영혼구원으로 하나님의 영광을 나타내십시오
MANIFEST HIS GLORY IN SOUL WINNING
“모든 것이 하나님께로서 났으며 그가 그리스도로 말미암아 우리를 자기와 화목하게 하시고 또 우리에게 화목하게 하는 직분을 주셨으니”(고후 5:18)
우리 모두는 영혼구원으로 하나님의 영광을 나타내도록 부름을 받았습니다. 우리는 담대함을 가지고 우리의 세상과 그 너머에 있는 사람들에게 복음의 메시지를 전해야 합니다. 한 귀한 목사님의 간증이 떠오릅니다. 그 목사님은 특정 이슬람 지역을 다스리고 있는 사람에게 복음을 전하기 위해 보냄 받았습니다. 그 목사님이 처음 찾아갔을 때, 그분은 거절당했습니다. 그러나 그 목사님을 보낸 담당 목사님은 다시 가라고 말씀하셨습니다.
그 목사님은 한 번 더 간다면 자신의 목숨을 잃을 수도 있다는 사실을 알았지만 망설이지 않고 두 번째로 그곳을 찾아갔습니다. 하지만 그들은 다시 목사님을 돌려보냈습니다. 그러나 담당 목사님은 자신이 주님께 인도 받았음을 확신하고 세번째로 “다시 가라!”고 말했습니다. 그 목사님은 다시 그 지역으로 갔습니다. 이번에는 아무도 그분을 막지 않았습니다. 할렐루야! 그분은 생명의 위험을 무릅쓰고 보내심을 받은 대로 말씀을 전했습니다. 이것이 천국에서 온 지시를 믿고 따른 신성한 담대함 입니다.
오늘날 하나님의 자녀들의 삶과 교회에 역사하는 하나님의 특별한 은혜가 있습니다. 복음의 능력과 우리가 선포하는 예수 이름으로 모든 길은 열리고 모든 장벽이 무너집니다. 이것이 바로 우리가 말씀의 실재를 가지고 가는 곳마다 일어나는 일입니다. 할렐루야!
그 어느 때보다 담대하게 복음을 선포하십시오. 우리가 어디에서 왔는지 기억하십시오. 우리는 믿음의 조상들과 사도들의 후손입니다! 그들이 당시에 어떠했는지, 그리고 그들이 이 말씀을 가지고 무엇을 했는지 생각해 보십시오(히브리서 11장 전체를 공부해보십시오). 성경은 사도들에 대해 이렇게 말합니다. ”…다 성령이 충만하여 담대히 하나님의 말씀을 전하니라”(행4:31). 그들은 온 예루살렘에 그들의 가르침이 가득 찰 때까지 모든 곳에서 말씀을 전했습니다(행5:28).
우리 시대에도 똑같은 일이 일어나고 있습니다. 전 세계 수십억 명의 사람들이 복음의 메시지에 의해 영감을 받고 변화하고 있습니다. 우리가 과거의 사도들과 선지자들과 같은 종류의 사람들이기 때문입니다. 우리는 영혼구원으로 하나님의 영광을 나타냅니다. 이는 우리가 동일한 성령님의 은혜와 능력 안에서 기능하기 때문입니다! 할렐루야!
기도
사랑하는 아버지, 당신의 구원하고, 치유하고, 구출하고, 축복하시는 능력은 복음 안에 있습니다. 그리고 이 복음은 성령의 능력으로 다른 사람들에게 나누도록 나에게 맡겨졌습니다. 나는 내 세상과 그 너머에 있는 사람들에게 당신의 의와 빛을 드러내도록 성령의 담대함으로 충만합니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘!

MANIFEST HIS GLORY IN SOUL WINNING
“And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation” (2 Corinthians 5:18).
Each one of us is called to manifest the glory of God in soul winning. With boldness, we’re to take the message of the Gospel to those in our world and the regions beyond. It brings to mind the testimony of a dear Pastor who was sent to take the Gospel to an apex ruler in some Muslim region. The first time he went, he was turned down. But his senior Pastor who gave him the instruction told him to go again.
He went the second time, undaunted, knowing that it could cost him his life; again, they turned him down. The senior Pastor, convinced he had heard from the Lord, said to him the third time, “Go again!” And he went; this time, no man forbidding him. Hallelujah! He delivered the message as he was sent, at the peril of his life. This is divine boldness to an instruction from heaven.
There’s an unusual grace from God at work in the lives of His children and in the Church today: all roads open, and all barriers crumble because of the power of the Gospel and the Name of Jesus that we proclaim. That’s what’s happening everywhere we go with Rhapsody of Realities. Hallelujah!
More than ever before, boldly proclaim the Gospel. Remember where we’re from: the lineage of the Patriarchs and the Apostles! Think about what they were like in their day, and what they did with the message (study the entire Hebrews 11). The Bible says of the Apostles, “…they spake the word of God with boldness” (Acts 4:31). They preached everywhere until they filled the whole of Jerusalem with their doctrine (Acts 5:28).
The same is happening in our day: billions of people from around the world are inspired and transformed by the message of the Gospel, because we’re of the same stock as the Apostles and Prophets of old. We’re manifesting the glory of God in soul winning because we function in the same grace and power of the Holy Ghost! Hallelujah!
PRAYER
Dear Father, your power to save, heal, deliver and bless are wrapped up in the Gospel, which has been committed to my trust to share with others by the power of your Spirit. I’m imbued with the boldness of the Spirit to unveil your righteousness and light to those in my world and beyond, in Jesus’ Name. Amen!
