계속해서 마귀를 대적하십시오
KEEP THE DEVIL ON THE RUN
“그런즉 너희는 하나님께 복종할지어다 마귀를 대적하라 그리하면 너희를 피하리라”(약4:7)
사탄은 결코 정직하게 굴지 않습니다. 따라서 당신은 항상 사탄을 향해 공격자세를 갖춰야 합니다. 오늘 본문 구절은 마귀를 대적하라고 말합니다. 마귀를 어떻게 대적해야 합니까? 바로 말씀 곧 성령의 검으로 대적합니다. 마귀가 자고 있을 거라 생각하지 마십시오. 그는 잠에 들지 않습니다! 성경은 그가 우는 사자 같이 두루 다니며 삼킬 자를 찾는다고 말합니다(벧전5:8).
마귀의 불화살이 오기 전까지 기다리지 마십시오. 그 전에 제지하십시오. 마귀가 원하는 것은 당신의 주의를 끄는 것입니다. 그렇게 해서 당신이 항상 방어적인 자세를 취하고, 평화를 되찾기 위해 싸우고, 당신의 건강과 힘을 되찾기 위해 싸우고, 또 상황을 정상으로 되돌리기 위해 애쓰기를 원합니다. 무언가를 회복하기 위해 끊임없이 분투하는 것입니다. 그러지 마십시오! 당신을 그러한 위치에 두지 마십시오.
사탄이 당신에게 던지는 모든 불화살을 믿음으로 무력화하는 동안, 항상 당신의 입에 하나님의 “레마”를 두고 공격자세를 취하십시오. 에베소서 6:10-18에서 사도 바울은 우리의 전신갑주 중 방어무기를 나열했습니다. 그리고 17절에서는 오직 하나의 공격무기로서 “성령의 검” 곧 하나님의 “레마”를 말했습니다.
레마는 그리스어로 ‘선포된 말씀’을 뜻합니다. 이 경우, 레마는 올바른 시기에 선포된 하나님의 말씀입니다. 레마는 선포되었거나, 선포되고 있는 말입니다. 그렇지 않다면, 그 말씀은 검이 아닙니다. 선포된 말 외에는 무기가 되지 못합니다. 항상 당신의 입술에 말씀을 두십시오. 그것이 모든 원수들과 역경들을 무찌르는 무기입니다.
기도
사랑하는 아버지, 당신의 말씀은 내 마음과 입에 있으며, 내가 말할 때마다 말씀은 세력을 얻습니다! 나는 의, 지혜, 형통, 승리, 풍성함을 선포합니다. 나는 믿음의 방패를 가지고 대적의 불화살과 거짓말, 속임수와 계략을 소멸하고 무효화하며, 주님의 승리 가운데 걷습니다. 아멘.

KEEP THE DEVIL ON THE RUN
“Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you”(James 4:7).
Satan never plays fair, so you have to always be on the offensive against him. Our opening scripture says to resist him; how do you resist him? It’s with the Word—the Sword of the Spirit. Don’t think the devil is sleeping; he’s not! The Bible says he prowls to and fro like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:8).
Don’t wait for his fiery darts before putting him in check. What the devil likes to do is to get your attention, so that you’re always on the defensive, fighting to get your peace back, to get your health and strength back, or to get things back to normal; ever fighting to restore something; no! Don’t let yourself be hemmed in in such a position.
While with your faith, you’re neutralizing all the fiery darts Satan throws at you, always be on the offensive with the “Rhema” of God in your mouth. In Ephesians 6:10-18, the Apostle Paul gave a list of the protective part of our armour. Then in the 17th verse, he gave the only offensive tool: “the sword of the Spirit,” which is the “Rhema” of God.
Rhema is Greek for the ‘spoken word.’ In this case, it’s your proclamation of the inspired Word of God for the hour and the season. It’s always a word said, or a word in saying. Otherwise, it’s not a sword; it’s not a weapon. Always put the Word on your lips; that’s what you use to discomfit the enemy and all adversities.
PRAYER
Dear Father, your Word is in my heart and in my mouth, prevailing as I speak it forth! I speak forth righteousness, wisdom, prosperity, victory and abundance. And with the shield of faith, I extinguish and render ineffective the fiery darts, lies, tricks and stratagems of the adversary, walking on in the victory of the Lord. Amen.
