말씀으로 세운 견고한 토대
A Solid Foundation With The Word
“우리는 오로지 기도하는 일과 말씀 사역에 힘쓰리라 하니”(행 6:4)
하나님 말씀의 견고한 토대는 주변의 삶과 상황에 대한 당신의 반응과 성향을 결정합니다. 지난 몇 달 동안 세상에 일어났던 일을 떠올려 보십시오. 일부 그리스도인들의 반응과 행동은 그들에게 바른 토대가 없다는 증거입니다. 일부 사람들은 완전히 환멸을 느끼고 정부 지도자들의 도움과 지침을 구하며 자신을 “격리”시키기 위해 숨었습니다. 그들은 세상을 두렵게 만든 것과 같은 일들에 겁을 먹었습니다. 그래서는 안 됩니다.
교회는 연약한 사람들이 모인 집단이 아닙니다. 우리는 군사입니다. 우리는 그리스도를 위해 강인합니다. 예수님이 누가복음 10:19에서 “내가 너희에게 뱀과 전갈을 밟으며 원수의 모든 능력을 제어할 권능을 주었으니 너희를 해칠 자가 결코 없으리라”고 말씀하셨는데 어떻게 그리스도인이 바이러스를 두려워할 수 있습니까? 위 구절은 최고의 선포이며 명백한 구절입니다. 당신을 아프게 하거나 묶을 수 있는 그 무엇보다 당신이 우세합니다. 당신은 “감염될 수 없습니다.”
그러나 만일 이 진리를 모른다면 당신은 겁에 질리게 됩니다. 이것이 우리가 매일 여러분에게 하나님의 말씀을 전하며 그리스도 안에서 당신을 세우고 지식을 전하는 이유입니다. 사도행전 20:32은 말합니다. “지금 내가 여러분을 주와 및 그 은혜의 말씀에 부탁하노니 그 말씀이 여러분을 능히 든든히 세우사…” 당신이 하나님의 말씀의 토대 위에 세워졌다면, 그 무엇도 당신을 요동케 하지 못할 것입니다.
누가복음 6:47-49에 나오는 예수님의 말씀을 기억하십시오. 그분은 하나님의 말씀에 근거한 삶을 사는 사람과 그렇지 않은 사람의 차이를 보여주셨습니다. “내게 나아와 내 말을 듣고 행하는 자마다 누구와 같은 것을 너희에게 보이리라 집을 짓되 깊이 파고 주추를 반석 위에 놓은 사람과 같으니 큰 물이 나서 탁류가 그 집에 부딪치되 잘 지었기 때문에 능히 요동하지 못하게 하였거니와 듣고 행하지 아니하는 자는 주추 없이 흙 위에 집 지은 사람과 같으니 탁류가 부딪치매 집이 곧 무너져 파괴됨이 심하니라 하시니라”(눅 6:47-49). 하나님의 말씀으로 당신의 삶의 견고한 토대를 세우십시오.
고백
나는 의식적으로 나의 생각을 영적인 일들에 고정하고, 하나님의 말씀에 대한 지속적인 공부와 묵상을 통해 깊고 견고한 토대를 세웁니다. 나는 주님을 위해 강하며, 마지막 때에 그분의 군대의 용감한 군사입니다! 내가 기도와 말씀의 사역에 내어질 때, 하나님의 뜻과 목적이 이 땅과 사람들의 심령에 세워집니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

A SOLID FOUNDATION WITH THE WORD
But we will give ourselves continually to prayer, and to the ministry of the word (Acts 6:4).
A solid foundation of the Word of God is what will determine your reaction and disposition to life and circumstances around you.
Think about the happenings in the world in the past months; the reaction and actions of some Christians is proof they never had the right foundation. Some were completely disillusioned and ran into hiding?to “isolate” themselves?while looking to government leaders for help and guidance. They were terrified by the same things that frightened the world; that shouldn’t be.
The Church isn’t a group of sissies; we’re soldiers.
We’re tough for Christ. How could a Christian be afraid of a virus, after Jesus said in Luke 10:19, “Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.” This is a sovereign declaration; it’s unequivocal. You’re superior to anything that hurts or binds; you’re “uninfectable.”
But you see, if you don’t know this truth, you’d be terrified. This is why we bring you the Word of God every day, to build you up in Christ, to impart knowledge to you. Acts 20:32 says, “And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up….” If you’re brought up on the foundation of the Word of God, nothing will move you.
Recall the words of Jesus in Luke 6:47-49 as He distinguished between the one whose life is founded on the Word of God, and the one whose life isn’t.
He said, “Whosoever cometh to me, and heareth my sayings, and doeth them, I will shew you to whom he is like: He is like a man which built an house, and digged deep, and laid the foundation on a rock: and when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently upon that house, and could not shake it: for it was founded upon a rock. But he that heareth, and doeth not, is like a man that without a foundation built an house upon the earth; against which the stream did beat vehemently, and immediately it fell; and the ruin of that house was great.” Build a solid foundation for your life with the Word of God.
CONFESSION
I consciously set my thinking on spiritual things, building a deep and firm foundation through consistent study and meditation on the Word of God. I’m tough for the Lord, a gallant soldier in His end-time army! As I give myself to prayer and to the ministry of the Word, the will and purposes of God are established in the earth and in the hearts of men, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
