하나님은 당신을 통해 세상을 경영하십니다
He Runs The World Through You
“하늘은 여호와의 하늘이라도 땅은 사람에게 주셨도다”(시 115:16)
당신이 집을 갖고 있다가 그것을 다른 사람에게 임대했다 하더라도, 그것은 여전히 당신의 소유물입니다. 하지만 임대기간 동안 당신은 그 집을 관리하거나 운영할 수 없습니다. 임대인이 그 집에 대한 권한을 행사하며 임대 계약 조건에 따라 그것을 운영합니다.
같은 방식으로 하나님은 이 땅의 경영권을 사람에게 주셨습니다. 그 기간 동안 하나님은 이 땅을 경영할 수 없으십니다. 그분이 이 땅을 경영할 때가 올 것이지만, 그때까지는 당신과 나에게 예수 그리스도를 위해 이 땅을 경영할 신성한 책임이 있습니다. 그분은 우리가 이 땅을 어떻게 경영했는지 해명할 책임을 물으실 것입니다.
몇몇 그리스도인들을 포함한 많은 사람이 이 세상에서 일어난 사건들을 분석하며 하나님이 왜 잘못된 일들을 바로잡기 위해 아무 일도 하지 않으시는지 의아해합니다. 하나님이 뭔가를 하시길 기다리고 있다면, 당신은 잘못 알고 있는 것입니다. 그분께는 당신이 필요합니다. 그분은 임대 계약이 끝나고 새 땅이 나타날 때까지는 당신 없이는 어떤 일도 하지 못하십니다. 그러나 그때까지 예수 그리스도의 이름으로 이 땅을 다스리고 통치할 책임은 우리에게 있습니다.
이렇게 생각해 보십시오. 하나님은 온 세상이 구원받길 원하셔서 예수님을 보내어 인간을 구원하도록 그분의 생명을 주셨지만, 우리에게 잃어버린 영혼들을 위해 기도하고 중보하라고 말씀하십니다. 하나님은 왜 우리가 그들을 위해 기도하기를 원하실까요? 하나님은 왜 이미 이루어진 합법적인 구원이 실제적인 경험이 되게 하지 않으실까요? 그것은 그분에게는 인간을 대신해 행동을 취할 권리가 필요하기 때문입니다. 그래서 그분은 우리에게 기도하라고 명령하셨습니다.
그러므로 그리스도와 함께한 공동 상속자로서의 당신의 위치를 차지하고 이 땅에서 당신의 목적을 성취하십시오. 로마서 8:19-21은 그런 관점에서 말씀합니다. “피조물이 고대하는 바는 하나님의 아들들이 나타나는 것이니 피조물이 허무한 데 굴복하는 것은 자기 뜻이 아니요 오직 굴복하게 하시는 이로 말미암음이라 그 바라는 것은 피조물도 썩어짐의 종 노릇한 데서 해방되어 하나님의 자녀들의 영광의 자유에 이르는 것이라”
아버지는 우리가 그분의 피조물을 썩어짐의 속박에서 하나님 아들들의 영광스러운 자유 안으로 구원하기를 기대하십니다.
기도
사랑하는 아버지, 저는 그리스도의 씨로서 이 땅에서 그분의 날들을 연장하고 있습니다. 제 안에서 역사하는 아버지의 능력과 제 안에서 그리고 저를 통해 나타나는 아버지의 영광으로 인해 감사드립니다. 성령의 능력으로 복음을 통해 저는 사람들을 그리스도 안에 있는 그들의 유업으로 데려오는 신성한 책임을 완수합니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

HE RUNS THE WORLD THROUGH YOU
The heaven, even the heavens, are the LORD’S: but the earth hath he given to the children of men (Psalm 115:16).
If you owned a house and leased it to someone, it would remain yours; nonetheless, for the period of the lease, you can’t manage or run the house. The lessee exercises authority over the property and runs it according to the terms of the lease agreement.
In the same way, God has given man this world to run, and for the time being, He can’t run the world. The time will come for Him to run the world but until then, you and I have the divine responsibility to run the world for Jesus Christ, and He’ll hold us accountable for how we ran our world.
Many, including some Christians, analyze the events and happenings in the world and wonder why God isn’t “doing” anything to right the wrongs. Well, if you’re waiting on God to do something, you’re making a mistake. He needs you. He doesn’t, and wouldn’t do anything without you, until the lease runs out, and a new earth takes its place. However, until then, the responsibility is ours to dominate and rule this world in the Name of Jesus Christ.
Look at it this way: God wants the whole world saved, and sent Jesus to give His life for man’s salvation, yet He tells us to pray and intercede for the lost. Why does He want us to pray for them? Why doesn’t He just make their already legal salvation a vital experience? It’s because He needs the right to take action on man’s behalf; so, He charged us to pray.
Take your place as a joint-heir with Christ and fulfil your purpose here on earth. Romans 8:19-21 puts it in perspective; it says, “For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God. For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope, Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God.”
The Father looks to us to deliver His creation from the bondage of corruption, into the glorious liberty of the sons of God.
PRAYER
Dear Father, I’m your seed, prolonging your days in the earth. Thank you for your power at work in me, and your glory revealed through me. By the power of the Holy Spirit, I fulfil my divine responsibility of bringing men and women into their inheritance in Christ, through the Gospel, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
