“적은 양 무리여, 두려워하지 말라. 너희 아버지께서 그 왕국을 너희에게 주시는 것을 참으로 기뻐하시느니라”(눅 12:32, 한글킹제임스)
히브리서 12:28은 우리가 오늘의 본문 구절에서 읽은 바와 비슷한 내용을 말합니다. “그러므로 우리가 흔들리지 않는 나라를 받았은즉 은혜를 받자 이로 말미암아 경건함과 두려움으로 하나님을 기쁘시게 섬길지니”
한글킹제임스 번역은 당신이 왕국을 받아들이는 과정 중에 있다고 말하는 것처럼 보입니다. 하지만 당신이 헬라어 원서를 공부해보면, 성경은 당신이 이미 왕국을 얻었다고 말합니다.
유대인 성경의 번역을 보면 더 명확합니다. “그러므로 우리가 흔들리지 않는 왕국을 받았은즉, 은혜를 받자. 이로 말미암아 경건함과 두려움으로 하나님을 기쁘시게 하는 봉사를 드리고.” 우리는 왕국을 이미 받았으므로 그 안에서 왕국의 삶을 드러내며 살아가야 합니다. 왕국의 삶이 무엇입니까? 오늘날 하나님께서 우리에게 기대하시는 참된 그리스도인의 삶이 무엇인지 어떻게 알 수 있습니까?
가장 먼저 해야 할 일은 사도행전을 공부하는 것입니다. 서신서 또한 우리에게 많은 통찰력을 줍니다. 마지막으로, 그리스도의 천년왕국 기간 동안 유대인들에게 주어진 축복의 예언적 말씀은 우리에게 왕국의 삶이 무엇인지에 대한 놀라운 그림을 보여줍니다. 그 삶이 바로 우리가 지금 살고 경험할 수 있도록 예수님께서 우리에게 이미 주신 것입니다! 이에 미치지 못하는 모든 것은 온전한 기독교가 아니며, 왕국의 삶이 아닙니다.
그래서 우리는 하나님의 백성들에게 왕국의 생명과 삶의 방식을 가르치고 그대로 양육합니다. 왕국의 사고방식이 있습니다. 이제 당신이 왕국 안에 있으므로 하나님의 말씀의 원리들을 배운 후 원리대로 살아야 합니다. 하나님의 말씀이 곧 영원히 영광스럽고, 기쁨으로 가득하며, 초자연적인 왕국의 삶을 살도록 우리에게 주어진 청사진이자 로드맵입니다.
기도
의로우신 아버지, 나를 왕국 안으로 인도하시고 왕국을 주셔서 감사드립니다. 당신의 말씀에 감사드립니다. 말씀은 나에게 왕국의 생명과 삶의 방식을 가르치고 깨우쳐줍니다. 나는 영원히 영광스럽고, 기쁨으로 가득하며, 초자연적인 왕국의 삶을 삽니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

We’ve Received The Kingdom
“Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom”(Luke 12:32).
Hebrews 12:28 tells us something similar to what we just read in our opening verse. It says, “Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear.”
The King James almost gives the impression that you’re in the process of receiving the Kingdom, but when you study the verse in the original Greek rendering, that’s not what it’s saying; you got the Kingdom already.
The Complete Jewish Bible makes it clearer. It says, “Therefore, since we have received an unshakeable Kingdom, let us have grace, through which we may offer service that will please God, with reverence and fear.” We’ve received the Kingdom that we should live in it and express the life of the Kingdom. What is the life of the Kingdom? How can we know the true Christian life that God expects us to live today?
The first thing to do is to study the Book of Acts. The Epistles also give us a lot of insight. Finally, the prophetic Word of blessings to the Jews during the Millennial reign of Christ, shows us an amazing picture of what the life of the Kingdom is. That’s what He’s already given to us to live in and experience NOW! Anything less than these isn’t full Christianity, and isn’t the life of the Kingdom.
This is the reason we’re raising and educating God’s people on the Kingdom-life and the Kingdom-way of doing things. There’s a Kingdom way to think. Now that you’re in the Kingdom, you must learn to live by the principles of God’s Word. His Word is our blueprint and roadmap on how to live the ever-glorious, joyous and transcendent life of the Kingdom.
PRAYER
Righteous Father, I thank you, for not only bringing me into the Kingdom, but for also giving me the Kingdom. Thank you for your Word, which educates and enlightens me on the Kingdom-life and the Kingdom-way of doing things; I live the ever-glorious, joyous and transcendent life of the Kingdom, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
