은혜에 더한 은혜
Grace Heaped Upon Grace
“오직 우리 주 곧 구주 예수 그리스도의 은혜와 그를 아는 지식에서 자라 가라 영광이 이제와 영원한 날까지 그에게 있을지어다”(벧후 3:18)
당신은 계속해서 증가하는 은혜 가운데 살 수 있다는 사실을 알고 계셨습니까? 하나님은 당신의 삶에 은혜 위에 은혜가 있기를 바라십니다. 그 은혜는 어떤 도전을 마주하든지 당신을 성공시킵니다. 요한복음 1:16은 말합니다. “우리가 다 그의 충만한 데서 받으니 은혜 위에 은혜러라” 확대번역본은 다음과 같이 말합니다. “우리 모두가 그의 충만한 [그분의 은혜와 진리의 충만함] 데서 받았으니 은혜 위에 은혜니라 [영적 축복 위에 영적 축복, 호의 위에 호의, 은사 위에 은사니라].”
그리스어 번역은 실제로 “은혜에 더한 은혜”라고 말합니다. 이는 영적 축복, 호의, 은사 등을 포함합니다. 날마다 당신이 필요한 것이 무엇이든 그리고 당신이 해야 하는 일이 무엇이든 그에 대한 은혜를 가지고 있다는 의식을 가지십시오. 당신의 삶에 대한 하나님의 은혜는 탁월함을 나타내는 하나님의 영광과 능력이 당신 안에서 역사하는 것입니다. 그 은혜는 당신이 특별한 결과를 맺게 합니다.
당신의 또래들이 당신만큼 재능이 있거나 당신보다 더 많은 능력을 가지고 있을지라도, 당신 안에서 역사하는 하나님의 은혜는 당신을 더 높은 차원으로 이끌고 다른 사람들의 결과를 전적으로 능가하는 결과를 내게 할 것입니다. 할렐루야.
당신의 전진은 더 많은 은혜를 의미합니다. 만일 당신이 은혜 없이 더 많은 일들로 전진한다면 당신은 그 새로운 단계에서는 성공하지 못할 수도 있습니다. 이런 일이 어떤 식으로 일어나는지 성경 구절을 통해 이해할 수 있습니다. 야고보서 4:6은 말합니다. “그러나 그가 더 많은 은혜를 주시느니라…”(한글킹제임스)
“그가 더 많은 은혜를 주셨다”고 말하지 않음을 주목하십시오. 오히려 “그가 더 많은 은혜를 주시느니라”고 말합니다. 따라서 당신은 매일, 매주, 매년 그 구절을 사용할 수 있습니다. 그 구절은 현재형이며 언제든지 활성화될 수 있습니다. 바로 이것이 하나님의 예언적 말씀이 역사하는 방식입니다. 오늘 당신의 삶을 위해 이 말씀을 주장하십시오.

GRACE HEAPED UPON GRACE
“But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever Amen” (2 Peter 3:18).
Did you know that you could walk in ever-increasing grace? This is what God wants for your life: grace heaped upon grace such that no matter the challenges you face, the grace to put you over is available. John 1:16 says, “And of his fullness have all we received, and grace for grace.” The Amplified version says, “For out of His fullness [the superabundance of His grace and truth] we have all received grace upon grace [spiritual blessing upon spiritual blessing, favor upon favor, and gift heaped upon gift].”
The Greek margin actually says, “Grace heaped upon grace.” This encompasses spiritual blessings, favours, gifts, etc. Every day, be conscious that you have grace for whatever you need and for anything you have to do. The grace of God on your life is the inner working of the glory and power of God that radiates excellence. That grace causes you to have uncommon results.
Your contemporaries might be as gifted as you or even have more abilities than yourself, but God’s grace at work in you will take you to a higher plane and cause you to have results that completely outclass theirs. Hallelujah.
Promotion in your life means more grace. If you’re promoted with more responsibilities without the accompanying grace, you may not succeed at that new level. We understand how this works from a simple verse in the Bible: James 4:6; it says, “But he giveth more grace….”
Notice it doesn’t say, “He gave more grace”; rather, it says, “He GIVES more grace.” That means you can enter into that verse every day, every week, every year; it’s a word that’s active and can be activated anytime. That’s how the prophetic word of God works; claim this for your life today.
PRAYER
Dear Father, I receive more grace and increase in the workings of your power in my life. The knowledge of your Word causes me to walk in an overflow of grace, and that grace produces favour, beauty, goodwill, loveliness, perfections, glory and ability in my life, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
