진리, 복음, 말씀

The Truth, The Gospel, And The Word

“그런즉 서서 진리로 너희 허리 띠를 띠고 의의 호심경을 붙이고 평안의 복음이 준비한 것으로 신을 신고 모든 것 위에 믿음의 방패를 가지고 이로써 능히 악한 자의 모든 불화살을 소멸하고 구원의 투구와 성령의 검 곧 하나님의 말씀을 가지라”(엡 6:14-17)

오늘의 본문 구절에서 밑줄 친 부분을 보면 모두 하나님의 말씀을 사용하는 것과 관련이 되어 있습니다. 이것은 단순한 반복에 불과합니까? 아니면 다른 요소들을 언급하는 것입니까? 이것들은 모두 다른 것입니다. 그러면 먼저 진리에 대해 먼저 나눠보겠습니다. 진리는 하나님의 모든 권면을 뜻합니다.

예수님은 하나님의 말씀에 관하여 “아버지의 말씀은 진리니이다”(요 17:17)라고 말씀하셨습니다. 진리는 하나님의 말씀입니다. 하나님께서 당신과 세상, 과거, 현재, 미래, 삶과 죽음, 영적인 것과 물질적인 것에 대해 말씀하신 것입니다. 즉, 하나님께서 모든 것에 대한 진리를 가지고 계신다는 뜻입니다.

두 번째는 평안의 복음입니다. 성경은 말합니다. “좋은 소식을 전하며 평화를 공포하며 복된 좋은 소식을 가져오며 구원을 공포하며…”(사 52:7) 그러므로 평안의 복음은 구원의 메시지를 의미합니다.

모든 하나님의 말씀이 구원에 대해서 말하고 있는 것은 아니지만 모두 구원을 가리키고 있습니다. 이는 구원의 메시지가 진리의 일부라는 뜻입니다. 구원 이후에도 우리가 살아가야 할 삶이 있기 때문입니다. 그래서 우리가 여기서 말하는 것은 복음에 대한 준비입니다. 오늘의 본문 구절은 “평안의 복음이 준비한 것으로 신을 신고”라고 말합니다. 하나님은 당신을 구원의 메시지와 함께 보내십니다.

세 번째는 “성령의 검 곧 하나님의 말씀”입니다. 당신의 영 안에 계시되고 간직되는 말씀만 말하는 것이 아닙니다. 이는 선포된 말씀, 즉 하나님의 “레마”, 당신의 입술에 있는 하나님의 말씀을 의미합니다. 하나님의 말씀을 성령의 검이라고 부르는 이유는 말씀이 전투를 위한 것이기 때문입니다.

말씀이 당신 안에 있는 한 그것은 진리입니다. 당신은 진리를 자신 안에 간직하고 있으며 이것은 놀라운 일입니다. 복음을 전하는 일은 영혼들을 구원하고, 치유하고, 구출하지만 분명 “전쟁”이 있으며 하나님의 말씀인 성령의 검이 대적을 맞서는 당신의 공격 무기입니다. 그러므로 항상 말씀을 말하고 대적을 굴복시키십시오. 할렐루야!

기도

사랑하는 아버지, 하나님의 말씀은 참 빛입니다. 나는 결코 어둠 속에서 걷지 않을 것입니다. 하나님의 말씀이 내 길을 승리와 영광으로 인도하기 때문입니다. 하나님의 말씀은 내 심령과 입에 있으며 내가 말할 때마다 내 삶과 도시와 나라에서 강력하게 승리합니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

THE TRUTH, THE GOSPEL, AND THE WORD

“Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith…and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God” (Ephesians 6:14-17).

If you observe, the underlined portions of our theme scripture, they all have to do with using the Word of God. Was this just a repetition or do they refer to different things? These are actually different things. Let’s start with truth. Truth refers to the whole counsel of God.

Jesus said concerning the Word of God, “… thy word is truth” (John 17:17). Truth is God’s Word: what God has said concerning you, the world, the past, the present, the future, and anything else about life, about death, the spiritual, and the material. Which means God holds the truth about anything and everything.

Number two is the Gospel of peace. The Bible says “How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace…that publisheth salvation…” (Isaiah 52:7). The Gospel of peace therefore refers to the message of salvation.

Now, the whole Word of God isn’t necessarily about salvation, but it points to it. This means the message of salvation is a part of that body of Truth because, after salvation, there’s still a life to live. So, what we’re dealing with here is the preparation of the Gospel. It says, “Your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace”; meaning that God is sending you with the message of salvation.

Then the third one is “the sword of the spirit, which is the Word of God.” This isn’t just the Word revealed and kept within your spirit; it’s dealing with the spoken Word, the “Rhema” of God—God’s Word on your lips. It’s called the sword of the Spirit because it’s for combat.

As long as the Word is inside you, that’s Truth; you’re keeping the Truth in you, which is wonderful. Then the preaching of the Gospel saves, heals, and delivers, but there’s a “war,” and the sword of the Spirit which is the spoken Word of God is your offensive weapon against the adversary. Therefore, speak the word always, and keep the enemy subdued. Hallelujah!

PRAYER

Dear Father, your Word is the true Light. I’ll never walk in darkness, because your Word guides my path in victory and glory. Your Word is in my heart and in my mouth, prevailing mightily in my life, city and nation as I speak it forth, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

His Light Is In Your Spirit

“사람의 영혼은 여호와의 등불이라 사람의 깊은 속을 살피느니라”(잠 20:27)

우리는 하나님의 자녀로서 무슨 일에 대해서든지 결코 어둠 속에 있지 않습니다. 하나님의 빛이 당신의 영 안에 있기 때문에 당신은 무엇이든 알 수 있습니다. 주 예수님은 요한복음 8:12에서 말씀하셨습니다. “나는 세상의 빛이니 나를 따르는 자는 어둠에 다니지 아니하고 생명의 빛을 얻으리라”

당신은 자신의 재정, 건강, 직업, 사업, 사역, 혹은 삶의 어떤 분야에서도 어둠 속에 있으면 안 됩니다. 어떤 문제에 대해서 당신이 답을 가지고 있지 않다고 생각되는 상황이 있다면 방언으로 기도하십시오.

당신이 방언으로 기도할 때, 그 상황에 대한 비밀을 이해하게 될 것입니다. 만일 건강에 문제가 있다면 바로 의사를 찾아가거나 당신이 도움을 받을 수 있다고 생각되는 장소로 달려가지 마십시오. 먼저 성령님께 말씀드리십시오. 당신은 그분의 빛과 지혜가 자신 안에서 빠르게 솟아나서 해야 할 일을 정확하게 알게 되어 놀라게 될 것입니다.

HIS LIGHT IS IN YOUR SPIRIT

“The spirit of man is the candle of the LORD, searching all the inward parts of the belly” (Proverbs 20:27).

As God’s children, we’re never in the dark about anything. You can know anything because the light of God is in your spirit. The Lord Jesus said in John 8:12, “I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.”

You’re not supposed to walk in darkness about your finances, your health, your career, business, and ministry or in any area of your life. If you ever find yourself in a situation where it seems you’re at a loss for answers concerning a situation; speak in tongues.

As you speak in tongues, the mystery about that situation will come to your understanding. If you have concerns about your health, don’t just run to the doctors or places you think you might find help. Consult with the Holy Spirit first; you’ll be amazed how quickly His light and wisdom will well up within you, showing you precisely what to do.

He’s in you to help you understand certain things about yourself and about life. He’ll show you the future and guide you to take specific steps in line with His plans for your life. John 16:13 says, “Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.” Learn to follow His light and guidance from within you.

PRAYER

Dear Father, as I speak in tongues today, the eyes of my understanding are flooded with light. I walk in divine wisdom and my life is upward and forward only because I follow the light and guidance of the Spirit, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

We’re Like Him In His Glorified State

“사랑하는 자들아 우리가 지금은 하나님의 자녀라 장래에 어떻게 될지는 아직 나타나지 아니하였으나 그가 나타나시면 우리가 그와 같을 줄을 아는 것은 그의 참모습 그대로 볼 것이기 때문이니”(요일 3:2)

요한의 이 서신을 읽을 때 모든 내용을 주의 깊게 읽어야 합니다. 그렇지 않으면 모순이 있다고 결론 내릴 수도 있습니다. 예를 들어, 오늘 본문 구절은 “… 장래에 어떻게 될지는 아직 나타나지 아니하였으나 그가 나타나시면 우리가 그와 같을 줄을 아는 것은 그의 참모습 그대로 볼 것이기 때문이니”라고 말합니다. 이 구절은 우리가 아직 그분과 같지 않다는 의미입니다.

그리고 다음 장에서는 이렇게 말합니다. “이로써 사랑이 우리에게 온전히 이루어진 것은 우리로 심판 날에 담대함을 가지게 하려 함이니 주께서 그러하심과 같이 우리도 이 세상에서 그러하니라”(요일 4:17) 나중에 그분이 나타나실 때 우리도 그분과 같을 것이라는 구절을 읽었는데, 여기서는 지금 이 세상에서 우리가 그분과 같다고 말합니다. 그렇다면 이 내용은 모순입니까? 그렇지 않습니다.

첫 번째는 당신의 외모, 즉 외적인 부분에 대한 내용입니다. 이 구절을 다시 읽어보십시오. “사랑하는 자들아 우리가 지금은 하나님의 자녀라…” 우리는 이미 우리의 영 안에서 하나님의 자녀입니다. 성경은 말합니다. “그런즉 누구든지 그리스도 안에 있으면 새로운 피조물이라 이전 것은 지나갔으니 보라 새 것이 되었도다”(고후 5:17)

당신이 거듭났을 때 재창조가 당신의 영 안에서 이루어졌습니다. 당신은 하나님의 말씀과 하나님의 생명으로 거듭났습니다. 그래서 요한은 “우리가 지금은 하나님의 자녀라”고 말한 것입니다. 이제 당신의 영은 그분과 같지만, 당신의 육신은 아직 그분과 같지 않은 것입니다.

따라서 “장래에 어떻게 될지는 아직 나타나지 아니하였으나 그가 나타나시면 우리가 그와 같을 줄을 아는 것은 그의 참모습 그대로 볼 것이기 때문이니”라고 말할 때, 이는 눈 깜짝할 사이에 우리가 변할 휴거를 언급하는 것입니다. 우리는 하늘의 몸을 입을 것이며, 그분과 같은 모습이 될 것입니다. 하나님께 영광 드립니다!

요한일서 4:17이 “주께서 그러하셨던 것 같이”가 아닌 “주께서 그러하심과 같이”라고 말하는 것에 주목하십시오. 우리는 지금 그분과 같습니다. 그분의 죽음 전 모습이 아닙니다. 주님께서 죽은 자 가운데서 일으켜지셨을 때, 우리는 그분과 함께 일으켜져서 새로운 생명으로 살아났습니다. 바로 부활의 생명입니다. 우리는 이제 하나님의 영광스러운 아들이신 예수님이 그러신 것 같이 이 땅에서 우리도 그러합니다!

고백

나는 하나님으로부터 났고 내 영에 그분의 의로운 본성을 가지고 있습니다. 내 존재의 모든 섬유질, 내 몸의 모든 뼈, 내 혈액의 모든 세포가 하나님으로 충만합니다. 예수님께서 그분의 영광과 의 안에서 그러하심과 같이 나도 그러합니다. 하나님을 송축합니다!

WE’RE LIKE HIM IN HIS

GLORIFIED STATE

“Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is” (1 John 3:2).

When you read this epistle of John, you have to be careful to read everything, otherwise, you may conclude that there are contradictions. For example, in our opening verse, the epistle says, “…it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.” This therefore means we’re not yet like Him.

But when you go right to the next chapter, the Bible says, “Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the Day of Judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world” (1 John 4:17). I thought we just read that we shall be like Him later when He appears. But here, it says we’re like Him in this world now; we’re just as He is. Is this a contradiction? No, it’s not.

The first one is about your appearance, your outward appearance. Look at it again, “Beloved, now are we the sons of God….” We’re already the sons of God in our spirits. The Bible says, “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new” (2 Corinthians 5:17).

That recreation took place in your spirit when you were born again. You were born of the Word of God and with the life of God. So, he says, “now are we the sons of God.” Now, your spirit is like Him, but your physical appearance isn’t like Him yet.

So when it says, “…it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is,” he’s referring to the Rapture where, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, we shall be changed. We will be clothed with our celestial bodies, and we shall be like Him in appearance. Glory to God!

Observe that 1 John 4:17 says “as He is,” not “as He was.” We’re like Him now, not as He was before His death. When He was raised from the dead, we were raised together with Him, and we came alive with a new kind of life: the resurrection life. So, as He is now, the glorified Son of God, so are we in this world!

CONFESSION

I’m born of God, and have His nature of righteousness in my Spirit. Every fibre of my being, every bone of my body, every cell of my blood, is replete with God. As Jesus is, in His glory and righteousness, so am I. Blessed Be God!

우리의 변호자

Our Advocates

“나의 자녀들아 내가 이것을 너희에게 씀은 너희로 죄를 범하지 않게 하려 함이라 만일 누가 죄를 범하여도 아버지 앞에서 우리에게 대언자가 있으니 곧 의로우신 예수 그리스도시라”(요일 2:1)

어떤 사람들은 예수님께서 하늘에 오르신 이후로 우리를 대신하여 아버지께 우리에게 자비를 갖고 죄를 용서해 달라고 간구하셨다고 합니다. 정말 말도 안 되는 소리입니다. 만약 예수님께서 하늘에 오르신 이후로 계속 그러셨다면 애초에 예수님께서 왜 우리의 죄 때문에 죽으러 오신 것입니까?

예수 그리스도는 우리의 변호자이십니다. 그러나 예수님은 아버지와 함께 하십니다. 그분은 아버지 편에서 우리의 변호자이십니다. 그분은 아버지께서 우리를 벌하지 않으시도록 설득하기 위해 아버지께 변론하시는 것이 아닙니다. 그렇지 않습니다! 그분은 아버지의 변호사이시며, 우리를 위해 아버지께 임명받으셨습니다.

예수님은 우리에게 속한 것에 대해 주장하는 것을 도와주는 분이십니다. 예수님은 우리를 위해 완성된 그분의 죽음, 장사, 부활의 모든 중요한 실재 가운데 우리가 행하도록 하십니다. 아버지는 우리와 반대 편에 계시지 않습니다. 오히려 아버지께서는 우리를 고소하는 사람들에게 맞서는 변호사로 예수님을 임명하셨습니다.

당신을 고발하는 어떤 사람이 당신을 범죄 혐의로 기소하고, 당신의 아버지가 당신을 변호할 최고의 변호사를 고용한다고 상상해 보십시오. 바로 예수 그리스도께서 그 변호사이십니다. 그분은 아버지의 진노로부터 당신을 보호하시는 것이 아닙니다. 당신을 고발하는 사람은 하나님이 아니시기 때문입니다. 우리는 진노에 이르도록 정해지지 않았습니다. “하나님이 우리를 세우심은 노하심에 이르게 하심이 아니요 오직 우리 주 예수 그리스도로 말미암아 구원을 받게 하심이라”(살전 5:9)

하나님의 백성을 참소하는 자는 마귀입니다(계 12:10). 그리고 아버지께서는 예수님을 당신의 변호자로 삼으셨습니다. 하지만 성령님도 당신의 변호자이심을 아십니까? 예수님은 요한복음 14:16에서 “내가 아버지께 구하겠으니 그가 또 다른 보혜사를 너희에게 주사 영원토록 너희와 함께 있게 하리니”라고 말씀하셨습니다.

확대번역본은 “보혜사”가 그리스어 “파라클레토스(Parakletos)”에서 번역된 6가지 동의어를 알려줍니다. 하나는 “변호자”입니다. 성령님은 당신의 변호자, 즉 우리가 고소 받을 때 우리를 변호해 주시는 분이십니다. 그분은 문제 한가운데로 오셔서 우리와 함께 문제를 감당해 주십니다. 그분은 우리의 대적에 맞서십니다.

예수님은 아버지와 함께 하시는 우리의 변호자이시며 성령님은 우리와 함께 하시는 아버지의 변호자라는 사실을 잊지 마십시오. 따라서, 한 변호자는 하늘에 계시고, 한 변호자는 우리 안에서, 우리와 함께 이 땅에 계십니다. 그렇다면 우리가 어떻게 패배하거나 불이익을 받을 수 있겠습니까? 그것은 불가능합니다.

기도

사랑하는 아버지, 하나님의 은혜와 내 안에서 역사하는 하나님의 의에 감사드립니다. 나를 사랑하심에 감사 드리며, 내가 하늘과 땅에서 정죄와 고소로부터 자유하게 살도록 해주시니 감사합니다. 나는 죄와 죄 의식에서 자유하며, 의의 열매를 맺고, 오늘 그리고 날마다 그리스도의 사랑을 나타내며 삽니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

OUR ADVOCATES

“My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous” (1 John 2:1).

Some have said that since Jesus went to heaven, He’s been begging the Father on our behalf to have mercy on us and forgive us our sins. That’s absolutely absurd. If that’s what He’s been doing since He ascended to heaven, why then did He come to die for our sins in the first place?

Jesus Christ is our advocate, but with the Father. He’s our advocate on the Father’s side. He’s not bringing arguments to the Father in order to convince the Father not to punish us; no! He’s the Father’s lawyer, appointed by the Father on our behalf.

He’s the one who helps us insist on what belongs to us. He sees to it that we walk in the vital reality of all that His death, burial and resurrection consummated for us. The Father isn’t against us; rather, He employed Jesus as our lawyer against our accusers.

Imagine you have a case where an accuser is charging you with an offence, and your dad hires the best lawyer to stand for you. Jesus Christ is that lawyer; He’s not defending you from the Father’s wrath, for God isn’t your accuser. We’re not appointed to wrath: “For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ” (1 Thessalonians 5:9).

It’s the devil who accuses God’s people (Revelations 12:10). But the Father got Jesus as your advocate. But did you know the Holy Spirit is also your advocate? Yes, He is. In John 14:16, Jesus said, “And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter….”

The Amplified Classic gives us six synonyms of the word “Comforter” translated from the Greek, “Parakletos”, and one of them is “Advocate.” The Holy Spirit is your advocate—counsel for the defence. He doesn’t just watch from the background as we grapple with forces and circumstances that assail us; He comes right into the middle of the heat and takes charge with us. He engages our adversaries.

Never forget this: Jesus is our advocate with the Father, while the Holy Spirit is the Father’s advocate with us. So, there’s one advocate in heaven, and there’s another one here on earth in us and with us. How can we lose? How could we ever be disadvantaged? It’s impossible.

PRAYER

Dear Father, I thank you for your grace, and the power of your righteousness at work in me! I thank you for loving me, and making provision for me in heaven and in the earth to live free of condemnation and accusations. I live free from sin and sin-consciousness, producing fruits of righteousness, manifesting the love of Christ today and always, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

A Constant Purification Process

“그가 빛 가운데 계신 것 같이 우리도 빛 가운데 행하면 우리가 서로 사귐이 있고 그 아들 예수의 피가 우리를 모든 죄에서 깨끗하게 하실 것이요”(요일 1:7)

저는 하나님의 말씀을 사랑합니다. 말씀을 따라 살면 삶의 스트레스가 사라지기 때문입니다. 당신은 고군분투할 필요가 없습니다. 오늘의 본문 구절에서 읽은 내용을 생각해 보십시오. 이는 당신이 그리스도 안에서 지속해서 깨끗게 되었으므로 죄를 의식할 필요가 없다는 뜻입니다.

당신이 해야 할 일은 주님께서 빛 가운데 계신 것처럼 빛 가운데 행하는 것입니다. 그분은 당신이 그렇게 할 때 예수 그리스도의 피가 당신을 모든 죄에서 깨끗게 하신다고 말씀하십니다. 자동으로 정결케 되는 것입니다. 주님은 예수 그리스도의 피로 당신을 모든 죄에서 깨끗게 해달라고 기도해야 한다고 말씀하지 않으셨습니다. 그분은 “예수의 피가 우리를 모든 죄에서 깨끗하게 하실 것이요” 말씀하십니다. 이는 당신에게 묻지 않고 일어나는 일입니다. 지속적인 깨끗게 하는 과정입니다.

A CONSTANT PURIFICATION PROCESS

“But if we walk in the light as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin” (1 John 1:7).

I love the Word of God, because living according to what it says takes the stress out of life. It takes the struggle out of Christianity. Think about what we just read in our opening scripture; it simply means there’s no need for you to be sin-conscious because in Christ you’re constantly purified.

All you have to do is walk in the light as He is in the light. He says as you do, the blood of Jesus Christ cleanses you from all sin. It’s automatic cleansing. Notice He didn’t say you should pray for the blood of Jesus Christ to cleanse you from sin. He says, “The blood of Jesus Christ, cleanses us from all sin,” meaning that it happens without you asking. It’s a constant purification process.

Why is this necessary? It’s because the world around us is smothered in sin and darkness. However, by walking in the light, all your errors, mistakes, and missteps that you didn’t even know about are cleansed. So be sure that you’re functioning or walking in His light; His light is His Word.

Remember what Jesus said, “Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you.” His Word is a cleanser; it purifies. If you’ve been born again and still find yourself praying the prayer of salvation every week, that’ll be because you’re looking at yourself under a different light that’s showing you that something is wrong.

See yourself under God’s light. His light shows that you’re the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. See yourself thus and walk accordingly. God’s light is God’s Truth, and God’s Truth is God’s Word. To walk in the light therefore means to walk in the Word of God which purifies your soul and purges your conscience from dead works, to serve the living God.

PRAYER

Dear Father, I thank you for your grace and the power of your righteousness at work in me! As I walk in your light, I’m automatically cleansed and purified by the blood of Jesus. I’m justified by the grace of Jesus Christ, and I walk in His righteousness, free from the accusation of the evil one. Your righteousness is expressed in my thoughts, words and actions, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

“여호와여 주께서 지으신 모든 것들이 주께 감사하며 주의 성도들이 주를 송축하리이다 그들이 주의 나라의 영광을 말하며 주의 업적을 일러서 주의 업적과 주의 나라의 위엄 있는 영광을 인생들에게 알게 하리이다”(시 145:10-12)

오늘의 본문 구절은 우리가 속한 하나님의 왕국에 대한 놀라운 사실을 알려줍니다. 그 왕국은 영광과 능력이 있는 왕국입니다! 제가 자세히 설명하고 싶은 단어는 “영광”입니다. 성경은 하나님의 성도들이 그분의 영광을 말할 것이라고 말합니다. 또한 하나님의 성도들이 그분의 왕국의 영광스러운 위엄을 선포할 것이라고 말합니다. 그렇다면 영광이란 무슨 뜻입니까?

많은 경우, 사람들은 실제 의미를 모른 채 “영광”이라는 단어를 사용합니다. 영광은 존귀에 영감을 주고, 생산하고, 존귀케 하는 것입니다. 무슨 일이 일어날 때, 그리고 그 일이 당신으로 하여금 다른 사람에 대한 존귀, 존경, 존중을 갖게 만들 때 영광스럽다고 하는 것입니다.

따라서 어떤 집회가 영광스러웠다고 말하는 것은 그 집회가 사람들이 주님을 경배하도록 영감을 주었다는 뜻입니다. 그들은 주님을 찬양하도록 영감을 준 것입니다. 그 집회는 참석자들로 하여금 하나님께 영광을 드리게 했습니다.

예수님께서 혼인 잔치에서 물을 포도주로 바꾸셨을 때 성경은 다음과 같이 말합니다. “예수께서 이 첫 표적을 갈릴리 가나에서 행하여 그의 영광을 나타내시매 제자들이 그를 믿으니라”(요 2:11) 그들은 예수님께서 물을 포도주로 바꾸시는 것을 보며 너무나 놀랐습니다. 예수님은 그분의 영광을 나타내셨고, 제자들은 그분을 믿게 되었습니다. 제자들은 예수님을 존경하고 경외했습니다.

바로 이것이 하나님의 왕국이며 우리가 그리스도 안에서 태어난 곳입니다. 베드로전서 2:9(확대번역본)은 말합니다. “그러나 너희는 선택받은 민족이요 왕 같은 제사장이며, 구별되어 헌신된 나라요, [하나님께서] 친히 사신 특별한 백성이니, 이는 너희를 어두움에서 불러내어 그의 놀라운 빛으로 들어가게 하신 분의 경이로운 행위를 내세우고 그분의 덕과 완벽함을 내보이게 하려 하심이라.”

사랑하는 아버지, 내 삶에 하나님의 말씀의 영광을 주셔서 감사합니다. 하나님께서는 나를 하나님의 영광스러운 왕국으로 부르시고 빛 가운데 성도의 유업에 참여하는 자로 만들어 주셨습니다! 나는 오늘 하나님의 영광, 통치권, 능력 안에서 행하며, 하나님의 탁월하심을 내 세상에 나타냅니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

MANIFESTING THE GLORY OF THE KINGDOM

“All thy works shall praise thee, O Lord; and thy saints shall bless thee. They shall speak of the glory of thy kingdom, and talk of thy power; To make known to the sons of men his mighty acts, and the glorious majesty of his kingdom” (Psalm 145:10-12).

Our opening verse tells us something striking about God’s Kingdom that we’re a part of: it’s a Kingdom with glory and power! A word I’d like to elaborate on is “glory.” The Bible says God’s saints shall speak of His glory. It also says they’ll make known the glorious majesty of His Kingdom. But what does glory mean?

Many times, people use the term “glory” without knowing what it really means. Glory is that which inspires, produces or causes honour. When something happens, and that thing causes you to give honour, admiration, and respect to another, that thing is said to be glorious.

Therefore, to say a meeting was glorious means that it inspired people to worship the Lord; they were inspired to praise Him. The meeting caused the attendees to respond in honour of God.

When Jesus turned water to wine at a wedding ceremony, the Bible says, “This beginning of miracles did Jesus in Cana of Galilee, and manifested forth his glory; and his disciples believed on him” (John 2:11). When they saw what He did by turning water to wine, they were amazed. He manifested forth His glory, and His disciples believed in Him. They honoured and revered Him.

Now, you can understand when the Bible says, “They shall speak of the glory of thy kingdom….” What’s in the Kingdom of God that we’re talking about? It’s a kingdom where sickness isn’t real, where defeat doesn’t exist; it’s a kingdom where life and immortality reign.

This is the Kingdom of God that we’re born into, in Christ. 1 Peter 2:9 (AMP) says, “But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a dedicated nation, [God’s] own purchased, special people, that you may set forth the wonderful deeds and display the virtues and perfections of Him Who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.” As you walk in the light of who you are in Christ, you’re showing forth the glory of the Kingdom.

PRAYER

Dear Father, thank you for the glory of your Word in my life. You’ve calle me into your glorious Kingdom, making me a partaker of the inheritance of the saints in light! I walk in your glory, dominion and power today, manifesting your excellence to my world, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

The Sanctifying Power Of His Word

“무릇 내게 붙어 있어 열매를 맺지 아니하는 가지는 아버지께서 그것을 제거해 버리시고 무릇 열매를 맺는 가지는 더 열매를 맺게 하려 하여 그것을 깨끗하게 하시느니라 너희는 내가 일러준 말로 이미 깨끗하여졌으니”(요 15:2-3)

하나님의 백성을 정결케 하는 데 있어서 그들에게 말씀을 나누는 것보다 더 좋은 방법은 없습니다. 그저 하나님의 말씀을 나누십시오. 예를 들어, 목사는 교회의 일부 사람들이 바르게 살지 않는 것에 대해 걱정할 수도 있습니다. 그렇다면 그가 해야 할 일은 하나님의 말씀을 계속 말하고 가르치는 것입니다. 그러면 사람들은 깨끗해질 것입니다.

그렇기 때문에 지역 교회에서 참된 하나님의 말씀을 가르칠 때, 사람들은 항상 그들을 깨끗게 하고, 힘을 주고, 영감을 주는 메시지를 듣게 될 것입니다. 더해서 그들은 영혼 구원자가 될 것입니다. 예수님이 제자들에게 그러하셨듯 말씀은 그들을 사람 낚는 어부로 만들 것입니다(마 4:19).

기도

사랑하는 아버지, 아버지의 말씀의 정결케 하는 능력에 감사드립니다. 말씀은 나를 깨끗하게 하고, 내 마음을 새롭게 하며, 내 삶을 변화시키고, 내 삶을 향한 아버지의 완전한 뜻의 방향으로 내 생각을 다시 프로그래밍합니다. 내 마음은 초자연적인 성장, 번영, 신성한 건강을 위해 재조정됩니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

THE SANCTIFYING POWER OF HIS WORD

“Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit. Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you” (John 15:2-3).

There’s no better way to purify God’s people than sharing the Word with them. Just share the Word of God. A pastor, for instance, could be concerned that some people in the church might not be living right. What he needs to do is to keep speaking and teaching the Word of God and the people will be cleansed.

Notice that Jesus said, “You’re clean through the Word that I have spoken unto you.” As they hear the Word, it’ll purge their spirits and cleanse them. The Word has that sanctifying power. The Bible says, “Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,” (Ephesians 5:25-26).

The Word of God washes. That’s why, when people come to church and listen to the Word, they feel like they’re in the best place ever. As they listened to the Word of God, it purified them. That’s what the Word of God does to your spirit.

That’s why when the true Word of God is taught in a local assembly, people will always come to hear that message that purifies, empowers and inspires them. It will even propel them to become soul winners for the Word makes them fishers of men as He did the disciples (Matthew 4:19).

PRAYER

Dear Father, thank you for the purifying power of your Word; it cleanses me, renews my mind, transforms my life, and reprogrammes my thoughts in the direction of your perfect will for my life. My mind is reconditioned for supernatural growth, prosperity, and divine health, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

억제되지 않는 분노를 정복하십시오

Conquer Unrestrained Anger

“분을 내어도 죄를 짓지 말며 해가 지도록 분을 품지 말고”(엡 4:26)

혹시 아기들이 화났다는 사인을 보이는 것을 눈치채 본 적이 있습니까? 안타깝게도 어떤 사람들은 이런 억제하지 않고 놔둔 분노를 성인 때까지 가져갑니다. 이미 어린 시절에 생겼을 수 있는 억제되지 않은 분노에 대해 인지하고 정복하는 것은 중요합니다.

이는 민수기 20장에 나오는 모세의 이야기가 생각나게 합니다. 이스라엘의 백성들은 광야에서 목이 마르자 모세에게 울부짖었습니다. 모세가 주님께 이에 대해 말씀드리자, 주님께서는 모세에게 이스라엘의 백성들이 보는 앞에서 반석에 말하라고 지시하셨고, 그러면 물이 나올 것이라고 말씀하셨습니다(민 20:8).

모세에게 지시하신 바는 물이 나오도록 반석에 대고 말하라는 것이었습니다. 모세는 반석을 칠 필요가 없었습니다. 그러나 사람들의 불평에 대한 짜증과 분노로 인해 그는 반석을 쳤습니다. 성경은 말합니다. “… 여호와께서 모세와 아론에게 이르시되 너희가 나를 믿지 아니하고 이스라엘 자손의 목전에서 내 거룩함을 나타내지 아니한 고로 너희는 이 회중을 내가 그들에게 준 땅으로 인도하여 들이지 못하리라 하시니라”(민 20:11-12)

물은 나왔지만 결과는 끔찍했습니다. 하나님께서는 모세가 약속한 땅으로 들어가지 못할 것이라고 선포하셨습니다. 이 이야기는 제어되지 않는 감정이 어떻게 한 사람의 인생을 방해할 수 있는지에 대한 가슴 아픈 예시입니다. 모세는 감정이 자신의 행동을 좌지우지 하도록 내버려두었고, 그의 억제되지 않은 분노는 그가 약속한 땅으로 들어갈 수 없게 만들었습니다.

야고보서 1:2은 말합니다. “내 형제들아 너희가 여러 가지 시험을 만나거든 온전히 기쁘게 여기라” 당신의 분노는 절대 하나님의 의를 나타낼 수 없습니다. 분노는 하나님의 뜻과 반대되는 행동으로 연결될 것입니다. 분노는 사람으로 하여금 화가 나지 않았다면 하지 않았을 행동을 하게 합니다. 진정되고 나서 상황을 다시 본다 할지라도 이미 늦었습니다.

CONQUER UNRESTRAINED ANGER

“Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath” (Ephesians 4:26).

Have you noticed how some infants sometimes exhibit signs of anger? Unfortunately, some individuals carry this unchecked anger into adulthood. It is crucial to acknowledge and conquer unrestrained anger that may have been acquired during early life.

It brings to mind the story of Moses in Numbers 20. When the children of Israel were thirsty for water in the wilderness, they cried to Moses. When Moses spoke to the Lord about it, He instructed Moses to speak to the rock before the children of Israel and water would come out (Numbers 20:8).

The instruction was for Moses to speak to the rock to give them water; he wasn’t to strike it. But out of anger, and frustration due to the people’s complaints, he struck the rock instead. The Bible says, “…And the LORD spake unto Moses and Aaron, Because ye believed me not, to sanctify me in the eyes of the children of Israel, therefore ye shall not bring this congregation into the land which I have given them” (Numbers 20:11-12).

Yes, water gushed forth, but the consequence was dire: God declared that Moses would not enter the Promised Land. This story gives a poignant example of how uncontrolled emotions can impede one’s journey. Moses allowed his anger to govern his actions and his unbridled anger prevented him from entering the Promised Land.

James 1:20 says, “For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God.” Your anger will never produce God’s righteousness; it’ll lead to actions contrary to God’s will. Anger causes people to take actions they otherwise wouldn’t have taken, and by the time they recollect, it might be too late.

Therefore, conquer anger with the Word. Ephesians 4:26 TLB says, “If you are angry, don’t sin by nursing your grudge. Don’t let the sun go down with you still angry—get over it quickly; 27 for when you are angry, you give a mighty foothold to the devil.”

PRAYER

Dear Father, your righteousness guides my actions and teaches me to respond in alignment with your will always. Your Word is in my heart, causing me to walk in righteousness and fulfil my destiny in you! I live by the Word always, giving vent to the love in my heart, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

창세기 6:1-4은 초기에 “하나님의 아들들”이라 묘사되는 존재들이 어떻게 인간들에게 섞였는지 보여주고 있습니다. “하나님의 아들들이 사람의 딸들의 아름다움을 보고 자기들이 좋아하는 모든 여자를 아내로 삼는지라”(창 6:2)

이 문맥에서 언급된 “하나님의 아들들”은 자신의 부르심과 거처를 떠난 자들이며 자신의 몸을 악한 것들을 위해 사용했습니다. 그들은 인간들과 결혼하여 거인의 자손들을 낳았습니다. 유다는 성령으로 말미암아 이런 천사들에게 결국 어떤 일이 일어났는지 밝혔습니다. “또 자기들의 처음 신분을 지키지 아니하고 자기들의 거처를 떠난 천사들을 큰 날의 심판 때까지 영존하는 사슬로 묶어 어둠 밑에 예비해 두셨는데”(유 1:6, 한글 흠정역)

하나님께서는 불순종한 천사들을 가두셔서 그들이 더 이상 악한 일들을 하지 못하도록 막으셨습니다. 그러나, 그들의 자손들이 만족할 줄 모르는 탐욕과 억제하지 못하는 분노를 가지고 이 땅을 돌아다녔습니다. 이 거인들은 도시를 짓고, 위험한 수준으로 초목을 소비했습니다. 그들이 이 땅에서 살기 위해서는 많은 자원이 필요했기 때문입니다.

그러나 그들이 죽으면, 인간의 영이 아닌 귀신의 영인 그들의 영이 지옥으로 내려가 지옥에 있는 자들을 처벌합니다. 그들의 법적 정죄가 아직 밝혀지지 않았기 때문입니다. 그리고 그들이 영원히 지옥에 갇힌 것이 아니기 때문에 그들은 자신의 선택에 따라 지옥을 들락거리며, 이 땅에서 날뛰며 악한 일들을 행하고 있습니다.

우리가 살아가는 이 세상에는 이런 영적으로 날뛰는 영들이 여전히 존재합니다. 그 귀신들은 사람들의 일에 영향을 끼치고 악을 지속합니다. 그러나 하나님께 감사합니다. 우리는 그들을 몰아내고 우리의 나라와 사람들의 삶에 대한 그들의 영향을 빼앗을 예수 이름의 권세를 가지고 있습니다.

자주 그들에게 예수 이름을 사용하고 그런 악한 존재들의 일을 중단시키십시오. 당신의 삶, 가정, 환경, 도시, 국가에 그들이 영향을 주는 것을 금지시키십시오. 예수 이름으로 그들을 쫓아내십시오! 당신이 그렇게 할 때, 그 지역에 있는 많은 사람들의 심령이 복음을 기쁘게 받아들이고 구원의 부르심에 주의를 기울이기 위해 열릴 것입니다. 그리고 의가 승리할 것입니다. 할렐루야!

사랑하는 아버지, 대적의 모든 능력을 이기는 권세를 주시니 감사합니다. 사탄과 그의 귀신들은 내 삶, 가정, 내가 사랑하는 사람들의 삶, 나의 나라에서 어떤 일들을 할 권세가 없습니다. 나는 하늘과 땅에서 모든 능력과 권세를 부여받았고, 내 세상에 대해 책임지고, 다스리고, 통치하기 때문입니다. 할렐루야!

“And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day” (Jude 1:6).

Genesis 6:1-4 recounts how in the early days, entities described as the “sons of God” intermingled with humans: “That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose…”

The “sons of God” as used in this context were angels who had left their calling and estate, and used their bodies for evil things; they mated with humans and produced giant offsprings. Jude, by the Spirit, revealed what eventually happened to these angels: “And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day” (Jude 1:6).

God imprisoned these disobedient angels to prevent them from continuing in their wickedness. However, the offspring of these unions roamed the earth with insatiable appetites and a propensity for unrestrained evil. These physical giants built cities, and consumed vegetation at an alarming rate, such that it took a lot to sustain them.

But as they died, their spirits—which were not human spirits—but demons, went to hell and punished those in hell because their legal condemnation was not yet established. And because they haven’t been permanently put in hell, they moved in and out of hell as they chose, and also ran rampage in the earth, carrying out evil activities.

Our world still contends with these spiritual free radicals today; demons that influence human affairs and perpetuate evil. But thanks be unto God; we have the authority in the Name of Jesus to dislodge and dispossess them of their hold and sway over nations and the lives of men.

Every so often, use the name of Jesus against them and put a stop to the works of these demoniacal entities. Forbid them from influencing things in your life, in your home, in your environment, city and nation. Cast them out in the Name of Jesus! Once you do, the hearts of many in those regions will become open to receive the Gospel gladly and heed the call to salvation, and righteousness will prevail. Hallelujah!

Prayer

Dear Father, thank you for the power to tread over all the abilities of the enemy. Satan and his demons have no right to run things in my life, my home, the lives of my loved ones, or in my nation, because I’ve been vested with all power and authority in heaven and in earth to subdue, dominate and take charge of my world. Hallelujah!
