찬양의 삶
A Life Of Praise
“해 돋는 데에서부터 해 지는 데에까지 여호와의 이름이 찬양을 받으시리로다”(시 113:3)
당신이 그리스도 안에서 진정 누구인지 알게 된다면 당신의 삶은 찬양으로 가득 차게 될 것입니다. 당신의 기도 시간은 하나님의 임재 안에서 찬양과 감동의 시간이 될 것입니다. 잠시 생각해 보십시오. 주님께서 이미 당신에게 주지 않으신 것 중에 당신이 필요한 것이 있겠습니까? 절대 있을 수 없습니다!
성경은 말합니다. “자기 아들을 아끼지 아니하시고 우리 모든 사람을 위하여 내주신 이가 어찌 그 아들과 함께 모든 것을 우리에게 주시지 아니하겠느냐”(롬 8:32). 그분은 당신에게 그 무엇도 아끼지 않으십니다. 그래서 바울은 고린도전서 3:21에서 “그런즉 누구든지 사람을 자랑하지 말라 만물이 다 너희 것임이라”고 말했습니다.
그리고 베드로후서 1:3은 말합니다. “그의 신성의 능력이 생명과 경건에 속한 모든 것을 우리에게 주심에 따라…” 이 구절이 진리라면 평생 동안 그분을 찬양하는 것보다 더 중요한 일이 무엇이겠습니까? 기도와 중보도 감사와 찬양으로 가득 찬 마음으로 해야 합니다. 당신이 그분의 뜻을 이루기 위해 그분의 편에 서 있다는 것을 알기 때문입니다.
하나님을 찬양하는 법을 배우십시오. 도전적인 상황 가운데서도 그분을 찬양하십시오. 열정적으로 찬양하는 사람이 되십시오. 바울과 실라를 기억하십니까? 그들은 거짓 고발을 당하고, 옷이 벗겨지고, 매 맞고, 가장 감시가 심한 감옥에 갇혔습니다(행 16:19-24). 그러나 성경은 그들이 한밤중에 열렬히 찬양했다고 말합니다. “한밤중에 바울과 실라가 기도하고 하나님을 찬송하매 죄수들이 듣더라 이에 갑자기 큰 지진이 나서 옥터가 움직이고 문이 곧 다 열리며 모든 사람의 매인 것이 다 벗어진지라”(행 16:25-26).
지금 당신을 힘들게 하는 일은 무엇이든지 잊어버리고 열렬히 하나님을 찬양하십시오. 그분이 얼마나 위대하시고 사랑이신지 고백하고 그분께 찬양과 경배의 노래를 부르십시오. 그분이 은혜로우시고, 친절하시고, 의로우시고, 거룩하시고, 신실하시고, 늘 참되신 것에 대해 당신이 있는 바로 그곳에서 주님을 기뻐하십시오. 당신의 마음이 오늘 그리고 항상 그분에 대한 찬양으로 가득하게 하십시오. 할렐루야!
기도
사랑하는 아버지, 당신께서 내 인생에 행하신 모든 일에 감사드립니다. 나와 내가 사랑하는 사람들을 향한 당신의 사랑과 자비와 은혜에 감사드립니다. 나에게 허락하신 모든 승리에 감사합니다. 당신은 모든 선한 일에 대한 나의 공급자이시며, 그 무엇보다도 위대하십니다. 지금도 당신의 영광은 내 안에 그리고 내 주변에 나타납니다. 나는 내 삶에 있는 당신의 임재에 영원히 감사드립니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

A LIFE OF PRAISE
From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same the LORD’s name is to be praised (Psalm 113:3).
When you come to know who you really are in Christ, your life will be full of praise. Your times of prayer will be times of praise and excitement in the presence of God. Think for a moment: what could you possibly be in need of that the Lord hasn’t already granted you? Absolutely nothing!
The Bible says, “For God has proved his love by giving us his greatest treasure, the gift of his Son. And since God freely offered him up as the sacrifice for us all, he certainly won’t withhold from us anything else he has to give” (Romans 8:32 TPT). He isn’t withholding anything from you. That’s why Paul said in 1 Corinthians 3:21, “…all things are yours.”
Then 2 Peter 1:3 says, “According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness….” Since this is true, what more, therefore, than to praise Him all your life! Even your prayer and intercession should be with a heart full of gratitude and praise because you know you’re siding with Him to cause His will to be established.
Learn to praise God. In the midst of challenges, praise Him. Be a wild praiser. Remember Paul and Silas? They were falsely accused, stripped, beaten and thrown into a maximum-security dungeon (Acts 16:19-24). But the Bible tells us that at midnight, they went wild with praise: “And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them. And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one’s bands were loosed” (Acts 16:25-26).
Even now, forget about whatever may seem to trouble you and praise God lavishly. Tell Him how great and loving He is; sing songs of praise and adoration to Him. Celebrate the Lord right there where you are, for He’s gracious and kind, righteous, holy, faithful and ever true. Let your heart be full of praise to Him, not just today, but always. Hallelujah!
PRAYER
Dear Father, I thank you for all you’ve done in my life; I thank you for your love, mercy and grace towards me and my loved ones. Thank you for all the victories you’ve granted me. You’re my provider, the supplier of all good things, and you’re greater than all. Even now, your glory is revealed in me, and around me.
I’m eternally grateful for your presence in my life, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
