우리는 모든 것을 다스립니다

WE REIGN OVER ALL THINGS

“또 만물을 그의 발 아래에 복종하게 하시고 그를 만물 위에 교회의 머리로 삼으셨느니라”(엡1:22)

하나님은 법적으로 만물을 예수님의 발 아래 두셨습니다(엡1:22). 이사야 9:6은 말합니다. “… 그의 어깨에는 정사를 메었고…” 이 구절은 매우 강력합니다. 이 진리가 우리, 즉 교회와 어떻게 연결되어 있는지 알려주기 때문입니다!

이사야의 예언이 “그의 머리에 정사를 메었고”라고 했다면, 그것은 주 예수님을 의미했을 것입니다. 예수님이 머리시고 우리 즉 교회는 그분의 몸이기 때문입니다. 따라서 그분의 어깨에 정사를 메었다는 말의 의미는 그분의 다스림, 통치권, 권세가 우리로 말미암아 집행된다는 것입니다. 하나님을 송축합니다!

그러므로 그리스도의 몸의 각 지체는 만물 위에 있습니다. 만물이 예수님의 발 아래 있기 때문입니다. 하나님께서 이미 그렇게 말씀하셨고, 그 무엇도 그 진리를 바꿀 수 없습니다. 주 예수님은 교회를 통해 만물을 다스리십니다.

고린도전서 15:25은 말합니다. “그가 모든 원수를 그 발 아래에 둘 때까지 반드시 왕 노릇 하시리니” 주님께서 하늘에서 다스리시는 것이 아니라 우리를 통해 이 땅에서 다스리시는 것입니다. 이 마지막 때에 당신은 이 땅과 당신의 세상에서 “왕 노릇” 해야 합니다. 믿음의 팔을 들고 하나님의 일들 안에서 강건 하십시오.

담대하게 말씀을 전하십시오. 당신의 세상과 열방에 평안을 선포하십시오. 대적하는 모든 폭풍들에게 예수 이름으로 잠잠하라고 말하십시오! 환경을 다스리고 만물을 다스리십시오.

고백

영광의 아버지, 모든 세대의 왕, 당신과 같은 분은 없습니다! 당신의 왕국은 영원하며 당신의 통치는 대대에 이릅니다. 우리가 주의 이름으로 일컬음을 받아 그리스도와 함께 이 세상과 환경을 다스리고, 통치하고, 승리하니 얼마나 놀라운지요. 이 영광스러운 특권에 감사드립니다.

WE REIGN OVER ALL THINGS

“And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church”(Ephesians 1:22).

Legally, God has put all things under the feet of Jesus (Ephesians 1:22). Isaiah 9:6 says, “…and the government shall be upon his shoulder….” This is so powerful, because it lets us know how it connects to us—the Church!

If Isaiah’s prophetic words had been “…and the government shall be upon His head,” that would have meant the Lord Jesus, because He’s the head, and we, the Church, are His body. Therefore, the government being upon His shoulders means His reign, His dominion and authority are borne by us. Blessed be God!

Thus, every single member of the body of Christ is above all things, because all things have been placed under the feet of Jesus. God already said so and nothing can change it. The Lord Jesus, through the Church, reigns over all things.

1 Corinthians 15:25 says, “For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet.” This isn’t about Him reigning in heaven, but in the earth through us. In these last days, you’re expected to “king” in your world and in the earth! Take up the arms of faith and be strengthened in the things of God.

Speak the Word with boldness. Declare that there’s peace in your world and in the nations; speak to every contrary storm to be calm in the Name of Jesus! Rule over circumstances and reign over all things.

CONFESSION

Glorious Father, King of the ages, there’s none like you! Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and your dominion endures throughout all generations. How awesome it is for us to be called by your Name, ruling, reigning, and prevailing with Christ over the world and circumstances! Thank you for this glorious privilege.
