The Beauty Of The Gospel
“곧 하나님께서 그리스도 안에 계시사 세상을 자기와 화목하게 하시며 그들의 죄를 그들에게 돌리지 아니하시고 화목하게 하는 말씀을 우리에게 부탁하셨느니라”(고후 5:19)
구원받지 못한 세상 사람들을 죄인으로 묘사하는 것은 당연합니다. 하지만 그들이 자신의 행위가 아닌 아담의 범죄로 인해 죄인이 되었다는 것을 아는 것이 중요합니다.
로마서 5:12은 이에 대해 더 설명합니다. “그러므로 한 사람으로 말미암아 죄가 세상에 들어오고 죄로 말미암아 사망이 들어왔나니 이와 같이 모든 사람이 죄를 지었으므로 사망이 모든 사람에게 이르렀느니라” 이는 아담의 불순종으로 인해 모든 사람이 죄인이 되었음을 의미합니다. 그러나 복음의 아름다움은 다음과 같습니다. 한 사람의 불순종으로 많은 사람이 죄인이 된 것 같이, 한 사람 예수 그리스도의 순종으로 많은 사람이 의인이 되었습니다. “한 사람이 순종하지 아니함으로 많은 사람이 죄인 된 것 같이 한 사람이 순종하심으로 많은 사람이 의인이 되리라”(롬 5:19) 하나님을 송축합니다!
이것이 바로 우리가 전파하도록 보냄 받은 생명과 의의 복음입니다. 사람들에게 그들이 죄인이라고 설득하려고 하지 마십시오. 대신 처음부터 그들에게 아담의 범죄로 인해 구원이 필요했다고 알려주십시오. 아담의 범죄는 세상에 사망을 가져왔고, 그 사망은 모든 것에 전해졌습니다.
그러나 하나님께 감사드립니다. 우리 주 예수 그리스도께서 복음으로 생명과 썩지 아니할 것을 드러내셨습니다(딤후 1:10). 하나님께서는 죄를 알지도 못하신 예수님을 우리를 대신하여 죄로 삼으셨습니다. 이는 우리로 하여금 그 안에서 하나님의 의가 되게 하려 하심입니다(고후 5:21). 요한일서 5:11-12은 말합니다. “또 증거는 이것이니 하나님이 우리에게 영생을 주신 것과 이 생명이 그의 아들 안에 있는 그것이니라…” 이것이 복음입니다. 복음은 그리스도 예수 안에 있는 생명, 승리, 의에 대한 메시지입니다. 우리는 이 메시지를 온 세상에 전파해야 합니다. 할렐루야!
고백
나는 그리스도 안에서 생명과 승리와 의를 받았습니다. 나는 그리스도 안에서 의롭게 되었습니다. 주님, 구원을 가져오고 그리스도께서 완성하신 일에 대한 지식으로 사람들의 심령을 밝혀주는 영광스러운 복음으로 인해 감사드립니다. 나는 생명의 충만함 가운데 행하고 의 안에서 다스립니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

THE BEAUTY OF THE GOSPEL
“To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation” (2 Corinthians 5:19).
It’s normal to describe the people of the world, those who haven’t received salvation, as sinners. However, it’s important to know that they were not made sinners by their own actions but by Adam’s transgression.
Romans 5:12 explains this some more; it says, “Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned.” That means all were made sinners because of Adam’s disobedience. But the beauty of the Gospel is this: Just as one man’s disobedience made many sinners, so also, through the obedience of one man, Jesus Christ, many are made righteous: “For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous” (Romans 5:19). Blessed be God!
This is the Gospel we’ve been sent to preach; a Gospel of life and righteousness. Don’t try to convince people that they are sinners. Instead, let them know why they needed salvation in the first place; it was Adam’s transgression; it brought death into the world, and that death was passed into everything.
But thanks be unto God; our Lord Jesus Christ brought life and immortality to light through the Gospel (2 Timothy 1:10). He was made sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him (2 Corinthians 5:21). 1 John 5:11-12 says, “And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son….” This is the Gospel: It’s the message of life, victory and righteousness in Christ Jesus. This is the message we must proclaim to the whole world. Hallelujah!
CONFESSION
In Christ, I have received life, victory and righteousness; I am justified in Him. Thank you, Lord, for the glorious Gospel that brings salvation and illuminates the hearts of men with the knowledge of Christ’s finished work. I walk in the fullness of life and reign in righteousness, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
