인생에는 성공이 있습니다. 그리고 좋은 성공이 있습니다. 좋은 성공은 당신을 향한 하나님의 뜻이며, 그 성공의 비결은 말씀을 묵상하는 것입니다! 하나님은 여호수아 1:8에서 말씀하셨습니다. “이 율법책을 네 입에서 떠나지 말게 하며 주야로 그것을 묵상하여 그 안에 기록된 대로 다 지켜 행하라 그리하면 네 길이 평탄하게 될 것이며 네가 형통하리라”
하나님의 지시는 분명합니다. 말씀을 당신의 입에 두고, 계속해서 묵상하여, 말씀대로 행하십시오. 이것이 좋은 성공과 번영을 위한 신성한 비결입니다. 성경이 하나님께서 당신의 길을 번영케 하실 것이라고 말하지 않는다는 점에 주목하십시오. 성경은 당신이 말씀을 행한 결과, 곧 밤낮으로 묵상한 것을 행한 결과, 당신이 자신의 길을 번영케 할 것이라고 말합니다.
확대번역본은 여호수아 1:8을 다음과 같이 번역합니다. “이 율법책은 너의 입에서 떠나지 않을 것이며, 너는 그것을 낮과 밤으로 묵상하여 그 안에 기록된 모든 것을 지키고 행할 수 있도록 해야 한다. 그러면 너의 길이 번영하게 될 것이며, 너는 일들을 지혜롭게 다루고 좋은 성공을 거둘 것이다” 당신의 입과 마음에 있는 하나님의 말씀은 지속적인 행동과 함께 지혜, 번영, 좋은 성공을 만들어냅니다.
제가 십대 때 그 사실을 발견했을 때, 그것은 저에게 모든 것을 해결해 주었습니다. 저는 성공을 만들어내는 원리를 발견했기 때문에 성공할 운명이라는 것을 알았습니다. 심지어 같은 반 친구들에게도 제가 매우 성공할 것이라고 선포했습니다. 왜 그랬습니까? 저는 말씀 안에서 좋은 성공을 볼 수 있었기 때문입니다. 하나님은 이미 저에게 무엇을 해야 하는지 보여주셨고, 저는 그것을 행하려고 했습니다.
저는 어린 나이에 “인생 성공 세미나”를 열어 다른 사람들에게 이 원리를 가르쳤습니다. 저는 하나님의 말씀에서 진리를 보았고, 그 진리가 효과가 있음을 알았습니다. 지금도 원리는 동일합니다. 말씀을 묵상하고, 말씀을 행하십시오. 그러면 좋은 성공, 즉 단순한 성공이 아닌 좋은 성공이 필연적인 결과가 될 것입니다. 할렐루야!
기도
사랑하는 아버지, 내 길을 비추고 성공적인 삶을 위한 원리를 가르쳐 주시는 하나님의 말씀의 빛에 감사드립니다. 나는 내 길을 번영케 하고 모든 일을 지혜롭게 처리합니다. 하나님의 말씀이 항상 내 마음과 입에 있기 때문입니다. 내가 하는 모든 일에서 좋은 성공을 보장해 주시니 감사합니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

THE DIVINE RECIPE FOR GOOD SUCCESS
“Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all” (1 Timothy 4:15).
In life, there’s success, and then there’s good success. Good success is God’s will for you and it has a key recipe: meditating on the Word! God said in Joshua 1:8, “This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.”
The instruction is clear: keep the Word in your mouth, meditate on it constantly, so that you may act on it. This is the divine recipe for good success and prosperity. Notice that the scripture doesn’t say God will make your way prosperous; it says you will make your way prosperous as a result of doing the Word—acting on what you meditate upon day and night.
The Amplified Classic (AMPC) puts it this way: “This Book of the Law shall not depart out of your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may observe and do according to all that is written in it. For then you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall deal wisely and have good success.” The Word of God in your mouth and heart, coupled with consistent action, produces wisdom, prosperity, and good success.
When I discovered this as a young teenager, it settled everything for me. I knew I was destined for success because I found the principle that produces it. I even declared to my classmates that I was going to be very successful. Why? I could see it in the Word. God already showed me what to do, and I was going to act on it.
At such a young age, I held “Success in Life Seminars,” teaching these principles to others. I had seen the truth in God’s Word, and I knew it worked. Even now, the principle remains the same: meditate on the Word; act on it, and good success, not just success, will be the inevitable result. Hallelujah!
PRAYER
Dear Father, I thank you for the light of your Word that illuminates my path and teaches me the principles for a successful life. I make my way prosperous and deal wisely in all my affairs because your Word is in my heart and in my mouth always. Thank you for the assurance of good success in all I do, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
