We Give Vent To His Will

“범사에 헤아려 좋은 것을 취하고”(살전 5:21)

하나님의 영은 사도 바울을 통해 로마서 12장에서 매우 놀라운 사실을 알려주십니다. “너희는 이 세대를 본받지 말고 오직 마음을 새롭게 함으로 변화를 받아 하나님의 선하시고 기뻐하시고 온전하신 뜻이 무엇인지 분별하도록 하라”(롬 12:2) 어떻게 하면 마음을 새롭게 할 수 있습니까?

당신의 사고방식을 바꾸는 것입니다. 당신의 생각을 하나님의 생각으로 바꾸십시오. 그렇게 할 때 당신은 하나님의 선하시고 기뻐하시고 온전하신 뜻이 무엇인지 “증명”할 수 있게 됩니다.

“증명하다”라는 단어는 영어로 번역될 경우, 성령님이 전달하시고자 하는 의미를 모두 담지는 못 합니다. 이는 헬라어로 “도키마조(dokimazo)”이며 검사하거나 면밀히 조사한다는 뜻입니다. 어느 국가의 입국항에 있는 세관의 활동과 같은 것입니다. 탑승객을 면밀히 조사하며, 삼엄한 경비체제일 경우에는 정교한 기기를 사용하여 의심스러운 물품들을 이미지로 전달합니다. 그러면 해당 여행자의 입국을 허가 또는 거부할 지 판단할 수 있습니다.

이제 당신은 아버지의 선하시고 기뻐하시고 온전하신 뜻과 일치하는 것만을 면밀히 살펴본 후 당신의 세상에 받아들이기로 결정한 사람입니다. 우리는 하나님의 의로운 사람들이므로 잘 이해할 수 있습니다. 우리는 그분의 영광을 드러냅니다. 우리는 그분의 뜻을 나타냅니다. 이것이 우리의 부르심입니다. 할렐루야!

WE GIVE VENT TO HIS WILL

“But test and prove all things [until you can recognize] what is good; [to that] hold fast”(1 Thessalonians 5:21 AMPC).

In Romans chapter 12, the Spirit of God, through the apostle Paul lets us in on something absolutely remarkable. He says, “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God” (Romans 12:2). How do you renew your mind?

It’s by changing your way of thinking; exchanging your thoughts for God’s thoughts. And when that happens, you’ll be able to “prove” the good, the acceptable and the perfect will of God.

The English rendering of the word “prove” doesn’t give us the best expression of what the Spirit conveys in that verse. The Greek word is “dokimazō”; and it means to examine or scrutinize. It parallels the activities at the custom service section at the entry port of any country. Passengers are scrutinized, and in high-alert cases, sophisticated machines are used to provide animated images of suspicious items. At that moment, the traveller’s eligibility is ascertained either for entry or denial into that country.

Now, you’re God’s man or woman who decides, after scrutinizing, to allow only things that are consistent with the good, the acceptable and perfect will of the Father to come into your world. This is easy to understand because we are His righteous ones; we give vent to His glory; we give vent to His will. It’s our calling. Hallelujah!

Recall the words of the Master in Matthew 16:19: “…whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.” When you disallow or permit something on earth, heaven gives the authority and backs what you’ve said.

Consciously and vehemently refuse the works of evil and forbid them in your nation, in your body, family, job and around you. Allow only the divine realities of the Kingdom into your world. It begins with the renewing or transformation of your mind.

With a renewed mind, you’ll think, permit and express only God’s thoughts, His righteousness, love, kindness, joy and peace in your life and your environment. Hallelujah!

PRAYER

Dear Father, I’m yielded to the transforming power of your Word, enabled to discern and walk in your perfect will always. I’m your agent in the earth, allowing only that which aligns with your perfect will to come into this world, and vehemently forbidding anything contrary to your purpose, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

많은 사람들은 그리스도인이 실제로 “구원받은” 사람이 아니라는 사실을 깨닫지 못합니다. 만약 기독교가 죄로부터의 속량이나 구원에만 국한된 것이라면, 예수님이 죽음에서 부활할 필요가 없었을 것입니다. 십자가에서의 예수님의 죽음으로 충분했을 것입니다. 예수님의 죽음은 우리의 모든 죄에 대한 값을 치르고 완전한 속죄를 보장했습니다. 그것은 속량이지 기독교가 아닙니다.

속량은 값을 치르고 사람을 구하는 것을 뜻합니다. 그래서 예수님은 죽으실 때 자신의 생명으로 사람들의 속량에 대한 값을 치르셨습니다. 예수님은 그리스도인만이 아닌 모든 인류를 위해 그 일을 하셨습니다. 그리스도인은 그리스도의 부활의 결과이지 그분의 죽음의 결과가 아닙니다.

사탄은 그런 일이 일어날 줄 몰랐고, 천사들은 여전히 놀라워합니다. 기독교는 예수님의 죽음이 아닌 그분의 부활에 기초를 둡니다. 예수 그리스도의 부활은 우리에게 속량 그 이상을 주었습니다. 그리스도의 부활은 우리를 새로운 생명 안으로 인도했습니다. 우리는 그리스도와 함께 일으켜졌습니다(엡 2:6).

로마서 10:9은 주 예수 그리스도의 부활을 믿고 그분의 주되심을 고백함으로 구원이 임한다는 사실을 알려줍니다. 따라서, 그리스도인은 부활하신 그리스도와 동일시가 된 사람입니다.

따라서 그리스도께서 죽은 자 가운데서 새 생명으로 일으켜지신 것처럼 그리스도인에게 과거는 없습니다. 그래서 고린도후서 5:17에서 “그런즉 누구든지 그리스도 안에 있으면 새로운 피조물이라”고 말하는 것입니다. 새로운 피조물이란 이전에 존재하지 않았던 새로운 종족을 의미합니다.

그러므로 거듭난 당신은 “속량받은 자”가 아닙니다. 당신은 그리스도의 속량 사역의 열매입니다. 속량은 그리스도의 죽음으로 완성되었지만 기독교는 그리스도의 부활에 근거합니다. 할렐루야!

고백

그리스도께서 아버지의 영광으로 말미암아 죽은 자 가운데서 일으켜짐과 같이 나도 새 생명으로 일으킴을 받아 그 생명 가운데 삽니다. 나는 새로운 피조물입니다. 나는 그리스도와 함께 일으켜져 그분과 함께 승리, 권세, 다스림의 자리에 영원히 앉힌 바 되었습니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

REDEMPTION AND CHRISTIANITY

“Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life”(Romans 6:4).

Many don’t realize that the Christian isn’t actually the “redeemed.” If Christianity were all about redemption or salvation from sin, there wouldn’t have been the need for Jesus to rise from the dead. His death on the cross would have been enough; it paid for all our sins and guaranteed complete propitiation. But that’s redemption, and not Christianity.

Redemption refers to saving someone by paying a price. So when Jesus died, He paid the price for man’s redemption with His own life; He did that for all humanity; not for Christians. The Christian is the result of Christ’s resurrection, not His death.

This should make it clearer: when Jesus hung on the Cross, in the mind of God, every human person was hanging on the Cross too (in Him), for He was our substitute. When He cried out, “It is finished,” and gave up the ghost, we also died in Him. Hallelujah! Now, when He came out of the grave, when He resurrected, we were also in Him.

That’s the big thing which Satan didn’t see coming and the angels still marvel at and seek to look into: Christianity is based on the resurrection of Jesus, and not on His death. The resurrection of Jesus Christ gave us something far beyond redemption; it ushered us into a newness of life. We’ve been raised up together with Christ (Ephesians 2:6).

Romans 10:9 lets us know that salvation comes by believing in the resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the subsequent confession of His Lordship. A Christian, therefore, is one who identifies with the resurrected Christ.

Thus, just as Christ was raised from the dead into a newness of life, the Christian has no past. That’s why the Bible says in 2 Corinthians 5:17: “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature”; meaning that he is a new species, one that never existed before.

Being born again, therefore, you’re not the “redeemed”; you’re the fruit of the redemptive work of Christ. Redemption was consummated with His death, but Christianity came from the resurrection. Hallelujah!

CONFESSION

Just as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, I also have been raised into a newness of life to walk therein. I’m a new creation, conscious that I’ve been raised together with Christ, and made to sit together with Him in the place of victory, authority, and dominion forever, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Absolute Dominion Over The Adversary

ABSOLUTE DOMINION OVER THE ADVERSARY

“And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven”(Luke 10:18).

Genesis 3 tells us that the serpent beguiled Eve. He is further described as “the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world” (Revelation 12:9). In the 10th verse of Revelation 12, he is called “the accuser of our brethren.” Peter, in 1 Peter 5:8 calls him your adversary: “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:”

An adversary is an enemy, an opponent, an opposer. Some people are trying to make Satan look good by introducing new songs with lyrics that portray him as your friend. Don’t be deceived; Satan is not, and could never be your friend! He’s your adversary, howbeit, a defeated one. The Apostle Paul in 2 Corinthians 4:3 pens another identity of Satan’s personality, referring to him as the god of this world. But thanks be unto God; you’re not of this world! You don’t belong in Satan’s jurisdiction; therefore, he’s not in any way a factor, because you’re superior to him; give him no place or chance in your life.

You have dominion over Satan and the rulers of darkness to keep them defeated, to keep them subdued under your feet. The Lord Jesus said in Luke 10:19, “Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.”

Your dominion and authority over the adversary and adversities is supreme; it’s incontestable; recognize it and exercise it always.

PRAYER

Dear Father, I am not deceived by Satan’s lies, manipulations, tricks, schemes and strategies or enticed by his deceitful ways. I stand firm in the truth of the Word, and resist him in truth and in faith; I walk on in the victory I have in Christ today, living above all the negativities of this world, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Always Testify

“또 우리 형제들이 어린 양의 피와 자기들이 증언하는 말씀으로써 그를 이겼으니 그들은 죽기까지 자기들의 생명을 아끼지 아니하였도다”(계 12:11)

하나님의 선하심과 그분이 당신 안에서 그리고 당신을 통해 이루신 승리를 항상 간증하는 것이 중요합니다. 오늘의 본문 구절은 이렇게 말합니다. “… 어린 양의 피와 자기들이 증언하는 말씀으로써 그를 이겼으니…” 항상 증언하는 법을 배우십시오! 당신의 증언으로 자신의 환경에 영향을 끼치십시오.

첫째, 말씀을 증거하십시오. 당신에게 관한 말씀을 선포하십시오. 말씀이 말하는 대로 말하십시오. 둘째, 하나님의 은혜와 사랑의 역사를 증거하십시오. 이제 당신의 간증은 하나님을 영광스럽게 하고 사람들의 믿음을 고취시킬 뿐 아니라, 사탄과 마귀가 당신을 알아채고 당신에게서 떠나게 합니다.

귀신들은 당신이 무슨 생각을 하는지 혹은 무엇을 알고 있는지 실제로 알 수 없습니다. 그러나 당신이 간증을 말할 때, 그들은 자신들의 무리에게 당신에게서 멀리 떨어지라는 메시지를 전달할 것입니다. 당신이 누구인지 스스로 알고 있다는 사실을 그들도 알게 되기 때문입니다. 그들은 매우 오만하며 수치를 당하는 것을 싫어합니다. 그들은 만일 자신들이 당신 주변에서 문제를 일으키려고 하면 당신이 그들을 쫓아낼 것이라는 사실을 알고 있습니다.

ALWAYS TESTIFY

“And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony…”(Revelation 12:11).

It’s important that you always testify of God’s goodness and the victories He’s wrought in you and through you. Our opening verse says, “…they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony….” Learn to testify always! Let your environment feel the impact of your testimonies.

Firstly, testify the Word. Declare the Word as it concerns you. Say what the Word says. Secondly, testify of His works of grace and love. Now, apart from your testimonies glorifying God and inspiring faith in others, they also cause Satan and his demons to take notice of you and flee from you.

Demons really can’t tell what you think or know, but when they hear your testimonies, they’ll transmit the message to their cohorts to stay away from you, because they can see that you know who you are. This is because they’re very proud figures and they don’t like to be disgraced. They know if they try to mess around you, you’ll cast them out.

So, make it a habit to always testify of the power of God, the integrity of His Word, and the power of the Spirit in your life. Not only will it cause you to experience more blessings, it causes consternation in hell. Never consider anything the Lord does for you or through you to be too small to talk about. There’s power in your testimony to completely neutralize the adversary and cause him to back off.

It makes no difference what daunting challenges the enemy throws at you—testify that the greater One lives in you; therefore, you’re marvellously helped of the Lord and have overcome the adversary and all adversities. As you do, the Lord’s power and glory will be manifested in your situation. Hallelujah!

PRAYER

Dear Father, I thank you for your kindness, faithfulness, and love. I thank you for the miracles you’ve wrought in my life, and the many blessings that I enjoy. I thank you for the power of your infallible Word that has brought me into a place of glory, strength, power, rest, and dominion, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

오늘날 많은 사람들은 아직도 예수 이름에 속한 권세와 그 권세를 사용하도록 우리에게 주어진 능력을 이해하지 못합니다. 그래서 그들은 예수 이름의 유익을 충분히 누리지 못합니다. 예수님은 이 세상과 그 다음 세상에서 모든 권세에서 뛰어난 이름을 가지고 계십니다. 따라서 그분의 이름을 사용하는 방법을 배우십시오.

예수님은 우리의 유익을 위한 모든 것이십니다. 예수 이름은 우리의 유익을 위한 모든 능력을 발휘합니다. “하나님은 모든 것을 그리스도의 권세 아래 두셨고, 교회의 유익을 위해 그분에게 이 권세를 주셨습니다.”(엡 1:22, NLT)

피해자로 살지 마십시오. 평범한 삶을 살지 마십시오. 예수 이름을 사용하십시오. 예수님은 “하늘과 땅의 모든 권세를 내게 주셨으니…”(마 28:18)라고 말씀하셨습니다. 그리고 그 권세에 근거해서 “그러므로 너희는 가서…”(마 28:19)라고 말씀하셨습니다. 마귀, 천사, 생명, 죽음, 지옥, 세상, 환경, 생물과 무생물이 예수 이름 안에서 우리에게 듣고 반응합니다. 그러므로 예수 이름의 초월적인 위대함을 인식하십시오. 그분의 이름 안에서 살고 행하십시오(골 3:17).

고백

IT’S FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CHURCH

“…He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His [own] right hand in the heavenly [places], Far above all rule and authority and power and dominion and every name that is named [above every title that can be conferred], not only in this age and in this world, but also in the age and the world which are to come”(Ephesians 1:20-21 AMPC).

Many today still don’t understand the authority that’s vested in the Name of Jesus and the power of attorney given to us to use it. That’s why they’ve never fully enjoyed the benefits of it. Jesus has a Name that’s superior to all titles of authority in this world and in the next. So learn to use His Name.

The Weymouth New Testament describes the transcendent greatness of His power and might, the supremacy and dominion of His Name, His reign and glory both in this age and in the age to come. He’s in the “…heavenly realms, high above all other government and authority and power and dominion, and every title of sovereignty used either in this Age or in the Age to come” (Ephesians 1:18-21).

The most beautiful part is that His authority, rulership, reign and dominion are for the good of the Church: “…Christ rules over all forces, authorities, powers, and rulers. He rules over all beings in this world and will rule in the future world as well. God has put all things under the power of Christ, and for the good of the church he has made him the head of everything” (Ephesians 1:21-22 CEV).

He is all that He is for our advantage. His Name wields all the power that it wields for our benefit: “God has put all things under the authority of Christ, and he gave him this authority for the benefit of the church” (Ephesians 1:22 NLT).

Never live as a victim. Don’t live an ordinary life. Use the Name of Jesus. He said, “All authority is given unto me in heaven and in earth.” Then on the basis of that authority, He said, “Go ye therefore…” (Matthew 28:18-19). Devils, angels, life, death, hell, the world, circumstances, living and non-living things hear and respond to us in His Name. Therefore, be conscious of the transcendent greatness of His Name; live and do all things in His Name (Colossians 3:17).

CONFESSION

The Lord Jesus is set in the heavenly places, far above all rule and authority and power and dominion and every name that’s named. Therefore, all of nature, angels and demons hear and obey when I speak, because I stand and speak in the authority of Jesus Christ. Glory to God!

The Sword Is In Your Mouth

시편 149:5-6은 성도들에게 영광 중에 기뻐하며 침상에서 크게 노래하라고 권면합니다. 6절은 “그들의 입에는 하나님에 대한 찬양이 있고 그들의 손에는 두 날 가진 칼이 있도다”라고 말합니다.

이것은 구약의 예언이며, 신약 교회의 계시는 구약의 선지자들에게 감춰졌다는 것을 알아야 합니다. 따라서, “그들의 손에는 두 날 가진 칼이 있도다”는 왕국에 대한 그들의 관점을 반영합니다.

THE SWORD IS IN YOUR MOUTH

“Let the saints be joyful in glory: let them sing aloud upon their beds. Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a twoedged sword in their hand” (Psalms 149:5-6).

Psalm 149:5-6 exhorts the saints to be joyful in glory and sing aloud upon their beds. The ensuing verse 6 says, “Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a twoedged sword in their hand.”

This is a prophecy from the Old Testament, and you have to understand that the revelation of the New Testament Church was hidden from the prophets of the Old Testament. Thus, when the passage speaks of “a two-edged sword in their hand,” it reflects their viewpoint based on their perception of the Kingdom.

However, a fascinating shift takes place in the New Testament: the two-edged sword isn’t in the hand; rather, it’s in our mouths. Talking about Jesus, the apostle John writes, “And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters. And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp twoedged sword: and his countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength” (Revelation 1:15-16).

Notice it says this two-edged sword protruded from his mouth, and not his hand. We don’t fight with a sword in our hand; the sword is in our mouth. Again, in Revelation 19:15, the Bible says, “…And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations….” That is remarkable.

In the 21st verse, it says, “And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh” (Revelation 19:21). This sword is the prophetic Word of God in your mouth. That’s our weapon of war today in the Kingdom.

Jeremiah 51:20 says, “Thou art my battle axe and weapons of war: for with thee will I break in pieces the nations, and with thee will I destroy kingdoms.” With the Word on our lips, we cut the enemy asunder. We paralyze all the works of the devil everywhere. Blessed be God!

Prayer

Dear Father, thank you for the revelation of your Word and the blessings of the New Testament. With the sword in my mouth, I speak forth righteousness into the nations. The works of the adversary are paralyzed, and their continuous desire for wars, deceptions and fear is fruitless. I declare that everyone, in whatever capacity, who secretly or openly sponsors or promotes violence and hostility against the Church is fruitless. Glory to God!

Faith Is Of The Heart

“기록된 바 내가 믿었으므로 말하였다 한 것 같이 우리가 같은 믿음의 마음을 가졌으니 우리도 믿었으므로 또한 말하노라”(고후 4:13)

어떤 사람들은 “믿음이 역사할 줄 알았어요! 내 건강에 대한 말씀을 믿었는데, 왜 아무 일도 일어나지 않죠?”라고 불평합니다. 그런 사람들은 말씀에 지식적으로만 동의했을 수도 있습니다. 그렇게 역사하는 것이 아닙니다. 진정한 믿음은 심령에서 나옵니다.

사도 바울은 로마서 1:16에서 예수 그리스도의 복음은 역사하는 하나님의 능력이라고 말합니다. 즉, 복음은 믿는 모든 사람에게 구원을 가져다줍니다. 복음을 믿지 않는 자는 복음의 유익을 가질 수 없습니다. 그리고 머리로 믿는 것이 아니라 마음으로 믿어야 합니다(롬 10:8-10). 그것이 바로 당신의 영입니다. 하나님과 접촉하는 것은 당신의 영입니다.

믿음은 머리나 생각의 반응이 아닙니다. 믿음은 어떤 마법이나 공식이 아닙니다. 믿음은 하나님의 말씀에 대한 인간 영의 반응입니다. 예를 들어, 누가복음 6:6-10에서 예수님은 회당에서 가르치시다가 마른 손을 가진 사람을 마주치셨습니다. 예수님은 그 사람에게 손을 내밀라고 지시하셨고, 그가 시킨대로 하자 그의 손이 회복되었습니다!

그 사람이 주님의 지시를 머리로 이해하려고 노력했다면 기적을 받을 수 없었을 것입니다. 그러나 그는 말씀에 영으로 반응했습니다! 그는 영으로 예수님의 말씀을 듣고 영으로 행했습니다.

마가복음 2장에 등장하는 비슷한 일화가 떠오릅니다. 주 예수님은 중풍병자를 치유해주셨습니다. 예수님은 그에게 “… 일어나 네 상을 가지고 집으로 가라”(막 2:11)고 말씀하셨습니다. 그때 중풍병자는 자리에서 일어났고, 하나님을 찬양하며 걸어나갔습니다.

그 사람이 영으로 반응하지 않았다면 일어날 수 없었을 것입니다. 그의 몸에는 질병과 연약함이 있었지만, 그의 영은 상하지 않았습니다. 그렇다면 어떻게 그런 상태의 사람이 일어날 수 있었겠습니까? 답은 간단합니다. 그가 주님의 말씀을 들었을 때, 그는 영으로 행했고 그것을 결과를 만들어냈습니다. 당신이 심령으로 말씀을 믿고 당신의 입으로 고백한다면 결과를 얻게 될 것입니다. 할렐루야!

고백

FAITH IS OF THE HEART

“We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak” (2 Corinthians 4:13).

There’re those who complain, “I thought this faith thing works! I believe in the word for my health, why then isn’t it working?” For such people, it could be that they’ve only mentally assented to the Word; that’s not what works. True faith is of the heart.

The Apostle Paul in Romans 1:16 tells us that the Gospel of Jesus Christ is the power of God that works; in other words, it brings or causes salvation for everyone who believes. The one who doesn’t believe it can’t have the benefit of it and believing is of the heart and not the head (Romans 10:8-10). That’s your spirit. It’s your spirit that makes contact with God.

Faith is not a response of the brain or the mind; it’s not some kind of magic or a formula, no! Faith is the response of the human spirit to the Word of God. In Luke 6:6-10, for example, when Jesus encountered a man with a withered arm while teaching in a synagogue, He instructed the man to stretch out his hand, which he did, and his hand was restored!

There’s no way the man would have received a miracle if he had tried to rationalize the Master’s instruction in his head. But he responded with his spirit to the Word! The man heard Jesus in his spirit and acted from his spirit.

It reminds of a similar account in Mark 2 when the Lord Jesus healed a man sick of the palsy. He said to the man, “…Arise, and take up thy bed, and go thy way into thine house” (Mark 2:11). The hitherto paralyzed man stood up and walked away, offering praises to God.

The man couldn’t have risen unless he responded from his spirit. You see, his spirit wasn’t crippled, as the ailment or infirmity resided in his body. So, how could a man with that condition have risen? The answer is simple: When he heard the words of the Master, he acted from his spirit, and it produced results. Once you can believe the Word with your heart and voice it from your mouth, it’ll produce results. Hallelujah.

CONFESSION

I respond to the Word from my spirit. I’m convinced by the Word that I’m a victor and a success in Christ Jesus! I walk in health, prosperity and victory; I’m what God says I am; I have what He says I have, and I can do what He says I can do. Hallelujah.

그리스도인으로서 절대 죽음을 말하지 마십시오. 생명만을 말하십시오. 당신의 말이 당신의 삶을 다스리며 당신의 미래를 조정합니다. 오늘 당신이 누구인지, 어떤 모습이 되었는지는 지금까지 당신이 한 말들의 결과입니다. 따라서 당신은 올바르게 말하도록 스스로를 훈련시켜야 합니다.

잠언 6:1-2은 말합니다. “내 아들아 네가 만일 이웃을 위하여 담보하며 타인을 위하여 보증하였으면 네 입의 말로 네가 얽혔으며 네 입의 말로 인하여 잡히게 되었느니라” 위태로운 상황에 처한 사람들은 올무에 걸리거나, 붙잡히거나, 자신이 한 말에 얽매이게 됩니다.

우리의 고백이 우리의 삶을 지배합니다. 그러므로 당신의 삶에 대해 하나님의 말씀과 일치하지 않는 말을 하지 마십시오. 예를 들어, 당신의 몸이나 삶을 대적하는 말을 농담으로라도 하지 마십시오. 당신은 자신이 말한대로 결과를 맺기 때문입니다(막 11:23).

죽음을 말하면 죽음을 갖게 될 것입니다! 반면에 건강, 번영, 힘, 용기, 생명을 말하면 그것들을 갖게 될 것입니다! 동일한 방식으로 당신은 자신의 말로 삶을 지을 수도 있고, 무너뜨릴 수도 있습니다.

성경은 말합니다. “사람은 입에서 나오는 열매로 말미암아 배부르게 되나니 곧 그의 입술에서 나는 것으로 말미암아 만족하게 되느니라 죽고 사는 것이 혀의 힘에 달렸나니 혀를 쓰기 좋아하는 자는 혀의 열매를 먹으리라”(잠 18:20-21) “사람이 입의 열매로 배를 만족하게 되리라”는 말씀은 당신이 하는 말을 가리킵니다!

또한 다음 구절을 주목해보십시오. “곧 그의 입술에서 나는 것으로 말미암아 만족하게 되느니라” 바로 당신의 입에서 나오는 지혜의 말을 가리킵니다. 생명, 건강, 힘, 번영만 항상 말하십시오. 당신의 재정, 가정, 자녀, 사업, 직업에 대해 생명을 말하십시오. 당신의 나라에 의를 말하고, 국경 안 지역들에 평안을 말하십시오. 당신의 말에는 새롭고 영광스러운 실재를 창조하고, 환경을 변화시키고, 그리스도 안에 있는 당신을 향한 하나님의 공급, 계획, 목적과 일치하도록 상황을 바꾸는 신성한 힘이 있음을 항상 기억하십시오.

기도

사랑하는 아버지, 당신의 말씀에 근거한 믿음 충만한 고백을 통해 계속 승리하는 삶의 길을 보여주셔서 감사합니다! 나는 결코 낙심하거나 이 세상의 파괴적인 원칙에 굴복하지 않을 것입니다. 내 입술에 있는 하나님의 말씀은 하나님이 말씀하시는 것이기 때문입니다. 나는 삶의 모든 부정적인 일들을 승리하며 다스립니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

YOUR CONFESSIONS RULE YOU

“Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof” (Proverbs 18:21).

As a Christian, never speak death. Speak life only. Your words rule your life; they control your future. Who you are today, what you’ve become, is the result of your words. That’s the reason you must train yourself to talk right.

Proverbs 6:1-2 says, “My son, if thou be surety for thy friend, if thou hast stricken thy hand with a stranger, Thou art snared with the words of thy mouth, thou art taken with the words of thy mouth.” Those who have found themselves in certain precarious situations are snared, taken captive, or bound by their words.

Our affirmations rule our lives; they affect us. So, when it comes to words, never say anything that’s inconsistent with the Word of God about your life. For example, never jokingly say something that is against your body or your life because you’re going to have what you say (Mark 11:23).

If you speak death, you’re going to have death! On the other hand, if you speak health, prosperity, strength, courage and life, that’s what you’ll have! The same way you can build your life with your words, is just the same way you can destroy your works with your own mouth.

The Bible says, “A man’s belly shall be satisfied with the fruit of his mouth; and with the increase of his lips shall he be filled. Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof” (Proverbs 18:20-21). When it says, “A man’s belly shall be satisfied with the fruit of his mouth,” it’s referring to words!

Notice also it says, “And with the increase of his lips shall he be filled…”; that’s referring to the words of wisdom pouring out of your mouth. Speak life, health, strength, and prosperity only and always. Speak life to your finances, your home, your children, your business or job; speak righteousness to your nation and peace within its borders. Always remember that your words are infused with divine energy to create new and glorious realities, transform circumstances, and change situations to conform to God’s provisions, plans, and purpose for you in Christ.

PRAYER

Dear Father, I thank you for showing me the way to a life of continuous victory, through my faith-filled confessions, in accordance with your Word! I’ll never be discouraged nor subject to the crippling principles of this world, because the Word of God on my lips is God talking. I reign triumphantly over all the negativities of life, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Partakers And Dispensers Of His Life

“예수를 죽은 자 가운데서 살리신 이의 영이 너희 안에 거하시면 그리스도 예수를 죽은 자 가운데서 살리신 이가 너희 안에 거하시는 그의 영으로 말미암아 너희 죽을 몸도 살리시리라”(롬 8:11)

오늘의 본문 구절과 관련하여 물어보아야 할 중요한 질문은 ‘성령님이 당신 안에 살고 계시는가?’입니다. 만일 성령님이 당신 안에 살고 계신다면, 이는 성령님이 지금까지 죽을 운명에 처해 있거나 죽기 쉬운 당신의 몸에 생명을 주셨다는 뜻입니다. 할렐루야!

당신의 몸에는 죽음이 없습니다. 생명이 당신 안에서 역사합니다. 성령님은 생명의 영이십니다. 성령님은 생명을 주시는 분입니다. 성령님은 당신 안에 살아 계시므로 당신의 몸에 생명을 주셨습니다.

우리는 종종 그리스도인은 평범한 사람이 아니라고 말합니다. 그리스도인은 주님과 하나이며, 주님과 동일한 사명과 목적을 갖고 있습니다. 주 예수님은 요한복음 10:10에서 이렇게 선포하셨습니다. “… 내가 온 것은 양으로 생명을 얻게 하고 더 풍성히 얻게 하려는 것이라” 예수님은 자신을 믿는 자들에게 영원한 생명을 주기 위해 오셨습니다.

이제 거듭난 당신은 주님과 한 영이 되었습니다(고전 6:17). 성경은 예수님을 “생명을 주시는 영”이라고 부릅니다. 고린도전서 15:45-47은 “성경에 ‘첫 사람 아담은 산 영이 되었다’고 기록한 바와 같이, 마지막 아담은 생명을 주시는 영이 되셨습니다. 그러나 신령한 것은 먼저가 아닙니다. 자연적인 것이 먼저요, 그 다음이 신령한 것입니다. 첫 사람은 땅에서 났으므로 흙으로 되어 있지만, 둘째 사람은 하늘에서 났습니다.”(새번역)라고 말합니다.

이는 당신도 살리는 영이 되게 합니다. 주님이 그러하심과 같이 당신도 그러하기 때문입니다(요일 4:17).

하나님은 당신을 그분의 생명에 참여하게 하셨을 뿐만 아니라 영생을 나눠주는 자가 되게 하셨습니다. 복음을 통해 잃어버린 자들을 의의 생명으로 인도하는 것은 당신의 삶의 목적입니다.

디모데후서 1:10은 예수 그리스도가 사망을 폐하시고 복음을 통해 생명과 썩지 않을 것을 가져오셨다고 말합니다. 복음이 선포되면 영생이 나타납니다. 사람들이 당신이 전하는 말씀을 들을 때 영생, 곧 구원, 형통, 하나님의 의가 그들에게 나타납니다.

주 예수님은 요한복음 20:21에서 “아버지께서 나를 보내신 것 같이 나도 너희를 보내노라”고 말씀하셨습니다. 하나님은 열방에 하나님의 생명을 나타낼 자로 당신을 선택하셨습니다. 하나님은 사람들을 그리스도 안에 있는 영광스러운 삶으로 인도하기 위해 당신을 하나님의 복음의 전달자로 보내셨습니다. 하나님을 찬양합니다!

고백

예수님이 그러하심과 같이 나도 그러합니다. 나는 생명을 주는 영입니다. 나는 영원한 생명을 나눠주고 왕국의 영원한 실재를 전하는 자입니다. 오늘 나는 많은 사람들에게 기쁨을 전합니다. 나는 사람들에게 삶을 변화시키고 그리스도의 유업 안으로 데려오는 하나님의 능력인 복음을 나눕니다. 할렐루야.

PARTAKERS AND DISPENSERS OF HIS LIFE

“But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you” (Romans 8:11).

In relation to our opening scripture above, an important question to ask would be, does the Holy Spirit live in you? If the answer is yes, then it means the Holy Spirit has given life to your hitherto death-doomed or death-prone body. Hallelujah!

That means there’s no death in your body. Life works in you. The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of life; He’s the life-giver, and because He lives in you, He has given life to your physical body.

Often, we say the Christian isn’t an ordinary person; he’s one with the Lord, on the same mission and purpose with the Lord. In John 10:10, the Lord Jesus declared, “…I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.” He came to give eternal life to those who would believe in Him.

Now that you’re born again, you’ve become one spirit with the Lord (1 Corinthians 6:17). The Bible calls Jesus, “a life-giving Spirit.” 1 Corinthians 15:45-47 NIV says, “So it is written: “The first man Adam became a living being”; the last Adam, a lifegiving spirit. The spiritual did not come first, but the natural, and after that the spiritual. The first man was of the dust of the earth, the second man from heaven”

That also makes you a life-giving spirit, because as He is, so are you (1 John 4:17).

Not only has He made you a partaker of His life, you’re also a dispenser or distributor of eternal life. It’s your life’s purpose to bring the lost into the life of righteousness through the Gospel.

2 Timothy 1:10 lets us know that Jesus Christ has abolished death, and brought life and immortality to light through the Gospel. Eternal life is unveiled through the preaching of the Gospel. As people listen to you preach, eternal life—salvation, prosperity and the righteousness of God—is unveiled to them.

The Lord Jesus said in John 20:21, “…as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you.” He’s chosen you to manifest the God-life to the nations. He sent you as a bearer of His Gospel, to bring others into the glorious life in Christ. Praise God!

CONFESSION

As Jesus is, so am I; I’m a life-giving spirit; a dispenser and distributor of eternal life, and the eternal realities of the Kingdom. I bring joy to many today; I share the Gospel with them, which is the power of God to transform their lives, and catapult them into their inheritance in Christ. Hallelujah.

The Prophetic Words

“예언을 멸시하지 말고”(살전 5:20)

사도행전 26장에 기록된 것처럼, 사도 바울이 아그립바 왕과 버니게 앞에서 복음을 변호할 때, 바울은 예언의 중요성에 대해 강조했습니다. 바울은 아그립바 왕에게 “아그립바 왕이여 선지자를 믿으시나이까?”(행 26:27)라고 직접 질문했습니다.

바울은 아그립바 왕이 메시아 강림에 관한 예언을 어떻게 이해하고 믿는지 알아보았습니다. 그 당시 사람들에게 하나님에 대한 유일한 증거는 예언이었습니다. 구원자, 메시아에 대한 예언들이 너무나 많았고, 사람들은 이런 예언들을 찾기 위해 성경을 계속 연구해야 했습니다. 그들은 선지자들의 말씀을 읽어야 했습니다.

예를 들어 이사야 선지자는 이렇게 예언했습니다. “그러므로 주께서 친히 징조를 너희에게 주실 것이라 보라 처녀가 잉태하여 아들을 낳을 것이요 그의 이름을 임마누엘이라 하리라”(사 7:14) 그는 이사야 9:6에서 또 예언했습니다. “이는 한 아기가 우리에게 났고 한 아들을 우리에게 주신 바 되었는데 그의 어깨에는 정사를 메었고 그의 이름은 기묘자라, 모사라, 전능하신 하나님이라, 영존하시는 아버지라, 평강의 왕이라 할 것임이라”

예언은 인도하는 빛과 같습니다. 오늘의 본문 구절은 예언을 멸시하지 말라고 말합니다. 성경과 성령의 예언적 말씀은 중요합니다. 아그립바 왕에게 질문했던 바울은 디모데에게 이렇게 말했습니다. “아들 디모데야 내가 네게 이 교훈으로써 명하노니 전에 너를 지도한 예언을 따라 그것으로 선한 싸움을 싸우며”(딤전 1:18)

디모데처럼 성경과 성령의 예언적 말씀을 믿고, 그것을 사용하여 전쟁을 하십시오.

THE PROPHETIC WORDS

“Despise not prophesyings”(1 Thessalonians 5:20).

In the Apostle Paul’s defense of the Gospel before King Agrippa and Bernice, as recorded in Acts 26, Paul emphasized the importance of prophecy. He did it by confronting King Agrippa with a direct question. He asked him, “King Agrippa, believest thou the prophets? I know that thou believest” (Act 26:27).

Paul challenged Agrippa’s understanding and faith in the prophecies regarding the coming of the Messiah. God’s only proof for the people at the time was prophecy. There were so many prophecies about the saviour—the Messiah—and they had to keep searching the Scriptures for these prophecies. They had to turn to the words of the prophets.

For example, the prophet Isaiah had prophesied, “Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel” (Isaiah 7:14). In Isaiah 9:6, he further prophesied, “For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.”

Prophecy is like a guiding light. Our opening verse charges us not to despise prophecies. The prophetic words of scripture and of the Spirit are important. The same Paul, who asked the king Agrippa the question above, said to Timothy, “This charge I commit unto thee, son Timothy, according to the prophecies which went before on thee, that thou by them mightest war a good warfare;” (1 Timothy 1:18).

Like Timothy, trust the prophetic words of scripture and the prophetic words of the Spirit to you, and use them to make war.

PRAYER

Dear Father, I declare that my life is for your glory; my future is that of success, progress and prosperity! I continually dwell in peace, divine health, and I experience your grace in every area of my life, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
