossians 2:10 says, “And ye are complete in him (Jesus Christ)….” The word “complete” means fullness; to be made full! You’re made full of the same one with whom Jesus is full. That means the Godhead has His home in you. Therefore, like Jesus, you’re the embodiment of divinity. This happened when the Holy Spirit came into your life. He brought into you the totality of the Godhead; the fullness of the Godhead dwells in you today, as it does Jesus. So, like Him, you’re the living house of the living God.

CONFESSION
I’m full of God; God is in me; He walks in me; He talks in me, and I’m therefore, not an ordinary person. Greater is He that’s in me than he that’s in the world. The world is under my feet, and I walk in the path of victory and prosperity Hallelujah!

말씀대로 행하기
Acting On The Word

“시몬이 대답하여 이르되 선생님 우리들이 밤이 새도록 수고하였으되 잡은 것이 없지마는 말씀에 의지하여 내가 그물을 내리리이다 하고”(눅 5:5)

하나님의 말씀은 완전무결합니다. 그분이 말씀하는 것은 무엇이든지 진리 곧 절대적인 실재이므로 당신은 그것에 인생을 걸어도 좋습니다. 주 예수님은 말씀을 전하려고 베드로의 배를 사용하셨고, 말씀을 마치시고는 물고기를 좀 잡으려면 바다에 그물을 던지라고 베드로에게 지시하셨습니다.
베드로와 그의 동료는 물고기를 잡으려고 밤새도록 힘들게 노력했으나 아무 것도 잡지 못했습니다. 그래서 그는 예수님께 “선생님, 우리가 간밤에 열심히 일했지만 한 마리도 잡지 못했습니다.”(눅 5:5, TLB)라고 말했습니다. 그러나 베드로는 거기서 멈추지 않고 말을 이어갔습니다. “하지만 선생님이 그렇게 하라고 말씀하시니 다시 시도해 보겠습니다.” 베드로는 주님이 말씀하셨기 때문에 그렇게 행동했고, 그 결과 다른 배에 있는 동료들에게 도움을 요청해야 할 정도로 아주 많은 고기를 잡았습니다(눅 5:6-7). 그렇습니다. 말씀대로 행동하는 것이 하나님의 능력을 활성화시킵니다!
종종 사람들은 하나님의 능력이 자신들의 인생을 성공시켜 줄 수 있다는 것을 확신하지만, 그 능력을 어떻게 활성화 시키고, 각 개인의 삶에서 그것을 어떻게 적용하는 지는 잘 알지 못합니다. 누군가는 이렇게 말할 것입니다. “저는 말씀이 이러이러하게 말한다는 것을 알아요. 하지만!…” 이렇게 말하는 것이 바로 그들의 문제입니다. 하나님의 말씀에는 “만약에(ifs)”와 “하지만(buts)”이라는 것이 없습니다. 그저 말씀대로 행하십시오. 당신이 그렇게 할 때, 하나님은 능력으로 그것을 확증해 주실 것이고, 그러면 신성한 결과들이 있게 될 것입니다.
주 예수님이 갈릴리 가나의 혼인잔치에서 물을 포도주가 되게 하셨던 일을 떠올려 보십시오! 기적이 일어나기 전, 마리아는 하인들에게 말했습니다. “그분이 너희에게 무슨 말씀을 하시든지 그대로 하라”(요 2:5) 이것이 비결입니다. 그때 주님은 하인들에게 물로 항아리를 채우라고 지시하셨습니다. 그것은 터무니없는 말이었지만 그럼에도 하인들은 그 지시를 따랐습니다. 손님이 그 물을 마셨을 때, 그것은 그들이 맛본 최고의 와인이 되어 있었습니다(요 2:1-10).
말씀대로 행하는 사람에게는 늘 기적과 간증이 있습니다. 항상 말씀과 일치하여 말하고 행동하십시오. 그러면 하나님의 능력이 당신을 압도할 것이며, 그로 인해 당신은 갈망하는 결과들을 붙잡을 수 있게 될 것입니다. 할렐루야!

고백
하나님의 말씀은 내 삶의 빛입니다. 말씀으로 나는 지혜롭게 행하고 모든 곳에서 하나님의 영광을 나타내며 그리스도 안에 있는 내 유업을 바라보며 붙잡습니다. 나는 오늘도 환경을 다스리고 초자연적인 삶 가운데 걸으며 나타냅니다. 예수 이름으로 고백합니다. 아멘.

ACTING ON THE WORD

And Simon answering said unto him, Master, we have toiled all the night, and
have taken nothing: nevertheless at thy word I will let down the net (Luke 5:5).

God’s Word has integrity. Whatever He says is truth—absolute reality—and you can bet your life on it. The Lord Jesus had just used Peter’s boat to preach, and when He was done, He instructed him to cast his net into the sea for some fish. Peter and his crew had toiled fruitlessly all night trying to catch fish; so he said to Jesus, “Sir…we worked hard all last night and didn’t catch a thing…” (Luke 5:5 TLB). But thank God Peter didn’t stop there; he continued, “…but if you say so, we’ll try again.” Peter acted because the Master said so, and the result was a harvest so great that he needed partners to help him with the multitude of fishes to shore (Luke 5:6-7). Yes. Acting on the Word activates the power of God! Oftentimes, people have no doubts as to the power of God being able to put them over in life, but what they lack is how to activate that power and take advantage of it in their personal lives. Some will say, “I know what the Word of God says, BUT…!” That’s their problem; there’re no “ifs” and “buts” when it comes to the Word; just act on it! When you do, the Lord will confirm it with His power, and there’ll be divine results. Recall when the Lord Jesus turned water into wine at the wedding ceremony in Cana of Galilee. Before the miracle, Mary had said to the servants, “Do whatsoever He tells you to do” (John 2:5). That’s the secret. The Master then instructed the servants to fill the water pots; that didn’t make sense, but they acted on the instruction nonetheless. When the guests drank of it, it was the best wine they ever tasted (John 2:1-10). There’s always a miracle—a testimony—for the one who acts on the Word. Always speak and act in consonance with the Word, and God’s power will overwhelm you and enable you to lay hold on the results that you desire. Hallelujah!

CONFESSION
The Word of God is the light of my life, and by the Word, I see and take a hold of my inheritance in Christ, walking in wisdom, and manifesting the glory of God everywhere. I walk in, and demonstrate, the supernatural today, subduing circumstances, in the Name of Jesus. Amen.

예수님이 우리의 죗값을 담당하셨습니다
He Took The Punishment For Our Sins

“그가 찔림은 우리의 허물 때문이요 그가 상함은 우리의 죄악 때문이라 그가 징계를 받으므로 우리는 평화를 누리고…”(사 53:5)

주 예수님이 고난을 받고 십자가의 고통과 수치를 견디신 것은 그분의 죄나 그분 자신을 위해서가 아닌 우리를 위해서였습니다. 그분은 우리의 자리에서 우리를 대신해 죗값을 치르셨습니다. 십자가 위에서 우리 죄의 짐을 지신 그분은 이렇게 울부짖으셨습니다. “엘리 엘리 라마 사박다니 하시니 이를 번역하면 나의 하나님, 나의 하나님 어찌하여 나를 버리셨나이까 하는 뜻이라”(막 15:34)
하나님은 우리의 죄를 예수님께 얹으셨기 때문에 예수님께 등을 돌리셨습니다. 하박국 1:13은 하나님이 거룩하셔서 불의를 보지 못하신다고 알려줍니다. 예수님은 우리의 죄 때문이긴 했지만, 아버지로부터 분리되는 것을 결코 원하지 않으셨습니다. 왜냐하면 그분은 겟세마네 동산에서 “아버지여, 만일 할 만하시거든 이 잔을 내게서 지나가게 하옵소서 그러나 나의 원대로 마옵시고 아버지의 원대로 하옵소서”라고 기도하셨기 때문입니다.
아버지의 뜻이 우세하여 예수님은 십자가에서 돌아가신 후 지옥으로 내려가셨습니다. 그분은 고난에 처해졌지만 필요한 모든 죗값을 받음으로써 영으로 의롭게 되셨고(딤전 3:16), 다시 살아나셨다고 성경은 말씀합니다. 그분은 우리를 의롭게 하기 위해 살아나셨습니다. “예수는 우리가 범죄한 것 때문에 내줌이 되고 또한 우리를 의롭다 하시기 위하여 살아나셨느니라”(롬 4:25)
의롭게 된다는 말은 ‘무죄가 선고되다’, ‘의롭다고 선언되다’라는 뜻입니다. 그분은 죽음에서 우리를 대신하셨을 뿐만 아니라 부활에서도 우리를 대신하셨습니다. 그분이 죽으셨을 때, 당신도 그분과 함께 죽었습니다. 그분이 장사되셨을 때, 당신도 그분과 함께 장사 되었습니다. 하나님이 그분을 죽음에서 일으키셨을 때, 당신도 새 생명 안에서 그분과 함께 일으켜 졌습니다!
죄와 그 효력과 결과들은 당신을 지배하지 못합니다. 당신은 자유롭게 의와 진리의 거룩함 가운데 주님을 섬기고 그분을 위해 삽니다. 당신은 그리스도 예수 안에서 의로워졌을 뿐 아니라 하나님의 의가 되었습니다.

기도
사랑하는 아버지, 저는 주 예수님이 죄 때문에 최종적인 희생을 치르셔서 이제 아버지의 임재 안에서 의롭게 서 있음을 알게 되어 기쁩니다. 새로운 의의 삶으로 저를 안내해 주시니 감사합니다. 그곳에서 저는 그리스도와 함께 영원히 다스리며 통치합니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

HE TOOK THE PUNISHMENT FOR OUR SINS

But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our
iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him… (Isaiah 53:5).

The Lord Jesus suffered and endured the pain and shame of the cross, not because of His sins or for Himself, but for us. He took our place and bore the punishment for sin on our behalf. While on the cross, bearing the burden of our sins, He cried out in anguish, “…Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani? which is, being interpreted, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?” (Mark 15:34). God turned His back on Jesus because our sins were laid on Him. Habakkuk 1:13 tells us that God is holy and doesn’t behold iniquity. The separation from the Father on account of our sins, was what Jesus never wanted, for which He prayed in the Garden of Gethsemane, “Father, if you be willing, take this cup away from me, nevertheless not my will, but your will be done.” The Father’s will prevailed. Jesus died on the cross, and descended into hell. He was put to grief. Upon taking all the punishment that was necessary, the Bible says He became justified in the Spirit (1 Timothy 3:16), and was raised back to life for our justification: “Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification” (Romans 4:25). To be justified means to be acquitted of guilt; to be declared righteous. He was our substitute in death, as well as our substitute in resurrection. When He died, you died with Him; when He was buried, you were buried with Him. When God raised Him from the dead, you were also raised together with Him in newness of life! Sin and its effects and consequences have no dominion over you. You’re free to serve the Lord and live for Him, in righteousness, and true holiness. You’ve been made, not just righteous but also, the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus.

Prayer
Dear Father, I rejoice, knowing that the Lord Jesus paid the ultimate sacrifice for sin, and I now stand justified in your presence. Thank you for ushering me into this new life of righteousness, where I reign and rule with Christ forever, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

오직 말씀만이 중요합니다
Only The Word Counts

“그러나 우리나 혹 하늘로부터 온 천사라도 우리가 너희에게 전한 복음 외에 다른 복음을 전하면 저주를 받을 지어다”(갈 1:8)

앞일을 알기 위해 죽은 자들과 접촉해도 괜찮다고 생각하는 사람들이 있습니다. 그것은 잘못된 일입니다. 구약에서 하나님은 이스라엘 자손들에게 그런 행동을 하지 말라고 구체적으로 경고했습니다. 이스라엘의 왕이었던 사울이 그렇게 했다가 곤경에 빠졌습니다.
죽은 자들은 앞날을 알지 못합니다. 그러므로 미래를 알려고 그들에게 물어보는 것은 터무니없는 행동입니다. 오직 성령님만이 미래를 아시므로, 우리는 그분이 주시는 통찰력을 통해 밝혀주실 때 장래의 일들을 알 수 있습니다.
예수님은 요한복음 16:13에서 말씀하셨습니다. “그러나 진리의 성령이 오시면 그가 너희를 모든 진리 가운데로 인도하시리니 그가 스스로 말하지 않고 오직 들을 것을 말하며 장래 일을 너희에게 알리시리라” 죽은 사람의 혼령이 당신에게 어떤 비밀을 밝혀주거나 미래에 대한 통속적인 정보를 제공해주리라 기대하지 말고 성령님을 신뢰하십시오.
물론, 성령님이 우리에게 하시는 사역은 여러 방식으로 나타납니다. 그분은 어떤 메시지나 말씀을 당신에게 전달하고자 당신의 목사님이나 형제, 자매의 얼굴을 사용하실 수도 있습니다. 그분은 그런 일을 하십니다. 또는 이미 고인이 되신 분의 얼굴이나 목소리를 통해 당신에게 말씀하실 수도 있습니다. 그분은 영원하시기 때문에 그렇게 하실 수 있습니다. 그분은 제약을 받지 않으십니다.

ONLY THE WORD COUNTS

But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than
that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed (Galatians 1:8).

There’re those who think it’s okay to try and contact the dead for information about their future. It’s wrong. In the Old Testament, God specifically warned the children of Israel not to do it. Saul, the king of Israel, did it and got into trouble for it. The dead don’t know the future; so, it’s even absurd to try to consult with them about the future. Only the Holy Ghost knows the future, and through the insight He grants us, we’re able to know things about the future as He reveals them to us. Jesus said, “Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come” (John 16:13). Trust the Holy Spirit: instead of hoping that, somehow, the ghost of a dead person will
reveal some secrets to you or give you some esoteric information about your future. Of course, there’re manifestations of the Holy Spirit in which He ministers to us in different ways. He can even use the face of your pastor, a brother, or sister to bring you a message or a word; He does such things. He could talk to you through the voice and the face of someone who has passed on to glory. He can do it, because He’s eternity; He’s not restricted. However, everything you hear must be consistent with the revealed body of truth—God’s Word. No matter what you hear, and from whom you hear it, if it doesn’t square up with the Word, discard it. The consistency of the message with the Scriptures is what counts. That an angel brought you a message doesn’t make it any more authentic. What authenticates a message and gives it power is its consistency with the revealed Word of God. It’s the same reason we’re to judge all prophecies (1 Corinthians 14:29), and test all spirits to see if they be of God (1 John 4:1).

Prayer
Blessed Father, thank you for the sure guidance I receive from your eternal Word, and the light it unveils to my spirit. Your Word is my life, and by my faith in your Word, I rule over circumstances, and bring glory to your Majesty, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

“믿음으로 이삭은 장차 있을 일에 대하여 야곱과 에서에게 축복하였으며”(히 11:20)

어제 날짜 『말씀의 실재』를 통해 우리는 축복을 말하는 것의 중요성을 되새겼습니다. 우리는 끊임없이 축복을 선포해야 합니다. 그런데 축복은 믿음으로 선포되거나 말해집니다. 그렇지 않으면 그것은 공허한 말이 될 것입니다. 우리가 하는 축복의 말은 반드시 믿음의 말이어야 합니다. 그 믿음은 하나님과 연결된 믿음이자, 말씀의 계시에 기반을 둔 믿음이어야 합니다. 그 믿음이 말씀을 흥왕하게 할 것입니다.
오늘의 본문구절은 “믿음으로 이삭이 장차 있을 일에 대해 야곱과 에서에게 축복하였으며”(히 11:20)라고 말씀합니다. 마찬가지로 히브리서 11:21은 말씀합니다. “믿음으로 야곱은 죽을 때 요셉의 각 아들에게 축복하고 그 지팡이 머리에 의지하여 경배하였으며” 참으로 놀라운 말씀입니다. 이때 야곱은 거의 앞을 볼 수 없었습니다. 그의 눈은 흐렸지만 그는 성령의 계시대로 그의 손자들을 축복했습니다.

이런 이유로 인해 비록 하나님께서 사람들에 대해 좋은 계획을 갖고 계셔도, 그들이 축복을 받지 못한다면 결코 그 계획을 성취할 수 없을 것입니다. 그들에게는 자신들의 삶에 축복을 말해 줄 사람이 없기 때문입니다. 즉 그런 축복은 이미 영적인 영역에 존재하고 있지만, 그 축복은 말해짐으로써, 다시 말해 믿음의 확언을 통해서만 활성화 될 수 있습니다.
이것이 바로 우리가 올바른 교회 안에 있어야 하고, 우리의 삶에 대한 하나님의 축복을 선포하는 하나님의 사람이 있어야 하는 이유 중 하나입니다. 그런 선포를 통해 당신은 신성한 운명 안에서 걷게 되고, 당신의 인생을 향한 그분의 온전한 뜻을 성취하게 됩니다.

SPEAKING BLESSINGS IS BY FAITH

By faith Isaac blessed Jacob and Esau concerning things to come (Hebrews 11:20).

In our previous study, we reviewed the importance of speaking blessings; we’re to
constantly pronounce blessings. However, blessings are pronounced or spoken by faith; otherwise, they’ll be empty words. The words of blessings that we speak must be words of faith; faith that’s connected to God; faith that’s based on the revelation of God’s Word. That’s what will cause the words to prevail. In our opening verse, we read that, “By faith Isaac blessed Jacob and Esau concerning things to come.” Likewise, Hebrews 11:21 says, “By faith Jacob, when he was dying, blessed both the sons of Joseph and worshipped, leaning upon the top of his staff.” This is really amazing! Jacob, at this time, could hardly see; his eyes were dim, but he blessed his grandsons according to the revelation of the Spirit. Joseph, the father of the boys, thought Jacob was making a mistake when he placed his left hand on the older son, and the right hand on the younger one, and tried to correct his father (Genesis 48:18-19), but no; it wasn’t a mistake. Jacob was blessing the boys by faith. He was seeing into the future, and by the words of blessing, he invoked on them the respective future that God had planned. This is why if people aren’t blessed, even though God has a good plan for them, they’ll never fulfill it, because they have no one to utter the blessings into their lives. Yes, those blessings are there already in the spirit-realm, but they can only be activated by the spoken word; by the affirmation of faith. It’s one of the reasons to be in the right church, and have a man of God who pronounces the blessings of God over your life. Those words will propel you in the path of divine destiny, to walk in, and fulfill His perfect will for your life.

Prayer
I activate the supernatural life of prosperity, health, victory, strength and promotion as I speak forth words of blessings, in faith, over my life and those of
my loved ones. I live victoriously today, in faith, and in the glory of God, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

오늘의 본문구절에서 “낮은”과 “높은”으로 번역된 헬라어를 살펴보면 그 단어의 의미를 보다 쉽게 이해할 수 있는데, 지위나 연장자를 뜻합니다. 즉 이 구절은 상대적으로 약한 사람이 더 강한 사람의 축복을 받는 것을 의미하는데, 상위자가 하위자를 축복하는 것을 뜻합니다. 예를 들어 부모가 자식을 축복할 수 있고 사역자가 그의 회중을 축복할 수 있습니다. 구약에서 제사장은 이스라엘 백성들을 축복을 하도록 요청받았습니다. 신약에서도 우리는 동일한 것을 발견합니다.

PRONOUNCE BLESSINGS

And without all contradiction the less is blessed of the better (Hebrews 7:7).

In our opening verse, the Greek words translated “less” and “better” help us understand what we’re dealing with: ranks, seniority. It’s actually referring to the less strong, being blessed of the stronger; that is, someone of a higher rank blessing someone of a lower rank. For instance, parents can bless their children. A minister can bless his congregation. In the Old Testament, the priests were asked to bless the congregation of Israel. In the New Testament, we find the same thing. The Apostle Paul, for example, blessed the churches. In concluding his letter to the Roman Christians, he said, “And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen” (Romans 16:20). Likewise, in his second letter to the Corinthian Church, he blessed them saying, “The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you all. Amen” (2 Corinthians 13:14).Blessings are conveyed primarily in words, and you can’t bless someone who isn’t already “blessed”; this is a mystery, but also a spiritual reality. You can only bless someone that’s blessed. We read in the Old Testament how God instructed the priests to bless the children of Israel. He said, “…On this wise ye shall bless the children of Israel, saying unto them, The LORD bless thee, and keep thee: The LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee: The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace” (Numbers 6:23-26). They were already blessed people, yet every time they came together, the priests would pronounce these benedictions over them to activate the blessings that are already in them. So, as a child of God, learn to pronounce blessings. You’re blessed to bless. Therefore, wake up in the morning, speaking blessings. The Bible says, “Not rendering evil for evil, or railing for railing: but contrariwise blessing; knowing that ye are thereunto called, that ye should inherit a blessing” (1 Peter 3:9). Pronounce blessings on your family, work, children, business, ministry, academics,
etc., every day.

Prayer
I’m blessed with the fullness of the blessings of the Gospel of Christ. I’m blessed in the city and in the field; blessed in my going out and coming in. In my path are life and peace, glory, abundance and eternal rejoicing now and forever in Jesus’ Name Amen

때때로 그리스도인들은 그 의미를 정확히 알지 못한 채 어떤 말을 내뱉곤 합니다. 예를 들어 “하나님이 당신을 축복하십니다”라는 말은 누군가에게는 그저 멋진 교회 인사일 뿐이지만, 당신이 그 말의 의미를 이해한다면 이는 무척 강력한 말이 됩니다. 축복받았다는 말은 번영할 수 있는 능력이 주어졌다는 뜻입니다. 즉, “축복받는다”는 말은 인생의 모든 분야에서 번영하고 탁월하번영하도록 능력이 주어졌습니다며 승리하고 열매를 맺으며 생산하는 능력이 주어졌다는 의미입니다.

EMPOWERED TO PROSPER

Blessed is the man that trusteth in the Lord, and whose hope the Lord is. For he
shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the
river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit (Jeremiah 17:7-8).

Oftentimes, Christians use certain words, not knowing exactly what they mean. For example, to some people, “God bless you” is a nice church greeting; that’s all they think it is, but it’s something really powerful if you understand what it means. To be blessed means to be empowered to prosper; that you’re blessed means there’s an empowerment on you for prosperity, excellence, victory, fruitfulness and productivity in every area of your life. Now, because you’re blessed, it’s impossible for you to be defeated or disadvantaged; you’re protected and preserved by the Lord. This doesn’t mean you won’t face challenges, but irrespective of the challenges or oppositions, you’ll always win; where others fail, you win. This is your life as a Christian. You’ve been empowered to prosper in all things and deal wisely in the affairs of life. This took effect when you received the Holy Spirit. Even if you were placed in a desert or barren land, you’ll still prosper; the desert will turn into a fruitful field, because you’re the blessed of the Lord. Live every day with this consciousness.

Prayer
Dear Father, you’ve blessed me and empowered me to
prosper in all things and deal wisely in all of my affairs.
I’m supernaturally protected and preserved, walking
in divine favour continually; everything connected to
me prospers, in the Name of the Lord Jesus. Amen.

즉, 소망 없는 상황을 변화시키기 위해서 당신이 해야 할 일은 산에게 말하는 것입니다. 불행하게도 우리는 산에게 말하는 대신 산에 대해 말하는 사람들만을 보게 됩니다. 그것은 상황을 변화시키지 않을 것입니다.

여호수아 1:8(한글킹제임스)은 말씀합니다. “이 율법책을 네 입에서 떠나지 않게 하고 주야로 그 안에 있는 것을 묵상하여 그 안에 기록된 모든 것대로 지켜 행하라. 그리하면 네가 너의 길을 번성하게 만들 것이고 네가 좋은 성공을 이루리라.” 주님은 여호수아에게 성공할 단순한 비법을 알려 주셨습니다. 바로 말씀을 묵상하는 것입니다. 문제를 한탄하며 소중한 시간을 허비하기 보다는 오히려 자신을 납득시키고 상황을 변화시키도록 하나님의 능력과 그분의 말씀의 효력에 집중하십시오.

MEDITATE ON THE WORD…NOT THE CHALLENGES

While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not
seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not
seen are eternal (2 Corinthians 4:18).

In Mark 11:23, the Lord Jesus gave us the recipe for effecting a change in any situation. He said, “you shall have what you say.” In other words, to change hopeless situations, what you need do is to talk to the mountain. Sadly, what we find is people talking about the mountain, instead of talking to it, and that’s not going to change things. As long as you’re discussing the challenges, you’re fellowshipping the problems. You should rather fellowship the Word. Meditate on the Word, not on the problems you seem to be going through, because the so-called problems aren’t real; only the Word is real. What you need is to meditate on what the Word says about your situation. Maybe it’s a growth in your body and you’ve been complaining about it to everyone around you; it’s time to change things! Declare the Word. Say, “Growth, die and pass out of my body in Jesus’ Name, because my body is the temple of the Holy Ghost.” Perhaps, it’s your financial condition that needs a change; get on a Word-therapy. Start poring over
scriptures that talk about your financial prosperity, such as 3 John 1:2, Psalm 23:1, 2 Corinthians 9:8, 2 Corinthians 8:9, 1 Corinthians 3:21, Acts 20:32, etc.
Meditate on them until all you can think, see, and talk is prosperity. God gave you a mouth, not just for eating, but primarily for meditation; so you can speak and effect the changes you desire. In Joshua 1:8, the Lord gave Joshua the simple
recipe for success: meditating on the Word. Rather than waste precious time bemoaning the problem, focus on the power of God and the efficacy of His Word to put you over and effect a change in that situation.

Prayer
Precious Father, I thank you for your superabundant grace in my life, and your glory that I bear. Thank you for the grace of Jesus Christ that has made me rich in all things. You’ve granted me all things that pertain to life and godliness, and for this I praise your holy Name.
