We’re The Expression Of His Righteousness
“하나님이 죄를 알지도 못하신 이를 우리를 대신하여 죄로 삼으신 것은 우리로 하여금 그 안에서 하나님의 의가 되게 하려 하심이라”(고후 5:21)
오늘의 본문 구절에서 성령의 영감을 따라 선택된 단어들을 주의 깊게 살펴보십시오. 그리스도 예수께서 우리를 위해 죄가 되신 것은 우리가 그분 안에서 하나님의 의가 되게 하려 하심입니다. 이것은 의롭게 되는 것보다 훨씬 더 위대한 일입니다. 우리가 하나님의 의의 표현이 되었다는 뜻입니다. 이것이 바로 기독교입니다. 이것이 복음입니다. 우리는 하나님의 선하심, 친절하심, 은혜, 지혜, 능력, 영광의 표현입니다.
우리는 하나님의 성품의 표현입니다. 아버지께서 어떤 분이신지, 그분이 나타내시는 모든 것이 우리 안에서, 우리를 통해 나타납니다. 주 예수님께서는 “나를 본 자는 아버지를 보았거늘…”(요 14:9)이라고 말씀하시며 놀라운 진리를 선포하셨습니다. 또한 요한복음 10:30에서 “나와 아버지는 하나이니라”고 말씀하셨습니다. 예수님은 아버지의 뜻과 본성을 나타내셨습니다. 히브리서 1:3은 예수님을 아버지의 형상, 복사본, 인쇄본, 아버지의 모습, 하나님의 궁극적인 상징으로 묘사합니다.
우리는 정확히 예수님과 같습니다. 요한일서 4:17은 예수님이 그러하심과 같이 우리도 이 세상에서 그러하다고 말합니다. 예수님처럼 우리도 하나님의 뜻과 성품의 표현입니다. 이것이 의에 대한 정의 중 하나입니다. 의는 하나님의 뜻과 성품의 표현입니다. 그러므로 우리가 하나님의 의가 되었으므로 우리는 모든 곳에서, 모든 상황에서, 모든 일에서 아버지의 뜻과 성품을 나타내고 표현할 수 있는 능력을 가지고 있습니다. 하나님을 송축합니다!
기도
사랑하는 아버지, 내가 하나님의 의의 표현이 되고 만물 안에서 하나님의 뜻과 본성을 나타내고 표현할 수 있는 능력을 갖도록 나를 위해 죄를 알지도 못하신 그리스도 예수를 죄로 삼으심에 감사드립니다. 나는 오늘 하나님의 선하심과 탁월하심을 드러내며 하나님의 영광과 능력을 나타냅니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

WE’RE THE EXPRESSION OF HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS
“For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him” (2 Corinthians 5:21).
Notice carefully the choice of words as inspired by the Spirit in the scripture above: Christ Jesus was made sin for us, that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him. This is much more than being made righteous; rather, it means that we’ve become the very expression of His righteousness. This is Christianity. This is the Gospel. We’re the expression of God’s goodness, His kindness, grace, wisdom, power and glory.
We’re the expression of His personality; everything the Father is, and represents, is expressed in and through us. The Lord Jesus made a profound statement when He said, “…he that hath seen me hath seen the Father…” (John 14:9). In John 10:30, He also said, “I and my Father are one.” He expressed the will and nature of the Father. He’s described for us in Hebrews 1:3 as the express image of the Father, the facsimile, print-copy or profile of the Father, the ultimate icon of God.
We’re exactly like Him. 1 John 4:17 says, as He is, so are we in this world. Like Jesus, we’re the expression of the will and character of God. That’s one of the definitions of righteousness: it’s the expression of the will and nature of God. Therefore, having been made His righteousness, we have the ability to manifest and express the will and nature of the Father everywhere: in every situation, in every event, and in every matter. PRAYER
Dear heavenly Father, I thank you for making Christ Jesus, who knew no sin to be sin for me, that I might become the expression of your righteousness, endowed with the ability to manifest and express your will and nature in all things. I unveil your goodness and excellence today, displaying your glory and power, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
