성령과 말씀에 순종하십시오

Yield To The Spirit And The Word

“모든 성경은 하나님의 감동으로 된 것으로 교훈과 책망과 바르게 함과 의로 교육하기에 유익하니 이는 하나님의 사람으로 온전하게 하며 모든 선한 일을 행할 능력을 갖추게 하려 함이라”(딤후 3:16-17)

많은 사람들이 삶에서 성령 인도를 받기를 원하지만 어떻게 성령님께 자신을 내어드려야 하는 지 모릅니다. 우리가 성령님 앞에 머리를 숙이며 무릎을 꿇는 것이 자신을 내어드리고 있는 것일까요? 경외하는 마음으로 머리 숙일 수 있지만, 그 행동 자체로 당신이 갈망하는 인도를 얻을 수 있는 것은 아닙니다.

성령님께 자신을 내어드리기 위해서는 반드시 그분의 말씀에 순종해야 합니다. 그분이 시키신 일에 헌신하며 하나님의 말씀이 당신을 통해 살도록 하십시오. 성령님은 성경의 저자이시며 그분이 주로 인도하시는 방식은 말씀을 통해서입니다.

하나님은 “내 백성이 지식이 없으므로 망하는도다…”(호 4:6) 라고 말씀하셨습니다. 그리고 당신에게 “너는 진리의 말씀을 옳게 분별하며 부끄러울 것이 없는 일꾼으로 인정된 자로 자신을 하나님 앞에 드리기를 힘쓰라”(딤후 2:15)고 권면하십니다.

말씀을 공부할 때, 당신의 삶에서 성령의 인도하심이 증가할 것입니다. 당신이 그분의 음성을 인식할 수 있게 되기 때문입니다. 하나님의 말씀과 하나님의 영은 예수님을 살아있는 말씀으로 증거합니다. 그분은 “… 성경을 연구하거니와 이 성경이 곧 내게 대하여 증언하는 것이니라”(요 5:39)고 말씀하셨습니다.

또한 “내가 아버지께로부터 너희에게 보낼 보혜사 곧 아버지께로부터 나오시는 진리의 성령이 오실 때에 그가 나를 증언하실 것이요”(요 15:26) 라고 말씀하셨습니다. 하나님의 말씀이 당신의 생각, 결정, 인생관을 더 많이 지배할수록, 성령님은 당신의 삶을 더욱 조정하시고 승리에서 승리로 인도하십니다. 지금 이 순간에도 하나님의 말씀은 당신의 삶을 다스리는 능력이 있으며 당신이 하는 모든 일 가운데 당신을 이끌고, 조정하고, 인도한다고 선포하십시오.

기도

사랑하는 아버지, 하나님의 말씀을 공부할 때마다 성령님께 받는 권면에 감사드립니다. 나는 항상 성령님의 신성한 인도를 잘 받을 수 있도록 내 영을 활짝 엽니다. 그래서 나는 내 삶을 향한 하나님의 생각, 계획, 목적을 완전히 알게 되고 그 안에서 행합니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

YIELD TO THE SPIRIT AND THE WORD

“All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works” (2 Timothy 3:16-17).

Many people desire the leading of the Holy Spirit in their lives but don’t know how to yield themselves to Him. Do we yield ourselves by bowing our heads and kneeling before Him? You may bow to Him physically in reverence, but this won’t give the guidance and leading you desire.

In yielding to the Holy Spirit, you must submit to His Word. You give yourself to what He tells you to do, and let the Word of God live through you. The Holy Spirit is the author of the Scriptures, and the primary way He leads is through the Word.

God said, “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge…” (Hosea 4:6). He however recommends that you “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth” (2 Timothy 2:15).

As you study the Word, the leading of the Holy Spirit in your life will increase, for you’ll be able to recognize His voice. The Word of God and the Spirit of God bear witness to Jesus as the Living Word. He said, “Search the scriptures…they are they which testify of me (John 5:39).

He also said, “But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me” (John 15:26). The more you let the Word of God dominate your mind, your decisions, and your outlook on life, the more the Holy Spirit controls your life, and leads you from victory to victory. Even now, declare that God’s Word has power over your life, to lead you, control you and guide you in all that you do.

PRAYER

Dear Father, I thank you for the inner counsel I receive daily from your Spirit as I study your Word. I open my spirit to be more receptive to your divine guidance always, so that I may be fully acquainted with your thoughts, plans, and purposes for my life, and walk in them, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

육신 안에 계신 말씀

The Word In Flesh

“말씀이 육신이 되어 우리 가운데 거하시매 우리가 그의 영광을 보니 아버지의 독생자의 영광이요 은혜와 진리가 충만하더라”(요 1:14)

오늘의 본문 구절은 성육신한 말씀이신 예수님을 말합니다. 예수님이 죽임을 당하시기 전까지, 사람들은 그분이 이 땅에 다니실 때 그분의 영광을 보았습니다. 그러나 하나님은 예수님을 일으키셨고, 틀림없는 증거들로 그분이 살아나셨음을 공개적으로 보여 주셨습니다. 이제 그분은 당신 안에 거하십니다. 하나님을 찬양합니다!

사람들은 말씀을 기다렸고, 선지자들이 말한 하나님의 영광을 기대했습니다. 그러나 말씀이 처녀에게서 나서 이 땅에 오셨지만, 많은 사람들은 그분을 알아보지 못했습니다. 예수님은 제자들에게 “사람들이 나 곧 사람의 아들을 누구라고 하느냐?”(마 16:13)고 물으셨습니다.

안타깝게도 제자들은 예수님이 어떤 분이신지 몰랐지만, 베드로는 계시로 말미암아 “주는 그리스도시요 살아 계신 하나님의 아들이시니이다”(마 16:16)고 대답했습니다. 요한은 예수님이 “육신이 되신 말씀”이라고 말했습니다. 그분은 우리에게 진정한 사람의 기원인 예수 그리스도를 주셨습니다. 예수님은 이미 존재하셨던 피조물이시며 만물은 그분으로 인해 창조되었습니다(요 1:1-3).

그러므로 하나님의 영원한 말씀이 처녀에게서 태어나 포대기에 싸여 사람들 사이에서 자라며 걸어 다니는 것을 보는 것은 참으로 경이로운 일이었습니다! 그들이 예수님을 “임마누엘”(우리와 함께 계시는 하나님)이라고 불렀던 것은 당연합니다(마 1:23). 그분은 “임마누엘”로 태어나셨지만, 오늘날 그분은 당신 안에 살아 계신 말씀이십니다.

예수님이 내딛었던 모든 발걸음은 하나님의 말씀이 움직인 것이었습니다. 예수님은 의인화된 말씀이셨습니다. 당신이 예수님을 영접하여 그분이 당신 안에 살게 되신 날, 당신 역시 동일한 하나님의 말씀으로 태어나 육신이 된 말씀이 되었습니다. “너희가 거듭난 것은 썩어질 씨로 된 것이 아니요 썩지 아니할 씨로 된 것이니 살아 있고 항상 있는 하나님의 말씀으로 되었느니라”(벧전 1:23)

따라서 당신은 예수님과 같이 살아 움직이는 말씀입니다. 주께서 그러하심과 같이 우리도 이 세상에서 그러하기 때문입니다(요일 4:17). 이제 당신은 왜 우리가 그리스도의 서신(말씀)으로 불리는지 이해할 것입니다(고후 3:3). 당신은 육신 안에 있는 말씀입니다. 할렐루야!

기도

사랑하는 아버지, 내가 말씀을 믿고 받아들였을 때 받은 특별한 생명에 감사드립니다. 이제 나는 말씀의 산물입니다. 살아 있는 말씀이신 예수 그리스도가 내 안에, 나를 통해 사십니다! 내 삶은 당신의 뜻, 생각, 아이디어, 의견을 나타냅니다. 하나님을 송축합니다!

THE WORD IN FLESH

“And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth” (John 1:14).

Our opening verse refers to Jesus, the incarnate Word; they beheld His glory as He walked the streets until He was slain. But God raised Him up and showed Him openly to be alive with many infallible proofs. Now, He abides in you. Praise God!

They waited for the Word, expected His glory that the prophets spoke about; but then the Word came, born of a virgin and walked this earth, yet many didn’t recognize Him. He asked His disciples, “Whom do men say that I the Son of man am?”

Sadly, they didn’t know Him. But Peter, by revelation, spoke up and said, “Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God” (Matthew 16:16). John calls Him, “the Word made flesh”; He gives us the actual origin of the man, Christ Jesus—He’s the Word that pre-existed creation and by whom all things were created (John 1:1-3).

It was thus a pure marvel to see the eternal Word of God born of a virgin and wrapped in swaddling clothes, to grow and walk amongst men! No wonder they called Him “Emmanuel” (God with us) (Matthew 1:23). He was born “Emmanuel,” but today, He’s the Word alive in you.

Every step Jesus took was the Word of God in motion. He was the Word personified. And the day you received Him to live in you, you also became the Word made flesh, being born of the same Word of God: “Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth forever” (1 Peter 1:23).

So, like Jesus, you’re the Word in motion, for as He is, so are we in this world (1 John 4:17). Now you understand why we’re called the Epistle (Word) of Christ (2 Corinthians 3:3). You’re the Word in flesh. Hallelujah!

PRAYER

Dear Father, I thank you for the extraordinary life I received when I believed and received the Word. Now, I’m the reproduction of the Word; Christ Jesus, the living Word, lives in and through me! My life is the expression of your will, thoughts, ideas, and opinions. Blessed be God!

그리스도 안에서의 새로운 피조물로서 당신은 단 하나의 본성, 즉 그리스도의 본성을 가지고 있습니다. 당신의 재창조된 인간의 영은 그리스도의 형상과 모양으로 만들어졌습니다. 그러므로 당신은 하는 모든 일에서 항상 그리스도의 본성으로 사십시오.

WHAT’S REVEALED IN YOU?

“To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory” (Colossians 1:27).

As a new creation in Christ, you only have one nature—the Christ-nature. Your recreated human spirit is made in the image and likeness of Christ. Therefore, in all you do, and at all times, live your Christ-nature.

When you talk, let Christ be heard. Let His love emit and effuse from your words and actions. Let His wisdom and righteousness overwhelm the hearts of your hearers as you speak only gracious and lifting words; let Him talk through you. Let Him see through your eyes. Let Him work with your hands.

The real essence of Christianity is Christ in you, manifesting and expressing Himself in, and through you. The Christian is one who expresses, exudes, and demonstrates the life, nature, character, and righteousness of Christ.

For example, in times of provocations, when you’re offended, what’s revealed in you? You ought to let Christ be revealed in you. In appraising your spiritual growth, one of the things you check is how much your actions, attitude and character express or depict the righteousness or character of Christ.

PRAYER

Dear Lord, thank you for blessing me and filling me with your love, righteousness, and indeed, with yourself. I’m gentle, patient, peaceful, loving, and kind. I express your wisdom, grace, glory, beauty, and love always. Christ is in me, and as He is, so am I in this world, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

All Things Are Under Your Feet

“그분의 강력한 권능의 활동을 통하여 믿는 우리에게 베푸신바 그분의 지극히 큰 권능이 어떤 것인지 너희가 알게 하시기를 구하노라. 그분께서 그리스도를 죽은 자들로부터 살리시고 하늘의 처소들에서 자신의 오른편에 앉히실 때에 그 권능을 그분 안에서 발휘하셨으며 또 그때에 그분을 모든 정사와 권능과 강력과 통치와 이 세상뿐만 아니라 오는 세상에서 불리는 모든 이름보다 훨씬 위에 두시고 또 모든 것을 그분의 발아래 두시며 그분을 모든 것 위에 머리가 되게 하사 교회를 위해 주셨느니라.”(엡 1:19-22, 한글 흠정역)

주 예수님은 “모든 정사와 권능과 강력과 통치와 이 세상뿐만 아니라 오는 세상에서 불리는 모든 이름보다” 훨씬 위에 계십니다. 정말 대단합니다. 그리고 오늘의 본문 구절의 후반부를 보면 하나님께서 교회를 위해 모든 것을 예수님의 발 아래 두셨다고 말합니다.

하나님께서 예수님의 발 아래 두지 않으신 것은 없습니다. 성경에서 예수님의 통치 밖에 있는 것은 없다고 말하는 것은 당연합니다. 하늘과 땅에 있는 모든 것을 다스리는 권세를 가지신 분은 오직 한 분입니다. 그분은 온 땅을 다스리십니다. 그분의 이름은 예수님입니다.

메시지 성경은 그분이 “… 은하계로부터 이 땅의 통치에 이르기까지 우주의 모든 것을 다스리게 하셨습니다. 그분의 통치를 받지 않는 이름이나 권세가 하나도 없게 하셨습니다. 잠시만이 아니라 영원토록 그렇게 하셨습니다. 이 모든 일을 담당하고 계신 분, 모든 일의 최종 결정권을 가지고 계신 분은 그리스도이십니다…” 이 구절에서 “모든”이라고 언급한 것에는 모든 나라, 질병, 마귀, 이름이 있는 모든 것, 이 세상 뿐 아니라 오는 세상에 있는 모든 것을 포함합니다.

이제 그리스도께서 만물을 주관하시는 것은 교회의 유익을 위해서입니다. 주 예수님은 몸된 교회의 머리이십니다. 그러므로 만물은 교회의 발 아래 있습니다. 왜 당신이 날마다 승리자로 살아야 하는지 아시겠습니까?

사탄과 그의 어둠의 무리를 포함한 모든 것이 당신의 발 아래 있습니다. 죽음, 지옥, 이 세상, 환경, 생명이 있는 것과 생명이 없는 것이 모두 당신의 통치 아래 있습니다. 그리스도의 권세, 다스림, 통치는 당신의 유익을 위한 것입니다. 당신은 그분을 통해 다스리며 그분의 이름 안에서 모든 일을 할 수 있습니다.

기도

ALL THINGS ARE UNDER YOUR FEET

“I pray that you will begin to understand the incredible greatness of his power for us who believe him. This is the same mighty power that raised Christ from the dead and seated him in the place of honor at God’s right hand in the heavenly realms. Now he is far above any ruler or authority or power or leader or anything else in this world or in the world to come. And God has put all things under the authority of Christ, and he gave him this authority for the benefit of the church.” (Ephesians 1:19-22 NLT).

The Lord Jesus is set far above “all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come.” This is extraordinary. Then in the concluding part, it says God put ALL things under the feet of Jesus, for the benefit of the Church.

There’s nothing God didn’t put under the feet of Jesus. No wonder the Bible says nothing is exempt from His rule. There’s only One who has authority over all things in heaven and in the earth; He rules over all. His name is Jesus.

The Message translation says He’s “…in charge of running the universe, everything from galaxies to governments, no name and no power exempt from his rule. And not just for the time being, but forever. He is in charge of it all, has the final word on everything….” When it says “all things,” that includes all nations, all sicknesses, all demons, and every name that can be named—not only in this world but also in that which is to come.

Now, Christ’s dominion over all things is for the benefit of the Church. The Lord Jesus is the head of the Body, the Church. That means all things are therefore under the feet of the Church. Can you see why you must live as a victor every day of your life?

All things are under your feet, including Satan and his cohorts of darkness. Death, hell, the world, circumstances, living and non-living things are under your dominion. Christ’s authority, reign and dominion are for your benefit. You reign through Him and can do all things in His Name.

CONFESSION

All things are under my feet, including Satan and his cohorts of darkness. Death, hell, the world, circumstances—living and non-living things—are subdued before me because I function in the dominion of Christ. His authority is for my benefit; I reign through Him and can do all things in His Name. Hallelujah!

말씀에 집중하고 묵상하십시오

Focus And Meditate On The Word

“그리고 우리는 모두 수건을 벗은 얼굴로 거울을 보는 것 같이 주의 영광을 (하나님의 말씀 안에서) 계속 보기 때문에 계속 증가하는 웅장함과 다음 단계의 영광 가운데 항상 그분의 고유한 형상으로 변모됩니다. 이는 영이신 주님으로부터 [나기 때문입니다]”(고후 3:18, 확대번역본)

당신이 직면한 어려움으로 인해 절대 좌절하지 마십시오. 당신에게 불이익을 주는 환경이나 상황은 없습니다. 어떤 상황이 어렵게 보이더라도, 사방에서 압박이 올지라도, 낙담하지 마십시오. 상황을 바라보지 말고 말씀을 보십시오. 말씀에 집중하고 말씀을 묵상하십시오.

고린도후서 4:16-18은 말합니다. “그러므로 우리가 낙심하지 아니하노니 우리의 겉사람은 낡아지나 우리의 속사람은 날로 새로워지도다 우리가 잠시 받는 환난의 경한 것이 지극히 크고 영원한 영광의 중한 것을 우리에게 이루게 함이니 우리가 주목하는 것은 보이는 것이 아니요 보이지 않는 것이니 보이는 것은 잠깐이요 보이지 않는 것은 영원함이라”

오늘의 본문 구절에서 읽은 내용을 떠올려 보십시오. 하나님의 말씀의 거울을 통해 하나님의 영광을 바라볼 때 당신은 변모됩니다! 당신은 다음 단계의 영광으로 변모됩니다.

하나님의 말씀을 더 많이 들여다보고 묵상할수록 당신의 삶은 더욱 영광스러워집니다. 당신은 어느 순간 삶의 환경이 단지 그림자에 불과하다는 것을 깨닫게 됩니다. 환경은 실재가 아니므로 환경이 당신을 정의해서는 안 됩니다. 따라서 당신이 무엇을 경험했는지는 상관이 없습니다. 위대하신 분이 당신 안에 거하시기 때문에 당신은 영원히 승리자입니다. 성경은 말합니다. “너희 안에 계신 그리스도시니 곧 영광의 소망이니라”(골 1:27) 이는 당신의 삶에 영광이 있다는 뜻이고, 그 영광은 당신이 하나님의 진리, 즉 그리스도 안에서의 당신의 정체성과 유업을 묵상할수록 점점 더 커지는 영원한 영광입니다.

당신은 성공입니다. 당신은 번영, 건강, 평안, 안전 안에 있습니다. 당신은 그분의 영광스러운 왕국의 의와 영광을 나타내기 위해 당신에게 점점 더 발전하고 위대해지는 특별한 삶을 주셨습니다. 할렐루야!

고백

나는 내 시선을 지속적으로 그리스도와 그분의 영원한 말씀에 둡니다. 따라서 나는 언제나 어디에서나 하나님의 영광을 행하고 나타냅니다. 말씀은 내 안에서, 나를 통해 완전히 표현됩니다. 나는 성공입니다. 내 삶은 하나님의 영광을 위한 것입니다. 내가 하나님의 말씀에 집중하고 말씀을 묵상하기 때문입니다!

FOCUS AND MEDITATE ON THE WORD

“But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord” (2 Corinthians 3:18).

Never be deterred by the adversities you face. There’re no circumstances or situations in life that are set to your disadvantage. Even when things appear to become hard and there’s pressure on every side, don’t despair. Don’t look at circumstances; look at the Word. Keep your focus and meditation on the Word.

2 Corinthians 4:16-18 says, “For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day. For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory; While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.”

Recall what we read in our theme verse; as you behold the glory of God in a mirror, which is the Word of God, you’re metamorphosed! You are transfigured from one level of glory to another.

The more you look into, or meditate on God’s Word, the more glorious your life becomes. You suddenly realize that the circumstances of life are mere shadows; they’re not real and therefore shouldn’t define you.

So, it makes no difference what your experiences have been; you’re a victor forever because the greater One lives in you. The Bible says, “Christ in you, the hope of glory” (Colossians 1:27). That means there’s glory in your life, and it’s an eternal glory that’s ever increasing as you meditate on God’s truths; who you are and your inheritance in Him.

You’re a success. You’re in prosperity, health, peace and safety. He’s given you an extraordinary life of ever-increasing progress and greatness, to express the glory and righteousness of His glorious Kingdom. Hallelujah!

CONFESSION

I continually fix my gaze on Christ and His eternal Word; therefore, I walk in and manifest the glory of God everyday, everywhere. The Word is fully expressed in and through me. I’m a success. My life is for the glory of God because I keep my focus and meditation on the Word of God!

The Blessings Are In Christ

“찬송하리로다 하나님 곧 우리 주 예수 그리스도의 아버지께서 그리스도 안에서 하늘에 속한 모든 신령한 복을 우리에게 주시되”(엡 1:3)

하나님께 더 많은 축복을 구하는 것이 무의미하다는 것을 아십니까? 말씀은 그분이 하늘에 있는 모든 영적인 축복으로 우리를 축복하셨다고 말합니다. 번영은 축복입니다. 신성한 건강은 축복입니다. 기쁨은 축복입니다. 힘은 축복입니다. 성공은 축복입니다. 이것들과 더 많은 것들이 이미 그리스도 예수 안에서 당신의 것입니다.

성경은 하나님이 영이시라고 말합니다. 따라서 하나님이 가지신 모든 축복은 영적이어야 합니다. 물질 세계는 영적인 영역에서 나왔습니다. 그러므로 하나님이 우리가 모든 영적인 복으로 축복받았다고 말씀하신다면 당신이 상상할 수 있는 모든 물리적 영역의 축복이 이미 당신의 것이라는 뜻입니다. 영적인 축복은 물질적인 축복보다 위대하기 때문입니다. 작은 것은 큰 것 안에 포함됩니다.

THE BLESSINGS ARE IN CHRIST

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ” (Ephesians 1:3).

Did you know that it’s pointless to ask God for any more blessings? The Word says He has blessed us with ALL spiritual blessings in heavenly places. Prosperity is a blessing. Divine health is a blessing. Joy is a blessing. Strength is a blessing. Success is a blessing. All these and more are already yours in Christ Jesus.

The Bible says God is a Spirit; therefore, all the blessings He has must be spiritual. The material world came out of the spirit realm. So, when God says we have been blessed with all spiritual blessings, it means every physical blessing you can imagine is already yours because spiritual blessings are greater than material blessings; the lesser is included in the greater.

So, whatever you would have asked of God is included in what He’s already blessed you with, because He blessed you with all spiritual blessings in the heavenly realms. Think about that! God doesn’t have any more blessings, except the ones He blessed you with. He’s blessed you with all that He’s got. Blessed be God!

But the key is that you’ve got to be in Christ; the blessings are in Christ, and for those in Christ. And thank God you’re in Christ, for in Him you have EVERYTHING—you have all things that pertain to life and godliness (2 Peter 1:3). In Christ, all things are yours (1 Corinthians 3:21). In Christ, your glory life is guaranteed. Hallelujah!

CONFESSION

I’m in Christ, where I’m blessed with all spiritual blessings in the heavenly places. In me abides all the grace, wisdom, prosperity, strength and courage I need to fulfil my glorious destiny in Christ! I have everything I require for life and godliness; therefore, I walk in the fullness of the blessings of the Gospel, today and always, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

What More Do You Want?

“그의 신기한 능력으로 생명과 경건에 속한 모든 것을 우리에게 주셨으니 이는 자기의 영광과 덕으로써 우리를 부르신 이를 앎으로 말미암음이라”(벧후 1:3)

하나님은 그분이 만드신 모든 것보다 더 위대하신 분이라는 사실에 대해 생각해 본 적이 있습니까? 하나님은 그런 분이십니다. 바로 이 동일하신 하나님은 당신에게 모든 것을 주셨을 뿐 아니라, 그리스도 안에서 하늘에 속한 모든 영적인 복으로 당신을 축복하셨습니다. 또한 그분은 우리에게 그분 자신을 주셨습니다. 이보다 더 위대한 일은 없습니다.

이것이 바로 당신 안에 계신 그리스도의 의미입니다. 성경은 말합니다. “하나님이 그들로 하여금 이 비밀의 영광이 이방인 가운데 얼마나 풍성한지를 알게 하려 하심이라 이 비밀은 너희 안에 계신 그리스도시니 곧 영광의 소망이니라”(골 1:27) 당신 안에 계신 그리스도가 필요한 전부입니다. 당신 안에 계신 그리스도는 당신 안에 계신 하나님입니다. 할렐루야!

그리스도 안에서의 우리의 위치와 그분과의 하나됨이 의미하는 바는 우리가 예수 이름을 사용하고, 그분의 이름을 가지고 있고, 그분의 이름 안에서 산다는 것입니다. 예수 이름은 예수님이 사람으로 가진 능력과 동일한 능력을 가지고 있습니다. 예수 이름은 그분의 온 존재를 나타냅니다. 그리고 그 이름은 당신에게 주어졌습니다.

이를 이해하지 못하는 그리스도인들은 “하나님! 이것을 도와주시고 저것을 도와주세요. 이것을 주시고 저것을 주세요.”라고 기도합니다. 그렇게 기도하는 것은 무의미합니다. 주님은 그분의 이름을 당신에게 주셨고, 당신은 그분과 함께 한 공동 상속자이기 때문입니다. 당신은 그분과 함께 세상을 소유하고 있습니다.

오늘의 본문 구절에서 읽었듯이 하나님은 우리에게 모든 것을 주셨습니다. 누가복음 12:32은 말합니다. “적은 무리여 무서워 말라 너희 아버지께서 그 나라를 너희에게 주시기를 기뻐하시느니라” 그리고 하나님은 그 일을 성취하셨습니다! 그분은 당신에게 왕국을 주셨습니다. 그분에 대해 당신이 가지고 있지 않은 것은 아무것도 없습니다. 그분이 당신에게 주지 않으신 것은 아무것도 없습니다.

고백

WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT?

“According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:” (2 Peter 1:3).

Have you ever pondered on the fact that God is greater than everything He made? He sure is. Now, this same God, not only did He give you all things, not only has He blessed you with ALL spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ, He also gave you Himself. Nothing could be greater.

That’s the meaning of Christ in you. The Bible says “To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory” (Colossians 1:27). Christ in you is everything. Christ in you is God in you. Hallelujah!

The implication of our position in Him and our oneness with Him is that we use His Name, we have His Name, and we live in His Name. His Name has exactly the same power that He has as a person. His Name represents everything that He is. And that Name has been given to you.

Christians who don’t understand this are the ones who pray, “O God! Please help me with this or that; give me this or give me that.” Praying like that is pointless because He gave you His Name, and you’re a joint-heir with Him, meaning you own the world with Him.

As read in our theme verse, He gave you everything. Luke 12:32 says “Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom”; and He’s done it! He’s given you the Kingdom. There’s nothing of Him you don’t have; nothing He hasn’t given you.

He gave you His life, His Name, His wealth, and you’re seated together with Him in the heavenly realms. What more do you want? Take your place of dominion, reigning and ruling with Him. Amen.

CONFESSION

I’m what God says I am; I have all He says I have; and I can do all things in His Name. All things are possible to me, because I believe. I’m rich in all things, having inherited all things, for I’m a joint-heir with Christ! Praise God!

Ticket To Every Blessing

예수 이름이 모든 축복의 입장권이라는 사실을 아십니까? 예수 이름은 당신이 상상하거나 갈망하는 것 이상을 나타냅니다. 오늘의 본문 구절에서 읽은 내용에 대해 좀 더 깊이 생각해 보십시오. “너희가 무엇이든지 아버지께 구하는 것을 내 이름으로 주시리라”

많은 사람들은 그리스도가 완성하신 사역에 무지하기 때문에 여전히 그분께 축복해 달라고, 치유해 달라고, 구출해 달라고 간청합니다. 주님께 구걸하는 태도를 보이는 것은 그들에게 일종의 만족감을 주기도 합니다. 그러나 하나님은 그런 태도를 원치 않으십니다. 예수님이 당신을 대신하여 희생하시고 모든 일을 성취하신 이후에 그래서는 안 됩니다. 예수님은 당신을 신성과의 하나됨 안으로 인도하셨습니다. 그분을 통해 당신은 성령으로 말미암아 아버지와 천국의 모든 축복으로 나아갈 담대함과 접근 권한을 얻게 되었습니다. 하나님께 영광 드립니다!

기도

사랑하는 아버지, 천국의 넘치는 선하심과 승리와 축복 안에 살게 하시는 예수 이름의 능력과 권세에 감사드립니다. 나는 예수 이름 안에서 하나님의 아들의 영광스러운 유업과 자유 안에서 행합니다. 할렐루야!

TICKET TO EVERY BLESSING

“And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you.” (John 16:23).

Did you know that the Name of Jesus is your ticket to every blessing? It represents more than you could ever imagine or desire. Ponder a bit more on what we just read in our opening scripture. It says, “… Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you.”

Everything you could ever ask or desire is fulfilled in Christ; all you need do is declare they’re yours in His Name. Every so often, declare, “I’m an heir of God and a joint-heir with Christ, a partaker of the inheritance of the saints; all things are mine, in the Name of Jesus!” When you make such declarations, nature responds to you. Glory to God!

Due to ignorance of the finished works of Christ, many still beg Him to bless them, to heal them, to deliver them, etc. It gives them some sort of satisfaction to approach Him with a beggarly attitude. But no! God doesn’t want that; not after all that Jesus accomplished in your behalf through His vicarious sacrifice! He brought you into oneness with divinity. By Him, you have boldness and access by the Spirit to the Father and all the blessings of heaven. Glory to God!

PRAYER

Dear Father, I thank you for the power and authority in the Name of Jesus by which I live in the overflowing goodness, victories and blessings of heaven. In His Name, I walk in the glorious heritage and liberty of the sons of God. Hallelujah!

You’ve Been Relocated

“… 아버지께 감사하게 하시기를 원하노라 그가 우리를 흑암의 권세에서 건져내사 그의 사랑의 아들의 나라로 옮기셨으니…”(골 1:12-14)

일부 지역에서는 사람들이 더 나은 기회를 얻을 수 있다고 생각하는 다른 국가나 도시로 “이주”하기 갈망합니다. 당신이 그리스도를 당신의 삶의 주인으로 받아들였을 때, 당신은 가장 좋고 영광스러운 곳인 하나님의 사랑의 아들의 왕국으로 옮겨졌습니다.

오늘의 본문 구절을 읽어보십시오. “그가 우리를 흑암의 권세에서 건져내사 그의 사랑의 아들의 나라로 옮기셨으니(이는 우리를 이전 혹은 이동시켰다는 의미입니다)…” 당신은 현재 하나님의 사랑의 아들의 왕국, 곧 당신이 번영하고 모든 필요가 충족되는 곳에 있다는 뜻입니다. 지금 당신은 하나님의 왕국 안에 있습니다.

또 다른 사실은 이것입니다. 당신의 신성한 이동은 어둠의 관할권을 벗어나 하나님의 놀라운 빛 안으로 간 것입니다. “그러나 너희는 택하신 족속이요 왕 같은 제사장들이요 거룩한 나라요 그의 소유가 된 백성이니 이는 너희를 어두운 데서 불러 내어 그의 기이한 빛에 들어가게 하신 이의 아름다운 덕을 선포하게 하려 하심이라”(벧전 2:9) 하나님을 축복합니다!

사탄이나 어둠은 당신을 통제하거나 관할할 수 없습니다. 당신은 그들의 영향력 아래 있지 않습니다. 당신은 그리스도 안에, 그분의 영광스러운 왕국에 있으며 그 안에는 어둠이 전혀 없습니다(요일 1:5).

그리스도 안에 있는 당신의 위치를 누리십시오. 성령 안에서 의, 다스림, 영광, 기쁨의 삶을 누리십시오. 이것이 당신이 옮겨진 왕국의 삶입니다. “하나님의 나라는 먹는 것과 마시는 것이 아니요 오직 성령 안에 있는 의와 평강과 희락이라”(롬 14:17)

기도

YOU’VE BEEN RELOCATED

“Giving thanks unto the Father… Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son…” (Colossians 1:12-14).

In some parts of the world, people desire to “relocate,” maybe to some other country or city where they believe they might have better opportunities. When you received Christ as Lord of your life, you were relocated to the best and most glorious place possible: the Kingdom of God’s Love-Son.

Read our theme verse again; it says, “Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us (that means transferred or relocated us) into the Kingdom of His dear Son. Meaning that you’re currently located in the Kingdom of God’s Love-Son where you prosper and all your needs are met. That’s where you are NOW—in His Kingdom.

It’s got to be your consciousness that you’re a Kingdom person, and you live the life of the Kingdom. That way, you’ll enjoy the blessings and privileges of the Kingdom. In this Kingdom where you live, there’s no lack or want; only surplus and abundance. David said in Psalm 23:5, “My cup runneth over….” That’s superabundance. Hallelujah!

Here’s another thought: your divine relocation was out of the domain—jurisdiction of darkness—into God’s marvellous light: “But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light” (1 Peter 2:9). Blessed be God!

Satan, or darkness, has no control or jurisdiction over you; you’re not under their influence. You’re in Christ, in His glorious Kingdom, and in Him, there’s no darkness at all (1 John 1:5).

So enjoy your place in Christ. Enjoy the life of righteousness, dominion, victory, glory and joy in the Holy Ghost. That’s the life of the Kingdom into which you’ve been relocated: “For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost” (Romans 14:17).

PRAYER

I rejoice in Christ. I’m not under the influence or jurisdiction of Satan; I was born into God’s Kingdom of light, to show forth your wonderful deeds and display the virtues and perfections of the Kingdom of God. Hallelujah!

Tell It Everywhere

시편 67:2에서 다윗은 주님께 “우리를 열방에 주님의 구원하는 능력과 인류를 향한 영원한 계획에 대한 소식과 함께 보내주소서”라고 했습니다. 다윗의 예언적 갈망은 오늘날 우리가 본문 구절에서 읽은 주님의 말씀 안에서 성취되었습니다. 주님은 우리에게 온 세상에 가서 모든 피조물에게 복음을 전하라고 명하셨습니다. 어디에서나 복음을 전하십시오.

잃어버린 자들에게 다가가는 일, 그리스도와 그분의 인류의 구원을 향한 영원한 계획에 대해 들어본 적이 없는 자들에게 복음을 전하는 일에 더욱 힘쓰십시오. 오직 그리스도를 통해서만 구원을 얻고 하나님과 같은 존재와 생명의 영역으로 들어갈 수 있습니다.

거듭나지 않은 사람의 삶은 공허하고 무의미할 것입니다. 그러나 그리스도 안에서, 믿는 자는 누구나 하나님과 하나가 되고, 이 세상의 영역 너머의 삶으로 들어가 이 세상의 요소에 의해 제한받지 않게 됩니다. 당신은 신성한 본성에 참여하는 자가 되어 더 이상 죄, 아픔, 질병, 죽음에 굴복하지 않게 됩니다. 당신은 하나님과 같은 생명을 받았기 때문입니다.

이것이 바로 주님께서 우리가 세상에 전하기 원하시는 메시지입니다. 예수님이 이 땅에 오셨고, 사셨고, 죽으셨고, 부활하셨음을 어디에서나 전하고 그 생명을 나누는 자가 되십시오. 열방과 땅끝까지 그분이 살아 계시다는 것과 그분이 가져오신 생명이 모두를 위한 것이라는 점을 말해주십시오. “… 이 생명이 그의 아들 안에 있는 그것이니라 아들이 있는 자에게는 생명이 있고…”(요일 5:11-12)

당신의 영 안에서 강건해지고 복음을 통해 주 예수님께서 생명과 불멸을 나타내셨음을 세상에 알리십시오. 거듭난 사람은 누구든지 그분과 동일한 생명을 받습니다. 이 영광스러운 소식을 어디에서나 전하십시오. 할렐루야!

기도

In Psalm 67:2 TLB, David passionately prayed to the Lord, “Send us around the world with the news of your saving power and your eternal plan for all mankind.” David’s prophetic desire is today fulfilled in the words of the Master that we read in our opening verse. He’s charged us to go into all the world and preach the Gospel to every creature; tell the Gospel story everywhere.

Intensify your efforts in reaching the lost, in telling the untold about Christ and His eternal plan of salvation for all mankind. Only through Him can men be saved and brought into God’s class of being and realm of life.

Until and unless a man is born again, his life will be empty and meaningless. But in Christ Jesus, anyone who believes is brought into oneness with God; into a life that’s beyond the earthly plane, where you’re not limited by any factor or the elements of this world. You become a partaker of the divine nature, no longer subject to sin, sickness, disease and death, because you received the God-life.

That’s the message He wants us to herald to the world. Tell it everywhere that Jesus came, lived, died, and resurrected that we may have His life, and also be the dispensers of that life. Tell the nations and the farthest islands that He lives, and the life He brought is available to everyone: “… and this life is in his Son. He that hath the Son hath life…” (1 John 5:11-12).

Be strengthened in your spirit, and propelled to tell the world that the Lord Jesus has brought life and immortality to light through the Gospel. Anyone who’s born again receives the same life with Him. Glorious news; let’s tell it everywhere. Hallelujah!

PRAYER

Dear Lord, thank you for the glorious light of the Gospel that shines into the hearts of sinners all over the world today, turning them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, to walk in righteousness and to experience the full blessings of their salvation in Christ, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
