Called To Live The Divine Life
“이로써 사랑이 우리에게 온전히 이루어진 것은 우리로 심판 날에 담대함을 가지게 하려 함이니 주께서 그러하심과 같이 우리도 이 세상에서 그러하니라”(요일 4:17)
저는 종종 기독교는 그리스도를 모방하는 것이 아니라고 말합니다. 기독교에는 그리스도를 모방하는 부분도 있지만, 기독교 자체는 당신 안에 계신 그리스도, 당신을 통해 사시는 그분의 생명입니다. 우리는 그분의 본성이 우리 안에 있기 때문에 그분처럼 행동합니다. 그분의 영이 우리 안에 거하시기 때문에 그분처럼 행합니다. 우리는 그분의 생명을 가지고 있기 때문에 그분의 영광, 능력, 의, 다스림으로 충만합니다.
고린도후서 3장 3절은 말합니다. “너희는 우리로 말미암아 나타난 그리스도의 편지니 이는 먹으로 쓴 것이 아니요 오직 살아 계신 하나님의 영으로 쓴 것이며 또 돌판에 쓴 것이 아니요 오직 육의 마음판에 쓴 것이라” 그리스도의 편지는 그리스도의 말씀을 의미합니다. 당신은 세상에 전하는 그분의 메시지라는 뜻입니다. 당신은 육신이 된 말씀입니다. 그분이 그러하심과 같이 당신도 그러합니다.
당신의 신성한 생명을 나타내십시오! 성경은 당신이 그리스도 안에서 하나님의 의라고 말합니다(고후 5:21). 당신은 정복자보다 더 나은 자입니다(롬 8:37). 당신은 그리스도 예수 안에서 하늘에 속한 모든 신령한 복을 받았습니다(엡 1:3). 당신은 그분 안에서 완전합니다(골 2:10). 당신의 근원은 신성합니다. 당신은 하나님으로부터 났습니다. “자녀들아 너희는 하나님께 속하였고 또 그들을 이기었나니 이는 너희 안에 계신 이가 세상에 있는 자보다 크심이라”(요일 4:4)
이 의식으로 매일 살아가십시오. 기독교는 영광과 능력의 삶이며 성령과의 교제의 삶입니다. 하나님은 당신에게 말씀하십니다. 그분의 말씀은 당신 안에 믿음, 확신, 사랑, 인내, 용기를 불어넣습니다. 오늘은 당신이 그리스도를 나타내고 왕국의 실재를 나타낼 수 있는 기회입니다.
자연적인 관점에서 자신을 바라보기를 거절하십시오. 당신은 하나님과 같은 종류의 존재이며 신성에 참여하는 자입니다(벧후 1:4). 당신은 인간이 아니라 하나님과 같은 존재입니다. 이는 시편 기자가 예언 가운데 이렇게 선포한 이유를 이해하는 데 도움이 됩니다. “내가 말하기를 너희는 신들이며 다 지존자의 아들들이라 하였으나”(시 82:6)
주 예수님은 요한복음 10장 34-35절에서 동일한 진리를 반복해서 말씀하셨습니다. 당신은 생명과 불멸로 인도되었고, 영광과 탁월함으로 부름 받았습니다. 이것이 당신의 삶입니다. 신성한 삶입니다! 하나님을 송축합니다!

사랑하는 아버지, 나를 영광과 탁월함과 능력의 삶으로 부르시니 감사합니다. 그리스도는 내 안에 살아 계십니다. 그분의 지혜, 능력, 의가 나를 통해 온전히 나타납니다. 나는 나 자신을 자연적인 관점으로 보기를 거절합니다. 나는 신성한 삶을 살며, 내 세상에 아버지의 생명과 영광을 나타냅니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

CALLED TO LIVE THE DIVINE LIFE
“Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world” (1 John 4:17).
I’ve often said that Christianity is not the imitation of Christ. There’s some imitation of Christ in Christianity, but Christianity itself is Christ in you, His life lived through you. We act like Him because His nature is in us. We walk like Him because His Spirit lives in us. We’re full of His glory, power, righteousness, and dominion, because we have His life.
2 Corinthians 3:3 says, “Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart.” The epistle of Christ means the Word of Christ. That means you’re His message to the world. You’re the Word made flesh; as He is, so are you.
Act out your divine life! The Bible says you’re the righteousness of God in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:21). You’re more than a conqueror (Romans 8:37). You’re blessed with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ Jesus (Ephesians 1:3). You’re complete in Him (Colossians 2:10). Your origin is divine; you hail from God: “Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world” (1 John 4:4).
Live with this consciousness every day. Christianity is a life of glory, power, and fellowship with the Spirit. God talks to you; His Word inspires faith, confidence, love, patience, and courage in you. Today, for you, is an opportunity to express Christ, to manifest the realities of the Kingdom.
Refuse to see yourself from a natural standpoint; you’re an associate of the God-kind, a partaker of the divine nature (2 Peter 1:4). You’re not a human being but a God-being. It helps you understand why the Psalmist declared in prophecy, “I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the Most High” (Psalm 82:6).
The Lord Jesus reiterated the same truth in John 10:34-35. You’ve been brought into life and immortality and called to glory and excellence. This is your life; it’s the divine life! Blessed be God!
PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for calling me to a life of glory, excellence, and power. Christ is alive in me—His wisdom, strength, and righteousness are fully expressed through me. I refuse to see myself from a natural perspective; I live the divine life, manifesting your life and glory to my world, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
