“이는 우리가 그의 몸과 그의 살과 그의 뼈의 지체임이라.”(엡 5:30, 한글킹제임스)

고린도전서 6:17은 말씀합니다. “주와 합하는 자는 한 영이니라” 우리는 주님과 결속되어 있습니다. 우리는 그분과 떼래야 뗄 수 없을 정도로 하나이므로, 그분은 우리가 그분과 연합한 것을 부끄러워하지 않으십니다. 가족이나 사랑하는 사람의 어떤 끔찍한 행동이나 비행으로 인해 그와 어울리거나 동일시되는 것을 수치스럽게 여긴 적이 있었습니까?

히브리서 2:11은 주님이 우리를 “형제” 즉 주님의 형제자매로 부르기를 부끄럽게 여기지 않으신다고 말씀합니다. 이 점을 생각해보십시오. 주님은 당신에 대해 모든 걸 아시지만 여전히 당신을 사랑하고 그분과 당신이 하나인 것을 기뻐하십니다. 주님은 당신과 너무나도 하나가 되고 동일시되셔서 우리에게 그분의 이름을 주셨습니다. 성경은 주님이 우리의 연약함을 동정하신다고 말씀합니다(히 4:15).

당신과 주님이 하나되었다는 것은 당신이 상상할 수 있는 것 중에서 가장 위대하고 경이로운 사실입니다. 그것을 누리십시오. 모든 순간을 포착해서 삶으로 예수 그리스도를 영화롭게 하십시오. 하나님과 같은 부류 곧 그리스도께서 말 그대로 거하시는 자가 된 것보다 초월적인 것은 있을 수 없습니다. 당신은 하나님의 집입니다. 하나님께서 당신 안에 살면서 당신 안에서 그리고 당신을 통해서 말씀하십니다. 그분은 당신 없이는 완전하지 않으십니다.

이 사실을 통해 당신은 그리스도께 당신이 지니는 중요성과 의미를 이해해야 합니다. 당신은 그리스도 안에 있고 또 그리스도는 당신 안에 계십니다. 그리스도는 당신을 통해 그분의 사랑과 의를 다른 사람들에게 나타낼 수 있으십니다. 당신은 이 땅에서 그분의 연장(extension)입니다. 당신이 그분에게서 태어나서 그분과 연결되어 있기 때문입니다. 주님은 요한복음 15:5에서 “나는 포도나무요 너희는 가지라…”고 말씀하셨습니다. 포도나무와 가지는 같은 줄기에 속합니다. 우리에게 하나님이 필요하듯이 하나님께도 우리가 필요하게 하신 것은 아버지의 위대한 설계입니다. 우리가 하나님의 영광이듯이 하나님은 우리의 영광이십니다.

그리하여 예수님은 요한복음 17:19-21에서 이렇게 기도하셨습니다. “…아버지께서 내 안에, 내가 아버지 안에 있는 것 같이 그들도 다 하나가 되어…” 성령님이 우리 안에 살기 위해 오셨을 때 이 기도는 성취되었습니다. 우리는 신성과 하나가 되었습니다. 고린도전서 12:13(한글킹제임스)은 말씀합니다. “…한 성령에 의하여 우리 모두가 한 몸 안으로 침례를 받았으며…” 당신은 말 그대로 하나가 된 신성한 피조물로 성령님과 섞여졌습니다. 하나님을 송축합니다!

고백
나는 주님과 합하여 그분과 한 영이 되었습니다. 나는 그분 안에 살고 움직이며 존재합니다. 나는 하나님의 거처입니다. 하나님은 내 안에 살면서 내 안에서 그리고 나를 통해 말씀합니다. 하나님의 영광은 나를 온전히 덮습니다. 그분의 신성한 임재로 나는 주님의 영광을 위해 나의 세상에 영향을 끼칩니다. 예수 이름으로 고백합니다. 아멘.

CELEBRATE YOUR ONENESS WITH HIM

For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones (Ephesians 5:30).

1 Corinthians 6:17 says, “But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit.” We’re joined to the Lord; we’re inseparably one with Him, and He’s not ashamed of our union with Him. Have you ever had a family member or a loved one, who, perhaps, due to some terrible behaviour or waywardness, you felt ashamed to be associated or identified with him or her?

Hebrews 2:11 says the Lord isn’t ashamed to call us “brethren”; that is, His brothers and sisters. Think about it: despite everything He knows about you, He still loves you and celebrates His oneness with you. He’s so united and identified with you that He’s given you His Name to live by. The Bible says He’s touched with the feeling of our infirmities (Hebrews 4:15).

Your oneness with the Lord is the greatest and most honourable thing you could ever imagine. Celebrate it. Seize every moment to glorify Jesus Christ in, and with your life. Nothing could be more transcendent than being an associate of the God-kind; one in whom Christ literally dwells. You’re God’s house; He lives in you, talks in, and through you. He isn’t complete without you.

This should help you understand your importance and relevance to Christ. You’re in Him, and He’s in you. Through you, He’s able to express His love and righteousness to others. You’re His extension in the earth, because you hail from Him and are connected to Him. He said in John 15:5, “I am the vine, ye are the branches…”; the vine and the branches are of the same stalk. It’s the Father’s grand design for Him to need us just as we need Him: He’s our glory as we are His glory.

In John 17:19-21, Jesus prayed for us thus, “…as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us….” This prayer was fulfilled when the Holy Spirit came to live in us; we’ve become one with divinity. 1 Corinthians 12:13 says, “For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body….” You’ve been literally mingled with the Spirit as one divine creation. Blessed be God!

CONFESSION
I’m joined to the Lord, and one spirit with Him; in Him I live, and move and have my being. God lives in me; He talks in and through me. His glory is all over me, and with His divine presence, I impact and influence my world for His glory, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Be Faithful In Soul Winning

“내가 복음을 부끄러워하지 아니하노니 이 복음은 모든 믿는 자에게 구원을 주시는 하나님의 능력이 됨이라 먼저는 유대인에게요 그리고 헬라인에게로다”(롬 1:16)

그리스도인인 우리는 땅끝까지 복음을 전하라는 명령을 받았습니다. 이는 높은 부르심이며, 또한 당신이 모든 담대함과 믿음과 용기와 확신을 가지고 해야 할 일입니다. 당신은 그리스도와 복음의 메시지에 대해 전혀 부끄러워하거나 변명해서는 안 됩니다. 당신이 그리스도 안에서 누구인지를 부끄러워하지 않는 것은 물론이고, 당신이 믿는 바에 대해 부끄러워한다고 다른 사람들이 여기지 않게 하십시오. 바울은 이렇게 말했습니다. “내가 복음을 부끄러워하지 아니하노니 이 복음은 모든 믿는 자에게 구원을 주시는 하나님의 능력이 됨이라…”(롬 1:16)

디모데후서 1:13에서 바울은 디모데에게 다음과 같이 말했습니다. “너는 그리스도 예수 안에 있는 믿음과 사랑으로써 내게 들은 바 바른 말을 본받아 지키고” 이는 복음의 말은 강력하며 영감과 능력과 신성한 에너지로 가득하다는 의미입니다. 어떤 죄인도 당신이 전하는 복음의 능력의 영향을 받지 않은 채로 한순간도 당신 곁에 있게 해서는 안 됩니다. 복음의 능력으로 영향을 끼치기로 마음을 정하십시오. 너무도 복음에 열중한 나머지 사람들의 삶에 복음의 영향을 끼치고 온 세상에 확산시키는 것이 당신에게 가장 중요한 일이 되게 하십시오.

성경은 많은 사람을 의로 돌이키게 하는 자들이 하늘의 별처럼 영원히 빛날 것이라고 말씀합니다(단 12:3). 복음으로 계속 영향을 끼침으로써 “빛들의 해”인 올해에 주님을 위해 빛을 발하십시오. 더 힘쓰십시오. 예수님처럼 아버지의 뜻을 행하고 그분의 일을 완수하는 것이 당신에게 가장 중요한 일이 되게 하십시오(요 4:34). 그것이 당신이 사는 목적이 되게 하십시오. 하나님은 당신의 세상과 그 너머에 있는 곳에 있는 많은 이들을 구원하는 일에 대해 당신을 믿고 계십니다. 그러므로 영혼 구원자로서 당신의 책임에 신실하십시오.

기도
사랑하는 아버지, 저의 세상과 그 너머의 멀리 떨어진 곳에 사는 이들에게 영원한 생명의 메시지를 가지고 다가가는 신성한 책임을 제게 맡겨주셔서 감사드립니다. 제가 가지고 가는 아버지의 영광스러운 복음의 빛이 회심하지 않은 자들의 심령에 있는 어둠을 몰아내고 종교의 속박을 끊고 아버지의 의 안에 그들을 세웁니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

BE FAITHFUL IN SOUL WINNING

For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek (Romans 1:16).

As Christians, we’ve received the mandate to take the Gospel to the ends of the earth; it’s a high calling. It’s something you’re to do with all boldness, faith, courage, and conviction. You must never be ashamed or apologetic about Christ and the message of the Gospel. Don’t be ashamed of who you are in Him, and don’t let others make you ashamed of what you believe. Paul said, “…I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth…” (Romans 1:16).

It’s only the Gospel that can catapult the sinner into salvation and righteousness. It’s only through the preaching of the Gospel that the righteousness of God can be unveiled and embraced. So, there’re no options to the Gospel. Its power and efficacy is incontrovertible. It’s the only message that, when received, makes sinners sons of God, in a moment of time.

In 2 Timothy 1:13, Paul said to Timothy, “Hold fast the form of sound words, which thou hast heard of me, in faith and love which is in Christ Jesus.”

That means the words of the Gospel are potent, filled with inspiration, power and divine energy. No sinner should be around you over a period without being impacted by the power of the Gospel that you bear. Be determined about that. Be so fired up with the Gospel that its impact in men’s lives, and spread around the world, is all that matters to you.

The Bible says those that turn many to righteousness shall shine as stars forever (Daniel 12:3). Shine for the Master in this “Year of Lights,” by making enduring impact with the Gospel. Go the extra mile. Like Jesus, let what matter the most to you be to do the will of the Father, and finish His work (John 4:34). Let it be what you live for. He’s counting on you for the salvation of many in your world, and in the regions beyond. Therefore, be faithful in your responsibility as a soul winner.

PRAYER
Dear Father, I thank you for entrusting me with the divine responsibility of reaching those in my world and in distant lands with the message of eternal life. The light of your glorious Gospel that I bear dispels the darkness in the hearts of the unconverted, destroying the bonds of religion, and establishing them in your righteousness, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

성령님은 말씀을 통해 우리를 인도하십니다
He Leads Us Through The Word

“무릇 하나님의 영으로 인도함을 받는 사람은 곧 하나님의 아들이라”(롬 8:14)

성령님은 말씀을 통해 우리를 인도하십니다. 당신이 받은 조언이 말씀이 말하는 것과 반대되는 것이라면, 그것은 성령님에게서 온 게 아닙니다. 어떤 사람들은 무언가에 대해 기도하고 나서 어떤 생각이 떠오르면, “하나님께서 나를 이렇게 저렇게 인도하십니다.”라고 말합니다. “그 방향으로 당신을 인도하신 분이 하나님이라고 믿는 이유는 무엇입니까?”라고 물어보면, 그들은 “제가 그것을 놓고 기도했기 때문입니다.”라고 대답합니다.

당신이 기도했다는 사실만으로는 충분하지 않습니다! 당신이 기도한 후에 주님께서 당신에게 뭐라고 말씀하셨습니까? 당신이 주님께서 하도록 인도하신다고 생각하는 것을 가서 하라고 주님께서 분명하게 말씀하셨습니까? 당신에게 떠오른 생각은 말씀과 일치합니까? 당신을 향한 하나님의 완전한 뜻과 일치합니까? 하나님의 말씀은 그분의 뜻이 표현된 것입니다. 성령님께 양보한다는 것은 하나님의 말씀의 주되심과 주권과 인도에 양보한다는 뜻입니다.

그러므로 스스로 말씀을 아는 것이 전적으로 필요합니다. 말씀에 대한 정확한 지식을 갖는 것이 중요합니다. 말씀의 주되심에 복종할수록 성령의 인도를 알아차리기가 더 쉬워집니다. 성령님의 갈망은 당신을 영광에서 영광으로 인도하는 것입니다.

오늘의 본문 구절은 말씀합니다. “무릇 하나님의 영으로 인도함을 받는 사람은 곧 하나님의 아들이라” 당신의 인생을 향한 하나님의 운명을 성취하려면 말씀 안에서, 말씀으로, 그리고 말씀을 통해서 성령님을 따르는 법을 배워야 합니다. 성령님의 인도를 구할 때 서두르지 말고 당신의 영으로 그분의 음성 곧 그분의 말씀을 들을 때까지 인내하십시오. 그러면 당신은 시작할 준비가 된 것입니다! 하나님의 말씀은 당신에게 빛과 방향을 주며, 모든 문제에 대한 해답이 있습니다.

어떤 어려움이나 적대적인 상황과 도전에 직면했든지 상관없이 말씀을 신뢰하십시오. 믿음을 말씀에 두십시오. 오직 말씀만을 생각하고 말하고 살아낼 때까지 말씀에 흠뻑 잠기십시오. 말씀은 우리에게 “성령을 따라 행하라”(갈 5:16)고 명합니다. 그러면 당신은 육신의 욕심을 이루지 않을 것입니다.

HE LEADS US THROUGH THE WORD

For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God (Romans 8:14).

The Holy Spirit leads us through the Word. Any counsel you receive that’s contrary to what the Word says, isn’t from the Holy Spirit. Some people pray about something, then an idea comes to them, and they say, “Well, God is leading me to do such-and-such.” If you were to ask them, “Why do you believe it’s God that’s leading you in that direction?” they’d say, “It’s because I prayed about it.”

The fact that you prayed isn’t enough! What did the Lord say to you after you prayed? Did He tell you expressly to go ahead and do whatever it is you think He’s leading you to do? Is the idea you got consistent with the Word? Is it consistent with His perfect will for you? His Word is His will expressed. Yielding to the Spirit means yielding to the lordship, supremacy and guidance of His Word.

This is why knowing the Word for yourself is absolutely indispensable. It’s important to have accurate knowledge of the Word. The more submissive you are to the lordship of the Word, the easier you’ll recognise the Spirit’s guidance. His desire is to lead you from glory to glory.

Our theme verse says, “For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.” To fulfil God’s destiny for your life, you must learn to follow the Spirit in the Word, by the Word, and through the Word. Don’t be in a hurry when seeking His guidance; be patient until you hear His voice—His words— in your spirit. Then you’re ready to go! His Word gives you light, and direction, and holds the solution to every problem.

Irrespective of the troubles, adversities, and challenges, trust the Word. Put your faith in the Word. Become so inundated with the Word until the Word alone is all you think, talk and live out. The Word enjoins us, “…Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh” (Galatians 5:16).

CONFESSION
Dear Father, your Word gives me strength and ministers courage to my spirit. My faith is strong and active, and it prevails over circumstances as the Spirit guides me in the path of life. His truth and wisdom are the forces of my life, propelling me from glory to glory as I walk in the Spirit, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

“그러므로 너희가 그리스도와 함께 다시 살리심을 받았으면 위의 것을 찾으라 거기는 그리스도께서 하나님 우편에 앉아 계시느니라”(골 3:1)

예수님이 십자가에서 죽으셨을 때 공의의 마음에서는 온 세상이 그분과 함께 죽었습니다. 예수님이 모든 사람을 위해 죽으셨기 때문입니다. 하지만 기독교는 예수님의 죽음이 아니라 그분의 부활에서 시작되었습니다. 하나님께서 예수님을 죽은 자들로부터 일으키셨을 때 당신도 그분과 함께 일으켜졌고 하나님께 살아있는 새로운 피조물이 되었습니다.

새로운 피조물은 예수님의 속량이 맺은 열매입니다(롬 8:23). 당신은 죽음 곧 영적인 죽음에서 생명으로 옮겨졌습니다! 당신은 그리스도의 부활 생명으로 그분과 함께 살아났습니다. 당신이 그리스도와 함께 일으켜져서 그분과 함께 하늘의 영역에 앉아있다는 사실을 알기에 성경은 위에 있는 것들을 찾으라고 말씀합니다! 그리스도와 함께 통치와 영광과 능력의 자리에 앉아있는 자의 의식을 가지십시오! 그곳은 어떤 어둠이나 아픔이나 패배나 고통이 없는 곳이며, 절대적인 다스림과 권세의 자리입니다.

성경은 예수님이 하나님의 우편(능력의 우편)에 앉아 계신다고 말씀합니다. 이는 예수님께 하늘과 땅에 있는 모든 피조물을 다스릴 권세가 있다는 의미입니다. 하지만 생각해보십시오. 하나님께서는 우리를 그리스도와 함께 영광으로 들어 올리셨습니다. 거기에서 우리는 그리스도와 함께 하늘의 능력과 통치와 왕권의 영역에 앉아있습니다(엡 2:6). 우리는 하나님을 대신하여 행동할 수 있는 대리권을 가지고서 그리스도와 똑같은 권세의 위치를 차지합니다. 얼마나 복된 실재인지요!

기도
모든 정사와 권력과 힘과 통치 그리고 이 세상과 오는 세상에서 불리는 모든 이름을 훨씬 능가하는 능력의 자리에 그리스도와 함께 앉아있다는 것이 얼마나 놀라운 특권인지요! 저는 죄와 썩어짐과 어둠의 효력에서 분리되어 영광과 능력과 권세와 통치의 자리에서 활동합니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

RISEN, AND SEATED WITH CHRIST

If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God (Colossians 3:1).

When Jesus died on the Cross, in the mind of justice, the whole world died with Him, because He died for all men. However, Christianity didn’t start from His death, but from His resurrection. When God raised Him from the dead, you were raised together with Him, and you became a new creation, alive to God.

The new creation is the fruit of His redemption (Romans 8:23). You’ve been brought out of death— spiritual death—into life! You came alive with Christ; with His resurrection life. Knowing that you’ve been raised together with Christ, and seated with Him in the heavenly realms, the Bible says you should seek those things which are above. Have the consciousness of one who’s seated together with Christ in the place of dominion, glory and power. It’s a place where there’s no darkness, no sickness, no defeat, and no pain; a place of absolute mastery and authority.

The Bible says Jesus is seated at the right hand of God (the right hand of power). This means He has authority over all creation; over all of heaven and earth. But guess what? God has lifted us up into glory along with Christ. We sit with Him in the heavenly realms of power, dominion, and majesty (Ephesians 2:6). We occupy the same position of authority, with the power of attorney to act in His stead. What a blessed reality!

PRAYER
What an awesome privilege to sit together with Christ in the place of power, far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that’s named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come! Divine Health

“그 거민은 나는 병들었다라고 말하지 아니하리니…”(사 33:24, 한글킹제임스)

하나님께 치유해달라고 울부짖는 그리스도인들을 종종 발견합니다. 그렇게 하는 것은 모순입니다. 그리스도인은 하나님과 같은 부류이므로 병들 수 없기 때문입니다. 그런데 왜 그리도 많은 사람이 병듭니까? 시편 82:5-7은 대답합니다. “그들은 알지도 못하고 깨닫지도 못하여 흑암 중에 왕래하니 땅의 모든 터가 흔들리도다 내가 말하기를 너희는 신들이며 다 지존자의 아들들이라 하였으나 그러나 너희는 사람처럼 죽으며 고관의 하나 같이 넘어지리로다”

실제로 그리스도인에게는 아픔이나 질병에 걸릴 수 없는 생명이 있기 때문에 많은 이들의 골칫거리는 바로 그들의 무지였습니다. 그런 이유로 예수님은 마가복음 16:18에서 “…무슨 독을 마실지라도 해를 받지 아니하며”라고 말씀하셨습니다.

죽이는 것은 말할 것도 없고 당신을 아프게 할 정도로 당신에게 해를 가할 것은 아무것도 없습니다. 당신 안에 있는 생명은 멸망할 수 없기 때문입니다. 성경 어디에도 하나님께서 자신을 치유해달라고 기도하라고 말씀하신 대목이 없다는 사실을 아셨습니까? 그 이유는 신성한 건강이 당신의 본성이기 때문입니다. 당신은 거듭난 날 신성한 건강을 가지고 태어났습니다.

영적으로 성장하면서 첫 번째 수준에서 당신은 아프다가 낫는 것을 주기적으로 반복합니다. 당신은 항상 하나님께서 치유하실 것을 “믿고” 있습니다. 이보다 더 높은 두 번째 수준에서 당신은 “신성한 건강은 내 것이다!”라고 선언합니다. 당신의 믿음은 신성한 건강을 위해 작동합니다. 몸에 아픈 증상이 느껴지면, 당신은 걱정하지 않고 단순히 “예수 이름으로 나는 고통이 멈추도록 명한다!”라고 선언합니다. 그러면 명령한 대로 됩니다!

하지만 당신은 더 높은 수준으로 올라가야 합니다. 그곳에서는 아프지 않을 뿐만 아니라 아픔이나 질병을 전혀 알지 못합니다. 이사야 33:24(한글킹제임스)은 시온에 거하는 자들이 “나는 병들었다”고 말하지 않는다고 말씀합니다. 시온에 거하는 자들은 누구입니까? 거듭난 우리 곧 하나님의 사람들입니다. 성경은 히브리서 12:22에서 말씀합니다. “그러나 너희가 이른 곳은 시온 산과 살아 계신 하나님의 도성인 하늘의 예루살렘과 천만 천사와” 우리는 지금 시온에 삽니다. 우리는 그리스도 안에 거합니다. 그곳에 있는 우리에게 아픔은 불법이고 낯선 것입니다. 몸에 아픈 증상이 느껴지더라도 그것은 “거짓된 허상”이고 신기루이므로, 예수 이름으로 떨쳐내십시오. 신성한 건강 안에 살고 병들지 마십시오.

신성한 생명이 나의 모든 섬유조직과 혈액 세포와 몸의 모든 뼈에 활동하고 있습니다! 성령님은 머리부터 발끝까지 나의 모든 존재를 살아나게 하셔서 온전히 활기가 넘치게 하십니다. 예수 이름으로 고백합니다. 아멘.

DIVINE HEALTH

And the inhabitant shall not say, I am sick… (Isaiah 33:24).

Sometimes, you find Christians who are crying to God for healing. It’s a contradiction, because the Christian is an associate of the God-kind; he’s therefore not meant to be sick. Why then are many sick? Psalm 82:5-7 gives the answer. It says, “They know not, neither will they understand; they walk on in darkness: all the foundations of the earth are out of course. I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High. But ye shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes.”

Ignorance has been the bane of many, because, really, the Christian has a life that isn’t susceptible to sickness or disease. It’s for the same reason that Jesus said in Mark 16:18, “…if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them….” Nothing, absolutely nothing, is supposed to hurt you enough to make you sick, let alone take your life. This is because the life in you is indestructible.

Did you know that there’s nowhere in the Scripture where God asked that you pray for healing for yourself? The reason is that divine health is your nature; you were born with it the day you were born again. In the first level of spiritual growth, you get sick and then you get well, and then the cycle continues; you’re always “believing” God for healing.

In the second and higher level, you declare, “Divine health is mine!” Your faith works for divine health. When you feel the symptoms of sickness in your body, you don’t fret; you simply declare, “In the Name of Jesus, I command the pain to cease!” and it happens!

However, you’ve got to move to the higher class, where you don’t get sick at all or recognise sickness or disease. Our opening verse says they that dwell in Zion shall not say, “I am sick.” Who are those that dwell in Zion? It’s those of us who are born again; God’s people. The Bible says in Hebrews 12:22, “But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels.” We live in Zion now; we’re at home in Christ, where sickness is illegal; it’s alien to us. If you ever feel the symptoms of sickness in your body, it’s a “lying vanity”; a mirage; shake it off in the Name of Jesus. Walk in divine health and refuse to be sick.

CONFESSION
The divine life is working in every fibre of my being, every cell of my blood, and in every bone of my body! From the crown of my head to the soles of my feet, my entire being is vitalised by the Holy Spirit who lives in me, invigorating me through and through, in the Name of Jesus. Amen.

Forever In His Presence

“너희는 너희가 하나님의 성전인 것과 하나님의 성령이 너희 안에 계시는 것을 알지 못하느냐”(고전 3:16)

종종 교회에 나와서는 “주님, 우리는 오늘 주님의 임재 안으로 들어왔습니다.”라고 말하는 그리스도인들이 있습니다. 그들은 교회를 떠나면서 하나님의 임재에서도 떠나버립니다. 심지어 어떤 이들은 하나님의 임재가 내려오거나 모든 곳에서 그들을 따라오도록 기도하기도 합니다. 하지만 하나님의 자녀인 당신은 하나님의 임재 안에 들어가지도, 거기에서 떠나지도 않습니다. 당신은 하나님의 임재 안에 영원히 거합니다.

어떤 장소로 들어갈 때, 그곳이 어디든 상관없이 당신은 하나님의 임재 안에서 그리고 하나님의 임재와 함께 들어갑니다. 당신은 하나님의 임재를 나릅니다. 당신은 살아계시는 하나님의 성전으로, 살아계시는 하나님은 성령님을 통해 당신 안에 거하십니다. 당신이 거듭났을 때, 그리스도께서는 당신의 심령에 처소를 정하셨습니다. 그분은 이제 당신 안에 계시며 당신은 그분 안에 있습니다. 그분은 언젠가 다시 떠나시려고 당신 안에 들어오지 않으셨습니다. 그분은 영원히 당신 안에 거하십니다.

당신은 하나님을 나르는 그릇이며 날마다 하나님의 임재 안에 살고 있다는 의식을 가지십시오. 이것이 바로 그리스도 안에 있다는 뜻입니다. 당신은 신성한 환경 곧 하나님의 영광과 신성한 본질의 환경 안에 있습니다. 할렐루야!

고백
나는 그리스도 안에 있고 그리스도는 내 안에 있다는 것이 얼마나 대단한 연합이며 위치인지요! 그리스도는 나의 생명을 그분의 영광과 임재와 그분 자신으로 장식하셨습니다! 그리스도 안에서 나는 살고 움직이고 존재합니다. 내가 하나님을 운반하는 그릇만이 아니라 그분의 신성한 임재를 운반하고 나누어주는 자가 되었다는 것은 정말 큰 축복입니다. 할렐루야!

FOREVER IN HIS PRESENCE

Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? (1 Corinthians 3:16).

Oftentimes, there’re Christians who, when they come to church, would say, “Lord, we’ve come into your presence today.” And when they leave, they feel they’ve left the presence of God. Some even pray for the presence of God to come down or follow them everywhere. But as a child of God, you don’t “come” into God’s presence nor go from it; you’re forever in His presence.

When you come into a place, no matter where it is, you come in, and with, God’s presence. You bear His presence. You’re the temple of the living God, who dwells in you by the Holy Spirit. When you were born again, Christ took up His abode in the quarters of your heart. He’s in you now, and you’re in Him. He didn’t come into you to leave again after some time; He’s forever in you.

Read the words of Jesus in Matthew 28:20; He said, “…lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.” This was before the Holy Spirit came to take up His abode in the quarters of our hearts. He had said concerning the Holy Spirit in John 14:17, “…ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.” It’s an everlasting indwelling. The Spirit of God dwells in you, and He’s the conveyor of the presence and blessings of God, and all that’s been given to us in Christ Jesus.

Have the consciousness that you’re a God-carrying vessel, and you live in His presence every day. This is what it means to be in Christ. You’re in the divine environment; the environment of His glory and divine essence. Hallelujah!

CONFESSION
I’m in Christ, and Christ is in me; what a union; and what a place to be! He’s graced my life with His glory, with His presence, and with Himself! In Him I live, and move, and have my being. What a blessing to be, not just a God-carrying vessel, but also the conveyor and dispenser of His divine presence. Hallelujah!

예수님은 훨씬 더 큰 일을 하셨습니다
He Did Much More

“그러므로 형제들아 너희가 알 것은 이 사람을 힘입어 죄 사함을 너희에게 전하는 이것이며”(행 13:38)

예수님이 우리를 대신하여 겪으신 대속적 희생을 생각할 때마다 나는 얼마나 그분이 우리를 사랑하셨는지에 압도됩니다. 예수님은 심판과 정죄를 받는 우리의 자리를 담당하시고 우리에게 그분의 의의 본성을 주셨습니다. 예수님 안에서 우리는 의롭게 되었을 뿐만 아니라 하나님의 의의 표본과 표현이 되었습니다.

고린도후서 5:21은 말씀합니다. “하나님이 죄를 알지도 못하신 이를 우리를 대신하여 죄로 삼으신 것은 우리로 하여금 그 안에서 하나님의 의가 되게 하려 하심이라” 많은 이들은 우리를 죄에서 구원하신 것이 예수님이 오셔서 하신 일의 전부라고 생각합니다. 그렇지 않습니다. 예수님은 훨씬 더 큰 일을 이루셨습니다. 우리가 하나님의 아들들이 될 수 있도록 예수님은 우리를 죄에서 구원하셨습니다. 예수님의 궁극적인 목표는 우리가 하나님과 교제할 수 있도록 우리에게 하나님의 생명과 의의 본성을 주는 것이었습니다.

예수님이 십자가에 달려 죽임을 당하셨을 때 우리는 그분 안에 있었습니다. 예수님은 우리를 위해 죄가 되셨습니다. 예수님이 죽고 장사되었을 때, 공의의 마음에서는 우리 모두가 그분 안에서 죽고 장사되었습니다. 그리고 그것이 죄의 끝이었습니다. 우리의 죄는 예수님과 함께 장사되었습니다. 하지만 가장 절묘한 부분은 이것입니다. 바로 제3일에 하나님께서 예수님을 죽은 자들로부터 일으키셨을 때 우리도 그분과 함께 생명의 새로움으로 일어났다는 것입니다. 로마서 6:4은 말씀합니다. “그러므로 우리가 그의 죽으심과 합하여 세례를 받음으로 그와 함께 장사되었나니 이는 아버지의 영광으로 말미암아 그리스도를 죽은 자 가운데서 살리심과 같이 우리로 또한 새 생명 가운데서 행하게 하려 함이라”

모든 실패와 연약함과 패배와 더불어서 당신의 과거는 그분과 함께 장사되었습니다. 이제 거듭난 당신에게는 그리스도 예수 안에서 새 생명 곧 영광과 의의 생명이 있습니다.

기도
그리스도의 죽음 안에서 그분 안으로 침례를 받았다가 그분의 부활 안에서 함께 일어난 저는 이제 생명의 새로움 가운데 걷습니다. 모든 실패와 패배와 함께 저의 과거는 전부 지나갔습니다. 저는 그리스도 안에서 새로운 피조물이기 때문입니다. 할렐루야!

HE DID MUCH MORE

Be it known unto you therefore, men and brethren, that through this man is preached unto you the forgiveness of sins: And by him all that believe are justified from all things, from which ye could not be justified by the law of Moses (Acts 13:38-39).

Always, I think about Jesus and His vicarious sacrifice in our behalf and I’m overwhelmed by how much He loves us. He took our place of judgment and condemnation, and gave us His nature of righteousness. In Him, not only have we been made righteous, we’ve been made the very epitome and expression of God’s righteousness.

2 Corinthians 5:21 says, “For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.” Many think that all Jesus came to do was to save us from sin, no; He achieved much more. He saved us from our sins so we could become sons of God. His ultimate aim was to give us the God-life, the God-nature of righteousness, so we could be in fellowship with God.

When He hung on the Cross of crucifixion, we were in Him. He was made sin for us. When He died and was buried, in the mind of justice, we all died and were buried in Him. And that was the end of sin. Our sins were buried with Him. But here’s the most sublime part: on the third day, when God raised Him from the dead, we were also raised together with Him into a newness of life. Romans 6:4 says, “Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.”

Your past with all the failures, weaknesses, and defeat, were buried with Him. Now that you’re born again, you have a new life in Christ Jesus; a life of glory and righteousness. Hallelujah!

CONFESSION
Having been baptized into Christ in His death, and raised up with Him in His resurrection, I now walk in the newness of life. My past with all the failures and defeat are all gone, because I’m a new creation in Christ. Hallelujah!

하나님은 그분의 빛으로 우리를 인도하십니다
He Leads Us In His Light

“주의 말씀은 내 발에 등이요 내 길에 빛이니이다”(시 119:105)

하나님의 말씀은 빛이며, 이 세상에 태어난 모든 사람을 비추는 참된 빛입니다. 오늘의 본문 구절은 우리에게 삶의 방향을 주는 말씀의 사역을 묘사합니다. 빛이 하는 일 중의 하나가 바로 방향을 주며 길을 보여주는 것입니다. 빛이 켜질 때까지 당신은 어둠에 덮여 있는 게 무엇이며 어느 길로 가야 할지를 알지 못할 것입니다.

어둠 속에서 길을 찾으려고 하면 어둠 때문에 볼 수 없어서 물체나 장애물에 부딪힐 수밖에 없을 것입니다. 더욱이 어둠 속에서 여행을 하고 있다면 당신은 언제 목적지에 도착하거나 교차로를 만날지 알지 못할 것입니다. 그래서 개인적으로 하나님의 말씀(하나님의 빛)을 알고 적용하는 것이 모든 그리스도인에게 매우 중요합니다.

어떤 사람들은 말씀의 안내와 지시를 따르지 않아 삶에서 위험에 처합니다. 그들은 하나님의 환경과는 다른 환경에서 삶의 여정을 떠났습니다. 또 다른 이들은 그들의 길을 비추고 목적지를 알려주는 말씀을 무시하기 때문에 아무데도 가지 못할 차표를 가지고 여정을 떠나고 있습니다.

지혜와 방향은 하나님의 말씀에서 나옵니다. 하나님이 주시는 빛 가운데 사는 한, 당신은 결코 어둠 속에 헤매지 않을 것입니다. 하나님께서는 그분의 빛으로 우리를 인도하십니다. 성경은 하나님께서 빛 가운데 계시듯이 우리도 빛 가운데 걸으라고 말씀합니다. 당신은 하나님께서 거하시는 똑같은 빛 가운데 걸어야 합니다(딤전 6:16). 당신은 참된 빛인 하나님의 말씀으로 태어났기 때문에(벧전 1:23) 그렇게 할 수 있습니다.

하나님께서는 당신에게 당신의 길을 비추는 그분의 말씀을 주셨습니다. 그래서 삶의 여정을 떠날 때 당신에게는 어둠이나 불확실성이 없을 것입니다. 하나님의 빛의 인도를 받은 당신은 사랑과 기쁨과 의와 건강과 평안과 번영의 방향으로 걸을 것입니다. 하나님을 송축합니다!

기도
복되신 아버지, 저의 삶의 여정에서 길을 안내해주시는 빛과 나침반이신 아버지의 말씀으로 인해 감사드립니다. 저는 어둠 속에 헤매거나 배회하지 않습니다. 아버지의 말씀이 제 길을 비추며, 지시하고 안내하며, 저를 삶에서 전적으로 성공하게 하기 때문입니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

HE LEADS US IN HIS LIGHT

Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path (Psalm 119:105).

The Word of God is light, the true light that lights every man who comes into this world. Our opening verse describes the ministry of the Word in giving us direction in life. It’s one of the things that light does: it gives direction; it shows the way. Until you turn the light on, you wouldn’t know what’s covered in darkness or which way to go.

If you’ve ever attempted to find your way in the dark, you’d agree it wasn’t without bumping into objects or obstacles that you couldn’t see as a result of the darkness. Moreover, if you were journeying in the dark, you wouldn’t know when you arrived at your destination or hit a crossroads. That’s why the personal knowledge and application of the Word of God (His light) is so important for every Christian.

Some people have their lives in jeopardy, because they’re not following the guidance and direction of the Word. They’ve thus journeyed in a different environment rather than God’s environment. Some others are journeying with a ticket to nowhere, because they ignore the Word which should light up their path and give them a destination.

Wisdom and direction come from God’s Word.

As long as you live in the light that God gives, you’ll never walk in darkness. He leads us in His light. The Bible says to walk in the light as He (God) is in the light. You’re to walk in the same light in which God dwells (1 Timothy 6:16). This is possible because you’re born of the Word of God (1 Peter 1:23), which is the true light.

God has given you His Word to light up your path, so there would neither be darkness nor uncertainties as you journey through life. Therefore, being led by His light, you’d go in the direction of love, joy, righteousness, health, peace, and prosperity. Blessed be God!

PRAYER
Blessed Father, I thank you for your Word is my light and the compass by which I navigate my way through life. I do not grope or wander in the dark, because your Word illuminates my path, gives me direction and guidance, and makes me an absolute success in life, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

“너희는 선지자들의 자손이요 또 하나님이 너희 조상과 더불어 세우신 언약의 자손이라 아브라함에게 이르시기를 땅 위의 모든 족속이 너의 씨로 말미암아 복을 받으리라 하셨으니”(행 3:25)

자신들은 하나님과 언약을 맺고 있다고 말하는 그리스도인들이 있습니다. 그들은 하나님께서 아브라함과 언약을 맺으셨고, 우리는 아브라함의 씨이기 때문에 저절로 하나님과의 언약 안에 있다고 가르칩니다. 그렇지 않습니다. 그리스도인은 하나님과의 언약 안에 있지 않습니다. 당신은 그리스도인이 누구인지 알아야 합니다. 그리스도인은 그리스도와 하나가 된 자입니다. 그리스도인은 하나님과 같은 부류입니다. 아브라함은 하나님과 언약을 맺었지만, 우리는 그 언약 안에 있지 않습니다. 우리는 누구입니까? 우리는 언약의 자녀입니다.

우리는 하나님의 상속자요 그리스도와 함께한 공동상속자입니다. 갈라디아서 3:26-29은 말씀합니다. “너희가 다 믿음으로 말미암아 그리스도 예수 안에서 하나님의 아들이 되었으니 누구든지 그리스도와 합하기 위하여 세례를 받은 자는 그리스도로 옷 입었느니라 너희는 유대인이나 헬라인이나 종이나 자유인이나 남자나 여자나 다 그리스도 예수 안에서 하나이니라 너희가 그리스도의 것이면 곧 아브라함의 자손이요 약속대로 유업을 이을 자니라”

예를 들어 결혼식에서 두 당사자는 혼인 서약을 하고 언약 안으로 들어갑니다. 하지만 그 언약에는 두 당사자의 자녀들이 관여하지 않습니다. 결혼을 통해 낳은 자녀들은 그 언약의 산물이거나 열매일 것입니다. 오늘의 본문 구절을 다시 읽어보십시오. 분명한 사실은, 우리가 바로 하나님께서 아브라함과 다른 족장들과 맺은 언약의 자손이라는 것입니다.

많은 이들이 우리가 하나님과 맺은 언약에 관해 많은 책을 썼습니다. 그러나 이러한 신념의 위험한 점은 자칫 잘못하면 그리스도인의 위치를 그의 부르심과 생득권보다 아래에 두도록 이끈다는 것입니다. 우리와 하나님의 관계는 아버지와 자녀의 관계입니다. 이것은 대단히 복된 생각입니다! 우리가 하나님의 상속자요 그리스도와 함께한 공동상속자임을 아는 게 얼마나 경이로운지요. 우리는 언약의 자녀입니다! 우리는 세상을 소유하며 신성한 탁월함 가운데 행합니다. 할렐루야!

고백
만물이 나의 것입니다. 나에게는 생명과 경건을 위해 필요한 모든 것이 있습니다. 나는 하나님의 상속자요 그리스도와 함께한 공동상속자이기 때문입니다. 하나님께서 그분의 은혜가 모든 선한 일에서 아주 풍성하게 공급하고 탁월하게 열매를 맺으며 생산하게 하셨기에 나는 모든 것으로 풍성합니다. 할렐루야!

CHILDREN OF THE COVENANT

Ye are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying unto Abraham, And in thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed (Acts 3:25).

There’re Christians who say they have a covenant with God. They teach that since God made a covenant with Abraham, and we’re Abraham’s seed, we’re therefore automatically in covenant with God. But no; the Christian isn’t in covenant with God. You need to know who the Christian is; he’s one with Christ; he’s an associate of the God-kind. Abraham had a covenant with God, but we’re not in that covenant. Who are we? We’re children of the covenant.

We’re heirs of God and joint-heirs with Christ. Galatians 3:26-29 says, “For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. And if ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.”

In a marriage relationship, for example, the couple sign a nuptial agreement and come into a covenant.

That covenant, however, doesn’t involve their children. The children from that marriage would be the products or fruits of the covenant. Read our opening verse again, it’s clear: we’re children of the covenant that God made with Abraham and the patriarchs.

Many have written books on our covenant with God, but the danger of this misleading belief is that it places the Christian in a position below his calling and birthright. Our relationship with God is one of father and his children. Blessed thought! How wonderful to know that we’re heirs of God and joint-heirs with Christ. We’re children of the covenant! We own the world and we walk in divine excellence. Hallelujah!

CONFESSION
All things are mine; I have everything that I require for life and godliness, because I’m an heir of God, and a joint-heir with Christ. I’m rich in all things because God has caused His grace to abound towards me to be superabundantly supplied, exceedingly fruitful and productive in every good work. Hallelujah!

우리에게는 예수님의 권세가 있습니다
We Have His Authority

“또 만물을 그의 발 아래에 복종하게 하시고 그를 만물 위에 교회의 머리로 삼으셨느니라”(엡 1:22)

고린도전서 15:25은 이렇게 선언합니다. “그가 모든 원수를 그 발 아래에 둘 때까지 반드시 왕 노릇 하시리니” 이 말씀은 예수님이 하늘에서가 아니라 이 땅에서 통치하는 것에 관한 말씀입니다. 합법적으로 하나님께서는 만물을 예수님의 발 아래에 두셨습니다(엡 1:22). 이사야 9:6(한글킹제임스)은 말씀합니다. “…정부가 그의 어깨 위에 있을 것이요…” 이 구절은 우리와 그 정부(government)가 연결되어 있다는 것을 보여주므로 매우 강력한 말씀입니다. 주님이 “정부가 그의 머리에 있을 것이요”라고 말씀하셨다면, 그것은 주 예수님을 의미했을 것입니다. 주 예수님은 머리이시고 우리는 그분의 몸이기 때문입니다.

그러므로 정부가 주 예수님의 어깨 위에 있다는 말은 그분의 다스림과 통치권과 권세가 교회에 있다는 뜻입니다. 즉 우리가 그분의 다스림과 통치권과 권세를 담당합니다. 할렐루야! 이는 당신이 교회에서 왼발의 새끼발가락과 같이 가장 작은 자일지라도, 당신은 여전히 만물 위에 있다는 것입니다. 만물이 주 예수님의 발 아래에 있기 때문입니다. 이것은 하늘에서 확립된 사실입니다. 하나님께서는 이미 그렇게 말씀하셨으므로 어떤 것도 이를 바꿀 수 없습니다. 주 예수님은 교회를 통해 만물을 다스릴 수밖에 없습니다.

이것은 마지막 때에 당신이 일어나서 믿음으로 무장하고 하나님의 일들에서 강력하게 되기를 기대한다는 뜻입니다. 담대하게 말씀을 말하고, 그 말씀이 이루어지는 것을 지켜보십시오. 세상과 세상에 가득한 것이 당신에게 주어졌습니다. 그러므로 담대하게 이 땅을 차지하십시오. 통치권을 행사하고 당신의 삶을 책임지며 모든 폭풍을 향해 예수 이름으로 잠잠해지라고 명령하십시오! 아프거나 가난하거나 패배하지 마십시오. 상황을 다스리십시오.

고백
나는 하나님께서 말씀하시는 그런 자입니다. 내 안에 계신 그리스도가 이 세상에서 나의 승리와 영광입니다! 나는 그리스도와 함께 세상과 환경을 다스리고 통치하며 압도하는 그리스도의 몸과 살과 뼈의 지체입니다! 내 안에 계신 분이 세상에 있는 자보다 더 크십니다.

WE HAVE HIS AUTHORITY

And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church (Ephesians 1:22).

1 Corinthians 15:25 declares: “For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet.” This isn’t about Jesus reigning in heaven; rather, it’s about Him reigning on earth. Legally, God has put all things under the feet of Jesus (Ephesians 1:22). Isaiah 9:6 says, “…and the government shall be upon his shoulder….” This is so powerful, because it introduces our connection to it. If He had said, “…And the government shall be upon His head,” that would have meant the Lord Jesus, since He’s the head, and we’re His body.

Therefore, the government being upon His shoulder means His reign, His rulership, and authority are upon the Church; it’s borne by us. Hallelujah! This means even if you were the least in the Church—the smallest toe of the left foot—you’re still above all things, because all things have been placed under His feet. This is a settled fact in heaven. God already said so, and nothing can change it. The Lord Jesus, through the Church, must reign over all things.

What this means is that in these last days, you’re expected to arise, take up the arms of faith, and be strengthened in the things of God. Speak the Word with boldness and see it come to pass. The world and the fullness thereof have been given to you. Therefore, be bold and possess the earth. Exercise dominion and take charge of your life; command every contrary storm to be calm in the Name of Jesus! Refuse to be sick, poor or defeated. Rule over circumstances. Hallelujah!

CONFESSION
I’m what God says I am. Christ in me is my victory and glory in this life! I’m a member of His body, of His flesh, and of His bones, ruling, reigning, and prevailing with Christ over the world and circumstances. Greater is He that’s in me than he that’s in the world.
