Three Important Facts For A Soul Winner
“지혜로운 자는 사람을 얻느니라”(잠 11:30)
그리스도인으로서 우리 모두는 화해의 직분을 가지고 있습니다. 우리는 영혼을 구원하기 위해 부름 받았습니다. 영혼구원자로서 사람들을 그리스도께 인도하는데 있어서 효과적으로 사역하기 위해 필요한 것들이 있습니다.
첫 번째는 명확함이며, 당신이 전하는 메시지의 명확성을 의미합니다. 당신은 반드시 그리스도의 메시지를 이해해야 합니다. 자신이 이해하지 못하는 메시지를 다른 사람에게 전달할 수 없습니다. 자신이 축복받지 않은 것으로 다른 사람을 축복해줄 수는 없습니다. 자신이 가지고 있는 것만 다른 사람에게 줄 수 있습니다. 그러므로 복음에 대한 정확한 이해는 필수적입니다.
두 번째는 확신이며, 그리스도와 그분이 온 세상에 가져오신 구원에 대한 절대적 확신이 당신의 영에 있어야 합니다. 당신은 그분의 메시지, 그분의 성품, 그분의 사명에 대해 충분히 설득 되어야 합니다.
사도 바울은 로마서 1:16 에서 그의 확신에 관해 대단한 표현을 썼습니다. “내가 복음을 부끄러워하지 아니하노니 이 복음은 모든 믿는 자에게 구원을 주시는 하나님의 능력이 됨이라…” 그의 확신은 확고했습니다. 구원에 이르는 길은 오직 예수 그리스도뿐이며 다른 길은 없습니다. 그는 또한 이렇게 말했습니다. “…내가 부득불 할 일임이라 만일 복음을 전하지 아니하면 내게 화가 있을 것이로다”(고전 9:16) 완전히 설득되어 있을 때 이러한 고백을 할 수 있습니다. 완전히 설득된다는 것은 생명에 이르는 유일할 길이 예수 그리스도임을 의심의 여지 없이 알고 있다는 것입니다.
세 번째는 소유이며, 영혼구원자로서 당신은 진리를 완전히 소유해야 합니다. 확신하는 것만으로는 충분하지 않습니다. 진리가 반드시 당신의 것이 되어야 합니다. 주 예수님은 요한복음 6:47에서 “진실로 진실로 너희에게 이르노니 믿는 자는 영생을 가졌나니”라고 말씀하십니다. 당신은 영혼구원자로서 영원한 생명을 얻는 진리를 소유하고 있어야 하며 그것이 바로 당신이 다른 사람들에게 나누어주는 것입니다. 이제 당신은 영생을 살고 있습니다.
영혼구원 사역을 할 때 이러한 진리로 자신을 무장시키십시오. 그러면 당신은 화해의 직분을 더 효과적으로 수행하는 자가 될 것입니다.
기도
아버지, 성공적인 영혼구원자가 되기 위해 알아야 하는 중요한 정보들로 구비시켜 주셔서 감사합니다. 나는 당신의 지시를 온유함으로 받고, 당신의 말씀을 사용할 때 나의 영혼구원 사역이 더 새롭고 높은 차원의 영광과 성공과 생산성으로 옮겨진다고 선포합니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다.

THREE IMPORTANT FACTS FOR A SOUL WINNER
…he that winneth souls is wise (Proverbs 11:30).
As Christians, we’re all in the ministry of reconciliation; we’re called to win souls. As soul winners, there’re certain requirements necessary for an effective ministry in leading men to Christ.
First is clarity; clarity of the message that you preach. You must understand the message of Christ, first for yourself, because you can’t communicate to someone else something you don’t understand. You can’t bless someone else with something that you haven’t been blessed with. You can only give what you have; and so, a good understanding of the Gospel is imperative.
Secondly, conviction; there has to be absolute conviction in your spirit about Christ and the salvation that He brought for the whole world. You must become
fully persuaded of His message, of His person, and of His mission.
The Apostle Paul in Romans 1:16 expressed a profound note of conviction. He said, “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth….” His persuasion was absolute: there’s no other way for salvation except Jesus Christ! There’re no options.
He also said, “…for necessity is laid upon me; yea, woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel!” (1 Corinthians 9:16). You can only make such a statement when you’re fully persuaded; when you know without an iota of doubt that the only way to life and for life is Jesus Christ, who is Himself LIFE. Thirdly, possession! As a soul winner, you must have full possession of truth. You may be convinced of something, but it’s not enough. That truth must become yours.
The Lord Jesus said in John 6:47, “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life.” The one who believes is a possessor. You must be in possession of the truth that, as a soul winner, you have eternal life, and that’s what you’re dispensing to others. You’re “living” eternal life now.
Arm yourself with these truths as you go about your soul-winning work, and you’ll be a more effective minister of reconciliation.
PRAYER
Holy Father, thank you for equipping me with this important information on how to be a successful soul winner. I receive your instructions with meekness, and declare that my soul-winning efforts are taken to a new and higher level of glory, success and productivity, as I put your Word to work, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
