우리의 무한한 부
Our Limitless Wealth
“모든 성도 중에 지극히 작은 자보다 더 작은 나에게 이 은혜를 주신 것은 측량할 수 없는 그리스도의 풍성함을 이방인에게 전하게 하시고”(엡 3:8)
“측량할 수 없는”이라는 단어의 그리스어 원어는 영어로는 제대로 전달하기 어려운 깊이를 가지고 있습니다. 확대번역본은 이 단어에 대해 보다 포괄적인 설명을 제시합니다. “… 그리스도의 끝없는(무한하고, 헤아릴 수 없고, 잴 수 없고, 다함이 없는) 풍성함 [어떤 인간도 본 적이 없는 부]…”
이 설명은 그리스도의 부, “그리스도의 풍성함”의 놀라운 정도에 대한 생생한 그림을 제공합니다. 인간의 이해를 뛰어넘은 특별한 풍성함입니다.
그리스도의 풍성함을 찾는 방법은 무엇입니까? 우리는 어디에서부터 시작해야 하고, 어디에서 끝내야 합니까? 방금 설명한 오직 한 분께 모든 것이 달려있습니다. 그리스도께서 참으로 하나님이시라면, 우리는 진정 측량할 수 없는 부에 대해 말하고 있는 것입니다. 기억하십시오. 우리는 그리스도와 하나입니다. 따라서 우리의 유업은 그리스도 안에 있는 상상할 수 없는 부와 풍성함입니다!
주 예수님은 상속자요 만물의 합법적인 소유자로 지정된 분이십니다. “[그러나] 이 모든 날 마지막에는 아들을 통하여 우리에게 말씀하셨으니 그 아들은 상속자요 만물의 합법적인 주인으로 세워졌으며, 또한 그를 통하여 세계들과 공간의 범위와 시간의 시대들을 창조하셨느니라 [그분은 그것들을 만드시고, 생산하시고, 건설하시고, 운영하시고, 조직하셨느니라]”(히 1:2, 확대번역본) 마태복음 13장에 따르면 주님께서 밭 전체를 사셨으므로 온 세상이 그분께 속했습니다.
로마서 8:16-17은 말합니다. “성령이 친히 우리의 영과 더불어 우리가 하나님의 자녀인 것을 증언하시나니 자녀이면 또한 상속자 곧 하나님의 상속자요 그리스도와 함께 한 상속자니…” 이는 예수님께 속한 모든 것이 우리에게 속한다는 의미입니다. 바로 이것이 우리의 유업이며, 당신이 이를 붙잡는 것이 중요합니다. 성경이 “너희가 그리스도의 것이면 곧 아브라함의 자손이요 약속대로 유업을 이을 자니라”(갈 3:29)고 말하므로 우리는 아브라함의 발자취를 따릅니다. 온 땅은 그리스도 안에서 우리에게 속해 있습니다. 바울은 이에 대해 고린도전서 3:21에서 “만물이 다 너희 것임이라”고 명확하게 말하고 있습니다.

나는 끝이 없고, 한량없고, 측량할 수 없고, 셀 수 없고, 다함이 없는 그리스도의 풍성함 가운데 행합니다. 나는 거듭났을 때 그 풍성함 안에서 태어났습니다. 나는 인간의 이해를 넘어선 왕국의 모든 보물과 자원에 대한 무한한 접근권을 가지고 있습니다. 나는 풍성함 가운데 살며, 어디를 가든지 하나님 왕국의 영광과 의를 나타냅니다. 아멘.

OUR LIMITLESS WEALTH
“Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ” (Ephesians 3:8).
The term “unsearchable” in Greek encompasses a depth that is difficult to properly communicate in English. The Amplified Classic version offers a more comprehensive understanding. It says, “…the unending (boundless, fathomless, incalculable, and exhaustless) riches of Christ [wealth which no human being could have searched out].”
This description paints a vivid picture of the amazing magnitude of Christ’s wealth, “…the riches of Christ!” These are extraordinary riches, beyond the grasp of human exploration.
How can we even begin to search out Christ’s riches? Where would we start, and where would we end? It all depends on the one being described. And if Christ is indeed God, then we are dealing with riches that are truly beyond measure. Remember, we’re one with Him. Thus, our heritage is one of unimaginable wealth and abundance in Christ!
The Lord Jesus is designated as the heir and lawful owner of all things: “[But] in the last of these days He has spoken to us in [the person of a] Son, Whom He appointed Heir and lawful Owner of all things, also by and through Whom He created the worlds and the reaches of space and the ages of time [He made, produced, built, operated, and arranged them in order]” (Hebrews 1:2 AMPC). According to Matthew 13, He purchased the entire field, and thus, the entire world belongs to Him.
In Romans 8:16-17, the Bible says, “The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ.” This means everything that belongs to Jesus belongs to us. This is our inheritance, and it’s important that you lay hold of it. We walk in the footsteps of Abraham, for the Bible says, “…if ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise” (Galatians 3:29). The entirety of the earth belongs to us in Christ. It clarifies Paul’s bold assertion in 1 Corinthians 3:21 that “all things are yours.”
CONFESSION
I walk in the fullness of the unending, boundless, fathomless, incalculable, and exhaustless riches of Christ; I was born into it when I was born again. I have unlimited access to all the treasures and resources of the Kingdom, which is beyond the grasp of human exploration. I live in abundance and manifest the glory and righteousness of the Kingdom of God everywhere I go. Amen.
