Demons Are Not A Factor

아주 중요한 사실을 확실히 합시다. 아무리 높은 위치에 있는 귀신이라 할지라도 당신은 그들과 같은 수준에 있지 않습니다. 당신은 그리스도와 함께 하늘에 앉아 있습니다. 그곳이 당신의 자리입니다. 그것이 당신의 위치입니다. 이것을 이해하는 것이 중요합니다.

DEMONS ARE NOT A FACTOR

“And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus” (Ephesians 2:6).

Let’s establish something very important: you’re not on the same level with demons, no matter how high they are. You’re seated together with Christ in the heavenly realms. That’s your place. That’s your position. It’s important that you understand this.
So, when it comes to dealing with demons, it’s not a struggle. It’s not a situation where you keep exchanging words with them. No. That’s not the picture the Word gives. You don’t negotiate with demons; you cast them out! The Lord Jesus used the strongest words possible. He said, “In my name they shall cast out devils” (Mark 16:17).
To “cast out” means to thrust out, to drive out, to pluck out. It gives the picture of forceful removal. That’s the authority He gave you. You’re to command demons to clear out. And He didn’t put any limits to it. He didn’t say if they’re close, you can cast them out but if they’re far, you can’t. No. He gave you a Name that is above every name, “That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth” (Philippians 2:10).
Therefore, it doesn’t matter where they are; when you speak in the Name of Jesus, they have to obey. You give the Word wherever you are, and they hear you, and they obey. That’s why Satan and the cohorts of hell are not a factor at all. In fact, when you’re told that demons are responsible for something, it should make it easier for you. They understand authority.
This is the reality: you’re seated with Christ. You operate from a place of dominion. Therefore, refuse to fear, refuse to negotiate with demons. Exercise your authority and enforce your dominion over them in Jesus’ Name.

CONFESSION
I’m seated together with Christ in the heavenly realms, far above all principality, power, and every name that is named. I exercise authority in the Name of Jesus, and every force of darkness responds to my words. I’m reigning with Christ. Satan and his cohorts are under my feet. Hallelujah!

FULFIL YOUR GOSPEL MANDATE WITH BOLDNESS

“Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest” (Joshua 1:9).

Boldness is the divine confidence to speak and act in line with God’s will, regardless of opposition or circumstances. It’s often the result of being filled with the Spirit: dynamic evangelism—preaching the Gospel with boldness. We see this in Acts 4:31; the saints were all filled with the Holy Ghost and they spoke the Word of God with boldness even in the face of threats and severe persecution.
How we need that in our world today; the outworking of divine courage and boldness in preaching the Gospel! A person of courage understands that every opposition is an opportunity for victory. This is what we see in the early Church. The apostles didn’t retreat in the face of persecution; they advanced the Gospel with greater boldness.
After they were threatened, they didn’t pray for safety; they prayed for boldness and, being filled again with the Holy Ghost, they spoke the Word with boldness (Acts 4:29–31). Even when they were beaten and commanded not to preach, they departed rejoicing and continued daily to teach and preach Jesus Christ (Acts 5:40–42).
They weren’t afraid of kings, rulers, or death; they were strong and very courageous. God has given to us the same ministry of reconciliation (2 Corinthians 5:18). You’ve been entrusted with the Gospel, to reach your world for the Lord Jesus. Therefore, your life must be about the Gospel. Refuse to make the lesser things of life your focus.
Paul said, “Necessity is laid upon me; yea, woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel!” (1 Corinthians 9:16). That should be your consciousness. You’re an ambassador and a steward of the mysteries of Christ. Don’t ignore the sinners around you. It’s not God’s will that any should perish (2 Peter 3:9). He wants them saved, and He’s counting on you.
Romans 10:14 says, “How shall they hear without a preacher?” You’re that preacher. Refuse to be silent. Be bold, be courageous, and preach the Gospel with conviction. This is your time. Take your place, fulfil your mandate with boldness, and impact your world for Christ.

CONFESSION
I’m bold, courageous, and empowered by the Holy Spirit to preach the Gospel with boldness, power and conviction. I’m an ambassador for Christ, and through me, the Word reaches my world with power, bringing salvation and transformation to many. Hallelujah!

YOUR SPIRIT HAS PERFECT RECALL

“But there is a spirit in man: and the inspiration of the Almighty giveth them understanding” (Job 32:8).

Have you ever heard some people say, “When I was much younger, my memory was perfect; I could remember anything. But now I’m sixty, and I don’t remember as much as I used to”? Never talk like that if you’re a Christian, because you don’t remember with your brain. You’ve got to understand this: your memory is not in your brain; it’s in your spirit.
Your spirit has perfect recall; it can recollect anything. The story the Lord Jesus told about Lazarus and a certain rich man in Luke 16:19–31 proves it. The Bible says that when Lazarus died, the angels carried him to Abraham’s bosom. They didn’t carry his body; it was his spirit.
Then the Bible says the rich man also died, was buried, and opened his eyes in hell. His body was in the earth, but his spirit was conscious in hell. While in hell, the rich man could see, he could think, and he could recognize Lazarus. He even spoke and made requests. He asked Abraham to send Lazarus to bring him water (Luke 16:24).
That tells you something: his brain had been buried, but he still had his full memory, his full awareness. His spirit remembered. Then Abraham said something remarkable. He said, “…Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented” (Luke 16:25). Think about that. He had been dead, buried and gone to hell; his brain was no more, but he was told to remember.
That means memory is beyond the brain. It is of the spirit. That’s why you must never say, “I forgot”; get that language out of your communication. The spirit never forgets, and you’re a spirit being.
So never say, “I’m quite forgetful these days,” or “My memory is failing.” No. It doesn’t matter how old you are; your spirit doesn’t grow old. It doesn’t deteriorate, and it doesn’t lose capacity. Your spirit is alive, alert, and full of divine ability. Live from your spirit and enjoy its perfect recall.

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for opening my understanding to the realities and abilities of my spirit. I function from my spirit, and my memory is sound, sharp, and effective. I have a sound memory because my spirit is alive, alert and has perfect recall, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

예를 들어, 이스라엘 백성들이 광야를 떠돌다 이집트 군대를 뒤에 두고 홍해 앞에 섰을 때, 천사의 군대가 그들의 구출에 적극적으로 관여하고 있었습니다. 그러나 백성들은 성경의 후대 계시가 일어난 일을 밝혀줄 때까지 그러한 영적 작전의 규모를 알지 못했습니다.
이것은 영적 활동이 사람이 인식하지 못하거나 보지 못하더라도 일어날 수 있음을 보여줍니다. 말씀에 대한 지식이 없다면 당신은 주변의 영적 실재를 알지 못한 채 살아갈 수 있습니다. 그렇기 때문에 당신은 성경 공부에 전념해야 합니다.
하나님의 말씀을 통해 당신의 이해가 밝아지고 영적 인식이 예리해집니다. 그러므로 영적인 일에 대한 통찰력을 얻고 지혜와 분별력과 승리 가운데 행하기 위해 정기적으로 말씀을 공부하고 묵상하십시오.

THE REALITY OF SPIRITUAL WARFARE

“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places” (Ephesians 6:12).

Sequel to our previous study, notice that our opening scripture doesn’t stop at “For we wrestle not”; rather, it goes on to tell us who we’re up against. This means whether or not you realize it, there’s a warfare. Life is spiritual, and we’re engaged in a spiritual warfare.
But the beautiful thing is that in this warfare, you’re not a victim but the victor. 1 John 4:4 says, “Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.” The adversaries we deal with today are not new or different from those that existed in Bible days.
The same demonic forces that opposed God’s people in the days of Moses, the prophets, and the apostles are still operating in the world today. These spirits have not reproduced or evolved into a new generation. Their methods and operations have remained essentially the same.
If you want to understand the structure, activities, and strategies of satanic forces, the most reliable source of information is the Bible. The Scriptures provide the clearest insight into spiritual realities. When you study the Bible carefully, you discover that there were extensive spiritual activities even in the Old Testament, although the people often didn’t realize what was happening around them.
For example, when the children of Israel journeyed through the wilderness and later stood before the Red Sea with the Egyptian army behind them, there were angelic forces actively involved in their deliverance. Yet the people themselves didn’t realize the extent of those spiritual operations until later revelations in the Scriptures unveiled what had taken place.
This shows that spiritual activities can occur without human notice or observation. Without the knowledge of the Word, you could remain unaware of the spiritual realities around you. That’s why you must give yourself to the study of the Scriptures.
Through the Word of God, your understanding is enlightened and your spiritual perception sharpened. Therefore, study and meditate on the Word regularly to gain insight into spiritual matters and walk in wisdom, discernment, and victory.

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for the light of your Word that enlightens my understanding and gives me insight into spiritual realities. As I study and meditate on the Scriptures, my mind is illuminated and I walk in wisdom, discernment, and victory over every work of darkness. Your Word guides my life continually and keeps me established in truth, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

SPIRITUAL WEAPONS FOR SPIRITUAL WARFARE

“For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds; casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God…” (2 Corinthians 10:4–5).

The Bible makes it clear that as Christians, we’re engaged in a spiritual warfare. This warfare isn’t against flesh and blood or humans, but against principalities, powers, and rulers of the darkness of this world (Ephesians 6:12). These are spiritual personalities, and therefore the warfare is spiritual.
Now, because the conflict is spiritual, the weapons we employ can’t be man-made or natural. The Scriptures declare that they’re mighty through God, to the pulling down of strong holds. Our victory against the adversary isn’t determined by physical strength, human strategies, or intellectual reasoning, but by the spiritual weapons God has made available to us.
In our opening scripture, the Spirit, through the Apostle Paul, highlights a specific dimension of this warfare. He shows that certain spiritual weapons are designed to deal with strongholds in the mental realm. These strongholds include imaginations, arguments, prejudices, and reasonings that exalt themselves against the knowledge of God. These are entrenched patterns of thinking that contradict God’s truth.
But with the Word of God, through the power of the Holy Spirit, we dismantle such strongholds or mental fortresses and bring them into alignment with Christ. This is a particular category of spiritual warfare, specifically the kind that deals with the mental realm. Not all spiritual warfare is limited to this dimension.
The Scriptures reveal that spiritual engagement can involve broader operations against demonic structures and influences. Therefore, you must approach spiritual warfare with the right understanding. Where it concerns mental strongholds, apply God’s Word; and every reasoning, imagination, and resistance to God’s truth will be dismantled.

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for the spiritual weapons you’ve given me for victory in life. By your Word and the power of the Spirit, I pull down strongholds, cast down imaginations, and bring every thought into obedience of Christ. My mind is governed by your truth, and I walk continually in dominion and victory, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

REFUSE TO BE LIMITED BY THE FLESH

“For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit” (Romans 8:5).

As a Christian, you’re not to live by the dictates of the flesh. You’re not called to respond to life on the basis of what you feel, see, or experience physically; you’re called to live from your spirit. The flesh will always try to impose limitations of age, weakness, ill health, and lack, but you’re of the Spirit and not of the flesh.
Recall the words of the Lord Jesus in John 3:6, “That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.” You’re born of the Spirit; you’re not defined by your body, and you’re not limited by physical conditions; you’re enabled by the life of God in you.
Some judge their lives by the feelings in their bodies; they say, “I feel weak,” “I feel tired,” “I can’t do this.” But that’s living from the flesh. You don’t live by how you feel; you live by who you are. You don’t respond to the emotions or sensations of the flesh; you respond to the Word.
The Bible says, “For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day” (2 Corinthians 4:16). Your outward man may be weakening, but your inward man, the real you, is renewed daily. Your spirit is constantly rejuvenated, full of strength and divine vitality.
No wonder Paul, by the Spirit, tells us in Romans 8:11 that if the same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead lives in you, that same Spirit shall vitalize your mortal body. And thanks be unto God, He lives in you; therefore, your body is quickened, energized, and made alive by His Spirit that dwells in you. Blessed be God!
Refuse to accept limitations. Refuse to speak weakness. Refuse to align yourself with the senses. You have a life that’s beyond this world; therefore, live from within, from your spirit, and you’ll walk in strength, clarity, and victory, because your life is governed by the Spirit of God who lives in you.

CONFESSION
Dear Father, thank you for teaching me to live from my spirit. I refuse to be limited by the flesh or by natural conditions. I walk in the consciousness of who I am in Christ; I live above this world and its disabling influences. I walk in the dominion of the Spirit, manifesting the Christ-life in me, in Jesus’ Name. MINGLED WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT

“But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit” (1 Corinthians 6:17).

One of the biggest truths ever revealed to us in the Word of God is our oneness with the Lord. We’re inseparably one with Him. It’s the reason we can do the work of God with power. He didn’t call us to struggle through life by ourselves; He called us to live in Him and through Him every day.
Many have the wrong idea about this. They think the Holy Spirit is somewhere inside them, like a separate being living within them. But that’s not it. He didn’t come to stay beside your spirit; He came to be united with your spirit. That’s the meaning of what we read in our opening scripture: “He that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit.”
You’re not merely connected to the Holy Spirit; you’re mingled with Him. There’re not two spirits living inside you; no! There’s only one—the Holy Spirit, united with your spirit. This is the reason for your divine nature. You’re not alone; you’re functioning by the Holy Spirit who lives in and through you.
That means when you act, it’s not just you. When you speak, it’s not just you speaking. When you stretch your hand, it’s not just your hand—it’s your hand and the hand of the Holy Spirit; one hand; God and you as one. This is your reality in Christ. You’re not trying to get God to be with you; He’s in you, and you’re in Him.
His presence in you is not occasional; it’s constant. Whether you feel it or not, He’s there. With this understanding comes a new consciousness. You’re strong in Him. 2 Corinthians 3:5 AMPC declares, “Not that we are fit (qualified and sufficient in ability) of ourselves to form personal judgments or to claim or count anything as coming from us, but our power and ability and sufficiency are from God.”
The Holy Spirit is your sufficiency. You’re limitless in Him. Failure in anything or in any area isn’t a possibility, because your life is now the outworking of His life in you.

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for the Holy Spirit who lives in me. I’m not alone; I’m one with Him. I live in the consciousness of this union, walking in your wisdom, power, and presence every day. My life is the expression of your divine nature; I’m filled with your power, my life is the outworking of your grace, and I function with divine ability today, in Jesus’ Name. Amen. Amen.

THE LANGUAGE OF THE HEAVENLY

“The inhabitants shall not say, I am sick: the people that dwell therein shall be forgiven their iniquity” (Isaiah 33:24).

Your words reveal your origin. What you say is the expression of who you are and where you’re from. In other words, your speech unveils your nature. If you’re born of God, then your language must reflect your heavenly nature and divine origin.
You hail from God. You’re born after the second and last Adam, the Lord from heaven; therefore, you’re a heavenly being (1 Corinthians 15:47–48). You have a heavenly life, with its own consciousness, its own characteristics, and its own language.
This is where many miss it. They acknowledge they’re born again, but their communication doesn’t align with their origin. They still speak the language of the earthlings; words of fear, weakness, defeat, and limitation. Don’t speak like the world because you’re not of this world: “They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world” (John 17:16). You speak from heaven.
And what does that mean in practical terms? It means your speech must be consistent with your nature in Christ and aligned with the Word of God. The inhabitants of Zion don’t speak sickness. That’s what the Scripture says: “The inhabitants shall not say, I am sick.” It’s not merely a statement; it’s a culture, a consciousness, and a way of life.
There’s a language that goes with your nature in Christ. You don’t talk lack, you don’t talk defeat, and you don’t talk fear, because that’s not who you are. Your words carry power. They transmit life, strength, health, victory, righteousness, and prosperity. Therefore, speak the language of the Kingdom.
Speak like the Master. Speak only what God says. The Bible declares, “He hath said…so that we may boldly say…” (Hebrews 13:5–6). That’s the pattern: He says it, and you say the same in agreement. Refuse to speak contrary to your nature. Refuse to align your words with circumstances. You’re not governed by what you see or feel; you’re governed by the Word. Speak faith-filled, life-giving words. Speak the language of the heavenly.

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for the life of Christ in me and for my heavenly nature. I speak in alignment with your Word, and my words are filled with power, life, and grace. I speak health, strength, victory, and righteousness today. The communication of my faith is effective, producing results that glorify you, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

그러므로 질병이나 아픔이 당신의 몸에 들어오는 것을 허용하기를 거절하십시오. 허락하지 마십시오. 증상을 발견하더라도 당황하지 마십시오. 울지 마십시오. 그 증상을 받아들이지 마십시오. 더 중요한 것은, 하나님께 그것을 없애 달라고 구걸하지 마십시오. 당신에게는 권세가 주어졌습니다. 그 권세를 행사하십시오. 예수님께서는 마태복음 10장 8절에서 “병든 자를 고치며 죽은 자를 살리며 나병환자를 깨끗하게 하며 귀신을 쫓아내되…”라고 말씀하셨습니다. 예수님께서 당신에게 직접 하라고 말씀하셨음에 주목하십시오.
하나님께 질병을 없애 달라고 구걸하지 마십시오. 오히려 믿음이 담긴 당신의 말로 그 질병을 파괴하십시오. 당신의 몸에 손을 얹고 이렇게 말하십시오. “예수 그리스도의 이름으로, 나는 이 질병에게 내 몸에서 나가라고 명령한다. 이 몸은 예수 그리스도의 것이며, 나는 어떤 질병도 이 안에 있는 것을 허락하지 않는다.”

고백

TAKE CHARGE OF YOUR BODY

“Know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost and ye are not your own?” (1 Corinthians 6:19).

Did you know that your body isn’t yours? It belongs to Jesus Christ; you were bought with a price. The Bible says, “Therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s” (1 Corinthians 6:20). Even though your body belongs to God, He has entrusted it to you. You’re the custodian of your body; you’re responsible for it.
Many haven’t understood this. They think God is responsible for their body and whatever happens in it. They assume that if they serve God well enough, He’ll automatically take care of their health. But that’s not how it works. You’re responsible for keeping your body in health.
Faithfulness isn’t the same as faith. You can be faithful in serving God and still allow sickness in your body because you haven’t taken your place of dominion. You’re a partaker of the divine nature; you’re not ordinary. You have authority over Satan, sickness, disease, infirmity, and death.
So refuse to allow sickness or disease gain entrance into your body. Don’t permit it. If you notice symptoms, don’t panic, don’t cry, and don’t accept them. More importantly, don’t beg God to take them away. You’ve been given authority. Exercise it. He said in Matthew 10:8, “Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils….” Notice that He told you to do it.
Don’t beg God to take sickness away from you; rather, destroy it with your faith-filled words. Put your hand on your body and say, “In the Name of Jesus Christ, I command this sickness to get out of my body. This body belongs to Jesus Christ and I refuse to allow any sickness in it.”
When you speak like that in the Name of Jesus, that condition has no choice but to go. God is pleased with your faith. The Bible says, “But without faith it is impossible to please him…” (Hebrews 11:6). You don’t cry over sickness; you exercise authority over it. Use the Word to keep your body in health; this is God’s will for you: “Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth” (3 John 1:2).

CONFESSION
I have the life of God in me, and it fully inundates my body. Sickness, disease, and infirmity have no place in me because my body is the temple of the Holy Spirit. I walk in health, strength, and perfection. Hallelujah!

YOU’RE GOD’S VOICE TO YOUR GENERATION

“And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the Gospel to every creature” (Mark 16:15).

The responsibility for preaching the Gospel today rests with us. Those who came before us fulfilled their part and completed their assignments. The Apostle Paul, for example, declared at the end of his ministry, “I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith” (2 Timothy 4:7). He knew he had accomplished what God sent him to do.
Now, the responsibility has passed on to us. We’re the ones appointed by God for our generation. We’re His messengers, entrusted with the Gospel of Jesus Christ to reach the world in our day. This is a sobering and inspiring truth: the Gospel has been committed to your trust.
God works through men and women who understand their calling and take responsibility for their generation. So, impact your world with the Gospel. It’s what He called us to live for. He said in Matthew 4:19, “…Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.” He said, “And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come” (Matthew 24:14).
We’re the ones charged with the responsibility to preach the Gospel in all the world, disciple the nations, and make them ready for the soon-coming of the Lord. He said in Matthew 28:19, “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.”
We’re His ambassadors, sent to bring others into this new life and show them how to live victoriously. Think about the impact that can be made when each one of us takes this seriously; the expanded reach and influence. That’s what the Lord wants. You’re not here by chance; you’re His mouthpiece to your generation.
The Gospel has been committed to you; therefore, preach it with urgency, boldness, and conviction. Through you, God wants to locate and bring the last lost soul into the Kingdom. Take your place and fulfill your ministry. This is your time; impact your world for Christ.

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for entrusting me with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I recognize my responsibility as your ambassador and minister of reconciliation to my generation. I proclaim your Word with boldness, and today, through me, lives are transformed and your Kingdom is expanded, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
