기쁨의 삶
It’s A Life Of Joy
“예수를 너희가 보지 못하였으나 사랑하는도다 이제도 보지 못하나 믿고 말할 수 없는 영광스러운 즐거움으로 기뻐하니”(벧전 1:8)
우리의 성령으로 충만한 삶은 상황에 관계없이 형용할 수 없는 기쁨으로 가득한 삶입니다. 말씀은 “하나님의 나라는 먹는 것과 마시는 것이 아니요 오직 성령 안에 있는 의와 평강과 희락이라.”(롬 14:17)고 선포합니다.
이것이 바로 하나님께서 우리에게 끊임없이 성령으로 충만하라고 말씀하신 이유입니다. “술 취하지 말라 이는 방탕한 것이니 오직 성령으로 충만함을 받으라.”(엡 5:18) 교회의 모든 성도들이 성령으로 충만하다고 상상해 보십시오. 모두가 의심과 두려움이 아닌 성령으로 충만한 모습을 그려보십시오. 그러면 당신은 진정한 기독교가 무엇인지 이해하게 될 것입니다. 기독교는 바로 기쁨의 삶입니다.
모든 사람들이 예배와 모임에 와서 기쁨으로 노래하고 하나님을 찬양하며 이와 같은 분위기를 어느 곳에나 가져간다고 상상해 보십시오. 모든 예배와 모임은 이런 모습이어야 합니다. 성령으로 충만할 때, 당신의 기쁨은 흘러 넘칩니다.
성경은 여호와를 기뻐하는 것이 당신의 힘이라고 말합니다(느 8:10). 기쁨으로 충만할 때, 당신의 영은 승리와 성공을 위한 힘을 지속적으로 얻을 것입니다. 기쁨은 만병통치약입니다. 이사야 12:3은 이렇게 말합니다. “그러므로 너희가 기쁨으로 구원의 우물들에서 물을 길으리로다.”
따라서 오늘날 세상에서 일어나는 일들과 관계없이 날마다 기쁨으로 충만하십시오. 그리고 영의 자유함 가운데서 기쁨을 표현하십시오.
기도
사랑하는 아버지, 항상 승리하고 통치하는 삶을 위해 계속 성령으로 충만해지는 축복을 주시니 감사합니다! 나는 성령 안에서 살아가는 평안과 기쁨의 삶으로 인해 영원히 기뻐하고, 환희로 가득하고, 승리하고, 즐거워합니다. 모든 영광과 권세가 영원히 당신께 있습니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

IT’S A LIFE OF JOY
“Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory” (1 Peter 1:8).
Our spirit-filled life is one of indescribable joy, irrespective of circumstances. The Word declares, “The kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit”(Romans 14:17).
It’s one of the reasons God tells us to be constantly filled with the Spirit: “And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit” (Ephesians 5:18). Imagine if every member of the church is filled with the Spirit; not filled with doubt and fear but filled with the Spirit. Then you’d understand what true Christianity is; it’s a life of joy.
Imagine everyone coming into the church meetings singing and praising God with joy and carrying that same atmosphere everywhere. That’s how it ought to be. When you’re filled with the Spirit, your joy overflows.
The Bible says the joy of the Lord is your strength (Nehemiah 8:10). Your spirit will continually be energized for victory and success when you’re full of joy. Joy is an elixir. Moreover, the Bible says in Isaiah 12:3, “Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.”
So, in spite of the things happening in the world today, be full of joy every day, and express it in the liberty of the spirit.
PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for the blessing of being continually filled with the Spirit for an all-day, all-time life of victory and dominion! I’m forever joyful, jubilant, triumphant and delighted in the Spirit for a life of peace and joy in the Holy Ghost! To you be all glory and dominion forever, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
