Know What You Have Inside You
“오직 성령의 열매는 사랑과 희락과 화평과 오래 참음과 자비와 양선과 충성과 온유와 절제니 이같은 것을 금지할 법이 없느니라”(갈 5:22-23)
어떤 사람이 “왜 저는 항상 화가 나고 사람들에게 소리를 지르는지 모르겠습니다. 그런 제 모습이 싫지만 어떻게 바꿔야 할 지 모르겠습니다.”라고 말했습니다. 만일 당신도 그렇다면 스스로에게 “오늘부터 나는 다른 사람입니다. 나는 하늘에 계신 아버지의 본성과 성품을 가지고 있기 때문입니다. 나는 오래 참고, 절제하고, 온유하고, 자애롭고, 친절합니다.”라고 말하십시오.
당신의 영 안에 있는 하나님의 신성한 본성과 속성을 인식함으로 당신의 영 안에 있는 하나님의 성품을 자라게 하십시오. 빌레몬서 1:6은 말합니다. “이로써 네 믿음의 교제가 우리 가운데 있는 선을 알게 하고 그리스도께 이르도록 역사하느니라”
당신 안에 성령의 모든 열매, 즉 사랑, 희락, 화평, 오래 참음, 친절함, 선함, 믿음, 온유함, 절제가 있음을 인식하고 선포하십시오. 하나님의 말씀은 성령의 열매들이 당신의 영 안에 있다고 말합니다. 따라서 “나는 사랑에 문제가 좀 있습니다. 나는 사람들을 어떻게 사랑해야 하는지 모르겠습니다.”라고 말하지 마십시오. 오히려 “나는 사랑으로 충만합니다. 성령으로 말미암아 하나님의 사랑이 내 심령에 부어졌습니다. 나는 하나님의 사랑의 표현입니다. 그 사랑은 나를 통해 빛납니다.”라고 선포하십시오.
당신은 자신 안에 무엇이 있는지 알아야 합니다. 어떻게 알 수 있습니까? 하나님의 말씀을 통해 알 수 있습니다. 예를 들어, 말씀은 “당신은 그리스도 예수 안에서 하나님의 의입니다.”라고 말합니다. 그러면 당신이 의로워지기 위해 노력하고 있다고 말하지 마십시오. 말씀이 당신을 의롭다고 말하고 있으므로 당신은 의롭다고 말하십시오.
또한 당신의 믿음이 자라고 있고 효과가 있다고 선포하십시오. 믿음은 당신의 재창조된 영의 속성이기 때문입니다. 성경에 따르면 당신은 이미 믿음을 가지고 있습니다(롬 12:3). 그리고 그 믿음으로 당신은 무엇이든 할 수 있고, 무엇이든 가질 수 있고, 어디든 갈 수 있고, 하나님이 당신을 운명지은 그대로 될 수 있습니다. 주 예수님은 마태복음 17:20에서 다음과 같이 말씀하셨습니다. “… 만일 너희에게 믿음이 겨자씨 한 알 만큼만 있어도 이 산을 명하여 여기서 저기로 옮겨지라 하면 옮겨질 것이요 또 너희가 못할 것이 없으리라”
고백
내가 말씀을 묵상할 때 내 영의 신성한 속성이 양육되고 나를 통해 나타나 내 세상을 축복합니다. 나는 사랑, 기쁨, 평안, 온유함, 친절함, 선함, 믿음, 절제의 화신입니다. 내 안에서 능력있게 역사하는 주님의 은혜와 주님의 빛 가운데 행하고 항상 주님의 갈망을 성취하게 하는 믿음에 감사드립니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

KNOW WHAT YOU HAVE INSIDE YOU
“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law” (Galatians 5:22-23).
Somebody said, “I don’t know why I’m always getting angry every day, shouting at people. I detest it but I don’t know what to do.” If that has been your experience, say to yourself, “From today, I’m a different person, because I have the nature and character of my heavenly Father. I’m patient, I’m temperate, I’m meek, and I’m gracious and kind.
Grow the character of God that is in your spirit through your recognition of His divine attributes and nature in your spirit. Philemon 1:6 says, “That the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.”
Acknowledge and declare that you have all the fruits of the spirit in you: love, joy, peace, patience, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, and temperance. The Word of God says they’re in your spirit. Therefore, don’t say, “I have a problem with love; I don’t know how to love people.” Rather, declare, “I’m full of love; the love of God is shed abroad in my heart by the Holy Spirit. I am a manifestation of the love of God; love radiates through me.”
You must know what you have inside. How do you know? It’s from the Word of God. For example, the Word says, “You’re the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus”; therefore, don’t say you’re trying to be righteous. Say that you’re righteous because the Word says so.
Also, declare that your faith is growing and effective, because faith is one of the attributes of your recreated human spirit. You already have faith according to the Scriptures (Romans 12:3), and with your faith, you can do anything, have anything, go anywhere and be all that God has destined you to be. The Lord Jesus said in Matthew 17:20, “…If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.”
CONFESSION
As I meditate on the Word, the divine attributes of my spirit are nurtured and manifested through me to bless my world. I’m an embodiment of love, joy, peace, meekness, gentleness, goodness, faith and temperance. I thank you Lord for your grace at work in me mightily, and the faith to walk in your light and fulfil your desires at all times, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
