하나님은 당신을 위해 대단한 값을 지불하셨습니다
He Paid Dearly For You
“너희가 알거니와 너희 조상이 물려준 헛된 행실에서 대속함을 받은 것은 은이나 금 같이 없어질 것으로 된 것이 아니요 오직 흠 없고 점 없는 어린 양 같은 그리스도의 보배로운 피로 된 것이니라”(벧전1:18-19)
이 세상에 어떤 종교도 신자들에게 그들이 사랑받고 있음을 보장하지 않습니다. 대부분의 종교는 대체로 심판에 대해 전합니다. 그들은 죄에 대한 해결책을 가지고 있지 않습니다. 어떤 사람들은 기독교를 이 세상에 있는 많은 종교 중 하나로 분류하지만, 그들은 틀렸습니다. 기독교에서 예수님은 죄에 대한 해결책을 주셨습니다. 이는 모든 인류를 위해 그분 자신의 생명을 내어주는 것이었습니다.
그리스도가 대신하여 죽으심으로 인해 우리는 하나님께 우리가 얼마나 귀하고 가치 있는 자인지 압니다. 예수님은 그분의 피로 우리를 우리의 죄에서 해방시키셨고(계 1:5), 그분의 의로 우리를 의롭게 만드셨습니다(롬 3:26).
예수님은 하나님께서 예수님을 사랑하신 만큼 우리를 사랑하신다는 것을 증명하기 위해 예수님 자신의 목숨을 내어 주셨습니다. 하나님께서는 예수님을 귀하게 여기시는 만큼 우리를 귀하게 여기십니다. 이는 하나님께서 우리를 중요하게 생각하신다는 뜻입니다. 오직 어리석은 자만이 쓸모 없는 것에 값을 지불할 것입니다. 하지만 하나님은 어리석은 분이 아니십니다. 그러므로 당신이 쓸모없는 존재라고 생각하지 마십시오. 하나님께서는 당신을 위해 매우 비싼 값을 지불하셨습니다. 당신의 가치를 아십시오. 당신은 특별합니다.
베드로후서 1:4은 우리가 신성한 본성에 참여하는 자라고 말합니다. 다른 말로, 우리는 하나님과 같은 종류의 동반자이자 전우이며 동역자입니다! 이것은 우리가 하늘에 속함을 의미합니다. 요한복음 10:34은 말합니다. “예수께서 이르시되 너희 율법에 기록된 바 내가 너희를 신이라 하였노라 하지 아니하였느냐.” 할렐루야! 바로 이것이 실재입니다.
예수님께서 당신을 위해 엄청난 대가를 치르셨는데 당신이 구걸하는 삶을 살아서는 안 됩니다. 당신이 기도할 때, 하나님께 무엇이라도 얻어보려는 자처럼 기도하지 마십시오. 그러지 마십시오! 당신에게 주기엔 너무 좋은 것이란 없습니다. 하나님께서는 이미 당신에게 최고를 주셨습니다. 하나님께서 당신에게 그리스도를 주셨을 때, 그분께서는 당신에게 모든 것을 주신 것입니다. 할렐루야!
기도
사랑하는 아버지, 이 땅에 모든 영혼들이 당신께 귀한 존재임을 알게 되어 기쁩니다. 당신께서 아들 예수님의 보배로운 피로 모든 사람들을 구원하셨기 때문입니다. 나를 사랑하시고 나의 구원을 위해 당신께서 지불하신 값을 통해 나의 가치를 알게 해주심을 감사합니다. 나는 당신의 사랑의 눈을 통해 다른 사람들을 바라봅니다. 나는 구원의 좋은 소식을 가지고 그들에게 손을 뻗습니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

He Paid Dearly For You
“Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot”(1 Peter 1:18-19).
There’s no religion in the world that assures its adherents that they’re loved. Most religions generally preach judgment. They have no solution for sin. Some people classify Christianity as one of the many religions in the world, but they’re wrong. In Christianity, Jesus provided solution for sin. This He did by giving His life for all men.
Because of the vicarious death of Christ, we know how precious and valuable we are to God. He washed us from our sins in His own blood (Revelation 1:5) and made us righteous with His own righteousness (Romans 3:26, 5:1).
Jesus gave His own life to prove to us that God loves us as much as He loves Him (Jesus). He values us as much as He values Jesus. That means He thinks we’re important. Only a fool will pay something for nothing, and God is no fool. Therefore, never think you’re nothing; He paid so dearly for you. Know your value; you’re special.
In 2 Peter 1:4, the Bible describes us as partakers of the divine nature. In other words, we’re partners, comrades and associates of the God-kind! This means we belong to a heavenly pantheon. John 10:34 says, “Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods.” Hallelujah! This is the reality.
You’re not supposed to live a beggarly life after Jesus has paid so much for you. When you pray, don’t pray like someone who is trying to get something from God. No! Nothing is too good for you. He already did and gave the best for you; He gave you all, when He gave you Christ. Hallelujah!
Prayer
Dear Father, it’s a delight to know that every soul on earth is valuable to you because you saved all men by the precious blood of your Son, Jesus. Thank you for loving me and demonstrating your value for me by the price you paid for my salvation. I see others through your eyes of love, and reach out to them with the Good News of salvation, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
