주는 자와 축복하는 자가 되십시오
Be The Giver And The Blesser
“자기를 제쳐두고 다른 사람이 잘 되도록 도우십시오. 자기 이익을 꾀하는 일에 사로잡히지 마십시오. 자신을 잊을 정도로 도움의 손길을 내미십시오.”(빌 2:4, 메시지성경)
당신은 하나님의 자녀로서 사람들을 진정으로 기억하고, 돌보고, 사랑하는 자로 알려져야 합니다. 그것이 하나님께 의미 있는 일입니다. 주는 자와 축복하는 자가 되십시오. 성경은 말합니다. “…주는 것이 받는 것보다 복이 있다”(행 20:35)
당신이 다른 이들을 기억하며 베풀 때 받는 축복이 누군가가 당신을 기억하며 베푸는 축복보다 더 큽니다. 당신이 다른 사람으로부터 받을 때는 당신이 받은 것이 전부입니다. 하나님의 약속은 받는 자가 아닌 주는 자를 향해 있습니다. 그러므로 관심을 구하기보다 관심을 주십시오. 사랑을 구하지 마십시오. 사랑을 나눠주십시오.
모든 사람에게 사랑을 표현하십시오. 모든 사람에는 당신을 언짢게 한 사람들과 소망이 없는 경건치 못한 사람들도 포함됩니다. 이것이 하나님께서 당신에게 원하시는 삶의 방식입니다. 누가복음 6:27-31에서 예수님은 말씀하셨습니다. “그러나 너희 듣는 자에게 내가 이르노니 너희 원수를 사랑하며 너희를 미워하는 자를 선대하며 너희를 저주하는 자를 위하여 축복하며 너희를 모욕하는 자를 위하여 기도하라 너의 이 뺨을 치는 자에게 저 뺨도 돌려대며 네 겉옷을 빼앗는 자에게 속옷도 거절하지 말라 네게 구하는 자에게 주며 네 것을 가져가는 자에게 다시 달라 하지 말며 남에게 대접을 받고자 하는 대로 너희도 남을 대접하라.”
다른 사람에게서 받기만을 원하고 관심 받기를 즐기는 사람들이 있습니다. 그들은 오직 다른 사람들이 자신을 사랑하기만을 원합니다. 그러나 주님께서 어떻게 말씀하셨는지 보십시오. “남에게 대접을 받고자 하는 대로 너희도 남을 대접하라.” 당신은 아브라함의 씨입니다. 그리고 아브라함의 자손은 사랑 안에서 손을 내밀며, 궁핍한 자의 부르짖음을 듣고 응답합니다.
이것이 바로 하나님께서 아브라함과 그의 후손에 대해 말씀하신 것이 아닙니까? 하나님께서는 모든 민족이 당신으로 인해 복을 받을 것이라고 말씀하셨습니다. 당신이 바로 그 해답입니다. 당신이 그들의 해결책입니다. 축복하는 자와 주는 자로서 당신의 부르심을 성취하십시오. 이것이 더 높은 차원의 삶의 방식입니다! 할렐루야!
기도
사랑하는 아버지, 내 삶에 주신 당신의 은혜로 말미암아 내가 다른 사람들을 돕고, 세우고, 강건하게 할 수 있음에 감사드립니다. 내 마음에 부어 주신 당신의 사랑에 감사합니다. 나는 이 사랑을 내 세상에 있는 모든 사람에게 아낌없이 전합니다. 나는 수백만의 부르짖음에 대한 응답으로 부름 받았고, 나를 통해 오늘 당신의 축복이 다른 사람들에게 전달됩니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

Be The Giver And The Blesser
“Don’t be obsessed with getting your own advantage. Forget yourselves long enough to lend a helping hand”(Philippians 2:4 MSG).
As a child of God, be known as one who remembers, cares for, and loves people genuinely. That’s what counts with God. Be the giver and the blesser. The Bible says, “…It is more blessed to give than to receive” (Acts 20:35).
The blessing you receive because of those who remember you is little, compared to that which you receive when you remember others and give to them. When you receive from others, all you have is what you got. God’s promise isn’t to the one who receives but to the one who gives. So, rather than seek attention; give it instead. Don’t seek love; give love.
Demonstrate love to everyone, including those who might have offended you, and the ungodly that have no hope. That’s how God wants you to live. He said in Luke 6:27-31, “But I say unto you which hear, Love your enemies, do good to them which hate you, Bless them that curse you, and pray for them which despitefully use you. And unto him that smiteth thee on the one cheek offer also the other; and him that taketh away thy cloke forbid not to take thy coat also. Give to every man that asketh of thee; and of him that taketh away thy goods ask them not again. And as ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise.”
There’re people who only want to receive from others and enjoy attention from others; they only crave for others to love them. But read what the Lord said, “And as ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise.” You’re the seed of Abraham, and the seed of Abraham reaches out in love; he hears the cry of the needy and responds.
Isn’t that what God said concerning Abraham and His seed? He said in you shall all the nations of the earth be blessed. You’re the answer; you’re the solution. Fulfil your calling as the blesser and the giver; it’s the higher way of life! Hallelujah!
PRAYER
Dear Father, I thank you for your grace upon my life to help, lift and build others; thank you for your love that’s shed abroad in my heart which I dispense lavishly to everyone in my world. I was born as the answer to the cry of millions, and through me, your blessing flows to others today, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
