There’s Too Much At Stake To Be Quiet

내가 다시는 여호와를 선포하지 아니하며 그의 이름으로 말하지 아니하리라 하면 나의 마음이 불붙는 것 같아서 골수에 사무치니 답답하여 견딜 수 없나이다 (렘20:9)

우리에게 복음이 전해지기까지 어떤 사람들은 엄청난 대가를 치러야 했습니다. 어떤 사역자들과 성도들은 이 복음을 우리에게 전하기 위해 목숨을 바쳤습니다. 멀지 않았던 과거에는 성경을 소유하는 것이 감옥에 가거나 죽어야 했던 일이었습니다. 성경을 인쇄하던 사람들은 숨어서 그 일을 했어야 했습니다.

오늘날 우리는 어디서든 성경을 찾을 수 있습니다. 심지어 당신의 휴대전화 안에 많은 번역본을 가지고 있을 수도 있습니다. 하지만 이것은 우연히 이렇게 된 것이 아닙니다. 우리 앞에 있던 많은 사람들의 믿음, 기도, 수고의 결과입니다. 그러므로 우리 세대는 깨어나야 합니다. 우리는 복음이 없는 곳으로 메시지를 전하기 위해 치열하게 싸웠던 사람들로부터 영감을 얻어야 합니다.

예를 들어 만약 당신이 정기적으로 승객들을 이동시키는 운전사라면, 이 말씀이 당신의 승객들에게 복음을 전하도록 영감을 줄 것입니다. 그들이 당신의 말을 기쁘게 듣는지는 상관없습니다. 당신의 차에 탔다면, 당신이 결정할 수 있습니다. 그들은 차를 타고 있는 동안에는 그 안에 있어야 하기 때문입니다. 그들이 당신의 말을 듣고 싶어하지 않을 때 당신에게 취할 수 있는 가장 큰 조치는 차를 세워 달라 요청하고 내리는 것뿐입니다.

당신이 사장 혹은 조직에서 영향력 있는 위치에 있는 자입니까? 당신은 자신의 영향력 있는 위치를 이용하여 직원들에게 복음을 전할 수 있습니다. 여러분이 직원들에게 복음을 전했기 때문에 직원 중 일부가 떠나고 싶어한다면 크게 신경 쓰지 마십시오. 기억하십시오. 애초에 하나님께서 당신에게 그 사업을 주셨습니다. 그러므로 그들에게 담대하게 말씀을 전해야 합니다. 강요할 목적이 아니라 그들이 예수 그리스도를 듣고 믿어 구원을 얻을 수 있는 기회를 제공하기 위해 복음을 전파하십시오.

There’s Too Much At Stake To Be Quiet

“… But his word was in mine heart as a burning fire shut up in my bones, and I was weary with forbearing, and I could not stay”(Jeremiah 20:9).

For the Gospel to have gotten to us in our day, some people had to pay the ultimate price. Some ministers and saints of God sacrificed their lives for this message to get to us. There was a time in not too distant past, when the possession of a Bible either put one in prison or got one killed. Those who printed Bibles did so in hiding.

Today, we have Bibles everywhere. On your phone, you could even have many translations. But this didn’t happen by chance; it’s the result of the faith, prayers, and labour of many before us. That’s why it’s important for us in our day to wake up. We should be inspired by the examples of those who fought to take the message to places where the Gospel wasn’t known.

If you were a driver for example, who regularly conveys passengers from one location to the other, this should inspire you to preach to your passengers. It makes no difference whether or not they’re happy to hear your message. Once they get into your vehicle, you’re in control, because you have them in that space for the rest of the journey. The most they can do if they don’t want to hear you is to request to alight from your vehicle.

Are you a CEO or you hold an influential position in your organization? You can use your position of influence to preach the Gospel to your employees. Don’t let it bother you that some of them may want to leave because you preached to them. Remember, God gave you the business in the first place. You therefore have to boldly preach to them, not with the aim of forcing them but to provide them a chance to hear and believe in Jesus Christ for salvation.

Think of what others went through fighting for the opportunities you now have all around you today. The time is short, and the return of the Master is at hand. Ensure you take advantage of every opportunity the Lord has given you to witness to others. Don’t hold back; get wild with the Gospel.

PRAYER

Precious Father, I thank you for your Word that burns in my heart and propels me to preach the Gospel and spread your righteousness around the world. I refuse to be quiet, but take my place in the end-time army, as a frontline soldier, and a bearer of divine truths to my world. I stand firm in the faith, impacting lives, and causing your righteousness and glory to be established around me, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

질병을 다스리는 권세

Power Over Sickness

“믿는 자들에게는 이런 표적이 따르리니 곧 그들이 내 이름으로 귀신을 쫓아내며 새 방언을 말하며 뱀을 집어올리며 무슨 독을 마실지라도 해를 받지 아니하며 병든 사람에게 손을 얹은즉 나으리라 하시더라”(막16:17-18)

오늘의 본문 구절은 우리가 가진 신성의 징후들 몇 가지를 보여줍니다. 그 중 하나는 질병과 허약함을 다스리는 우리의 통치권과 권세입니다. 우리는 귀신을 쫓아낼 능력을 가지고 있을 뿐 아니라, 질병과 아픔을 치유할 수 있는 권세를 가지고 있습니다. 예수님은 우리를 치유자로 만드셨습니다. 예수님은 마태복음 10:8에서 이렇게 말씀하셨습니다. “병든 자를 고치며 죽은 자를 살리며 나병환자를 깨끗하게 하며 귀신을 쫓아내되 너희가 거저 받았으니 거저 주라.” 예수님께서 “나에게 병자를 고쳐 달라고 기도하라”고 말씀하지 않으셨음을 주목하십시오.

예수님은 누가복음 10:19절에서 말씀하셨습니다. “내가 너희에게 뱀과 전갈을 밟으며 원수의 모든 능력을 제어할 권능을 주었으니 너희를 해칠 자가 결코 없으리라.” 그분은 인간이 고통받는 대부분의 질병의 주요 원인인 사탄보다 우리를 우월한 존재로 만드셨습니다. 그렇다면 이런 실재에도 불구하고 왜 여전히 고통과 질병과 사탄에게 당하는 그리스도인들이 있는 것입니까?

시편 82:5-7은 이에 대한 답을 줍니다. “그들은 알지도 못하고 깨닫지도 못하여 흑암 중에 왕래하니… 내가 말하기를 너희는 신들이며 다 지존자의 아들들이라 하였으나 그러나 너희는 사람처럼 죽으며 고관의 하나 같이 넘어지리로다.” 많은 그리스도인들이 하나님의 말씀에 무지하며, 그 결과로 자신들이 질병, 고통, 연약함을 다스리는 권세를 가지고 있음을 알지 못합니다. 그들은 신성한 생명을 가지고 있음을 인식하지 못합니다.

요한복음 10:34에서 예수님은 다음과 같이 말씀하셨습니다. ”…너희 율법에 기록된 바 내가 너희를 신이라 하였노라 하지 아니하였느냐?” 베드로는 우리를 “신성한 성품에 참여하는 자”(벧후 1:4)라고 말합니다. 바울은 “우리가 넉넉히 이기느니라”(롬8:37)고 말합니다. 질병은 실제로 당신의 몸에서 퍼질 수 없고 그럴 권리도 없습니다. 왜냐하면 그리스도가 당신의 육체의 생명이시기 때문입니다. 당신 안에 계신 성령이 이미 당신의 죽을 몸에 생명을 주시고 살리셨습니다(롬8:11). 오늘 이 진리들을 믿고 행하십시오. 할렐루야!

기도

사랑하는 아버지, 당신은 자비롭고 친절하십니다. 당신은 의롭고 거룩하고 공정하시며 참되십니다. 나를 정복자보다 더 나은 자로 만드신 당신의 생명에 감사드립니다. 나는 질병과 아픔 위에 살고 있습니다. 내 삶은 탁월하며 영광으로 가득 차 있습니다. 나는 오늘 그리스도의 다스리심을 나타내고 그 안에 삽니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

Power Over Sickness

“And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover”(Mark 16:17-18).

Our theme scripture outlines some of the signs of our divinity. One of them is our dominion and power over sickness, disease and infirmities. Not only do we have power to cast out devils, we have power to heal sicknesses and cure diseases. Jesus made us healers. He said in Matthew 10:8, “Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give.” Notice He didn’t say, “Pray to me to heal the sick.”

He said in Luke 10:19, “Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.” He made us superior to Satan, who is majorly responsible for most of the sicknesses that people suffer with. Why then are there Christians who are still buffeted by sickness, disease and Satan, in spite of these realities?

Psalm 82:5-7 gives us the answer. It says, “They know not, neither will they understand; they walk on in darkness…I have said, ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High. But ye shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes.” Many are ignorant of God’s Word and as a result, they’re not aware that they have power over sickness, disease, and infirmity; they’re not conscious that they have the divine life.

Jesus said in John 10:34: “…Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods?” Peter calls us “Partakers of the divine nature” (2 Peter 1:4). Paul says, “We’re more than conquerors” (Romans 8:37). Sickness, really, can’t and shouldn’t thrive in your body, because Christ is the life of your physical body. The Holy Spirit in you already gave life to, and vitalized, your physical body (Romans 8:11). Believe and act on these truths today. Hallelujah!

PRAYER

Dear Father, you’re gracious and kind; you’re righteous, holy, just, and true. Thank you for your life in me that makes me more than a conqueror; I live above sickness and disease. My life is excellent and full of glory. I walk in, and manifest the dominion of Christ today, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

말씀에 인생을 거십시오

Stake Your Life On The Word

“태초에 말씀이 계시니라 이 말씀이 하나님과 함께 계셨으니 이 말씀은 곧 하나님이시니라”(요1:1)

말은 강력하지만 하나님의 말씀은 전능합니다. 말씀은 만물을 만들었습니다. 하나님의 말씀이 곧 하나님이십니다. 하나님은 말씀 안에서, 또 말씀을 통하여 자신을 나타내십니다. 하나님의 말씀은 생명입니다. 하나님의 말씀은 빛입니다. 하나님의 말씀은 진리입니다.

말씀은 살아 있고 항상 존재합니다(벧전 1:23). 히브리서 4:12은 말합니다. “하나님의 말씀은 살아 있고 활력이 있어 좌우에 날선 어떤 검보다도 예리하여…” 이어 13절은 말합니다. “피조물이 하나도 그 앞에 나타나지 않는 것이 없고 오직 모든 것이 우리의 상관하시는 자의 눈에 벌거벗은 것 같이.”

말씀의 이러한 속성들은 신성에 속한 특징입니다. 그래서 당신이 말씀에 당신의 인생을 건다면, 당신은 하나님께 당신의 인생을 거는 것입니다. 그리고 하나님은 절대 실패하지 않으십니다. 성경은 하나님의 말씀이 절대 실패할 수 없음과 불변하심을 설명합니다: “…하나님은 약속을 기업으로 받는 자들에게 그 뜻이 변하지 아니함을 충분히 나타내시려고 그 일을 맹세로 보증하셨나니 이는 하나님이 거짓말을 하실 수 없는 이 두 가지 변하지 못할 사실로 말미암아 앞에 있는 소망을 얻으려고 피난처를 찾은 우리에게 큰 안위를 받게 하려 하심이라”(히6:17-18).

왜 항상 당신의 마음을 하나님의 말씀에 두어야 하는지 아시겠습니까? 성경은 주께서 마음이 자신에게 고정 되어있는 자에게 완전한 평강, 즉 넘치는 평강으로 지키신다고 말씀합니다(사 26:3). 당신은 묵상을 통해 그분께 당신의 마음을 고정시킬 수 있습니다.

말씀에 시간과 집중을 쏟으십시오. 말씀을 당신의 최고의 우선순위에 두십시오. 직면한 도전과 상관없이 의식적으로 말씀을 고백하십시오. 그러면 성령이 모든 것을 당신에게 호의적으로 바꾸실 것입니다. 하나님을 송축합니다!

기도

복되신 아버지, 내 삶에 나타나는 당신의 말씀의 능력에 감사드립니다. 당신의 말씀은 나에게 전부입니다. 오늘 내가 말씀을 묵상할 때, 나는 방향에 대한 인도를 받을 뿐만 아니라, 이 말씀은 나에게 생명, 빛, 건강, 번영, 발전, 승진을 가져오며, 내 삶에 큰 축복과 영광을 낳습니다. 나는 승리하며 오늘 하루를 살아갑니다. 나는 당신의 영원한 말씀 안에서 믿음으로 살기 때문입니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

Stake Your Life On The Word

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God”(John 1:1).

Words are powerful, but the Word of God is all-powerful. The Word made all things. The Word of God is God. God manifests Himself in and through the Word. The Word of God is life. The Word of God is light. The Word of God is truth.

The Word lives and abides forever (1 Peter 1:23). Hebrews 4:12 says, “For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword….” The thirteenth verse says, “Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.”

These attributes of the Word are the attributes of Deity. So, when you stake your life on the Word, you’re staking your life on God. And He never fails. The Scriptures describe the infallibility and immutability of God’s Word: “…Wherein God, willing more abundantly to shew unto the heirs of promise the immutability of his counsel, confirmed it by an oath: That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us” (Hebrews 6:17-18).

Can you see why you should always stay your mind on the Word of God? The Bible says He keeps in perfect peace—peace of prosperity—the one whose mind is stayed on Him (Isaiah 26:3). You stay your mind on Him through meditation.

Give the Word time and attention. Place a premium on the Word. Consciously affirm the Word, irrespective of the challenges you face, and the Spirit will alter things in your favour. Blessed be God!

PRAYER

Blessed Father, I thank you for the power of your Word in my life. Your Word is everything to me; as I meditate on the Word today, not only do I receive direction, it also produces life, light, health, wealth, prosperity, progress, advancement, and great blessings and glory in my life. I live triumphantly today, because I live by faith in your eternal Word, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

예수 그리스도 – 이 세상의 구원자

Jesus Christ—The Saviour Of The World

“오늘 다윗의 동네에 너희를 위하여 구주가 나셨으니 곧 그리스도 주시니라”(눅2:11)

예수 그리스도는 이 세상의 구원자이십니다. 이것은 모든 복음이 기초하고 있는 우리 믿음의 신조 중 하나입니다. 그렇기 때문에 오늘의 본문 구절은 매우 중요합니다. 마태복음 1:21은 말합니다. “아들을 낳으리니 이름을 예수라 하라 이는 그가 자기 백성을 그들의 죄에서 구원할 자이심이라 하니라.”

예수 그리스도는 가장 마지막까지 인간을 구원하실 수 있는 유일한 분이시며, 신성한 생명을 모든 사람이 받을 수 있도록 길을 만드신 유일한 분이십니다. 그분은 바로 자신을 희생 제물로 내놓으시며 세상을 구원하셨습니다. 예수님은 모든 인류의 죄에 대한 완벽한 값을 치르시고 우리의 정죄의 자리에 대신 앉으셨습니다.

성경은 말합니다. “…곧 하나님께서 그리스도 안에 계시사 세상을 자기와 화해하게 하시며 그들의 죄를 그들에게 돌리지 아니하시고”(고후5:19). 고린도후서 8:9은 말합니다. “우리 주 예수 그리스도의 은혜를 너희가 알거니와 부요하신 이로서 너희를 위하여 가난하게 되심은 그의 가난함으로 말미암아 너희를 부요하게 하려 하심이라.” 그분이 대신 죽으심은 우리를 위한 것이었습니다. 고린도후서 5:21은 말합니다. “하나님이 죄를 알지도 못하신 이를 우리를 대신하여 죄로 삼으신 것은 우리로 하여금 그 안에서 하나님의 의가 되게 하려 하심이라.”

예수님이 십자가에 못 박히실 때 그분은 십자가에서 우리가 되셨습니다. 하나님은 이렇게 말씀하셨습니다. “범죄하는 그 영혼은 죽을지라(영적인 죽음)…”(겔18:20). 로마서 5:12은 말합니다. “그러므로 한 사람으로 말미암아 죄가 세상에 들어오고 죄로 말미암아 사망이 들어왔나니 이와 같이 모든 사람이 죄를 지었으므로 사망이 모든 사람에게 이르렀느니라.” 영적인 죽음은 하나님으로부터의 분리입니다. 예수님이 십자가에 달리셨을 때 예수님은 우리의 죄를 대신 지시고 아버지로부터의 분리를 경험하셨습니다.

그러나 하나님께 감사드립니다! 인간의 구원은 하나님의 어린양이신 예수 그리스도께서 세상의 죄를 지고 가는 제물이 되심으로 완성되었습니다(요 1:29). 요한일서 4:14은 말합니다. “아버지가 아들을 세상의 구주로 보내신 것을 우리가 보았고 또 증언하노니.” 할렐루야!

기도

그리스도 없이 사는 것은 곧 하나님 없이 사는 것이며, 멸망 가운데 있는 것입니다. 그러므로 나는 오늘 하나님의 백성이 전 세계에 복음을 전할 때, 천국이 의를 비처럼 내리고 모든 곳에서 구원이 샘솟기를 기도합니다. 사람들은 죄인을 의롭게 하시고 영광과 진리의 삶으로 인도하시는 그리스도의 영광스러운 복음에 활짝 마음의 문을 엽니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

Jesus Christ—The Saviour Of The World

“For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord”(Luke 2:11)

Jesus Christ is the Saviour of the world. This is one of the tenets of our faith upon which all of the Gospel rests. That’s why the verse above is very important. In Matthew 1:21, the Bible says, “And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.”

Jesus Christ is the only One who could save man to the uttermost, and make the divine life available and possible for all men to receive. He saved the world by giving His own self as a sacrifice. He paid the full penalty for the sins of all men and took our place of condemnation.

The Bible says “…God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting men’s sins against them (2 Corinthians 5:19 NIV). 2 Corinthians 8:9 says, “For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich.” His vicarious death was for our sake. 2 Corinthians 5:21 says, “For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.”

When He was crucified, He became us on the Cross. God had said, “The soul that sinneth, it shall die (spiritual death)…” (Ezekiel 18:20). Romans 5:12 says, “Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, and in this way death came to all men, because all sinned.” Spiritual death is separation from God. Jesus took our place and experienced that separation from the Father when He hung on that Cross.

But thanks be unto God! Man’s salvation was consummated when Jesus Christ—the Lamb of God—was offered to take away the sins of the world (John 1:29).  1 John 4:14 says, “And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world.” Hallelujah!

PRAYER

To live without Christ is to live without God, in damnation. Therefore, I pray, that as God’s people proclaim the Gospel around the world today, the heavens will rain down righteousness, and salvation will spring up everywhere. Men’s hearts are open to the glorious Gospel of Christ which makes sinners righteous and catapults them to a life of glory and truth, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

생명을 말하십시오

“죽고 사는 것이 혀의 힘에 달렸나니 혀를 쓰기 좋아하는 자는 혀의 열매를 먹으리라”(잠18:21)

몇 년 전, 한 신사 분이 죽을 병에 걸린 연약한 아내와 함께 우리 모임에 왔습니다. 그는 제가 여러 사람들에게 사역을 마치고 마무리할 준비를 하자, 이를 알아차리고 제 주의를 끌고자 했습니다. 곧 그는 눈물을 쏟아내며 힘없이 연단에 누워있는 아내를 굴러 떨어뜨렸습니다!

예배 준비위원들은 그를 말리려고 노력했지만 그는 멈추지 않았습니다. 그는 울고 있었습니다. 제가 그의 말을 듣고 그를 향해 돌아서서 “무슨 일입니까?” 라고 물었습니다. 그는 “제 아내가 죽어 가고 있습니다” 라고 답했습니다. 하지만 저는 그를 집중시킬 필요가 있었고, 그에게 단호하게 말했습니다. “당신은 잘못된 것을 말하고 있습니다. 당신이 그녀가 죽고 있다고 말하면, 당신을 그것을 얻을 것입니다!”

이어 저는 그에게 물었습니다. “당신이 원하는 것이 정확하게 무엇입니까? 그녀가 살기를 원하십니까, 아니면 죽기를 원하십니까?” 그가 매우 절박한 상황이었지만 저는 그를 강하게 몰아붙였습니다. 그러자 그는 “그녀가 살기를 원합니다” 라고 말했습니다. 저는 그가 직접 그녀에게 손을 얹으라고 말했고, 그녀의 이름을 부르며, 죽지 말고 살아나라고 말하라고 했습니다! 그가 그녀의 이름을 부르고 그 말들을 했을 때, 어떤 일이 일어났습니다. 이후 몇 초 만에 몸이 너무 약하고 병들어 혼자 서 있을 수 없었던 여성이 신이 나서 뛰어올랐습니다. 그녀의 몸이 힘을 얻었습니다! 그들은 기적을 경험했습니다. 할렐루야!

하지만 그녀는 죽을 수도 있었습니다. 누군가 그녀의 남편에게 무엇을 해야 하고, 무엇을 말해야 하는지 가르쳐야 했습니다. 남편은 옳은 말을 해야 했습니다. 죽고 사는 것이 혀의 힘에 달려 있기 때문입니다. 질병이 당신의 몸을 공격할 때, 이는 죽음이 당신의 몸을 공격하는 것입니다. 당신은 깨어나 이렇게 말해야 합니다. “나는 예수의 이름으로 병을 거부한다!”

당신은 당신의 몸에 생명을 선포해야 합니다. 우리가 받은 복음이 생명의 복음이기 때문입니다. 생명이 우리에게 왔습니다. 할렐루야! 예를 들어 어떤 그리스도인이 심장병 진단을 받았다면, 우리의 말을 통해 그 심장은 고쳐지거나 또는 새로운 심장을 가질 수 있습니다. 당신이 하는 말에 달려있습니다. 하나님의 왕국에서 말은 매우 중요합니다. 당신의 말을 통해 당신의 경로를 꾸준히 승리와 성공으로 맞추어 갈 수 있습니다. 당신은 자신의 삶의 환경들을 재창조할 수 있고, 영원히 강건함 가운데 살 수 있습니다. 할렐루야!

기도

사랑하는 아버지, 내 마음에 풍성히 거하시고 내 입에서 흘러나오는 말씀에 감사합니다. 이 말씀의 결과로 나의 삶에 나타난 영광과 완전한 변화에 감사합니다. 나는 오늘 강건함과 신성한 지혜, 기쁨과 성령의 평안 가운데 걷습니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

Speak Life

“Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof”(Proverbs 18:21).

Many years ago, a gentleman came into one of our meetings with his weak and deathly-ill wife. When he noticed that I had ministered to several people and was getting ready to round off the meeting, he tried to get my attention. Crying profusely, he dropped his wife, who laid helplessly on the platform!

The ushers tried to get him organized, but he wouldn’t stop; he was in tears. When I heard him and turned in his direction, I asked, “What’s the matter?” He said, “My wife is dying.” But I needed to get his attention. Sternly, I said to him, “You’re saying the wrong things. If you say she’s dying, that’s what you’re going to get!”

Then, I asked him, “What exactly do you want? Do you want her to live or die?” I was tough on him, even though he was desperate. Then, he said, “I want her to live.” I instructed that he put his hand on her, call her name and tell her to live and not die! When he called her name and said those words, something happened. Just a few seconds afterwards, the woman who had been so weak and sickly, unable to stand by herself, jumped up excitedly; her body had received strength! They had a miracle. Hallelujah!

But you see, she could have died. Someone had to teach her husband what to do and what to say. He had to say the right thing because death and life are in the power of the tongue. When sickness attacks your body, that’s death attacking your body; you have to wake up to it and say, “No; in the Name of Jesus, I refuse to be sick!”

You have to speak life to your body, for the Gospel we have received is a gospel of life; life has come to us. Hallelujah! If, for example, a Christian is diagnosed with a heart condition, by words that heart can be mended or he or she can even have a new heart. It’s about what you say. Words are so important in the Kingdom of God. By your words you can consistently chart your course in victory and success; you can recreate the circumstances of your life and walk in health perpetually. Hallelujah!

PRAYER

Dear Father, I thank you for the glory and transformation I experience in my life as a result of your Word that dwells richly in my heart, and proceeds out of my mouth. I walk in health, divine wisdom, and in the joy and peace of the Spirit today, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
