당신의 영에 있는 말씀
The Word In Your Spirit
“구원의 투구와 성령의 검 곧 하나님의 말씀을 가지라”(엡 6:17)
고린도후서 10:3은 말합니다. “우리가 육신으로 행하나 육신에 따라 싸우지 아니하노니” 우리는 육신의 싸움을 하고 있지 않습니다. 우리의 싸움은 영에 속한 것이고 우리의 무기는 하나님의 말씀입니다. 그것이 성령의 검입니다. 당신이 하나님의 말씀, 즉 하나님의 레마를 풀어놓을 때 당신은 영적인 영역에서 공격 태세를 취하는 것입니다. 적들을 부수는 능력이 풀어지는 것입니다. 이것이 우리가 말씀을 묵상해야 하는 이유입니다.
하나님의 말씀은 당신이 열렬하게 묵상한 이후에 당신의 입에서 강력한 능력을 행사하게 됩니다. 이런 종류의 묵상을 하는 가운데 당신은 말씀에만 온전히 집중하게 되고 주의를 흐트러뜨리는 것들을 제거하게 됩니다. 이것이 단지 머리로만 성경 구절을 인용하는 사람과 그의 영 안에 있는 성경 구절을 인용하는 사람의 차이를 만듭니다. 열렬한 묵상이 다윗을 다른 이스라엘 백성들과 구별되게 만들었습니다. 그들은 모두 할례 받았고 언약에 대해 알고 있었지만 골리앗 앞에서 벌벌 떨었습니다. 어떤 사람도 그 거인을 대면할 수 없었습니다.
그러나 다윗은 왜 모든 사람들이 골리앗을 무서워하는지 의아해하며 이렇게 말했습니다. “… 저 할례도 받지 않은 블레셋 녀석이 무엇이기에 살아 계시는 하나님을 섬기는 군인들을 이렇게 모욕하는 것입니까?”(삼상 17:26, 새번역) 그는 말했습니다. “우리는 할례를 받았고 그로 인해 우리는 하나님과 연합한 자들이 되었습니다. 그러나 이 자는 할례 받지도 않았고 하나님도 그의 편이 아니십니다!” 다른 이스라엘 백성들이 이해하고 있었던 할례보다 다윗이 이해한 할례는 더욱 큰 의미를 가지고 있었습니다.
말씀이 당신의 영 안에 있을 때 이런 일들이 일어납니다. 예수님은 당신의 배에서 생수의 강들이 홍수처럼 뿜어져 흘러나오리라고 말씀하셨습니다(요 7:38). 골로새서 3:16은 이렇게 말합니다. “그리스도의 말씀이 너희 속에 풍성히 거하여 모든 지혜로 피차 가르치며 권면하고 시와 찬송과 신령한 노래를 부르며 감사하는 마음으로 하나님을 찬양하고” 열정을 다해 말씀을 공부하고 묵상하십시오. 당신의 마음과 입에 말씀을 두십시오. 그 말씀이 당신을 놀라운 존재로 만들고 당신에게 승리의 사고방식을 줄 것입니다. 하나님을 찬양합니다!
고백
내 가장 깊은 곳에서 생수의 강들이 흘러 넘칩니다! 내 영 안에서 말씀을 묵상하고 기쁘게 받아들일 때 말씀은 의와 지혜와 계시와 번영과 승리와 풍성함을 가져옵니다! 하나님을 찬양합니다!

THE WORD IN YOUR SPIRIT
And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God (Ephesians 6:17).
2 Corinthians 10:3 says, “For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh.” We’re not into a physical battle; it’s spiritual, and our weapon is the Word of God; the sword of the Spirit. As you release God’s Word—the rhema of God—you’re getting on the offensive in the realm of the spirit; power is released that shatters the enemy. This is the reason for meditation.
God’s Word is powerful in your mouth, after meditation—voracious meditation. During this kind of meditation, your whole attention is on the Word; you allow no distraction whatsoever. This is what makes the difference between someone that’s quoting scriptures from the head and someone that’s quoting scriptures because it has become resident inside him.
This was what distinguished David from the rest of the Israelites. They were all circumcised and knew about the covenant, but they trembled before Goliath. None of them could face the giant.
But when David showed up, he wondered why everybody was afraid of Goliath and said, “…who is this uncircumcised Philistine, that he should defy the armies of the living God?” (1 Samuel 17:26). He was saying, “We’re circumcised and by circumcision, we’re in league with God. But this guy is uncircumcised; he doesn’t have God on his side!” The circumcision meant something to David that others didn’t know about.
That’s what happens when the Word is in your spirit. Jesus said out of your belly shall flow rivers—gushers, floods—of living water (John 7:38). Colossians 3:16 says, “Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly….” Become voracious in your study of, and meditation on the Word. Have the Word in your heart and in your mouth; it’ll make you a wonder and give you the winning mentality. Praise God!
CONFESSION
From my innermost being flow gushers of living water. As I meditate and receive the Word gladly into my spirit, it brings forth righteousness, wisdom and revelation, prosperity, victory and abundance. Praise God!
