거룩하게 하시는 분이 당신 안에 계십니다

The Sanctifier In You

“그러나 너희는 그분에게서 나서 그리스도 예수 안에 있고, 주께서는 하나님에게서 나셔서 우리에게 지혜와 의와 거룩함과 구속이 되셨으니”(고전 1:30, 한글킹제임스)

그리스도는 당신의 지혜, 의, 구속(구출)이 되실 뿐 아니라 당신의 거룩함이십니다. 오늘의 본문 구절에 나온 “거룩함”이라는 단어는 하나님의 영원한 목적을 위해 그분께 거룩하게 만들거나 구별하는 행동 혹은 과정을 의미합니다. 이는 “정화 장치”라는 뜻의 헬라어 “하기아스모스(hagiasmos)”에서 번역되었습니다. 그러므로 거룩하게 만드는 분이 당신 안에 살기 위해 오신 것입니다.

그리스도는 당신을 거룩하게 하시려고 당신 안에 계시지 않습니다. 그분은 이미 당신을 거룩하게 하셨고, 당신이 하는 모든 일을 지속적으로 거룩하게 만드십니다. 그분은 당신을 분리시켜 주시는 분입니다. 그분은 당신을 이 세상과 죄와 마귀로부터 하나님의 아들의 영광스러운 자유로 분리시키셨습니다. 할렐루야! 지혜를 말함으로써 지혜를 활성화하는 것처럼, 당신은 거룩함을 말해야 합니다. 즉 깨끗케 하고 정화하는 말을 하십시오.

바울이 디모데전서 4:4-5에서 말한 내용을 기억해보십시오. “하나님께서 지으신 모든 것이 선하매 감사함으로 받으면 버릴 것이 없나니 하나님의 말씀과 기도로 거룩하여짐이라.” 당신은 하나님의 말씀과 기도로 자신에게 속한 것을 정화하거나 거룩하게 할 수 있습니다.

주 예수님은 요한복음 15:3에서 이렇게 말씀하셨습니다. “너희는 내가 일러준 말로 이미 깨끗하여졌으니.” 예수님은 하늘에 가셨지만, 오늘 당신 안에 그리고 당신을 통해 살아계십니다. 당신은 오늘 그 놀라운 거룩케 하는 말을 운반하는 자입니다. 당신의 환경을 정화하고 거룩케 하기 위해 계속해서 축복의 말을 하십시오. 당신이 말할 때 사람들이 정화됩니다. 그들은 깨끗해지며 영광에서 영광으로 변화됩니다.

히브리서 2:11은 말합니다. “거룩하게 하시는 이와 거룩하게 함을 입은 자들이 다 한 근원에서 난지라 그러므로 형제라 부르시기를 부끄러워하지 아니하시고.” 그리스도가 당신 안에 있는 거룩함이며, 이제 그분은 당신의 영과 하나입니다(고전 6:17). 그리고 그분은 당신을 통해 모든 것을 그분께 거룩하게 하는 사역을 행하고 계십니다.

고백

나는 나의 거룩함이자 의이며, 나를 깨끗케 하시고 사랑으로 아버지 앞에 거룩하고 책망할 것 없는 자로 만드신 그리스도 안에서 항상 기뻐합니다. 내 삶은 하나님의 영광을 위한 것입니다. 나는 아버지의 사랑과 그분의 공의로우심의 증거입니다. 하나님을 송축합니다!

THE SANCTIFIER IN YOU 

But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption (1 Corinthians 1:30). 

Besides being your wisdom, righteousness, and redemption (riddance), Christ is also your sanctification. The word sanctification used in our opening verse refers to the act or process of making holy or setting apart unto God for His eternal purpose.

It’s translated from the Greek word “hagiasmos” which means, “a purifier.” So, the sanctifier has come to live in you.

Christ isn’t in you, trying to sanctify you; He has sanctified you, and continues to sanctify everything you do. He’s your separator; He has separated you from the rest of the world, from sin and evil, unto the glorious liberty of the sons of God. Hallelujah! Just as you’re required to activate wisdom by speaking wisdom, you’re also required to speak sanctification?words that cleanse and purify.

Recall what Paul said in 1 Timothy 4:4-5: “For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving: For it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.” You can purify or sanctify anything that belongs to you with the Word of God and prayer.

The Lord Jesus said in John 15:3, “Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you.” Jesus has gone to heaven, but He lives in, and through you today. You’re the one bearing those wonderful sanctifying words today. Keep speaking words of blessings, to cleanse and sanctify your environment. As you speak, people are purified; they’re transformed from glory to another.

Hebrews 2:11 says, “For both he that sanctifieth and they who are sanctified are all of one: for which cause he is not ashamed to call them brethren.” Christ the sanctifier is in you; He’s one with your spirit now (1 Corinthians 6:17). And through you, He’s carrying out His ministry of sanctifying all things to Himself. 

CONFESSION 

I rejoice evermore in Christ, my sanctifier, my righteousness, the One who washed me and presented me holy and unblameable before the Father in love. My life is for the glory of God. I’m the testimony of the Father’s love, the proof of His equity. Blessed be God!
