우리에게는 예수님의 권세가 있습니다
WE HAVE HIS AUTHORITY
“한 사람의 범죄로 말미암아 사망이 그 한 사람을 통하여 왕 노릇 하였은즉 더욱 은혜와 의의 선물을 넘치게 받는 자들은 한 분 예수 그리스도를 통하여 생명 안에서 왕 노릇 하리로다”(롬 5:17)
주 예수님은 가장 높은 위치를 차지하고 계십니다. 즉, 그분은 모든 통치와 권세와 능력과 주권과 모든 이름 위에 뛰어난 아버지의 우편에 앉아 계십니다. 그런데 당신이 그분 안에 있다는 것을 아셨습니까? 당신은 영광 가운데 그분과 함께 앉아 있습니다. 말씀은 이렇게 선언합니다. “긍휼이 풍성하신 하나님이 우리를 사랑하신 그 큰 사랑을 인하여 허물로 죽은 우리를 그리스도와 함께 살리셨고 (너희는 은혜로 구원을 받은 것이라) 또 함께 일으키사 그리스도 예수 안에서 함께 하늘에 앉히시니”(엡 2:4-6)
우리는 예수 그리스도를 통해 삶에서 다스리고 승리하는 자로 살아가는 통치권을 실행하도록 부름 받았습니다. 우리는 그분 안에서 그리고 그분을 통해 사탄과 어둠과 이 세상과 모든 피조물을 다스립니다. 요한계시록 5:10은 그리스도 예수께서 우리를 하나님 앞에서 왕들과 제사장들로 삼으셨으니 우리가 땅에서 왕 노릇 할 것이라고 말씀합니다.
하나님은 모든 피조물을 다스리는 권세를 예수님에게 주셨습니다. 하나님은 변화산에서 “이는 내 사랑하는 아들이요 내 기뻐하는 자니 너희는 그의 말을 들으라”(마 17:5)고 하늘로부터 말씀하셨습니다. 하나님은 존재하는 모든 것(생물과 무생물)에게 예수님께 복종하며 나아가 당신에게도 복종하라고 명령하셨습니다. 왜냐하면 당신은 그분 안에 있고 그분과 하나가 되었기 때문입니다. 당신은 그분을 대신하여 행할 수 있는 대리권과 함께 그분의 권세의 자리를 차지하고 있습니다. 당신은 평범하지 않습니다. 당신의 말이 하나님의 지지를 받는 더 높은 영역에서 기능합니다.
예수님이 하신 모든 말씀은 다 이루어졌습니다. 예수님은 하늘과 땅에 있는 모든 권세를 지니셨기에 소망 없는 상황들을 변화시켰고, 그 동일한 권세를 교회인 우리에게 남겨주셨습니다. 그분은 마태복음 28:18-19에서 “하늘과 땅의 모든 권세를 내게 주셨으니 그러므로 너희는 가서…”라고 말씀하셨습니다. 따라서 우리는 예수 이름 곧 모든 문을 여는 그 이름으로 나아갑니다.
당신 인생에서 벌어진 상황들을 하나님의 완전한 뜻과 일치하도록 변화시키기 위한 모든 권세가 당신에게 주어졌다는 사실을 깨달으십시오. 그러므로 능력의 말을 하여 인간의 삶에 대한 사탄의 영향력을 깨뜨리고, 영광스러운 복음의 빛이 그 위에 빛나게 하십시오.
고백
저는 사탄과 어둠과 이 세상을 통치하는 가운데 걷습니다. 저는 영광과 통치와 능력 안에서 그리스도와 함께 앉아 있습니다. 저의 빛은 가장 밝게 빛나므로 저는 그리스도 안에서 제 운명을 영광스럽게 성취합니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

WE HAVE HIS AUTHORITY
For if by one man’s offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ (Romans 5:17).
The Lord Jesus occupies the most exalted position there is; He’s seated at the right hand of the Father, far above all principality, and power, might, and dominion, and every name that is named. But did you know that you’re in Him? You’re seated with Him in glory. The Word declares: “But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus” (Ephesians 2:4-6). We’re called to exercise dominion and to live as masters and victors in life through Jesus Christ. We reign in Him and through Him over Satan, darkness, the world, and all creation. Revelation 5:10 tells us that Christ Jesus has made us kings and priests unto God, and we shall reign on the earth. God gave Jesus authority over all creation. At the mount of transfiguration, He spoke out of heaven saying, “…This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him” (Matthew 17:5). He commanded everything that exists—living and non- living—to be subject to Jesus and, by extension, to you, because you’re in Him; you’re one with Him. You occupy His place of authority, with the power of attorney to act in His stead. You’re not ordinary. You operate from a higher realm where your words are backed by Deity. Every word Jesus uttered came to pass; He changed hopeless situations because He had all authority in heaven and in earth—the same authority He bequeathed to the Church—you and me. He said in Matthew 28:18-19, “…All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore…”; thus, we’re on the go in His Name; the Name that opens every door. Realise that all authority has been vested on you to alter the circumstances of your life to sync with God’s perfect will. Therefore, speak words of power and break the influence of Satan over men’s lives, and cause the light of the Gospel to shine in their hearts.
CONFESSION
I walk in dominion over Satan, darkness, and the world. I’m seated together with Christ in glory, dominion, and power. My light shines ever so brightly, and I gloriously fulfil my destiny in Christ, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
