Project Yourself To Your Next Level
“너는 악한 눈을 가진 자의 빵을 먹지 말고 그의 맛있는 음식을 탐내지 말라. 그의 마음의 생각이 어떠함같이 그도 그러하니라…”(잠 23:6-7, 한글 흠정역)
당신의 마음으로 인생의 다음 단계, 더 높은 수준을 볼 수 있습니까? 당신의 마음은 당신의 삶을 영광에서 영광으로 발전시키도록 하나님께서 당신에게 주신 도구입니다. 당신은 먼저 마음 속으로 갈망하는 것을 볼 수 있어야 하고, 그것을 창조해야 합니다.
하나님께서는 아브라함에게 이것에 대해 가르치시기 위해 그를 밤에 데리고 나오셔서 별을 보고 그 수를 세어보라고 지시하셨습니다(창 15:5). 그분은 아브라함이 비전의 능력, 곧 실재를 창조하는 마음의 능력을 어떻게 사용하는지 알려주셨습니다.
오늘의 본문 구절에서 읽은 내용을 떠올려 보십시오. 사람은 마음의 생각이 어떠함 같이 그도 그러합니다. 당신의 생각에 가장 빠르게 영향을 미치는 방법은 그림을 통해서입니다. 당신은 자신의 생각을 통해 가난에서 벗어나 풍요로운 자신을 그릴 수 있습니다. 모든 사람은 자신의 생각이 만들어 낸 인격을 가지고 있습니다. 당신의 생각은 당신을 영광의 자리에 놓을 수도 있고, 한계의 자리에 놓을 수도 있습니다.
이는 당신의 사고방식에 달렸습니다. 우리 모두는 아브라함의 씨이므로 위대한 운명을 가지고 있습니다. 하나님께서는 아브라함에게 그를 크게 하시고 그의 씨로 말미암아 열방이 복을 받을 것이라고 하셨습니다(창 22:18). 바로 이것이 우리의 유업입니다. 우리는 이 세상에 축복이 되도록 구별되었습니다. 당신도 스스로를 이렇게 바라보십니까?
나사로라는 인물을 생각해 보십시오. 성경은 그가 의인이었지만 거지로 죽었다고 말합니다(눅 16:20-21). 그는 자신의 운명 때문에 거지로 죽은 것이 아니라 자신의 사고방식으로 인해 거지로 죽었습니다. 그가 믿음 안에서 스스로를 바라보고 아브라함의 씨로서 자신의 풍성한 유업을 그렸다면, 그의 삶은 달랐을 것입니다.
당신은 어떻게 생각하십니까? 로마서 12:2은 말합니다. “너희는 이 세대를 본받지 말고 오직 마음을 새롭게 함으로 변화를 받아…” 당신의 마음을 올바르게 사용하여 그리스도 안에 있는 당신의 영광스럽고 승리하는 삶을 그려보십시오. 할렐루야!
고백
나는 그리스도의 마음, 즉 내가 영광 가운데 스스로를 보고 내가 원하는 실재를 창조하는 성결케 된 마음을 가지고 있습니다. 나는 위대함을 생각하며, 탁월함, 성공, 승리, 풍성함의 그림만 봅니다. 할렐루야!

PROJECT YOURSELF TO YOUR NEXT LEVEL
“Eat thou not the bread of him that hath an evil eye, neither desire thou his dainty meats: For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he” (Proverbs 23:6-7).
Did you know that with your mind, you can project yourself to your next and higher level in life? Your mind is an instrument given to you by God to improve your life from glory to glory. You have to see first in your mind the things you desire for your life, and create them.
God had to teach this to Abraham when He brought him out at night and instructed him to look at the stars and number them (Genesis 15:5). He was getting Abraham acquainted with the power of vision; how to use mind-power to create realities.
Recall what we read in our theme scripture: as a man thinks in his heart, so is he. The quickest way to affect your thoughts is through mental pictures. You can project yourself out of poverty into abundance through your thoughts. Every man is the character of his thoughts. Your mind can put you in a place of glory or of limitation.
It’s about your mindset; each one of us has a destiny of greatness because we’re the seed of Abraham. God told Abraham that He would make him great, and in his seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed (Genesis 22:18). This is our heritage; we’ve been set apart to be a blessing to this world. But do you see yourself as such?
Think about the man Lazarus for example; the Bible tells us that he was a righteous man, but he died a beggar (Luke 16:20-21). He didn’t die a beggar because that was his destiny, but because that was his mind-set. If he had projected himself in faith, envisioning his rich heritage as the seed of Abraham, his story would have been different.
How do you think? Romans 12:2 says, “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind….” Use your mind correctly, to picture your glorious and victorious life in Christ. Hallelujah!
CONFESSION
I have the mind of Christ, a sanctified mind with which I project myself in glory and create the realities that I desire. I think greatness and see only pictures of excellence, success, victory, and abundance. Hallelujah!
