Be Alert And Ready

“주께서 호령과 천사장의 소리와 하나님의 나팔 소리로 친히 하늘로부터 강림하시리니 그리스도 안에서 죽은 자들이 먼저 일어나고 그 후에 우리 살아 남은 자들도 그들과 함께 구름 속으로 끌어 올려 공중에서 주를 영접하게 하시리니 그리하여 우리가 항상 주와 함께 있으리라”(살전 4:16-17)

우리는 교회시대의 마지막 시기를 살고 있습니다. 그리고 우리는 주님이 재림하시기 전에 주님의 일을 영광스럽게 완수해야 합니다. 그분은 마태복음 24:14에서 이렇게 말씀하셨습니다. “이 천국 복음이 모든 민족에게 증언되기 위하여 온 세상에 전파되리니 그제야 끝이 오리라.” 이것은 우리의 책임이자 우리의 부르심입니다. 그리고 우리는 그 일을 하고 있습니다.

그 때에 세상은 주 예수의 이름이 모든 이름, 모든 칭호, 모든 정권보다 큰 이름이라는 것을 알게 될 것입니다. 우리는 주님이 다시 오시기 전에 이 세상을 다스릴 것입니다. 오늘의 본문 구절은 말합니다. “주께서 호령과 천사장의 소리와 하나님의 나팔 소리로 친히 하늘로부터 강림하시리니 그리스도 안에서 죽은 자들이 먼저 일어나고.” 그러고 나서 우리를 데려갈 신호인 “마지막 나팔 소리”가 들릴 것입니다. “그 후에 우리 살아 남은 자들도 그들과 함께 구름 속으로 끌어 올려 공중에서 주를 영접하게 하시리니…” 할렐루야!

그 일을 놓치지 마십시오. 누가복음 21:34은 말합니다. “너희는 스스로 조심하라 그렇지 않으면 방탕함과 술취함과 생활의 염려로 마음이 둔하여지고 뜻밖에 그 날이 덫과 같이 너희에게 임하리라.” 깨어 준비하십시오. 휴거가 얼마 남지 않았습니다. 이것이 우리가 복음을 전파하며 그 영광스러운 날을 위해 열방을 예비하는 이유입니다. 정말 그렇습니다. 휴거가 임박했으며 많은 사람들이 생각하는 것보다 더 가까이 왔습니다.

성경은 휴거가 일어난 후 “… 큰 환난이 있겠음이라 창세로부터 지금까지 이런 환난이 없었고 후에도 없으리라”(마 24:21)고 말합니다. 환난의 시기, 적그리스도의 통치 시기 동안 세상은 끔찍한 곳이 될 것입니다. 예수님은 이렇게 말씀하셨습니다. “그 날들을 감하지 아니하면 모든 육체가 구원을 얻지 못할 것이나 그러나 택하신 자들을 위하여 그 날들을 감하시리라”(마 24:22).

7년 동안, 특히 그 시기의 후반부인 3년 반 동안 적그리스도는 이 땅에 공포를 퍼부을 것입니다. 세상이 이제까지 보거나 앞으로 보게 될 그 무엇보다 비참한 시기가 될 것입니다. 그러나 하나님께 감사드립니다! 그 7년 이후, 우리는 주 예수 그리스도와 함께 돌아와 의와 평안의 새로운 천년왕국을 세울 것입니다. 할렐루야!

기도

복되신 아버지, 이 마지막 때에 교회에 임한 당신의 강력한 손길과 온 땅에 자유를 선포하도록 더 큰 은혜를 주심에 감사드립니다. 우리가 복음을 전할 때 당신의 왕국이 이 땅과 사람들의 심령에 세워지고 있음을 선포합니다. 많은 사람들이 멸망과 저주로부터 하나님의 아들의 영광스러운 자유로 옮겨집니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

BE ALERT AND READY

For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17).

We’re in the closing days of the Church age and we have to finish the work of the Lord gloriously before He returns. He said in Matthew 24:14,

“And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.” This is our charge; this is our call; and we’re at it.

While at it, the world will know that the Name of the Lord Jesus is the Name that’s greater than every name, every title and every government. We’ll subdue this world before the Master comes back. Our theme verse says, “For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first.” Then, the “Last Trump” will follow as the signal for our catching away: “Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air….”

Hallelujah!

Ensure not to miss it. Luke 21:34 says, “And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and

cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares.” Be alert and ready. The Rapture is almost here. It’s the reason we’re preaching the Gospel, preparing the nations for that glorious day. Make no mistakes about it; it’s so close; far closer than many realise.

After the Rapture takes place, the Bible says there

“…shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be” (Matthew 24:21). The world is going to be a terrible place to be in during the Tribulation, during the reign of the Antichrist. Jesus said “…except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened” (Matthew 24:22).

For seven years, particularly during the second three and a half years, the Antichrist will rain terror upon the earth. It’ll be a time of great misery beyond anything the world has ever seen or will ever see.

But thanks be unto God! After seven years, we’ll come back with the Lord Jesus Christ from heaven, to establish a new government of righteousness and peace for a thousand years. Hallelujah!

PRAYER

Thank you blessed Father, for your mighty hand upon your Church in these last days, and for the increased grace upon her to proclaim liberty in all the earth. I declare that your Kingdom is established in the earth and in the hearts of men as we preach the Gospel.

Many are snatched from destruction and damnation, into the glorious liberty of the sons of God, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

The Triumphant Church

“… 내가 이 반석 위에 내 교회를 세우리니 음부의 권세가 이기지 못하리라”(마 16:18)

예수 그리스도의 교회는 성장했습니다! 우리는 명철과 지식과 그리스도 안에 있는 우리의 권세와 통치권을 행사하는 일에서 성장했습니다. 교회를 반대하고 복음의 역사를 방해하려는 적이 있다는 것은 중요하지 않습니다. 그의 노력은 소용이 없습니다. 교회는 행진하고 있으며 예수님은 “음부의 권세”가 교회를 이길 수 없다고 말씀하셨습니다.

예수님께서 우리에게 폐위된 어둠의 주관자들과 통치자들과 권세자들과 하늘에 있는 악의 영들을 다스리는 통치권을 주셨습니다. 그분은 우리에게 맡기셔서 우리가 이 땅을 다스리게 하셨습니다. 특정 국가, 주, 도시의 일부 지도자들은 교회를 대적하여 으스댑니다. 그들은 스스로를 교회의 적으로 삼습니다. 그들은 이전에 교회를 대적했던 사람들과 같은 자리에 서게 될 것입니다.

주 예수님은 그분의 교회에 대해 이렇게 말씀하셨습니다. “무릇 이 돌 위에 떨어지는 자는 깨어지겠고 이 돌이 사람 위에 떨어지면 그를 가루로 만들어 흩으리라 하시니라”(눅 20:18). 다소 사람 사울이 초대교회의 그리스도인들을 박해하는데 앞장 섰을 때, 예수님은 다메섹으로 향하는 길에서 그에게 나타나셔서 그가 헛된 노력을 하고 있음을 깨닫게 하셨습니다. 성경은 사울에 대해 “주의 제자들에 대하여 여전히 위협과 살기가 등등하여”(행 9:1)라고 구체적으로 묘사했습니다.

그러고 나서 성경은 다음과 같이 말합니다. “그가 길을 떠나 다마스커스에 가까이 왔을 때 갑자기 하늘로부터 한 줄기 빛이 그를 둘러 비추는지라. 그가 땅에 엎드려 그에게 말하는 음성을 들으니 ‘사울아, 사울아, 네가 왜 나를 박해하느냐?’고 하시더라. 그러자 그가 말하기를 ‘주여, 당신은 누구시니이까?’라고 하니, 주께서 말씀하시기를 ‘나는 네가 박해하는 예수라. 가시채를 걷어차는 것이 네게 고통이라.’고 하시더라. 그가 떨며 놀라서 말하기를 ‘주여, 내가 어떻게 하기를 원하시나이까?’라고 하니…”(행 9:3-6, 한글킹제임스) 할렐루야!

성경은 여호수아 10:40-41을 통해 여호수아 시대에 하나님의 백성들을 대적한 자들에게 어떤 일이 일어났었는지 보여줍니다. “이와 같이 여호수아가 그 온 땅 곧 산지와 네겝과 평지와 경사지와 그 모든 왕을 쳐서 하나도 남기지 아니하고 호흡이 있는 모든 자는 다 진멸하여 바쳤으니 이스라엘의 하나님 여호와께서 명령하신 것과 같았더라…” 한 명도 도망가지 못했습니다. 여호수아가 그들 모두를 물리쳤습니다!

여호수아 10:42은 “여호수아가 이 모든 왕들과 그들의 땅을 단번에 빼앗으니라”고 말합니다. 어떻게 그렇게 할 수 있었습니까? “이스라엘의 하나님 여호와께서 이스라엘을 위하여 싸우셨으므로…” 할렐루야! 우리는 승리의 편에 서 있습니다. 우리는 오직, 항상 승리합니다. 그러므로 두려워하지 마십시오. 기쁘게 하나님을 섬기십시오.

기도

사랑하는 아버지, 복음 안에서 당신의 뜻을 행하고 당신의 부르심을 성취할 수 있도록 교회를 강건케 하시고 당신의 자녀들 안에 용기를 북돋아 주셔서 감사합니다. 당신의 자녀들이 생명의 말씀을 전할 때 이 세상의 신이 혼미케 한 자들의 눈을 열게 하고, 그들을 어둠에서 빛으로 사탄의 권세에서 하나님께로 돌이키게 하는 구원의 은혜가 지금도 역사하고 있습니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

THE TRIUMPHANT CHURCH

…I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it (Matthew 16:18).

The Church of Jesus Christ has grown! We’ve grown in understanding, in knowledge and in the exercise of our authority and dominion in Christ.

It doesn’t matter that there’s an adversary who’s all out to oppose the Church and hinder the work of the Gospel; his efforts are futile. The Church is marching on, and Jesus said the “Gates of Hell” shall not prevail against it.

Jesus gave us dominion over the dethroned princes of darkness, over principalities, powers and spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. He put us in charge, to run things in the earth. In some countries, states and cities, some leaders are boasting against the Church; they’ve sworn themselves to be enemies of the Church. Well, they’ll take their place in history just like those before them.

Referring to His Church, the Lord Jesus said,

“Whosoever shall fall upon that stone shall be broken; but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder” (Luke 20:18). When Saul of Tarsus spearheaded the persecution of Christians in the early Church, Jesus appeared to him on the road to Damascus and made him realize that he (Saul) was on a futile endeavour. The Bible specifically described Saul as “…breathing out threatenings and slaughter against the disciples of the Lord…” (Acts 9:1).

Then, the Bible says, “And as he journeyed, he came near Damascus: and suddenly there shined round about him a light from heaven: And he fell to

the earth, and heard a voice saying unto him, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? And he said, Who art thou, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest: it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks. And he trembling and astonished said, Lord, what wilt thou have me to do…” (Acts 9:3-6).

Hallelujah!

In Joshua 10:40, the Bible shows what happened to those who came against God’s people during the time of Joshua. It says, “So Joshua smote all the country of the hills, and of the south, and of the vale, and of the springs, and all their kings: he left none remaining, but utterly destroyed all that breathed, as the LORD God of Israel commanded.” Not one of them escaped; Joshua defeated them all!

The 42 nd verse says, “And all these kings and their land did Joshua take at one time….” How? “…because the LORD God of Israel fought for Israel.” Hallelujah!

We’re on the winning side of prophecy. We win only, and always. So, have no fear; serve God joyfully.

PRAYER

Dear Father, thank you for strengthening your Church and stirring up courage in your children to do your will and fulfill their call in the Gospel. The grace for salvation is at work even now, as your children hold forth the word of life, opening the eyes of those whom the god of this world has blinded their minds, and turning them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Vision For Guidance

“그 후에 내가 내 영을 만민에게 부어 주리니 너희 자녀들이 장래 일을 말할 것이며 너희 늙은이는 꿈을 꾸며 너희 젊은이는 이상을 볼 것이며”(욜 2:28)

환상(Vision)에는 여러 다른 종류가 있습니다. 하나님의 영이 특정 상황에서 어떻게 해야 하는지 보여주고 무엇을 해야 할지 인도하기 위한 환상이 있으며, 성경에는 그에 대한 예시들이 있습니다. 사도행전 10:1-6에는 그러한 환상으로 인도받은 로마의 백부장 고넬료의 놀라운 이야기가 기록되어 있습니다.

성경은 고넬료가 하나님을 경외하며 가난한 사람들을 많이 구제했던 사람이라고 설명합니다. 그런 이유로 하나님은 그를 구원하려고 하셨습니다. 어느 날, 하나님은 그에게 천사를 보는 환상을 보여주셨습니다. 천사는 그에게 해야 할 일을 알려줄 베드로를 청하라고 말했습니다. 이는 고넬료를 구원하기 위함이었습니다.

그러나 그것이 전부가 아니었습니다. 베드로는 사도행전 11장에서 그에 해당하는 환상을 보았습니다. “이르되 내가 욥바 시에서 기도할 때에 황홀한 중에 환상을 보니… 마침 세 사람이 내가 유숙한 집 앞에 서 있으니 가이사랴에서 내게로 보낸 사람이라 성령이 내게 명하사 아무 의심 말고 함께 가라 하시매 이 여섯 형제도 나와 함께 가서 그 사람의 집에 들어가니 그가 우리에게 말하기를 천사가 내 집에 서서 말하되 네가 사람을 욥바에 보내어 베드로라 하는 시몬을 청하라 그가 너와 네 온 집이 구원 받을 말씀을 네게 이르리라 함을 보았다 하거늘”(행 11:5, 11-14).

이 성경구절들은 하나님이 어떻게 환상을 통해 그분의 백성들을 인도하시는지 분명하게 보여줍니다. 당신도 영 안에서 눈을 들어 본다면, 그렇게 할 때 그분께서 당신을 인도하실 것입니다. 그분은 당신에게 비전을 주시고 당신이 취해야 할 바른 행동을 보여주실 것입니다. 다가오는 새해를 맞이하여 하나님의 말씀에 자신을 내어드리고 기도 가운데 성령님의 인도하심에 순종해보십시오. 그러면 당신도 그분께서 당신이 하기 원하시는 일과 당신이 취해야 할 다음 행동에 대해 인도해주시는 비전을 보게 될 것입니다.

기도

사랑하는 아버지, 내 삶의 길을 안내하시는 성령님의 인도하심에 감사드립니다. 새해를 맞이하여 나는 말씀에 스스로를 내어드리고 기도 가운데 성령님의 인도하심에 순종할 때 내 길은 영원히 빛으로 가득 차게 됩니다. 나는 항상 당신의 완전한 뜻을 분별하고 그 안에서 행합니다. 나는 발전, 승리, 성공의 길을 걷기 때문에 내 삶에는 고군분투가 없습니다. 그 무엇도 나의 비전을 흐릿하게 만들 수 없습니다. 나는 생명의 빛을 가지고 있기 때문입니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

VISION FOR GUIDANCE

And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh;

and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions (Joel 2:28).

There’re different kinds of visions; there’s the vision where the Spirit of God shows you what to do in a particular situation and guides you on how to do it?vision for guidance?and there’re examples of such in the Bible. Acts 10:1-6 narrates the remarkable account of the Roman centurion named Cornelius who was guided through such a vision.

The Bible describes Cornelius as a God-fearing man who gave much alms to the poor. For this reason, God sought to save him. So, one day, God showed him a vision where he saw an angel telling him to send for Peter who would tell him what to do for him to be saved.

But that wasn’t all. In Acts 11, Peter himself saw a corresponding vision. He said, “I was in the city of Joppa praying: and in a trance I saw a vision… And, behold, immediately there were three men already come unto the house where I was, sent from Caesarea unto me. And the Spirit bade me go with them, nothing doubting. Moreover these six brethren

accompanied me, and we entered into the man’s house: And he shewed us how he had seen an angel in his house, which stood and said unto him, Send men to Joppa, and call for Simon, whose surname is Peter; Who shall tell thee words, whereby thou and all thy house shall be saved” (Acts 11:5, 11-14).

These scriptures clearly illustrate for us how God guides His people through visions. And if you’d lift your eyes in the spirit as well, He’d guide you in your endeavours. He’d give you visions and show you the right steps to take. As you look to the coming year, give yourself to the Word of God and yield to the leading of the Holy Spirit in prayer; you’d see visions of the things He wants you to do and the steps you should take.

PRAYER

Dear Father, thank you for the guidance of your Spirit by which I navigate my way through life. As I go into the coming year, giving myself to the Word and yielding to the leading of the Spirit in prayer, my path is forever flooded with light. I discern and walk in your perfect will at all times. My life is void of struggles as I journey on the clear path of progress, victory and success. Nothing can obscure my vision, because I have the light of life, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

매일 승리하십시오

Victory Every Day

“또 무엇을 하든지 말에나 일에나 다 주 예수의 이름으로 하고 그를 힘입어 하나님 아버지께 감사하라”(골 3:17)

예수님은 마가복음 16:17에서 “믿는 자들에게는 이런 표적이 따르리니 곧 그들이 내 이름으로 귀신을 쫓아내며…”라고 말씀하셨습니다. 저는 하나님의 모든 자녀들이 이 구절이 의미하는 바를 이해하기 원합니다. 이것은 우리가 그분의 이름 안에서 행사하는 권세와 통치권입니다! 당신이 예수 이름으로 마귀와 상황들에 말할 때, 그들은 명령에 따르는 것 외에 다른 선택사항이 없습니다.

우리가 오늘의 본문 구절에서 읽은 내용에 대해 생각해보십시오. “또 무엇을 하든지 말에나 일에나 다 주 예수의 이름으로 하고…” 이 구절은 당신이 주 예수 그리스도의 이름으로 살아야 한다는 뜻입니다. 이것은 단순히 한 가지를 의미하는데, 바로 당신을 위한 매일의 완전한 승리입니다. 만일 당신이 말씀이 말하는 대로 행한다면 당신의 삶은 기쁨, 영광, 탁월함, 승리로 가득 차게 될 것입니다. 당신은 그분의 이름 안에서 실패하거나 패배할 수 없습니다.

이것은 합법적인 일입니다. 예수님은 우리가 그분의 이름을 사용하고 그분의 이름 안에서 살 수 있도록 우리에게 위임장을 주셨습니다. 당신이 어떤 어려움을 직면하든지 상관없이 예수 이름을 사용한다면 승리는 보장되어 있습니다. 하나님을 찬양합니다!

고백

하늘에 있는 것이나 땅 위에 있는 것이나 땅 아래에 있는 것이나 모든 무릎을 예수의 이름에 꿇게 하시고 모든 혀가 예수 그리스도를 주라 시인하여 하나님 아버지께 영광을 돌리게 하셨습니다! 나는 예수 이름으로 살며, 날마다 승리하고 다스리며 통치합니다. 할렐루야!

VICTORY EVERY DAY

And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him (Colossians 3:17).

Jesus said in Mark 16:17, “…In my name shall they cast out devils….” I would to God all of God’s children understood what this means; the authority and dominion we wield in His Name! When you address devils and situations in the Name of Jesus, they have no option; they must comply.

Then think about what we read in our opening verse: “And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus…” (Colossians 3:17). This means you’re to live your life in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. That simply means one thing: absolute victory for you every day. If you’d do what the Word says, your life will be full of joy, glory, excellence and victories. You can’t fail or be defeated in His Name.

When you pray, you’re guaranteed to receive answers, because every request you make is as though Jesus were the one making that request, since you’re making it in His Name. The Father sees your requests as Jesus’ request; you’re praying in His place and since Jesus can’t be turned down, your request can’t be denied. Glory to God!

It’s a legal thing; He gave us the power of attorney to use His Name and live in His Name. It doesn’t matter what challenges you might be facing; if you’d use the Name of Jesus, victory is assured. Praise God!

CONFESSION

At the Name of Jesus, every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father! I rule and reign triumphantly every day, by living in the Name of Jesus. Hallelujah!

당신은 고군분투하지 않고도 매일 그분을 기쁘시게 할 수 있습니다. 당신이 해야 할 일은 오직 말씀을 행하는 것입니다. 하나님의 말씀을 따라 발걸음을 내딛고 행동하며 그분의 사랑 안에서 행하십시오. 그러면 당신이 한 번도 생각하지 못했던 방식으로 삶에서 그분의 영광이 나타나는 것을 보게 될 것입니다. 그리스도인의 삶은 날마다 영광스러운 삶입니다. 당신의 일상적인 결정, 대화, 다른 사람과의 관계 등과 같은 단순한 일에서도 그분의 의를 행하는 것입니다.

WALK IN RIGHTEOUSNESS

That he would grant unto us, that we being delivered out of the hand of our enemies might serve him without fear, In holiness and righteousness before him, all the days of our life (Luke 1:74-75).

Some Christians say they want to manifest the glory of God in their lives, yet they don’t live right. But Christianity is a call to righteousness.

Righteousness is a gift, but you have to work out your salvation with godly reverence (Philippians 2:12);

you have to live the life of a righteous person. It’s called right living. The Christ-life in you must be lived accordingly, and the Word of God is your light.

Jesus said, “If ye love me, keep my commandments” (John 14:15). The proof of your love for Him is to do His Word; it’s to manifest His love, His character. His life and nature in you?His righteousness in you?not only makes right living possible, but easy.

You can please Him every day without having to struggle. All you have to do is live the Word; take your steps and actions on the basis of God’s Word and walk in love. Then you’ll see His glory manifested in your life in ways you never thought possible. The Christian life is a life of glory every day; it’s about living out His righteousness even in simple things such as your daily decisions, conversations, relationship with others, etc.

You’ve been called into liberty, to live righteously for the Lord. Romans 6:14 says, “For sin shall not have dominion over you….” You have the nature of love and righteousness, and you can live above sin. The Bible says, “Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son” (Colossians 1:13). The Lord Jesus has given you the victory over sin; therefore, walk in righteousness.

PRAYER

Loving Father, thank you for your love and for the gift of righteousness. Thank you for the blessing of being seated with Christ in power, glory and majesty, with dominion over Satan and the cohorts of darkness. I refuse to be under the influence or control of the darkness that rules this present world.

I don’t conform to this world, for I’m transformed continually by the renewing of my mind through your Word, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

신성한 본성에 참여하는 자라는 의미는 우리가 하나님과 같은 종류의 연합이라는 것입니다. 이것은 우리가 “되는” 것이 아니라 그렇게 태어났습니다. 당신은 거듭날 때 하나님의 생명과 본성을 가지고 태어났습니다. 그렇기 때문에 당신은 하나님을 기쁘시게 하는 것이 어렵지 않습니다. 그분의 생명이 당신 안에 있으므로 당신은 고군분투할 필요가 없습니다.

BORN WITH THE DIVINE NATURE

Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust (2 Peter 1:4).

Being partakers of the divine nature means we’re associates of the God-kind; it’s not something we “became”; we were born that way. You were born with the life and nature of God when you were born again. This is the reason it’s easy for you to please God; you don’t have to struggle, because His life is in you.

Some are still struggling, trying to become “better Christians”; that’s because they haven’t understood Christianity and the true Gospel of Jesus Christ. You can’t improve on perfect. The life in you is the God-life;

it completely supplanted the human life you received from your parents. Just as there was nothing more for you to do to become more human after you were born of your parents, there’s nothing more required after you’re born again for you to be a partaker of the divine nature.

Even when a child can’t walk or talk yet, you don’t

say, “This child isn’t human.” Rather, you start teaching the child how to walk and talk. It’s the same with the life that we have in Christ. You have only one nature, which is the divine nature, and it can’t be improved upon. What you have to do is study the Word of God and learn to live the divine life; live the Christian life!

As you learn God’s Word, the ways of God and the life of faith, certainly, your spirit will be built.

Your life will be improved; but you’ll not become more righteous, because your righteousness is the righteousness of Christ. Righteousness is the divine nature; it’s the nature of God imparted to your spirit at the New Birth. According to the Bible, you’re as righteous as Jesus is, because He gave you His righteousness. Think deeply on this and let it create in you a new way of thinking and living.

CONFESSION

I have the God-life, the divine nature, the nature and ability to do right and produce works and fruits of righteousness. I’m the workmanship of God in Christ Jesus, His perfection of beauty. I walk conscious of my divine nature today and always. I reign in life over Satan and his cohorts of darkness, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Believing Is “Doing” Your Faith

“기록된 바 내가 믿었으므로 말하였다 한 것 같이 우리가 같은 믿음의 마음을 가졌으니 우리도 믿었으므로 또한 말하노라”(고후 4:13)

많은 사람들이 믿는다고 하면서 아무 행동도 하지 않습니다. 그러나 당신이 진정 믿는다면 당신은 행동합니다. 그것이 믿음이 하는 일입니다. 믿음은 당신이 믿는 바에 근거하여 취하는 반응이나 행동입니다. 당신이 “믿습니다”라고 말할 때, 이는 수동적인 표현이 아닌 능동적인 표현입니다. “믿음”은 능동적인 단어입니다. 그래서 성경은 “이와 같이 행함이 없는 믿음은 그 자체가 죽은 것이라”(약 2:17)고 말합니다.

오늘의 본문 구절에서 읽은 것처럼 예수님은 “네가 나를 사랑한다면 나의 말을 지키라”고 말씀하셨습니다. 하나님의 말씀은 행하기 위한 것입니다. 야고보서 1:22-25은 이에 대해 아주 분명하게 말합니다. “너희는 말씀을 행하는 자가 되고 듣기만 하여 자신을 속이는 자가 되지 말라 누구든지 말씀을 듣고 행하지 아니하면 그는 거울로 자기의 생긴 얼굴을 보는 사람과 같아서 제 자신을 보고 가서 그 모습이 어떠했는지를 곧 잊어버리거니와 자유롭게 하는 온전한 율법을 들여다보고 있는 자는 듣고 잊어버리는 자가 아니요 실천하는 자니 이 사람은 그 행하는 일에 복을 받으리라.”

말씀을 행하는 것에 능력이 있으며 그것이 당신에게 유익합니다. “그러므로 누구든지 나의 이 말을 듣고 행하는 자는 그 집을 반석 위에 지은 지혜로운 사람 같으리니 비가 내리고 창수가 나고 바람이 불어 그 집에 부딪치되 무너지지 아니하나니 이는 주추를 반석 위에 놓은 까닭이요 나의 이 말을 듣고 행하지 아니하는 자는 그 집을 모래 위에 지은 어리석은 사람 같으리니 비가 내리고 창수가 나고 바람이 불어 그 집에 부딪치매 무너져 그 무너짐이 심하니라”(마 7:24-27).

기도

거룩한 아버지, 내 삶에 있는 당신의 임재와 영광에 감사드립니다. 내 안에 살며 당신의 말씀을 가르쳐 주시는 성령님께 감사드립니다. 그로 인해 나의 믿음은 역동적이며 항상 결과를 냅니다. 나는 말씀을 행하는 자입니다. 당신의 말씀은 오늘 내 안에 그리고 나를 통해, 당신의 영광을 위해 승리합니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

BELIEVING IS “DOING” YOUR FAITH

We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak (2 Corinthians 4:13).

Many say they believe and don’t do anything, but when you truly believe, you act. That’s what faith does; it’s the response or action you take on the basis of your believing. When you say you “believe,” it’s not passive but active; “believing” is a word of action; it’s actually “doing” your faith. That’s why the Bible says, “Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone” (James 2:17).

Faith requires a corresponding action; you prove your faith by your actions. “Believe” is “pisteu?” in Greek, which means to demonstrate your faith; to act your faith. Whatever it is that you believe about Jesus Christ is revealed in your actions. The Word, as it’s given to us in the Scriptures, can be trusted. But for it to be effective in your life, you have to do what it says.

Jesus said in John 14:15, “If you love me, keep my Word.” The Word of God is for doing. James 1:22-25 puts it in a nutshell: “But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass:

For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was.

But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.”

Acting the Word is where the power is; that’s what profits you: “Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:

And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock. And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand: And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it” (Matthew 7:24-27).

PRAYER

Holy Father, I thank you for your presence and glory in my life. Thank you for the Holy Spirit who lives in me and teaches me your Word, by which my faith is active and producing results always. I’m a doer of the Word; your Word prevails in and through me today, for your glory, in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

하나님은 모든 사람에게 상상하는 능력을 주셨습니다. 상상하는 능력은 우리 모두가 하나님으로부터 받은 선물입니다. 그리고 당신이 이 선물의 능력과 그것이 어떻게 당신의 삶을 만들어가는지 아는 것은 매우 중요합니다. 당신의 상상력은 창조하는 능력입니다. 오늘날 당신의 환경이 어떤지는 중요하지 않습니다. 어쩌면 당신은 실패하고 절망스러운 시궁창 같은 상황 가운데 있을 수도 있습니다. 그러나 당신은 변화를 일으킬 수 있고 당신이 원하는 세상을 창조할 수 있습니다.

이미 멋진 삶을 살고 있더라도 당신은 새로운 삶, 더 영광스럽고 탁월한 삶을 창조할 수 있습니다. 먼저 당신의 상상력을 사용하는 방법을 알아야 합니다. 무엇을 상상하든 그것을 성취할 수 있습니다. 그리고 당신의 상상이 긍정적이든 부정적이든, 그것은 당신의 삶과 성격을 결정짓습니다.

예를 들어 당신이 작은 가게를 운영하고 있는데 그 사업을 확장하고 싶다면, 당신은 상상하는 능력을 발휘해야 합니다. 당신이 기도할 때 하나님은 당신의 사업이 지금 그저 방 한 칸 혹은 지하실에서 진행되고 있을지라도 그에 대한 큰 그림을 보게 하실 수 있습니다.

당신은 “주님, 이게 가능한가요?”라고 물을 수 있습니다. 그분은 “그럼, 가능하단다. 그래서 내가 너에게 보여주는 것이란다. 네가 볼 수 있게 한 이유란다.”라고 대답하실 것입니다. 누군가는 “내가 기도할 때 아무것도 보이지 않으면 어떡하지?” 하고 질문할 수 있습니다. 어찌 되었든 당신은 이미 창조하는 능력을 가지고 있습니다. 당신은 자신이 원하는 것을 창조할 수 있습니다! 어떤 사람들은 자신이 원하는 것을 스스로 창조할 수 없다는 잘못된 생각을 가지고 있습니다. 그들은 비전은 오직 하나님으로부터 와야 한다고 믿습니다. 그러나 하나님은 당신 안에 사십니다. 따라서 당신은 안에서부터 자신이 원하는 것은 무엇이든지 시각화할 수 있고 붙잡을 수 있습니다. 기도할 때 당신의 상상력은 당신이 기도하고 있는 것을 붙잡기 위한 필수적인 보조 도구입니다. 하나님께 영광 드립니다!

고백

나는 “보이지 않는 것”을 볼 수 있는 성령의 능력을 받았습니다. 하나님이 보시는 것처럼 보는 능력을 받았습니다. 나는 말씀이 나에 대해 말하는 실재 속에 살며 성령의 날개를 타고 영원한 승리의 행진을 하는 나 자신을 봅니다! 나는 내가 가는 길에 있는 모든 장애물들을 부수고 큰 걸음으로 전진하는 나 자신을 봅니다. 나는 모든 일에서 승리자이며 번영하고, 강건하고, 건강한 나 자신을 봅니다. 하나님께 영원히 영광 드립니다!

CREATING WITH YOUR SPIRIT

A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things (Matthew 12:35).

God has given every human being the ability to imagine. It’s a gift we all have from Him. And it’s so important that you recognise the power of this gift and how it can shape your life. Your imaginative power is your creative ability. It doesn’t matter what your circumstances may be today. Maybe you’ve found yourself in the gutters of life, where you feel defeated and hopeless; you can effect a change and create the world you desire.

Even if you already have a great life, you can frame a new one, a more glorious and excellent life. It begins with knowing how to use your imaginative power.

Whatever you can imagine, you can accomplish. And eventually, the sum total of your imagination, whether positive or negative, determines the quality of your life and personality.

Even in prayer, God wants you to use your imaginative power, because He loves to always give you ideas. He wants to grant you such extraordinary visions that you naturally wouldn’t live on the ordinary human plane. But He needs you to be willing to use your own imagination, so you can receive whatever He has to reveal. For example, if you were running a mini shop and you want to expand the scope of the business, you’ll need to deploy your imaginative power. As you pray, God can help you see a chain of businesses, even though your present business is being conducted from just a room, perhaps even in your basement.

You may wonder, “Lord, is this possible?” He’d reply, “Yes, it’s possible; that’s why I showed it to you; that’s why I made you see it.” Someone may ask, “What if I don’t see anything as I pray?” In any case, you already have the power to create; you can create what you want! Some have the misconception that they can’t create for themselves what they desire. They believe visions should only come from God. But God lives in you. So, from within, you can create what you want; you can visualize whatever you desire and lay hold on it. When you pray, your imaginative power is a necessary ancillary tool for laying hold on what you’re praying for. Glory to God!

CONFESSION

I’m empowered by the Spirit to see the “unseen”; to see the way God sees. I see myself living in the reality of what the Word says about me, soaring on the wings of the Spirit in a perpetual victory parade! I see myself making progress with giant strides, knocking down every obstacle on my way. I see myself a victor at every count, prosperous, strong and healthy. Glory to God forever!

THE BLESSING OF THE SCRIPTURES

Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all (1 Timothy 4:15).

Some people admit to having “blue days”;

they’re excited sometimes, and at some other times they’re depressed, unhappy and wish they could end it all. If only such folks could get a hold of the Word and draw their inspiration from the Scriptures;

it’ll make all the difference. I’m always inspired and blessed by the Word; I don’t have any blue or down days; I’m on top always; ever inspired!

The Bible says, “All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness”

(2 Timothy 3:16). Think about that! The Scripture is given by the inspiration of God; that means it’s God breathed. Then it says it’s profitable; meaning it gives you the advantage.

It’s also for doctrine, meaning it teaches and conditions you. It’s for reproof and correction: the Word moulds your character and gives you a new mindset. Finally, it’s an instruction manual for the life of righteousness. No other material could be this good for life. No other material could give you the advantage and inspiration you need to win in life every day.

The seventeenth verse further tells us the result of imbibing the Scriptures, applying yourself diligently to the Scriptures. It says, “That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.”

The Blessing of the Holy Scriptures! They were given to position you to be very successful, thoroughly furnished unto all good works?excellence; nothing is left out.

I knew from a very young age that I was going to be excellent in my life. I found some things in the Scriptures that gave me the impression?the absolute understanding?that I was going to be very successful.

It was like a programmed projectile; I knew where I was going. The Word was given to programme my life for success, for excellence, for prosperity in everything.

Didn’t you read about Abraham, Moses and David?

These men were successful in everything, through God’s Word.

Likewise, through the inspiration of the Word, you too can be successful, and there’s no question about it.

Study the Word for yourself. Give time to meditating on the Scriptures; the result is a life of undeniable success, ever-increasing glory, and unending prosperity. (Read Joshua 1:8 AMPC).

PRAYER

Dear Father, I’m inspired and propelled by your Word; I’m yielded to it, for it’s profitable to me for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness. The Word brings perfection, excellence, distinction and quality into my spirit, and with joy, I draw from all the blessings of Christ inherent in the deep recesses of my spirit, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

왕국은 당신의 것입니다

The Kingdom Is Yours

“적은 무리여 무서워 말라 너희 아버지께서 그 나라를 너희에게 주시기를 기뻐하시느니라”(눅 12:32)

오늘의 본문 구절에서 예수님이 하신 말씀이 얼마나 심오한지요! 그러나 예수님이 그 말씀을 하셨을 때, 그분은 새로운 피조물에 대해 말씀하신 것이 아닙니다. 하나님은 거듭난 당신에게 왕국을 “주실 예정이지” 않습니다. 왕국은 당신의 것이기 때문입니다. 당신은 왕국에서 태어났습니다. 당신은 왕국의 상속자입니다. 이는 왕국이 당신에게 속했다는 뜻입니다. 왕국은 예수님께 속했고 당신은 예수님과 함께 하는 공동 상속자이기 때문입니다.

요한복음 16:15에서 예수님이 말씀하신 내용을 기억하십시오. “무릇 아버지께 있는 것은 다 내 것이라…” 여기에는 하나님의 왕국도 포함됩니다. 예수님은 이 땅에 사시는 동안 왕국의 삶을 사셨고, 그로 인해 당대의 사람들에게 신비가 되었습니다. 그분은 다른 차원에서 사셨습니다. 그분의 말과 행동은 그들이 이해하는 것과 달랐습니다

만일 왕국이 당신의 것이라면 당신이 무엇을 더 필요로 하겠습니까? 예수님은 누가복음 17:21에서 이렇게 말씀하셨습니다. “… 하나님의 나라는 너희 안에 있느니라.” 그분은 “네가 왕국을 운반하는 것을 보라. 네가 왕국 안에 있기만 한 것이 아니다. 왕국이 네 안에 있다!”고 말씀하셨습니다. 왕국이 당신 안에 있다면, 그 왕국의 모든 보화, 재물, 광채, 영광도 당신 안에 있다는 뜻입니다.

당신이 왜 부족이나 결핍, 필요의 사고방식을 가져서는 안 되는지 아시겠습니까? 그분이 “만물이 다 너희 것임이라”(고전 3:21)고 말씀하신 것은 당연합니다. 하나님이 원하시는 바는 당신이 왕국으로부터 사는 것입니다. 왕국의 삶을 살고 왕국의 영광과 확장을 추구하십시오.

왕국은 내 안에 있으므로 그 왕국의 모든 보화, 재물, 광채, 영광도 내 안에 있습니다! 나는 왕국으로부터 살고, 왕국의 삶을 살며, 왕국의 영광과 확장을 추구합니다. 오늘 나는 성령의 능력으로 성공, 번영, 승리, 건강, 능력을 보고 선포합니다! 아멘.

THE KINGDOM IS YOURS

Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom (Luke 12:32).

What a profound statement made by Jesus in the verse above! However, when He said it, He wasn’t addressing the new creation. God isn’t “going to give” the Kingdom to you that are born again; the Kingdom is yours. You were born into the Kingdom; you’re an heir of the Kingdom. The Kingdom belongs to you, because it belongs to Jesus and you’re a joint-heir with Him.

Recall what He said in John 16:15: “All things that the Father hath are mine…”; that includes the Kingdom. Jesus lived the life of the Kingdom while He was on earth, and that made Him a mystery to the people of His day. He lived on a different plane.

His words and actions were different from what they understood.

The Kingdom is your beloved country, the city Abraham was looking for. The Bible says, “By faith he sojourned in the land of promise, as in a strange country, dwelling in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise: For he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and

maker is God” (Hebrews 11:9-10).

Now, if the Kingdom is yours, what could you possibly be in need of? Jesus said in Luke 17:21, “… behold, the kingdom of God is within you.” He said, “SEE that you carry the Kingdom; you’re not just in the Kingdom; the Kingdom is in you!” If the Kingdom is in you, then it means all the treasures, riches, splendour and glories of the Kingdom are also in you.

Can you see why you should never have a mentality of lack, want and need? No wonder He said, “…all things are yours” (1 Corinthians 3:21). What God wants is that you live from the Kingdom; live the Kingdom life and seek its glory and expansion.

CONFESSION

The Kingdom is in me; therefore, all the treasures, riches, splendour and glories of the Kingdom are also in me! I live from the Kingdom and live the Kingdom-life, seeking its glory and expansion. Today, I see and declare success, prosperity, victory, health and strength, by the power of the Holy Ghost! Amen.
