반석 위에 세워졌습니다
FOUNDED ON THE ROCK
“여호와는 나의 반석이시요 나의 요새시요 나를 건지시는 이시요 나의 하나님이시요 내가 그 안에 피할 나의 바위시요 나의 방패시요 나의 구원의 뿔이시요 나의 산성이시로다”(시18:2)
성경은 이스라엘 백성들이 광야를 통과할 때 함께 했던 영적 반석에 대해 말합니다. 그 반석은 그리스도였습니다(고전10:4). 그분은 우리의 구원의 반석이십니다. 그분 위에 세워진 것은 무엇이든지 영원히 견고하고 흔들리지 않습니다.
이는 마태복음 7:24-27에 나오는 예수님의 말씀이 떠오르게 합니다. 그분은 이렇게 말씀하셨습니다. “그러므로 누구든지 나의 이 말을 듣고 행하는 자는 그 집을 반석 위에 지은 지혜로운 사람 같으리니 비가 내리고 창수가 나고 바람이 불어 그 집에 부딪치되 무너지지 아니하나니 이는 주추를 반석 위에 놓은 까닭이요 나의 이 말을 듣고 행하지 아니하는 자는 그 집을 모래 위에 지은 어리석은 사람 같으리니 비가 내리고 창수가 나고 바람이 불어 그 집에 부딪치매 무너져 그 무너짐이 심하니라”
주님께서는 반석 위에 집을 지으면 바람이 불어오다가 되돌아가거나, 홍수가 오다가 멀어져 갈 것이라고 말씀하지 않으셨습니다. 아닙니다! 그분께서는 그것들이 집에 부딪힐 것이라고 말씀하셨습니다. 그러나 집이 반석 위에 지어졌기 때문에 무너지지 않을 것입니다. 당신이 하나님의 말씀 가운데 살 때 당신의 삶이 그런 모습입니다. 사탄의 불화살이나 거센 폭풍이 와도 상관없습니다. 당신은 요동하지 않고 아무런 문제도 없을 것입니다.
당신의 사역을 말씀 위에 세우십시오. 당신의 삶, 재정, 사업, 관계, 모든 일을 말씀 위에 세우십시오. 그러면 결코 무너지지 않을 것입니다. 성경이 이사야 선지자를 통해 말한 내용을 기억하십시오. 이는 마태복음 7:24-27에서 주님께서 하신 말씀과 아주 유사합니다. “네가 물 가운데로 지날 때에 내가 너와 함께 할 것이라 강을 건널 때에 물이 너를 침몰하지 못할 것이며 네가 불 가운데로 지날 때에 타지도 아니할 것이요 불꽃이 너를 사르지도 못하리니…”(사43:2-3)
이것이 바로 그리스도 안에 있는 당신의 유산입니다. 당신은 패배할 수 없습니다. 모든 것이 협력하여 당신을 위한 축복을 만듭니다! 그리스도가 당신의 반석이자 요새이므로 당신은 신성하게 보호받고 있습니다. 할렐루야!
기도
사랑하는 아버지, 나의 확실하고 견고한 기초인 당신의 말씀을 주셔서 감사합니다. 내 삶은 그리스도 위에 세워졌습니다. 그리스도는 내가 안전하게, 강건하게, 견고하게 서 있는 반석이십니다. 나는 위로 향하는 삶 즉 탁월하고, 승리하고, 번영하는 삶을 살도록 정해졌습니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

Founded On The Rock
“The LORD is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold”(Psalm 18:2).
The Bible tells us about the spiritual rock that accompanied the children of Israel on their journey through the wilderness; that rock was Christ (1 Corinthians 10:4). He is the rock of our salvation. Anything that’s founded on Him is eternally fortified and unshakable.
It brings to mind the words of Jesus in Matthew 7:24-27. He said, “Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock. And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand: And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.”
Notice the Lord didn’t say if you built your house on the rock, the winds would come and turn away, nor that the floods would come and flow away. No! He said they’d beat upon the house. But because it’s on the rock, it’ll remain standing. That’s how your life is when you live in the Word of God. It doesn’t matter the fiery darts and tempest from Satan; you’re unflustered and unscathed.
Build your ministry on the Word. Build your life, your finances, your business, your relationships—all your endeavours on the Word, and they’ll never crumble. Recall what the Bible says through the prophet Isaiah, which parallels what we read from the Master in Matthew 7:24-27. He said, “When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee…” (Isaiah 43:2-3).
This is your heritage as one in Christ. You’re unconquerable. All things work together to produce blessings for you! You’re divinely protected because Christ is your rock and your fortress. Hallelujah!
PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for your Word, which is my sure and firm foundation. My life is built on Christ, the Rock on which I stand secured, strengthened, rooted and grounded; set for an upward course—the transcendent, victorious and prosperous life, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
