“영의 말”을 하십시오
Speak “Spirit Words”

“살리는 것은 영이니 육은 무익하니라 내가 너희에게 이른 말은 영이요 생명이라”(요 6:63)

삶이 실제로는 영적이라는 사실을 많은 이들이 깨닫지 못합니다. 우리가 살고 있는 물리적인 세계가 전부는 아닙니다. 사실, 물리적인 세계는 영적인 세계의 통제를 받습니다.
이 물리적인 세계에 사는 우리 주변에 천사들이 있지만, 당신은 육체의 눈으로는 그들을 볼 수 없습니다. 그들을 보려면 당신이 영의 영역으로 넘어가야 합니다. 여기에서 말하는 요지는 이것입니다. 하나님께서 우리에게 말씀하시는 모든 것은 영의 영역에서 실재하지만, 그것을 당신의 삶에서 실재화하려면 당신이 그것들을 말해야 합니다. 하나님의 말씀은 당신의 말로 활성화됩니다.
당신의 말은 곧 “영의 말”이므로, 당신이 말할 때 영의 영역과 연결됩니다. 당신의 말이 땅의 영역과 영의 영역 사이를 연결합니다. 말할 때마다, 말하는 것은 무엇이나 영의 영역에서 실재입니다. 그 말이 긍정적이고 믿음으로 충만한 말이면 믿음의 결과를 생산할 것입니다. 그러나 그 말이 두려움과 낙심과 패배의 말이라면, 마찬가지로 부정적인 결과를 산출할 것입니다.
당신의 말은 당신을 위해 일하든지 아니면 당신을 대적해서 일합니다. 그러기 때문에 당신은 당신이 하는 말을 조심해야 합니다. 이는 마태복음 12:37에서 예수님이 하신 말을 생각나게 합니다. “네 말로 의롭다 함을 받고 네 말로 정죄함을 받으리라” 예수님이 오늘의 본문구절에서 하신 말씀을 떠올려 보십시오.
우리가 지음 받은 까닭은 그분처럼 보이는 것만이 아니라 그분처럼 기능하기 위해서이기도 합니다. 우리는 우리의 말을 통해 영과 생명을 풀어놓습니다. 당신이 말로 풀어놓는 에너지는 살리기도 하고 죽이기도 할 것입니다. 이와 같은 이유 때문에 성경은 잠언 18:21에서 다음과 같이 말씀합니다. “죽고 사는 것이 혀의 힘에 달렸나니…”
말로 긍정적인 에너지를 풀어놓으십시오. 당신의 세상과 가족과 직장과 사역과 재정에 생명을 말하십시오. 당신과 관련된 모든 것에 생명을 말하십시오. 모든 상황에서 하나님의 말씀을 확증하십시오. 당신이 하는 말을 당신이 얻는다는 이 사실(막 11:23)을 절대로 잊지 마십시오. 그러므로 오직 언제나 생명만을 말하고 “영의 말” 곧 믿음 충만한 말을 하십시오.

저는 세계 여러 나라에 평화가 함께 하는 번영을 선언하며 그리스도의 복음이 자유롭게 전해지고 영광을 받는다고 단언합니다. 하나님의 의가 열방 중에 높임을 받을 것입니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘,

SPEAK “SPIRIT WORDS”

It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life (John 6:63).

Not many people realize that life is indeed, spiritual. The physical world in which we live isn’t all there is; it’s in fact controlled from the spirit world. All around us in this physical world are angels, but you can’t see them with your physical eyes; you have to pass over into the realm of the spirit to see them. Now, the point of all that is this: everything God says to us is real in the realm of the spirit, but to make them real in your life, you have to speak them forth. The Word of God is activated by your words. Your words are “spirit words”; when you speak, you connect to the spirit realm. Your words are the connection between the earth realm and the spirit realm. Every time you speak, whatever you say is real in the realm of the spirit. If they’re positive, faith-filled words, they’ll produce faith-results. If they’re words of fear, discouragement, and defeat, they’ll produce such negative results as well. Your words are either working for you or against you; the reason you must watch what you say. It brings to mind the words of Jesus in Matthew 12:37: “For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.” Recall what He said in our opening verse. We’re made, not just to look like Him, but also to function like Him. We release spirit and life through our words. The energy released by your words will either give life or produce death. It’s for the same reason the Bible says in Proverbs 18:21, “Death and life are in the power of the tongue….” Release positive energy through your words. Speak life to your world, to your family, your job, your ministry, your finances, etc. Speak life to everything that concerns you. Affirm God’s Word in every situation. What you say is what you get (Mark 11:23); never forget it. Therefore, speak life only, and always; speak “spirit words”; faith-filled words.

Prayer
I declare peace with prosperity for the nations of the world, and affirm that the Gospel of Christ has free course and is glorified; the righteousness of God is exalted in the nations, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

우리는 성령의 충만함을 지니고 있습니다
We Have His Fullness

“하나님께서 보내신 분은 하나님의 말씀들을 말씀하시나니, 이는 하나님께서 그에게 성령을 한량없이 주심이라.”(요 3:34, 한글킹제임스)

어떤 그리스도인들은 예수님만이 충만한 하나님의 성령을 가지셨는데, 그 밖의 사람들은 단지 한 분량의 성령을 지녔다고 말했습니다. 그러나 하나님의 말씀의 빛에서 보면 이는 사실이 아닙니다.
첫째, 성경은 예수님을 가리키면서 우리가 다 그분의 충만한 데서 받았으니 은혜 위에 은혜라고 말씀합니다(요 1:16). 더 나아가 당신이 거듭나면 한분 인격으로서 성령님께서 충만하게 당신 안에 사십니다.
오직 예수님만이 한량없는 성령을 지니셨다는 관념을 퍼뜨리는 자들의 혼란은 요한복음 3:34의 킹제임스 번역에서 비롯된 것입니다. 요한복음 3:34의 킹제임스 성경은 이렇게 번역합니다. “하나님께서 보내신 분은 하나님의 말씀들을 말씀하시나니, 이는 하나님께서 그에게 성령을 한량없이 주심이라.” 킹제임스 성경에 나오는 “그에게(unto him)”라는 표현은 실제로는 삽입구로서 헬라어 원문에는 없습니다. 이는 번역자가 집어넣은 어구인데, 오해의 소지가 있습니다. 왜냐하면 그 어구로 인해 마치 성경 자체가 예수님에 대해 말하고 있다고 생각하게 만들기 때문입니다. 그러나 실상은 그렇지 않습니다.
이에 대한 바른 번역은 다음과 같습니다. “하나님께서 보내신 이는 하나님의 말씀을 말하나니, 이는 하나님께서 한량없이 성령을 주시기 때문이다.” 예수님이 아버지로부터 보냄을 받으셨듯이 당신도 보냄을 받았습니다. “예수께서 또 이르시되…아버지께서 나를 보내신 것 같이 나도 너희를 보내노라 이 말씀을 하시고 그들을 향하사 숨을 내쉬며 이르시되 성령을 받으라”(요 20:21-22) 당신은 안에 성령님 “전체(whole)” 곧 충만한 성령님을 모시고 있습니다.
에베소서 3:17-19은 당신이 하나님의 모든 충만으로 충만해지는 것에 대해 말씀합니다. 골로새서 1:19에서는 예수님에 대해서도 동일한 것을 말씀합니다. “아버지께서는 모든 충만으로 예수 안에 거하게 하시고” 이게 소리칠만한 것이라고 생각했다면, 골로새서 2:10을 읽어보십시오. “너희도 그 안에서 충만하여졌으니…” 누구 안에서 충만(온전)해집니까? 이에 앞에 있는 골로새서 2:9은 그가 누구인지 우리에게 알려줍니다. “그(그리스도 예수) 안에는 신성의 모든 충만이 육체로 거하시고”(골 2:9) 하나님을 송축합니다!
당신은 모든 충만 곧 신성과 삼위일체 하나님의 충만이 거하시는 분 안에서 온전합니다. 당신은 그분 안에서 완전합니다. 이는 당신이 하나님으로 가득하다는 뜻입니다. 당신은 걸어 다니는 하나님의 살아있는 성전입니다. 할렐루야!

복되고 은혜로운 아버지, 아버지는 참으로 위대하신 분이십니다! 제 안에 충만하게 살면서 제 삶에 영원한 영광을 가져오신 성령님으로 인해 감사드립니다. 한 평생 저는 날마다 아버지를 사랑하고 영화롭게 하며 아버지의 뜻을 행하기 위해 삽니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

WE HAVE HIS FULLNESS

For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto him (John 3:34).

Some Christians have said only Jesus had the fullness of God’s Spirit, and that the rest of us only have a measure of the Spirit. But in the light of God’s Word, that’s not true. First, the Bible says of His fullness, referring to Jesus, have we all received, grace heaped upon grace (John 1:16). Moreover, the Holy Spirit, as a person and in His fullness, lives in you, if you’re born again. Now, the confusion of those who propagate the notion that only Jesus had the Spirit without measure stem from the King James rendering of John 3:34. It says, “For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto him.” The underlined words, “unto him,” are actually in parenthesis, meaning that they don’t exist in the original Greek text; they were introduced by the translators, and it’s misleading, because it makes you think that verse is talking about Jesus, whereas it’s not. The correct rendering is, “For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure.” You were sent, just as Jesus was sent of the Father: “Then said Jesus…as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you. And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost” (John 20:21-22). You have the “whole” Holy Ghost in you, in His fullness. Ephesians 3:17-19 talks about you being filled with all the fullness of God. The same is said of Jesus in Colossians 1:19: “For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell.” If you thought that was something to shout about, read Colossians 2:10; it says, “And ye are complete in him….” In whom are you complete? The preceding verse 9 tells us who: “For in him (Christ Jesus) dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.” Blessed be God!
You’re complete in the One in whom all fullness—the fullness of the Deity, the Godhead—dwells; you’re perfected in Him. Meaning that you’re replete with God. You’re the walking, living, tabernacle of God. Hallelujah!

Prayer
Blessed and gracious Father, how great thou art! Thank you for the Holy Spirit who lives in me in His fullness, and the eternal glory He’s brought into my life. I live to love you, to honour you, and to do your will, every day of my life, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Demonstrating His Love

“소망이 우리를 부끄럽게 하지 아니함은 우리에게 주신 성령으로 말미암아 하나님의 사랑이 우리 마음에 부은 바 됨이니”(롬 5:5)

그리스도인의 삶은 하나님의 사랑에 대한 입증입니다. 요한일서 4:8은 말씀합니다. “사랑하지 아니하는 자는 하나님을 알지 못하나니 이는 하나님은 사랑이심이라” 하나님은 인격으로 나타나신 사랑입니다. 그분은 우리가 아직 죄인이었을 때 우리를 위해 죽도록 그리스도를 주심으로 우리를 향한 그분의 사랑을 입증하셨습니다(롬 5:8).
거듭날 때 당신은 하나님에게서 태어납니다. 따라서 사랑이신 하나님께서 당신을 낳으셨다면, 당신은 사랑의 자녀이요 인격으로 나타난 사랑입니다. 하나님의 사랑은 하나님께 달라고 기도해야 할 것이 아닙니다.
하나님의 사랑은 당신의 재창조된 인간 영의 특징입니다. “오직 성령(영)의 열매는 사랑과…”(갈 5:22) 당신에게 기대하는 것은 심령 안에 쌓인 사랑을 입증하고 당신의 세상에 복이 되는 것입니다. 어려운 세상에 사랑의 오아시스가 되십시오.
예수님이 요한복음 14:15에서 말씀하셨습니다. “너희가 나를 사랑하면 나의 계명을 지키리라” 예수님의 계명의 한 예가 모든 피조물에게 복음을 전하라는 지시입니다(막 16:15). 그리스도의 복음으로 다른 사람들에게 다가갈 때 당신의 세상에 하나님의 사랑을 입증하고 있는 것입니다.
고린도후서 5:14은 말씀합니다. “그리스도의 사랑이 우리를 강권하시는도다…” 사랑이 예수님으로 하여금 십자가에서 죄인의 자리를 차지하도록 몰아댔듯이 그분의 사랑이 우리로 복음을 전하도록 몰아댑니다. 예수님은 하나님의 사랑의 표현이며 전달이셨습니다.
예수님은 사람들에게 축복의 말을 하셨을 뿐만 아니라 사람들을 만지시고 사랑으로 교제하셨습니다. 예수님은 자신이 사람들을 사랑한 방식을 통해 아버지께서도 그들을 사랑하신다는 것을 알게 하셨습니다. 그분의 임재 가운데 있었을 때 당신은 사랑 곧 하나님의 사랑을 느꼈습니다.
각처에서 사람들이 예수님을 찾아와서 그분의 말씀을 듣고 그분과 함께 하였습니다. 그분의 말씀 속에서 그들은 사랑을 듣고 보았기 때문입니다. 그리스도인이자 복음 사역자인 당신은 예수님의 사랑을 세상에 나타내는 것이 자신의 갈망이 되어야 합니다.
그것이 바로 성령님이 당신의 삶에서 행하시는 일 중 하나입니다. 그분은 당신에게 하나님을 밝혀주시는데, 당신이 하나님을 알아갈수록 그분의 사랑이 당신을 지배합니다. 그 이유는 당신이 하나님을 사랑할수록 하나님을 닮아가기 때문입니다.

기도
사랑하는 아버지, 저를 향한 아버지의 크신 사랑을 점점 의식하는 가운데 걸을 뿐만 아니라 이 사랑을 입증하고 저의 세상에 복이 되도록 아버지의 사랑에 대한 계시로 제 영을 넘치게 도와주시니 감사드립니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

DEMONSTRATING HIS LOVE

And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our
hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us (Romans 5:5).

The Christian life is a demonstration of divine love. 1 John 4:8 says, “He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.” God is love personified. He demonstrated His love towards us in that He gave Christ to die for us while we were yet sinners (Romans 5:8). Being born again, you’re born of God, and if God who is love gave birth to you, then you’re a child of love, and love personified. Divine love isn’t something to pray to God to give you; it’s a feature of your recreated human spirit: “But the fruit of the Spirit is love…” (Galatians 5:22). What’s expected of you is to demonstrate the love that’s stored up in your heart, and be a blessing to your world. Be an oasis of love in a troubled world. Jesus said in John 14:15, “If ye love me, keep my commandments.” An example of His commandment is the instruction to preach the Gospel to every creature (Mark 16:15). You’d be demonstrating the love of God to your world when you reach out to others with the Gospel of Christ. 2 Corinthians 5:14 says, “For the love of Christ constraineth us…”; we’re propelled by His love to preach the Gospel, just as He was propelled by love to take the place of sinful men on the cross. He was the expression and communication of the love of God. Not only did He speak words of blessings to the people, He also touched them and related to them with love. He helped them know that the Father loved them. You felt love, divine love, when you were in His presence. People from everywhere came to Jesus, to hear Him, and be with Him, because in His words, they heard and saw love. As a Christian or minister of the Gospel, this should be your desire: manifesting the love of Jesus to the world. It’s one of the things the Holy Spirit does in your life; He reveals God to you and as you get to know Him, His love dominates you. This is because the more you love Him, the more like Him you become.

Prayer
Dear Father, I thank you for flooding my spirit with the revelation of your love and for helping me, not only to walk in the increased consciousness of your great love for me but to also, demonstrate this love and be a blessing to my world, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Glorify Him By Doing His Word

“아버지께서 내게 하라고 주신 일을 내가 이루어 아버지를 이 세상에서 영화롭게 하였사오니”(요 17:4)

주 예수님은 오늘의 본문구절에서 아버지를 영화롭게 하는 방법을 알려주십니다. 그분은 아버지께서 하기를 원하신 것을 하심으로써 아버지를 영화롭게 하셨습니다. 그분은 하나님을 영화롭게 하는 법에 대한 본을 우리에게 보이셨습니다. 이는 그저 “아버지, 아버지께 영광 돌립니다.”라고 말하는 것이 아닙니다. 그렇습니다! 당신은 아버지의 말씀을 행하여 말씀에 근거한 결과를 냄으로써 아버지를 영화롭게 합니다.
누군가 “주님, 영광 돌려드려요”라고 노래하는 것은 중요하지 않습니다. 그가 말씀을 행하는 자가 아니라면 주님은 영광을 받지 못하십니다. 당신은 누군가 앞에 서서 “음식을 드리겠습니다.”라고 말할 수 있지만, 그렇다고 그게 그 사람이 당신에게서 음식을 얻었다는 의미는 아닙니다. 이는 마치 이렇게 간증하는 것과 같습니다. “크리스 목사님이 진정으로 저를 축복하신 것을 간증하고 싶습니다. 하나님을 찬양합니다!” 이는 경청하고 있는 누군가가 당신이 하고 있는 말을 이해한다는 의미는 아닙니다. 그러나 당신을 축복하기 위해 내가 무슨 일을 했는지 말하기 시작한다면 듣고 있는 사람들이 당신이 하는 말을 이해할 수 있습니다.
당신이 “주님, 주님께 영광 돌립니다.”라고 말할 때 무언가 잘못되었다는 뜻이 아닙니다. 우리가 단지 지적하는 핵심은 하나님의 말씀이 행하는 것이 실제로 그분을 영화롭게 하는 최고의 길이라는 점입니다. 그런 다음에 “하나님께 영광 돌립니다.”라고 말하는 것은 영적인 의미가 있습니다. 당신이 그 영광을 실제로 드리는 일을 했기 때문입니다. 당신은 하나님께 영광을 돌리는데 하나님께서 그 영광을 받으신 적이 없다는 것만 발견하고 싶지 않을 것입니다.
예수님이 말씀하셨습니다. “아버지께서 내게 행하게 하신 일을 이루었습니다. 그러므로 아버지께서 영광을 받고 나도 아버지 안에서 영광을 받습니다.” 이게 바로 예수님이 아버지를 영화롭게 하신 방식입니다. 그러므로 당신은 그분께서 무엇을 원하시는지 알기 위해 성경을 공부해야 합니다. 심판 날에 아버지 앞에 남을 유일한 것은 당신이 살아낸 그분의 말씀이 될 것입니다.

기도
사랑하는 주님, 주님의 말씀이 제 안에 살아서 적극적으로 역사하여 말로 다 할 수 없는 충만한 영광의 기쁨으로 저를 채우심으로 인해 감사드립니다. 저는 말씀을 행하여 말씀에 기초한 결과를 낳음으로써 주님께 존귀와 영광을 위해 살기로 완전히 결단합니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

GLORIFY HIM BY DOING HIS WORD

I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do (John 17:4).

The Lord Jesus, in the verse above, shows us how to glorify the Father. He glorified the Father by doing what He wanted Him to do. He thus gave us an example on how to give glory to God. It’s not just by saying, “Father, I give you glory,” no! You glorify Him by doing His Word; by producing Wordꠓbased results.It doesn’t matter that someone is singing, “I give you glory, Lord”; if he isn’t a doer of the Word, the Lord isn’t glorified. You can stand in front of someone and say, “I give you food,” it doesn’t mean the person got the food from you. It’s like giving a testimony: you can say, “I just want to testify that Pastor Chris has really blessed me; praise God!” That doesn’t mean someone who’s listening understands what you’re saying. But if you begin to say what I did for you that blessed you, then those listening can understand you. Now, it doesn’t quite mean that when you say, “Lord, I give you glory,” something is wrong with that; no! The point we’re simply making is that doing God’s Word is actually the best way to glorify Him. Then when you say, “I glorify God” or “I give God glory,” it makes spiritual sense because you’ve done that which actually provides that glory. You don’t want to give glory to God only to discover that He never received or accepted it. Jesus said, “I have done what you asked me to do and you’re glorified.” That’s the way Jesus glorified the Father. It’s the reason you should study the scriptures to know what He wants, and do them. What the Lord is going to applaud and reward you for on the day of Judgment is His Word that you lived out.

Prayer
Dear Lord, I thank you because your Word is alive and actively working in me, filling me with joy unspeakable and full of glory. I’m fully resolved to live to your honour and glory, by doing the Word and producing Word-based results, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

“모세가 그의 손을 들어 그의 지팡이로 반석을 두 번 치니 물이 많이 솟아나오므로 회중과 그들의 짐승이 마시니라 여호와께서 모세와 아론에게 이르시되 너희가 나를 믿지 아니하고 이스라엘 자손의 목전에서 내 거룩함을 나타내지 아니한 고로 너희는 이 회중을 내가 그들에게 준 땅으로 인도하여 들이지 못하리라 하시니라”(민 20:11-12)

그리스도인인 우리는 모두 하나님을 기쁘시게 하고 그분의 뜻을 행하고 그분을 위해 성공하며 우리의 인생을 향한 그분의 부르심을 알고 성취해서 그분을 영화롭게 하기를 원합니다. 그러나 그 모든 것이 이루어지려면, 그분의 말씀을 절대적인 진리로 따르고 받아들여야 합니다. 하나님의 말씀이 계시된 그분의 뜻이기 때문입니다. 말씀을 통해 우리는 그분이 세우신 그분의 계획과 목적과 패턴을 알기에 그분을 따르고 바르게 섬길 수 있습니다.
기독교는 그저 좋은 일을 하는 것만이 아니라 하나님의 목적을 위해 하나님의 방식으로 그 일을 하는 것입니다. 우리가 오늘의 본문구절에서 읽은 것을 생각해보십시오. 모세는 바위를 향해 말하지 않고 바위를 내리쳤습니다. 물이 나와서 사람들이 마음껏 마셨지만, 하나님께서는 기뻐하지 않으셨습니다. 모세에 대해 분노하셨습니다.
한편, 창세기는 형제인 가인과 아벨이 주님께 제물을 드리는 방식을 알려줍니다. 가인은 그가 고른 제물을 가져온 반면, 아벨은 하나님께서 고른 제물, 다시 말해 하나님께서 드리도록 요구하신 것을 가져왔습니다.
가인이 규정된 질서를 따르지 않아서 즉 하나님께서 원하신 대로 행하지 않았기에 그의 제사는 거절당했습니다. 자기 제물이 거절당한 것 때문에 가인이 화가 난 것을 보신 하나님께서 그에게 말씀하셨습니다. “네가 바르게 행하면 받아들여지지 않겠느냐?”(창 4:7, 한글킹제임스)
그러므로 처음부터 하나님께서는 우리가 우리의 계획이 아니라 그분의 계획대로 그분을 섬겨야 함을 알려주셨습니다. 당신의 계획이 얼마나 멋진가는 중요하지 않고, 문제는 그게 하나님이 원하시는 계획인가입니다. 모세는 바위에서 사람들이 마실 물을 내게 했지만 하나님을 영화롭게 하지 못했습니다.
당신은 하나님의 말씀을 행함으로 그분을 영화롭게 합니다. 예수님이 말씀하셨습니다. “아버지께서 내게 행하게 하신 일을 이루었습니다. 그러므로 아버지께서 영광을 받고 나도 아버지 안에서 영광을 받습니다.” 이게 바로 예수님이 아버지를 영화롭게 하신 방식입니다. 그분은 아버지의 뜻과 목적과 계획대로 아버지를 섬기셨습니다. 그러므로 당신도 이와 다른 방식으로는 아버지를 섬길 수 없습니다!

FOLLOW HIS WILL, PURPOSE AND PLAN

And Moses lifted up his hand, and with his rod he smote the rock twice: and
the water came out abundantly, and the congregation drank, and their beasts
also. And the LORD spake unto Moses and Aaron, Because ye believed me not,
to sanctify me in the eyes of the children of Israel, therefore ye shall not bring this congregation into the land which I have given them (Numbers 20:11-12).

As Christians, we all want to please God; we want to do His will and succeed for Him. We want to know and fulfill His calling for our lives; we want to bring Him honour. However, for all that to happen, we must follow, and accept His Word as absolute truth, for His Word is His will expressed. Through the Word, we know God’s plan, purpose, and the pattern He has set and we’re able to follow, and serve Him rightly. In Christianity, it’s not just about doing what’s good, but doing it God’s way, for God’s purpose. Consider what we read in our opening text: Moses, instead of talking to the rock, struck the rock. Water came out, and the people drank to their fill, but God wasn’t pleased. He was angry with Moses. Again, in the Book of Genesis, the Bible tells us how two brothers, Cain and Abel, brought their offerings to the Lord. Cain brought an offering of his choice, while Abel brought an offering of God’s choice: what God asked to be offered. Cain’s sacrifice was rejected, because he didn’t follow the due order; he didn’t do what God wanted. Seeing that he was angry because his offering was rejected, God said to him, “If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted?” (Genesis 4:7).Thus, from the very beginning, God showed us that we’re supposed to serve Him according to His plan, not ours. It doesn’t matter how nice your plan may be; the question is, is it what God wants? Moses got the rock to produce water for the people to drink, but failed to glorify God. You glorify God by doing His Word. Jesus said, “I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do” (John 17:4). That’s the way Jesus glorified the Father. He served the Father according to the Father’s will, purpose, and plan; you can’t do it any other way!

Prayer
Dear Father, I thank you for giving me your Word to live by, and manifest your glory. I’m a doer of the Word; I live in, and by, your Word, serving you in wisdom, walking in, and fulfilling your divine plan and purpose for me, to the praise and glory of your Name. Hallelujah!

귀신들을 다스리는 통치권
Dominion Over Devils

“믿는 자들에게는 이런 표적이 따르리니 곧 그들이 내 이름으로 귀신을 쫓아내며…”(막 16:17)

귀신들을 쫓아내기 위해 특별한 기름부음이나 은사를 받은 그리스도인은 없습니다. 예수님이 말씀하셨습니다. “믿는 자들에게는 이런 표적이 따르리니 곧 그들이 내 이름으로 귀신을 쫓아내며…”(막 16:17) 당신이 귀신들을 쫓아낼 수 있기 위해 필요한 유일한 자격은 믿는 자 곧 그리스도인이 되는 것뿐입니다. 1분 전에 거듭난 사람을 비롯해서 모든 그리스도인에게는 귀신들을 쫓아낼 권세가 있습니다.
누군가는 이렇게 물을지도 모릅니다. “어떻게 그럴 수 있죠? 귀신을 쫓아내기 전에 자신을 준비하고 강력하게 기도할 필요도 없다고요?” 그렇습니다! 예수님께서 우리에게 마귀에 대해 기도하라고 요구하지도 않으셨습니다. 그분은 “귀신을 쫓아내라”고 말씀하셨습니다. 당신은 하나님께 마귀에 대해 무언가를 하시라고 말해서는 안 됩니다. 그분은 마귀와 어둠의 귀신들에 대해 해야 할 모든 일을 이미 하셨고 당신에게 그들을 다스릴 권세를 주셨기 때문입니다.

DOMINION OVER DEVILS

And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils… (Mark 16:17).

There’re no Christians specially anointed or gifted to cast out demons. Jesus said, “…these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils…” (Mark 16:17). The only qualification needed for you to be able to cast out devils is to be a believing one; it’s to be in Christ. Every Christian has authority to cast out devils, including the one that just got born again minutes ago. Someone might say, “How can that be? Don’t we need to prepare ourselves and pray ‘powerful prayers’ before we can cast out devils?” No! Jesus didn’t even ask us to pray about the devil. He said, “Cast him out!” You never need to tell God to do anything about the devil, because He already did everything He needed to do about the devil, and demons of darkness, and gave you authority over them.In Mark 6:7, the Bible says, “And he (Jesus) called unto him the twelve, and…gave them power over unclean spirits.” The Greek word for “power” is “exousia,” and it means “authority.” Jesus gave us authority over unclean spirits. Read what He did to them in hell: “Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it” (Colossians 2:15 NKJV). Jesus rendered Satan and his cohorts incapacitated; powerless and useless. But guess what? When He did it, you were in Him. In Luke 10:19, He said, “Behold, I give unto you power (authority), to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power (ability) of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.” You have the authority to control and tame Satan and his cohorts; to put them in check; and that authority is perfect and absolute. No demon can resist it. Remember what we read in our opening verse, “And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils…”; it’s a law in the realm of the spirit. When you ask a demon to come out in the Name of Jesus, it’s as though Jesus Himself were speaking. Live in the authority of His Name. Refuse to allow the devil run rampage in your environment.

Prayer
Dear Father, I thank you for the victory of Jesus over the devil and the entire host of darkness, which He wrought on my behalf. Now, I live in the victory and authority of Jesus Christ; Satan and his cohorts are no factors for my success. I live triumphantly in Christ, every day, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

기독교는 인성 안에 있는 신성이 드러나는 것이요, 당신 안에 있는 그리스도가 나타나는 것입니다. 그리스도인은 그리스도께서 문자 그대로 그 안에 거하시는 자입니다. 그러면 그리스도는 누구이십니까? 인격으로서 그리스도는 예수님 안에서 나타난 신성의 충만 곧 신성의 화신입니다. 그래서 성경은 그리스도가 만물 위에 계시고 모든 정사와 능력의 머리이신데, 당신 안에 살고 계신다고 말씀합니다.
이것이 사실이고, 물론 하나님 덕분에 그러할진대, 왜 그리스도인이 귀신을 무서워하거나 두려워해야 합니까? 어떤 이들은 귀신들과 귀신의 억압에서 벗어나려고 이 교회 저 교회를 찾아다니기도 합니다. 이 얼마나 슬픈 일입니까! 주님께서 호세아 4:6에서 말씀하셨습니다. “내 백성이 지식이 없으므로 망하는 도다.…” 어떤 그리스도인도 사탄으로부터 구출이 필요하지 않습니다. 자신이 마귀로부터 구출이 필요하다고 믿는 그리스도인은 참된 그리스도인의 삶을 살고 있지 않습니다.
그리스도인은 사탄보다 우월하므로 귀신 문제가 없어야 마땅합니다. 그리스도인인 당신이 마귀가 어떤 문제나 상황에 책임이 있다는 것을 알아차리는 순간 문제 해결은 쉽습니다. 간단히 귀신을 쫓아내십시오. 마가복음 16:17에서 예수님이 말씀하셨습니다. “믿는 자들에게는 이런 표적이 따르리니 곧 그들이 내 이름으로 귀신을 쫓아내며…” 이것이 바로 예수님께서 우리가 그분의 이름으로 할 수 있다고 하신 첫 번째 일입니다.
더 나아가 성경은 말씀합니다. “우리로 하여금…아버지께 감사하게 하시기를 원하노라 그가 우리를 흑암의 권세에서 건져내사 그의 사랑의 아들의 나라로 옮기셨으니”(골 1:12-13) 거듭나기 전 당신은 이미 어둠의 세력에서 구출되어 하나님의 사랑의 아들의 왕국으로 옮겨졌습니다. 이 일은 합법적으로 이루어졌습니다. 예수님께서 온 세상을 위해 그렇게 하셨기 때문입니다. 당신이 거듭날 때 그것은 실제적인 실재(vital reality)가 됩니다. 사탄이나 어둠은 당신을 통제하거나 지배할 사법권이 없습니다. 당신은 그들의 영향력 아래 있지 않습니다.
그럼에도 주님을 위해 살지 않고 사탄의 영향력 아래 살기로 선택할 경우, 당신은 문제를 겪게 될 것입니다. “사탄의 강한 영향력 아래서 지금 귀신의 억압을 겪고 있다면 어떻게 해야 할까요? 그러나 그것도 별 문제가 아닙니다. 단지 이렇게 말하십시오. “예수 그리스도께서 내 생명의 주이시므로, 나는 마귀와의 관계를 청산한다.” 그러면 됩니다! 하나님께 영광을 돌립니다!

LIVE THE TRUE CHRISTIAN LIFE

To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory (Colossians 1:27).

Christianity is the outworking of divinity in humanity; the revelation of Christ in you. A Christian is one in whom Christ literally dwells, and who is Christ? As a person, Christ is the embodiment of deity; the fullness of the Godhead, represented in Jesus. And the Bible says He’s above all things; He’s the head of all principality and power, and He lives in you. Now if this is true, and thank God it is, why should any Christian be afraid or intimidated by demons? Some are even traversing from church to church seeking to be delivered from demons and demonic oppressions. How sad! The Lord said in Hosea 4:6, “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge….” No Christian needs deliverance from Satan. A Christian who believes he or she requires deliverance from the devil isn’t living the true Christian life. The Christian is superior to Satan, and shouldn’t have trouble with demons. As a Christian, once you find out that the devil is responsible for a problem or situation, it makes it easy to solve: just cast him out. Jesus said in Mark 16:17, “And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils…”; it’s the first thing He said we could do in His Name. Moreover, the Bible says, “Giving thanks unto the Father…Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son” (Colossians 1:12-13). Before you were born again, you were already delivered from the power of darkness, and transferred into the Kingdom of God’s love-Son; it happened legally, for Jesus did this for the whole world. Now that you’re born again, it has become a vital reality. Satan, or darkness, has no control over you; you’re not under their influence or jurisdiction. Howbeit, if you’re not living for the Master, and you choose to live under Satan’s influence, then you’re going to have trouble. “What if you strayed into Satan’s jurisdiction, and now you’re having trouble with demonic oppression?” someone wonders. That’s not a problem. Just say, “Jesus Christ is the Lord of my life, and I’m done with the devil.” That’s all! Glory to God!

Prayer
Dear Father, I thank you for translating me from the kingdom of darkness, to the kingdom of your love Son, Jesus. I’m in the Kingdom now, and no devil can have its way in my life, because greater is He that’s in me, than he that’s in the world. I exercise control, and authority over anything that’s inconsistent with the provisions of the Gospel in my life, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

The Creative Power Of The Word

“지금 내가 여러분을 주와 및 그 은혜의 말씀에 부탁하노니 그 말씀이 여러분을 능히 든든히 세우사 거룩하게 하심을 입은 모든 자 가운데 기업이 있게 하시리라”(행 20:32)

요한복음 1:1은 말씀합니다. “태초에 말씀이 계시니라 이 말씀이 하나님과 함께 계셨으니 이 말씀은 곧 하나님이시니라” 말씀이 곧 하나님이셨는데, 하나님은 불변하십니다. 이 말은 말씀이 여전히 하나님이시라는 뜻입니다. 요한복음 1:14은 말씀합니다. “말씀이 육신이 되어서 우리 가운데 거하셨다. 우리는 말씀의 영광을 보았는데, 그 영광은 아버지께로부터 오신 독생자의 영광이신데 은혜와 진리가 충만했다.”(요 1:14, NIV)
예수님이 태어나시기 전에 성령님은 마리아에게 임하셨는데, 천사가 전하자 그녀가 받아들였던 하나님의 말씀이 그녀 안에서 육신이 되었습니다. 그 말씀이 아이가 되어 점차 자라나서 남자인 그리스도 예수가 되셨습니다. 그러므로 사실 예수님은 육신이 되신 하나님의 말씀이십니다. 그분은 마리아에게 말해진 말씀의 결과입니다.
오늘 하나님의 말씀이 당신에게 오면, 이는 동일한 효력을 지니며 동일한 결과를 낳습니다. 하나님의 의도는 말씀이 당신과 하나가 되고 당신 안에서 육신이 되는 것입니다. 이 말씀이 치유의 말씀이면, 곧 아픔을 멸하고, 말씀이 그 자리를 차지해야 합니다.
말씀은 부러진 팔이나 절단한 팔을 재창조할 수 있습니다. 말씀은 당신의 혈액을 바꿀 수 있습니다. 당신의 신장이나 심장에 문제가 있다면 말씀은 당신 안에서 새 신장이 되고, 문자 그대로 당신에게 새 심장을 줄 수 있습니다. 하나님의 말씀을 받아들이는 것은 곧 당신의 삶으로 하나님의 능력 곧 하나님의 창조적인 능력을 받아들이는 것입니다.
당신의 상황이 절망적이라는 생각을 용납하지 마십시오. 당신의 재정 상황으로 인해 절망하거나 낙담하지 마십시오. 말씀으로 상황을 바꾸십시오. 말씀에 담긴 메시지를 당신 안에 문자 그대로 형성할 때까지 묵상하십시오. 다시 말해 말씀을 곱씹고 숙고하고 마음에 새기십시오. 말씀이 당신을 위해 그리고 당신 안에서 생산해야 하는 결과만 보고, 생각하며, 받아들일 정도로 당신의 마음이 새롭게 됩니다.

복되신 아버지, 제 삶에 역사하는 아버지의 말씀의 효력으로 인해 감사드립니다. 묵상함으로써 말씀은 내 영·혼·몸과 섞여서 그 안에 있는 메시지를 제 삶과 상황에서 생산합니다. 아버지의 신성한 능력은 오늘과 항상 제 안에서 역사하고 있습니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

THE CREATIVE POWER OF THE WORD

And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified (Acts 20:32).

John 1:1 says, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” If the Word was God, and God doesn’t change, it means that the Word is still God. In verse 14 of the same chapter, the Bible says, “The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth”(John 1:14 NIV). Recall that before Jesus was born, the Holy Ghost had come upon the Virgin Mary, and the Word she received from God, which was spoken to her by an angel, became flesh in her. That Word became a child, and grew to become the man, Christ Jesus. So Jesus, indeed, is the Word of God become flesh; He’s the result of the Word that was spoken to Mary. Today, when the Word of God comes to you, it still has the same effect and produces the same result. God’s intent is for the Word to become one with you, to become flesh in you. If it’s a word of healing, it’s meant to destroy the sickness, and take its place. The Word can recreate a broken or amputated arm. The Word can change your genotype. The Word can become new kidneys in you, and literally give you a new heart, if you’ve had issues with your kidneys or your heart. Receiving God’s Word is receiving the power of God into your life; the creative power of God. Don’t accept that your situation is hopeless. Don’t despair or become despondent because of your financial situation; change things with the Word. Get into meditation; chew the Word; ponder and contemplate the Word until it literally forms in you the message it bears. You’ll know when it happens: your mind will be renewed to only see, think, and accept the results that the Word is supposed to produce for you and in you.

Prayer
Blessed Father, I thank you for the efficacy of your Word in my life. Through meditation, the Word mingles with my spirit, soul, and body, producing in my life and in my situation the message that it bears. Your divine power is at work in me through and through, today, and always, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

오늘의 본문구절에서 사도 바울은 구약과 신약의 놀라운 차이를 비교하였습니다. 그는 단도직입적으로 구약의 직무를 “죽음의 직무”라고 부릅니다. 이 말은 무슨 뜻입니까?
율법에 대해 이해하십시오. 율법을 주신 것은 정죄하기 위해서였습니다. 율법을 읽을 때, 죽음이 역사했고 사람들은 정죄를 받았으며 영적인 죽음을 의식하게 되었습니다. 로마서 7:9에서 한 바울의 말을 떠올려보십시오. “전에 율법을 깨닫지 못했을 때에는 내가 살았더니 계명이 이르매 죄는 살아나고 나는 죽었도다” 죄로 인해 죄가 진정으로 무엇인지를 알려주도록 율법이 주어졌습니다. “그런즉 선한 것이 내게 사망이 되었느냐 그럴 수 없느니라 오직 죄가 죄로 드러나기 위하여 선한 그것으로 말미암아 나를 죽게 만들었으니 이는 계명으로 말미암아 죄로 심히 죄 되게 하려 함이라”(롬 7:13)
옛 언약은 사람들에게 생명을 주시려는 하나님의 의도를 성취할 수가 없었습니다. 오히려 육신의 불완전함으로 인해 옛 언약은 죽음을 가져왔습니다. 누구도 율법을 성취할 수 없었으며, 율법이 정하신 수준까지 완전히 이를 수가 없었습니다. 그러나 하나님께 감사드리기는, 그리스도 예수께서 율법을 성취하셨습니다. 성경은 그리스도 예수를 통해 모든 이들이 모세의 율법에 의해 의롭게 될 수 없던 모든 일들에서 의롭게 된다고 말씀합니다(행 13:39).
성경은 그리스도 예수께서 복음을 통해 생명과 불멸을 밝히셨다고 말씀합니다(딤후 1:10). 그러므로 오늘 진정한 새 언약을 전할 때 우리는 생명의 영이신 성령님을 섬기고 있는 것입니다.
고린도후서 3:6은 우리가 새 언약의 탁월한 사역자들이라고 말씀합니다. “…율법 조문으로 하지 아니하고 오직 영으로 함이니 율법 조문은 죽이는 것이요 영은 살리는 것이니라” 이것이 당신의 꿈과 갈망이 되어야 합니다. 당신은 자신의 직분이 영의 직분인 생명의 직분이기를 원해야 합니다.
당신의 사역으로 인해 구원과 치유와 구출과 활성화된 다른 축복들이 있는 생명의 영이 풀려나기 때문에 예수님을 아직 알지 못하는 사람은 당신의 말을 듣고 변화됩니다!

기도
사랑하는 아버지, 복음을 통해서 그리스도의 헤아릴 수 없는 부요함을 전하고 제 세상에 있는 자들에게 생명을 전달하는 특권을 제게 주셔서 감사드립니다. 오늘 많은 이들이 복음을 들을 때 아버지의 말씀에 있는 성령의 능력과 생명이 풀려나서 그들의 삶을 완전히 변화시키게 되어 감사합니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

MINISTERS OF LIFE

But if the ministration of death, written and engraven in stones, was glorious, so that the children of Israel could not stedfastly behold the face of Moses for the glory of his countenance; which glory was to be done away: How shall not the ministration of the spirit be rather glorious (2 Corinthians 3:7-8).

The Apostle Paul, in our theme scripture was comparing the awesome difference between the Old and the New Testaments. Without mincing words, he calls the ministration of the Old Testament “the ministration of death.” What does this mean? Now, understand something about the Law: it came that condemnation might stand. When the Law was read, death was ministered; people were condemned; spiritual death became a consciousness. Recall Paul’s words in Romans 7:9, “For I was alive without the law once: but when the commandment came, sin revived, and I died.” The law was given because of sin, so that sin might be shown to be what it really is (Read Romans 7:13).Now, the Old Testament couldn’t fulfill God’s intention which was to give life to men. Rather, it brought death, because of the imperfections of the flesh. No one could fulfill the Law; none could totally rise to the level that the law prescribed. But thanks be unto God! Christ Jesus is the fulfilment of the Law. The Bible says through Him, all are justified from all things from which they couldn’t be justified by the Law of Moses (Acts 13:39). The Bible says He’s brought life and immortality to light through the Gospel (2 Timothy 1:10). So, today, when we preach the true New Testament, we’re ministering the Spirit; the Spirit of life. 2 Corinthians 3:6 says we’re able ministers of the New Testament: “…not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.”This should be your dream and desire: you want your ministration to be a ministration of life; a ministration of the Spirit. Someone who doesn’t yet know Jesus should hear you, and be transformed, because of the release of the spirit of life in your ministration that leaves salvation, healing, deliverance, and other blessings in its wake!

Prayer
Dear Father, I thank you for the privilege given to me to preach the unsearchable riches of Christ, and minister life to those in my world, through the Gospel. Thank you for the power of the Spirit and the life in your Word released as many hear the Gospel today, bringing about a complete transformation in their lives, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Ministering Through The Spirit

“살리는 것은 영이니 육은 무익하니라 내가 너희에게 이른 말은 영이요 생명이라”(요 6:63)

어떤 사람이 예언의 말씀을 받은 다음 제시할 수 있고 예언의 메시지가 사실이더라도, 말해진 예언의 말이 공허하고 작동하지 않으며 효력이 없이 발설되기도 합니다. 그 이유는 말해진 말에 성령의 능력이 없기 때문입니다.
이것이 바로 우리가 성령 안에서 기도하여 성령으로 충만해지는 질적으로 좋은 시간을 보내야 하는 까닭입니다. 에베소서 5:18은 말씀합니다. “술 취하지 말라 이는 방탕한 것이니 오직 성령으로 충만함을 받으라”
이 말씀은 원래 이미 성령으로 충만한 사람들인 에베소의 그리스도인들에게 보낸 편지였습니다. 그러므로 이 구절은 사도 바울을 통해 끊임없이 하나님의 성령의 영향과 통제와 지배를 받는 우리를 분명히 언급하고 있습니다. 이렇듯 당신은 매력적이고 설득력이 있는 인간의 지혜나 영민한 언사가 아니라 성령과 능력이 나타남으로 메시지와 말씀을 전했을 것입니다.
성령으로 충만해지면, 당신은 성령님을 섬기며 당신의 말에는 신성한 에너지를 품고 있습니다. 당신의 의사소통은 사람들이 당신과의 만남을 잊거나 무시할 수 없을 정도가 됩니다. 예수님의 사랑과 그분의 인격 곧 당신의 말에서 풍겨 나오는 그분의 지혜와 능력과 의가 그들에게 큰 영향을 미칩니다.
고린도후서 4:5은 말씀한다. “우리는 우리 자신이 아니라 주 그리스도 예수를 전함이니…” 이는 당신이 무엇을 예언하거나 전하거나 가르치는지는 상관없이 그리스도 예수이어야 합니다. 그런데 당신은 그리스도의 능력 곧 성령의 능력 없이는 그리스도를 전하거나 섬길 수 없습니다. 그것이 바로 당신이 때때로 기도하며 금식하여 당신의 영이 성령 안으로 점점 더 잠겨야 하는 이유입니다. 그러면 당신은 하나님의 메시지를 말할 수 있습니다.
우리는 우리 안에서 그리고 우리를 통해서 드러난 성령님의 영광과 능력과 하나 됨과 일치 가운데 항상 걸어야 합니다. 그러나 말씀을 집중해서 공부하고 묵상하며 성령과 깊이 교제하기 전에는 당신은 이를 경험하지 못할 것입니다.
계속 성령으로 충만하십시오! 당신의 개인적 삶에서 성령님의 사역을 활성화시키십시오. 그러면 당신의 말은 역사하고 효과적이며 상황을 바꾸고 운명을 바꿀 신성한 능력으로 가득해질 것입니다.

아버지, 성령님이 제 말에 능력을 불어 넣어주시니 감사합니다. 그러므로 저는 항상 생명을 말합니다. 아버지의 사랑과 지혜와 능력과 의를 담고 있는 제 말은 운명을 축복하고 바꿉니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

MINISTERING THROUGH THE SPIRIT

It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak
unto you, they are spirit, and they are life (John 6:63).

Someone can have a word of prophecy, and then go ahead to give it, but the words spoken come out empty, inoperative and ineffective, even though the prophetic message is true. The reason is that the words spoken are devoid of the power of the Spirit. This is one of the reasons we’re required to spend quality time praying in the Spirit, to be filled with the Spirit. Ephesians 5:18 says, “And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be (being) filled with the Spirit.” Those words were originally written to the Christians in Ephesus, people who were already filled with the Spirit. So, it’s obvious that the Spirit of God, through the Apostle Paul, is referring to us being constantly under the influence, control or sway of the Spirit. That way, your message and your preaching wouldn’t be with enticing or persuasive words of man’s wisdom, or clever rhetorics, but in the demonstration of the Spirit and of power. When you’re filled with the Spirit, you minister the Spirit; your words are impregnated with divine energy. Your communication is such that people are never able to forget or get over their encounter with you; they’re impacted greatly by the love and person of Jesus; His wisdom, power and righteousness that effuse and exude from your words. 2 Corinthians 4:5 says, “For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord…”; meaning that no matter what you prophesy, preach or teach, it must be Christ Jesus, and you can’t preach or minister Christ without the power of the Spirit. It’s the reason sometimes you should pray and fast, soaking your spirit more into the Holy Spirit, so you can speak as the oracle of God. We’re required to always walk in oneness and in sync with the Spirit, with His glory and power revealed in, and through, us. But that won’t be your experience until, and unless, you’re given to intense study of, and meditation on, the Word, and deep fellowship with the Spirit.
Be filled with the Spirit, again and again! Encourage the ministry of the Spirit in your personal life, and your words will be operative, effective, laden with divine power to alter situations and transform destinies.

Prayer
Thank you Father, for your Spirit infuses my words with power; therefore, I speak life always. My words bless and transform destinies, bearing your love, wisdom, power and righteousness, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
