두려워하지 말고 하나님의 말씀을 믿으십시오
Have No Fear, Believe God’s Word
“믿는 자들에게는 이런 표적이 따르리니… 병든 사람에게 손을 얹은즉 나으리라 하시더라”(막 16:17-18)
우리는 지난 해에 이 세대의 역사상 그 어느 때보다도 많은 사람들이 극심한 두려움 가운데 살며 엄청난 고통을 겪는 것을 목격했습니다. 심지어 교회 지도자들이 두려움으로 인해 교회 문을 닫는 것을 보았습니다.
그런 행동들은 우리가 믿는 예수 그리스도의 사역과 일치하지 않습니다. 성경에서 말하길 이 세상의 빛과 소금이라고 한 자, 성령으로 기름부음 받은 자, 그리고 하나님을 운반하는 자가 어떻게 두려워할 수 있습니까?
오늘의 본문 구절에서 예수님은 그분을 믿는 사람들을 식별하기 위한 표적들을 강조하셨습니다. 진정 예수님을 믿는 자들은 어떤 질병이나 전염병도 두려워하지 않을 것입니다. 그분은 누가복음 10:19에서 말씀하셨습니다. “내가 너희에게 뱀과 전갈을 밟으며 원수의 모든 능력을 제어할 권능을 주었으니 너희를 해칠 자가 결코 없으리라.”
오늘날 세상에서 일어나는 일들에 대한 당신의 반응은 당신이 진정 예수님을 믿는지 아닌지를 보여줍니다. 당신의 확신은 삶의 문제들이 일어날 때 나타나게 됩니다. 만일 그리스도인인 당신이 아픔이나 질병을 “두려워한다면”, 당신은 대체 어떤 하나님을 믿고 있는 것입니까?
아브라함, 이삭, 야곱, 선지자들과 사도들이 알고 말했던 그 하나님과 같은 하나님은 아닐 것입니다. 저는 수년간 전염성이 강한 질병을 앓고 있는 사람들에게 손을 얹었습니다. 그러나 저는 한 번도 전염될까 봐 두려워한 적이 없습니다. 왜냐하면 저는 예수님과 똑같이 그분의 생명과 성령의 능력으로 사역했기 때문입니다.
우리는 어떤 아픔이나 질병에 “감염될 수 없고” 해를 입지 않는 신성한 생명을 가지고 있습니다. 하나님의 말씀을 중요하게 여기십시오. 말씀을 공부하고, 믿고, 살아내십시오.
고백
나는 세상의 문제에 대한 해결책으로 보내졌으며, 내 사역을 수행하고 있습니다. 나는 신성한 본성에 참여하는 자입니다. 나는 내가 아픔과 질병과 허약함을 치유하고 능가하며 살도록 다스리는 능력을 가지고 있음을 인식합니다. 이것이 나의 실재입니다. 할렐루야!

HAVE NO FEAR; BELIEVE GOD’S WORD
And these signs shall follow them that believe…they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover (Mark 16:17-18).
In the past year, perhaps, more than ever in the history of this generation, we’ve seen intense distress of nations, with many living in immense fear.
Even amongst Christians, we’ve seen church leaders go as far as putting up a sign to indicate they’re shutting down their churches because of fear.
But such actions are inconsistent with the ministry of Jesus Christ in whom we’ve believed. How can a Christian?who the Bible says is the salt of the earth and the light of the world, the one who’s anointed with the Holy Ghost; a God-carrying vessel?be afraid?
Jesus highlighted the signs with which to identify those who believe in Him, part of which we read in our opening scripture. No one who truly believes in Jesus will be afraid of any sickness or infectious disease. He said in Luke 10:19, “Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.” Your reaction to the things going on in the world today shows whether or not you truly believe in Jesus.
It’s the pressures of life that reveal your convictions.
If as a Christian, you’re “afraid” of sickness or disease, then in which God did you believe? Certainly not the same God that Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, the Prophets and the Apostles knew and talked about.
For many years, I’ve laid hands on people with some of the most contagious diseases in the world;
very infectious diseases; but I could never have any fear of becoming infected, because it’s the same ministry of Jesus, by the life and power of the Holy Spirit. We have the divine life that’s “uninfectable” and impregnable to any sickness or disease. Take the Word of God seriously; study it; believe it, and live it.
CONFESSION
I’ve been sent forth to be the solution to the problems of the world, and I’m fulfilling my ministry. I’m a partaker of the divine nature. I’m conscious that I have power over sickness, disease and infirmities;
to heal them and live above them. This is my reality.
