말씀이 당신의 생명입니다
The Word Is Your Life

“너희가 거듭난 것은 썩어질 씨로 된 것이 아니요 썩지 아니할 씨로 된 것이니 살아 있고 항상 있는 하나님의 말씀으로 되었느니라”(벧전 1:23)

그리스도인은 하나님께로부터 태어났다고 말할 때, 그것은 실제로 하나님께서 말씀으로 낳으셨다고 말하는 것입니다. 그리스도인은 말씀의 자녀입니다. 할렐루야. 그것이 오늘 우리가 본문 구절에서 읽는 내용입니다. 사도 야고보는 야고보서 1:18에서 동일한 진리를 말하고 있습니다. “그가 그 피조물 중에 우리로 한 첫 열매가 되게 하시려고 자기의 뜻을 따라 진리의 말씀으로 우리를 낳으셨느니라”

그러고 나서 바울은 최고조에 이르러 우리를 그리스도의 편지(말씀)이라고 부릅니다. “너희는 우리로 말미암아 나타난 그리스도의 편지니 이는 먹으로 쓴 것이 아니요 오직 살아 계신 하나님의 영으로 쓴 것이며 또 돌판에 쓴 것이 아니요 오직 육의 마음판에 쓴 것이라”(고후 3:3) 이 구절이 의미하는 바는 무엇입니까? 당신이 말씀과 동일한 생명을 가지고 있다는 뜻입니다. 하나님의 말씀이 당신의 근원이기 때문입니다. 모든 생명이 있는 것은 살아가기 위해 반드시 자신의 근원과 연결되어 있어야 합니다.

사람의 몸은 흙으로 만들어졌으므로 사람은 땅에서 재배한 것들을 먹어야 살 수 있습니다. 그러나 사람은 영적인 존재입니다. 사람의 영은 하나님의 영으로부터 말미암았고 하나님의 말씀으로 창조되었습니다. 그러므로 당신이 제대로 살아가기 위해서는 하나님의 말씀을 반드시 지속적으로 먹어야 합니다. 누가복음 4:4에서 주 예수님이 말씀하셨습니다. “기록된 바 사람이 떡으로만 살 것이 아니라 하였느니라” 사도행전 20:32은 이렇게 말합니다. “지금 내가 여러분을 주와 및 그 은혜의 말씀에 부탁하노니 그 말씀이 여러분을 능히 든든히 세우사 거룩하게 하심을 입은 모든 자 가운데 기업이 있게 하시리라”

당신은 말씀을 통해 매일 승리의 삶을 훈련합니다. 상황과 관계없이 당신은 항상 승리합니다. 주님은 이사야서 55:11에서 말씀하셨습니다. “내 입에서 나가는 말도 이와 같이 헛되이 내게로 되돌아오지 아니하고 나의 기뻐하는 뜻을 이루며 내가 보낸 일에 형통함이니라” 당신의 삶을 말씀으로 가꾸고 조정하십시오. 지속적으로 영광에서 영광으로 성장하십시오.

사랑하는 아버지, 나는 그리스도 안에서 나의 참된 본성, 정체성, 근원, 유업을 보여주는 당신의 말씀에 내 자신을 내어드립니다. 나는 보이지 않는 그리스도와 그분의 영광의 빛을 나타내는 자입니다. 주께서 그러하심과 같이 나도 이 세상에서 그러합니다. 나의 생각을 말씀으로 가꾸고 조정할 때 나는 변화됩니다. 나는 증가하는 영광을 경험합니다. 할렐루야!

THE WORD IS YOUR LIFE

Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever (1 Peter 1:23).

When we say the Christian is born of God, we’re actually saying he’s born of the Word; he’s the Word’s offspring. That’s what we read in our opening verse. The Apostle James stated the same truth in James 1:18, saying, “Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures.”

Then Paul took it to a climax and calls us the epistle (Word) of Christ: “Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart” (2 Corinthians 3:3). What does this mean? It means you don’t have a life that’s separate from the Word. This is so because the Word of God is your source, and every living thing must be connected to its source to live.

Man’s body was made from the dust of the ground; so, man has to feed on cultivations from the ground to survive. Man, however, is a spirit, and the spirit of man came from God’s Spirit, and was created with the Word of God. Therefore, you must continuall feed on God’s Word to truly live. The Lord Jesus said in Luke 4:4, “…It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.” Acts 20:32 says, “And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified.”

Through the Word, you condition your life for victory every day, such that no matter the circumstances, you’re always triumphant. In Isaiah 55:11, the Lord says, “So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.” Culture and regulate your life with the Word and keep growing from glory to glory.

CONFESSION
Dear Father, I’m yielded to your Word which reflects my true nature, identity, origin and heritage in Christ. I’m the expression of the unseen Christ, the brightness of His glory. As He is, so am I in this world; and as I culture and regulate my mind with the Word, I’m transformed; I experience ever-increasing glory. Hallelujah!

“그러므로 아들이 너희를 자유롭게 하면 너희가 참으로 자유로우리라”(요 8:36)

많은 사람들이 예수님께서 말씀하신 오늘의 본문 구절이 그리스도인들에게 한 말이 아니었다는 것을 깨닫지 못합니다. 그리스도인들은 자유롭게 된 것이 아니고 앞으로도 자유로워지지 않을 것입니다. 정확히 무엇이나 누구로부터 자유로워지는 것입니까? 그리스도인은 새로운 피조물입니다. 그리스도인은 예수 그리스도의 부활로 말미암아 태어났으므로 부활의 생명을 가지고 있습니다. 그리스도인은 하나님의 의와 임재 안에서 자유롭게 태어났습니다. 할렐루야! 고린도후서 5:17은 말합니다. “그런즉 누구든지 그리스도 안에 있으면 새로운 피조물이라 이전 것은 지나갔으니 보라 새 것이 되었도다”

그러나 말씀에 대한 무지로 인해 일부 그리스도인들은 여전히 “구출에 대한 사고방식”을 가지고 있습니다. 이 사고방식은 항상 속박에서 자유로워지는 것을 갈망합니다. 그러나 그리스도인은 “구출”을 필요로 하지 않습니다. 이것을 이해하십시오. 온 세상은 예수 그리스도의 죽음을 통해 구원받았고 구출되었습니다. 그리스도께서 죽으셨을 때, 그분은 모든 사람을 위해 죽으셨습니다. 하나님께서 그분을 죽음으로부터 일으키셨을 때, 그분은 모든 사람을 위해 일어나셨습니다. 그것은 구원의 합법적인 측면입니다.

구원은 로마서 10:9에 따라, 오직 예수님의 주되심을 선포하는 사람의 삶에서 중요한 실재가 됩니다. 그 순간, 그는 거듭나고 인간의 생명이 하나님의 생명과 본성으로 대체되어 빛의 왕국으로 옮겨집니다. 그리스도인은 그런 사람입니다. 그리스도인은 죄나 과거가 없이 하나님의 임재 안에서 새로 태어난 자입니다. 하나님은 문자 그대로 말씀을 통해 당신을 낳으셨습니다.

야고보서 1:8은 말합니다. “그가 그 피조물 중에 우리로 한 첫 열매가 되게 하시려고 자기의 뜻을 따라 진리의 말씀으로 우리를 낳으셨느니라” 베드로전서 1:23은 이렇게 말합니다. “너희가 거듭난 것은 썩어질 씨로 된 것이 아니요 썩지 아니할 씨로 된 것이니 살아 있고 항상 있는 하나님의 말씀으로 되었느니라” 이것이 실재입니다! 당신은 말씀의 생명을 가지고 있기 때문에 사탄 위에 있고 절대 그에게 속박될 수 없습니다. 그러므로 하나님의 말씀 안에 살고 그분 안에 있는 생명을 누리십시오. 그리고 그분께서 당신을 부르신 모습 그대로 되십시오. 할렐루야!

사랑하는 아버지, 내가 어떠한 제한이나 두려움 없이 전적으로 당신을 섬길 수 있도록 성령의 자유 안에서 태어난 것을 감사드립니다. 나는 아버지께서 주신 사탄과 모든 대적에 대한 권세를 담대하게 행사합니다. 그리스도 안에서 당신께 받은 승리의 삶과 오늘 내 안에서 표현되는 당신의 영광에 감사드립니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

BORN FREE—INTO GOD’S PRES

So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed (John 8:36 NIV).

Many don’t realize that the statement above by Jesus wasn’t to Christians; the Christian wasn’t set free or isn’t going to be set free. Set free from what or from who exactly? The Christian is a new creation; he came from the resurrection of Jesus Christ; therefore, he has the resurrection life. He was born-free, into righteousness and the presence of God. Hallelujah! 2 Corinthians 5:17 says, “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.”

However, due to ignorance of the Word, some Christians still have a “deliverance mentality”—the mentality of always wanting to be set free from one bondage or the other; but the Christian doesn’t require “deliverance.” Understand this: The whole world has been saved and delivered by Jesus Christ through His vicarious death. When He died, He died for everybody. When God raised Him from the dead, He was raised for everybody. But that’s the legality of salvation.

Salvation only becomes a vital experience in the life of the one who, in accordance to Romans 10:9, proclaims the Lordship of Jesus. At that moment, he or she is born again and translated into the Kingdom of light, with the human life supplanted by the life and nature of God. That’s who the Christian is. He’s born anew without sin, without a past, into the presence of God! God literally gave birth to you, through the Word.

James 1:18 says, “Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth….” 1 Peter 1:23 says, “Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth forever.” This is the reality! You’re superior to Satan and could never be in bondage to him because you have the life of the Word. Therefore, live in God’s Word and enjoy your life in Him, and be all that He’s called you to be. Hallelujah!

PRAYER
Dear Father, I thank you for the joy of being born into the liberty of the Spirit to serve you unreservedly, without any form of restrictions, limitations or fear. I boldly exercise the authority you’ve given me over Satan and all the powers of the enemy. Thank you for the life of victory you’ve given me in Christ and your glory which is manifested in me today, in the Name of Jesus. Amen.

His Divine Headquarters

“…하나님이 그들로 하여금 이 비밀의 영광이 이방인 가운데 얼마나 풍성한지를 알게 하려 하심이라 이 비밀은 너희 안에 계신 그리스도시니 곧 영광의 소망이니라”(골 1:27)

성령님은 모든 능력의 전형이시고, 그분의 충만함으로 당신 안에 사십니다. 어떤 사람들이 이해하고 있는 것과는 달리, 성령님은 당신에게 그분의 일부 만을 주기 위해 오신 분이 아닙니다. 고린도전서 3:16은 말합니다. “너희는 너희가 하나님의 성전인 것과 하나님의 성령이 너희 안에 계시는 것을 알지 못하느냐” 여기서 사도 바울은 단호하게 표현합니다. 당신은 하나님의 성전이며 하나님의 영이 당신 안에 사십니다.

당신 안에 사는 이 놀랍고 훌륭한 성령님은 누구십니까? 그분은 하나님의 임재와 축복을 전달하는 분이십니다. 구약에서 그분은 “하나님의 임재의 천사”로 불렸습니다(사 63:9). 그분은 하나님이 원하시는 곳은 어디에서나 하나님의 임재와 능력을 나타내는 분이십니다. 이 놀랍고 무한한 하나님이 당신 안에 살고 있다는 사실을 생각해보십시오! 그 사실이 당신을 하나님을 운반하는 자로 만듭니다. 당신은 신성함의 본부입니다! 할렐루야!

이는 영광의 소망이신 그리스도가 당신 안에 계시기 때문에 당신의 삶은 오직 영광과 탁월함이라는 의미입니다. 당신 안에 계신 성령님은 영광, 탁월함, 힘, 승리, 기쁨, 평안, 번영 및 축복을 의미합니다! 하나님의 말씀은 지식과 확신을 통해 역사하므로 항상 이것을 주장하십시오. 그리고 자주 크게 선포하십시오. “성령님이 내 안에 계십니다. 그분은 나의 온 존재에 활기를 북돋아 주십니다. 그분은 나의 생명이며, 내가 항상 기뻐하고 내 삶을 향한 하나님의 계획을 영광스럽게 성취하기 위해 필요한 전부이십니다. 할렐루야!”

성령님은 그저 구약시대에 그분께서 하나님의 백성들에게 임하셨던 것처럼 당신에게 오지 않으셨습니다. 그분은 당신 안에 들어오셨고, 당신을 이 땅에서의 그분의 사역의 본부로 삼으셨습니다. 그분의 모든 영광, 위엄, 통치, 지혜, 힘으로 그분은 당신 안에 살아 계셔서 당신을 통해 당신 주위의 모든 것들과 사람들을 축복하십니다. 그분은 이 땅과 사람들의 심령에 하나님의 의를 세우십니다. 당신을 통해 그분은 하나님의 사랑을 표현할 수 있습니다. 당신이 이 땅에서 그분의 날들을 이어가고 있기 때문입니다. 당신은 그분께 환영 받을 뿐만 아니라 그분과 하나입니다(고전 6:17). 하나님을 영원히 찬양합니다!

기도
복되신 아버지, 그분의 충만함으로 내 안에 살아 계시는 성령님으로 인해 감사합니다. 나를 이 땅의 본부로 삼아 주시니 감사합니다. 나는 내 안에 있는 당신의 영광스러운 임재를 인식하고 그 유익을 누립니다. 나는 그리스도 안에 있는 내 운명을 성취합니다. 나는 하나님의 영광과 지혜와 탁월함을 나타내며 의의 열매를 맺습니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

HIS DIVINE HEADQUARTERS

To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory (Colossians 1:27).

The Holy Spirit is the embodiment of all power, and He lives in you in His fullness. He didn’t come in a measure to give you a part of Himself, contrary to the understanding that some people have. 1 Corinthians 3:16 says, “Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?” Here, the Apostle Paul is emphatic: you’re the temple of God and the Spirit of God lives in you.

But who is this awesome, wonderful Holy Spirit that lives in you? He’s the conveyor of the presence and blessings of God. In the Old Testament, He’s called the “angel of God’s presence” (Isaiah 63:9). He’s the One that manifests God’s presence and His power wherever God wants it. Think about the fact that this awesome infinite personality of the Godhead lives in you! That makes you a God-carrying vessel; divinity’s headquarters! Hallelujah!

This means that in your life, it’s glory and excellence only, because Christ in you, is the hope of glory; the Holy Spirit in you means glory, excellence, strength, victory, joy, peace, prosperity and blessings in your life! Affirm this always, because the power of the Word of God works through knowledge and affirmation. Every so often, say aloud, “The Holy Spirit lives in me. He has vitalized every fibre of my being; He’s my life and everything I need to live joyfully always, and fulfil God’s plan for my life gloriously.” Hallelujah!

The Holy Spirit didn’t merely come upon you as He did on God’s people in the Old Testament, He came into you to make you the headquarters of His operations in the earth. He lives in you in all His glory, majesty, dominion, wisdom and strength. And through you, He blesses everything and everyone around you; He establishes the righteousness of God in the earth and in the hearts of men. Through you, He’s able to express His love, because you’re His extension in the earth; you hail from Him and are one with Him (1 Corinthians 6:17). Praise God for evermore!

PRAYER
Blessed Father, I thank you for the Holy Spirit who lives in me in His fullness, making me the headquarters of your operations in the earth. I’m conscious, and take advantage of your glorious presence in me, and declare that I fulfil my destiny in Christ, demonstrating the glory, wisdom and excellence of divinity, bearing fruits of righteousness, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

The Word Of His Grace

“지금 내가 여러분을 주와 및 그 은혜의 말씀에 부탁하노니 그 말씀이 여러분을 능히 든든히 세우사 거룩하게 하심을 입은 모든 자 가운데 기업이 있게 하시리라”(행 20:32)

하나님의 말씀은 단순히 역사나 이야기 모음집이 아니라, 하나님께서 얘기하시는 것입니다. 그리고 그분의 말씀은 우리의 “지금” 삶과 연결되어 있으며 삶을 짓는 재료입니다. 성경을 공부해보면, “따라서 주님께서 말씀하셨다”고 하지 않고, “따라서 주님께서 이르시되(말씀하신다)”라고 말씀하는 구절을 자주 보게 될 것입니다. 그것은 주님의 말씀이 오늘날의 당신과 지금 상황을 위한 것이라는 의미입니다. 그분의 말씀은 그 자체로 효과적이며, 당신을 세우고 당신의 삶을 변화시킵니다.

오늘의 본문 구절에서 읽은 내용은 하나님의 말씀의 탈바꿈하고 변화시키는 능력에 대한 바울의 생각과 확신입니다. 말씀은 당신의 영에 담대함과 탁월함과 다스림을 불어넣습니다. 지금까지 소심했던 사람이 하나님의 말씀을 공부하는데 스스로를 내어드린다면, 그 소심함은 능력과 사랑과 건전한 생각의 영으로 대체될 것입니다. 그것이 하나님의 말씀의 능력입니다. 모든 하나님의 말씀이 능력으로 충만하지만, 사도 바울은 사람의 영을 세우고 삶을 변화시키는 것은 결국 하나님의 은혜의 말씀이라는 것에 대해 확신했습니다.

하나님의 은혜의 말씀은 그리스도와 우리를 대신한 속량 사역에 대한 말씀입니다. 우리가 오늘날 어떤 자이고, 무엇을 가지고 있고, 어디에 있는지는 그분의 죽음과 장사됨과 부활의 결과입니다. 그것이 당신을 영적으로, 정신적으로, 육신적으로, 재정적으로, 감정적으로 세워주며 당신이 삶의 모든 분야에서 번영하도록 만듭니다. 할렐루야!

말씀을 공부하는 일에 자신을 내어드리십시오. 말씀을 묵상하고 숙고하십시오. 그렇게 할 때, 성령님께서 우리의 영적 왕국과 생명에 대한 신비와 비밀들에 대한 통찰력을 주실 것입니다. 또한 그분은 당신 안에 있는 말씀이 활성화시키고 삶의 모든 영역에서 번영이 넘치게 하실 것입니다(딤전 4:15).

기도
사랑하는 아버지, 나는 위대함과 승리의 삶을 위해 지어지고, 세워지고, 활력을 얻고, 강건해지도록 당신의 말씀에 스스로를 내어드립니다. 당신의 말씀과 성령의 사역을 통해 나의 영적, 육신적, 정신적, 감정적, 재정적 성장은 의심의 여지없이 분명합니다. 주님의 이름에 찬양과 영광을 돌리도록 내 삶의 모든 분야에 넘치는 번영이 있습니다. 아멘.

THE WORD OF HIS GRACE

And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified (Acts 20:32).

The Word of God is more than history or a compilation of stories; the Word of God is God talking. And what He says is relevant in the “now” of our lives, and it’s the material with which we build our lives. As you study the Scriptures, you’d often come across the phrase, “Thus saith (says) the Lord”; not, “Thus said the Lord.” “Thus says the Lord” means the Word of the Lord is for you today and for your situation—now; it’s efficacious in itself and by itself to build you and transform your life.

What we read in our theme verse was Paul’s cogitations and conviction about the transforming and translational power of God’s Word. The Word infuses boldness, excellence and dominion into your spirit. If the one who is hitherto timid would give himself to the study of God’s Word, that timidity would be replaced with the spirit of power, love and a sound mind. That’s the power of God’s Word. However, even though every Word from God is full of power, the Apostle Paul was definite as to what builds your spirit and transforms your life: it’s “the Word of God’s grace.”

The Word of His grace is His Word about Christ, His redemptive work in our behalf; who we are today, what we have and where we are today, as a result of His death, burial and resurrection. That’s what builds you spiritually, mentally, physically, financially, emotionally, and also causes you to prosper in other areas of your life. Hallelujah!

Give yourself to the study of the Word; contemplate and contrive the Word in meditation. As you do, the Holy Spirit will grant you insight into the mysteries and secrets of life and of our spiritual Kingdom. The Church Is Taking Over

“바람이 임의로 불매 네가 그 소리는 들어도 어디서 와서 어디로 가는지 알지 못하나니 성령으로 난 사람도 다 그러하니라”(요 3:8)

온 세상에 퍼지고 있는 메시지가 있습니다. 그것은 수년 전에 전해진 “잠든 거인”에 대한 예언적 메시지입니다. 세상 사람들은 어딘가에 “잠든 거인”이 있다는 것을 알게 되었고 모든 나라들을 주시했습니다. 그들은 열심히 이에 대해 논의했고 그 거인이 누구인지 확인하기 위해 다양한 국가들을 확인해 보려고 노력했습니다. 그러나 그 어떤 나라도 설명에 딱 들어맞지 않았습니다.

세상은 그 거인이 다른 사람의 고통으로 인해 일어나게 될 것이라는 말을 들었기 때문에, 어떤 나라에서 무슨 일이 벌어질 때마다 광분합니다. 그들은 어떤 종류의 고통이 이 “잠든 거인”을 깨울지 궁금해합니다. 그러한 일들은 강한 신호를 보내는 메시지이므로, 전 세계 최고 수준의 정보국 사람들이 이 거인의 출현을 경계하며 기다리고 있습니다.

그러나 이 “잠든 거인”은 UN에 속한 국가들 중 하나가 아닙니다. 그것은 바로 예수 그리스도의 교회입니다! 하나님께 영광 드립니다! 수년 동안 진실로 교회는 잠든 것처럼 보였습니다. 그러나 더 이상은 아닙니다. 교회는 장악하고 있습니다. 세상은 이에 대해 잘 모를 수도 있지만, 곧 알게 될 것입니다.

THE CHURCH HAS AWAKENED

The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit (John 3:8).

There’s a message that’s reverberating throughout the world; it’s the prophetic word that was given many years ago about the “sleeping giant.” The world has heard that there’s a “sleeping giant” somewhere in the world, and every nation has been on the alert. They’ve discussed this at the highest levels; they’ve tried everything to assess various nations to ascertain who this giant is, but no nation fits the descriptions.

Every time something happens in any nation, the world gets in a frenzy, because they were told that the “sleeping giant” will arise from the distress of others. So, they wonder what kind of distress would awaken this “sleeping giant.” It’s a message with a strong signal; and intelligence officials at the highest levels around the world are alert and waiting for the emergence of this giant.

But you see, this ‘sleeping giant’ isn’t one of the countries in the United Nations, no; it’s the Church of Jesus Christ! Glory to God! Truly, for many years, it seemed the Church was sleeping. But it’s not so anymore; the Church has awakened. The world may not know it, but they’ll find out soon.

Our theme scripture says, “The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth….” The Church is a mystery, and we’re unstoppable! The Church is the greatest nation on earth, with the power and glory to tame this world. This isn’t something to try to figure out with your brain; you can only relate with this truth with your spirit. When you look at the things happening in, with, and through the Church in different nations of the world today, you’d know that indeed, the Church is taking over, and the gates of hell can’t prevail. Glory to God!

CONFESSION
The Church is marching on, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. Christians around the world are encouraged and fortified to stand strong and tall for the message of the Gospel, against every adversity and adversary, establishing the kingdom of heaven in all the nations of the world, to the glory of God, the Father! Hallelujah!

Refuse Pride

“그러나 더욱 큰 은혜를 주시나니 그러므로 일렀으되 하나님이 교만한 자를 물리치시고 겸손한 자에게 은혜를 주신다 하였느니라”(약 4:6)

교만은 심령 안에 있는 것이기 때문에 사람의 교만함을 판단하기는 어렵습니다. 오직 하나님의 말씀만이 인간의 심령에 있는 교만을 진단할 수 있습니다. 당신이 하나님의 말씀을 공부하거나 묵상하거나 듣는다면, 말씀은 당신의 심령 안에 무엇이 있는지를 “엑스레이 촬영”을 하듯 보여줄 것입니다. 만약 당신의 심령에 교만이나 옳지 않은 것이 있다면, 말씀은 당신이 필요한 변화를 만들어 낼 수 있도록 그것을 알려줄 것입니다.

성경은 말합니다. “하나님의 말씀은 살아 있고 활력이 있어 좌우에 날선 어떤 검보다도 예리하여 혼과 영과 및 관절과 골수를 찔러 쪼개기까지 하며 또 마음의 생각과 뜻을 판단하나니”(히 4:12) 하나님의 말씀은 생각과 의도를 분별합니다. 사무엘상 16:7은 이렇게 말합니다. “사람은 외모를 보거니와 나 여호와는 중심을 보느니라 하시더라”

누군가가 당신을 교만하다고 비판할 때까지 기다리지 마십시오. 말씀을 사용하여 스스로를 살펴보십시오. 성경을 공부하면서, 말씀은 교만에 대해 어떻게 묘사하고 있는지, 하나님께서 교만하다고 말씀하신 사람들의 행동은 무엇이었는지 보십시오. 성경은 역대하 26:16, 32:25, 에스겔 28:5, 17에서 “그의 마음이 교만하여”라고 말하고 있습니다. 잠언 6:17에 나오는 “교만한 눈”과 잠언 21:4이 말하는 “눈이 높은 것과 마음이 교만한 것”은 모두 하나님께서 죄라고 말씀하시는 것들입니다.

REFUSE PRIDE

But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble (James 4:6).

Sometimes, it’s difficult to tell when people are proud, because pride is of the heart. Only God’s Word can diagnose pride in the heart of a man. As you study, meditate or listen to God’s Word; it “x-rays” your heart to reveal what’s therein. If there’s pride or something that’s not right, the Word will reveal it for you to make the necessary changes.

The Bible says, “For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart” (Hebrews 4:12). God’s Word discerns the thoughts and intents of the heart. In 1 Samuel 16:7, it says, “…man looketh on the outward appearance, but the LORD looketh on the heart.”

Don’t wait for someone to accuse you of being proud. Use the Word to examine yourself. Study the Scriptures and see what’s described as pride; behaviours of men and women that God referred to as proud, and expressions of pride with terms as, “his heart was lifted up” (2 Chronicles 26:16; 32:25; Ezekiel 28:5,17). A proud look (Proverbs 6:17), and also Proverbs 21:4 that talks about “An high look, and a proud heart…” both of which God says are sin.

Fight to remain humble. Use the right words on people; gracious and loving words. Emulate Jesus. The Bible says in spite of His glory, majesty and greatness, He “Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.” (Philippians 2:5-8). Hallelujah!

PRAYER
Precious Father, I receive your Word today into my spirit, gladly, and I thank you for the transformation it brings to my life. The humility of Christ is evident in my thoughts, communication and actions, thereby causing your grace to increase in my life for greater glory, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

DIVINELY FAVOURED AND POSITIONED

And Elisha said unto her, What shall I do for thee? tell me, what hast thou in the house? And she said, Thine handmaid hath not any thing in the house, save a pot of oil (2 Kings 4:2).

There’re those who have become despondent because they lost their job or because their business took a tailspin. Being born again, such things shouldn’t affect you. That you lost your job doesn’t mean anything, and the reason you lost the job isn’t so important either. What should matter to you is what we call, “divine positioning.”

Recall what we read about Joseph in our preceding study; he was a slave. He wasn’t receiving a salary, because slaves aren’t paid a salary. But the Bible says, “Joseph was a prosperous man,” even as a slave (Genesis 39:2). He didn’t have to have a salary to be prosperous. He was the seed of Abraham, and that was all that was necessary. He had his dream in front of him, and he knew who he was. He functioned in divine grace. Hallelujah!

There’s no disadvantage for you as a child of God. You’ve been divinely positioned for greatness in life. Romans 8:28 declares, “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.” Nothing happens to you or with you by chance. Where you are right now; that situation in which you find yourself, is where your answer is. Don’t wish you had the capital or anything else.

In our theme verse, Elisha asked the widow, “… what hast thou in the house?” With the little pot of oil she had, she became an oil distributor overnight. Praise God! All the capital you need is in your mind. All the advantage you need is Christ in you. Therefore, look to the Holy Spirit in you; trust Him for guidance and direction and do whatever He tells you. He’ll cause His blessing to come on it, and it’ll blossom beyond your dreams. Hallelujah!

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for the comfort in your Word. You’ve blessed the works of my hands and set me on the path of permanent success and prosperity. I’m flourishing like the cedar in Lebanon. I pray for your children around the world today who are faced with diverse challenges; they prevail by the Spirit, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

고백
나는 하나님의 상속자이며 그리스도와 함께 한 공동 상속자이기 때문에 이 세상의 모든 부는 내게 속합니다. 은과 금이 내 것이고, 뭇 산의 가축이 다 내 것입니다. 그러므로 나는 세상의 그 어떤 것에도 제한 받기를 거절합니다. 나는 하나님의 부와 축복을 다른 사람들에게 막힘없이 전달하는 자입니다. 나는 끝없는 공급에 연결되어 있습니다. 하나님께 영광 드립니다!

YOU ARE BOUNDLESS

And he said unto them, Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man’s life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth (Luke 12:15).

In Genesis 37, we read how Joseph’s brothers plotted against him and sold him into slavery. As a slave in the house of Potiphar, Joseph could have been whining and crying, bitter about what his brothers did to him. His complaints would have been valid, in a sense, but he wasn’t going to give any excuse for failure. The Bible says, “And the LORD was with Joseph, and he was a prosperous man; and he was in the house of his master the Egyptian” (Genesis 39:2).

If, while as a slave in the house of Potiphar, Joseph was still prosperous, then it means true prosperity isn’t about money. Therefore, your prosperity shouldn’t be dependent on how much money you have or don’t have; what others owe you or what you have in your bank account; your prosperity is in your heart. Someone says, “I would never have been in this terrible financial situation if not that someone I loaned money has refused to pay me back.” No; don’t think or talk like that. No amount of money could ever be taken from you, enough to make you broke or poor. You’re an heir of God, a joint-heir with Christ; plugged to a supply that never runs dry.

When you lend out money, if they pay you back, praise God; but the moment you give it out, rise above it. You are boundless. Jesus said in Luke 6:35, “…love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil.” He’s getting your attention on something higher: God’s wealth is your wealth. You’re only a conduit—a free-flowing conduit—for passing it to others. Your flow can’t be blocked. So, in your life, with regard to your financial prosperity, focus on the Lord as your source. Glory to God!

CONFESSION
All the wealth in this world belongs to me, for I’m an heir of God and a joint-heir with Christ. The silver and the gold are mine, including the cattle upon a thousand hills. Translated Into The Kingdom Of His Love-Son

“우리로 하여금 빛 가운데서 성도의 기업의 부분을 얻기에 합당하게 하신 아버지께 감사하게 하시기를 원하노라 그가 우리를 흑암의 권세에서 건져내사 그의 사랑의 아들의 나라로 옮기셨으니”(골 1:12-13)

오늘의 본문 구절은 아버지께서 우리를 빛 가운데서 성도의 기업을 얻기에 합당하도록 만드셨다는 것과 흑암의 권세에서 “건져내셨다”는 것을 선포합니다. 그러고 나서 더욱 최고조에 이르는 부분은 성령께서 “그의 사랑의 아들의 나라로 옮기셨으니”라고 말씀하시는 구절입니다. 얼마나 심오한지요!

하나님께서 우리를 흑암의 권세에서 구출하기만 하셨더라도 충분히 좋았을 것입니다. 그러나 한 단계 더 나아가, 그분의 사랑의 아들의 왕국으로 우리를 옮기기까지 하신 것은 너무나 대단한 일입니다. 그러나 안타깝게도 이 영광스러운 진리에도 불구하고, 어떤 그리스도인들은 무지로 인해 여전히 사탄으로부터 구출되기를 원하고 있습니다. “알다시피, 사탄은 실제로 존재해요. 그래서 나를 위해 기도해주고 나를 구해줄 강력한 하나님의 사람이 필요해요.”라고 말하는 사람처럼 말입니다. 그렇지 않습니다! 진정으로 거듭난 사람이라면, 그 누구도 사탄으로부터 구출될 필요가 없습니다. 사탄은 이미 패배한 원수입니다. 당신은 자신이 열심히 기도했거나 누군가가 당신을 위해 기도해 주었기 때문에 어둠의 권세에서 벗어난 것이 아닙니다. 그것은 그리스도께서 하신 일의 결과입니다. 당신을 대신한 그리스도의 속량 사역을 받아들이고 그분의 주되심을 고백하는 순간, 당신에 대한 사탄의 지배는 끝났습니다.

TRANSLATED INTO THE KINGDOM OF HIS LOVE SON

Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son (Colossians 1:12-13).

In the above verses, the Word declares that the Father not only qualified us to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light, but also “delivered” us from the power of darkness. Then, it gets climactic where the Spirit says the Father “…hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son.” How profound!

It would have been good enough if He only delivered us from the jurisdiction of darkness; but to go the extra step of transferring us into the Kingdom of His Love Son, is absolutely transcendent. But sadly, in spite of this glorious truth, some Christians, out of ignorance, still go about seeking deliverance from Satan. Like the fellow who said, “You know, demons are real; I need a powerful man of God to pray for me and deliver me”; no! There’s no true born again person that needs deliverance from Satan. Satan is a defeated foe. You weren’t delivered from the authority of darkness because you prayed hard or because somebody prayed for you; it’s the result of what Christ has done. The moment you accepted the redemptive works of Christ in your behalf, and confessed His Lordship over your life, the dominion of Satan over you was broken.

Recognize your present status, state, and estate. You’re seated together with Christ in the heavenly realms, “Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come” (Ephesians 1:21). Live from that realm of victory, dominion, peace and joy evermore, and rule your world with the authority He’s given you.

PRAYER
Dear heavenly Father, I thank you for transferring me from the kingdom of darkness into the kingdom of your Love Son, Jesus Christ. I live in your presence, and function with the dominion of Christ over darkness, evil powers, demons, and their works. I live the victorious, prosperous and ever-glorious life that I’ve received in Christ, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

“무릇 아버지께 있는 것은 다 내 것이라 그러므로 내가 말하기를 그가 내 것을 가지고 너희에게 알리시리라 하였노라”(요 16:15)

출애굽기 3장에서 하나님께서 모세에게 나타나 이스라엘 백성들을 이집트에서 탈출시키라고 말씀하셨을 때 모세는 주님께 질문했습니다. “내가 이스라엘 자손에게 가서 이르기를 너희의 조상의 하나님이 나를 너희에게 보내셨다 하면 그들이 내게 묻기를 그의 이름이 무엇이냐 하리니 내가 무엇이라고 그들에게 말하리이까”(출 3:13) 다음 14절은 이렇게 말합니다. “하나님이 모세에게 이르시되 나는 스스로 있는 자이니라 또 이르시되 너는 이스라엘 자손에게 이같이 이르기를 스스로 있는 자가 나를 너희에게 보내셨다 하라.”

하나님께서는 “그들에게 이르기를 내 이름은 ‘스스로 있는 자’이다”라고 말씀하지 않으셨습니다. 그것은 그분의 이름이 아니라 그분이 어떤 분인지를 설명할 뿐입니다. 그분은 스스로 공급하시며 스스로 존재하는 분이십니다. 그분은 자신으로부터 모든 것을 창조하셨습니다. 그분은 어떤 일을 하기 위해서 무언가를 필요로 하지 않으십니다. 성경은 말합니다. “만물이 그로 말미암아 지은 바 되었으니 지은 것이 하나도 그가 없이는 된 것이 없느니라”(요 1:3)

하지만 여기서 간과하기 쉬운 중요한 사실은, 하나님이 당신에게 기대하신다는 점입니다. 하나님은 당신이 무엇이 되기를 바라십니까? 그분이 당신을 어떤 존재로 만드셨습니까? 수년 전에 제가 메시지를 전하면서 이런 말을 했습니다. “당신이 어떤 사람이라고 말하지 않는다면, 다른 사람들이 당신이 그런 사람이 아니라고 말할 것입니다. 그러므로 당신은 반드시 당신이 어떤 사람인지 말해야 합니다.” 당신이 어떤 사람인지 말한다는 것이 무슨 의미입니까? 그것은 하나님께서 “나는 스스로 존재하는 자다”라고 말씀하시는 것과 같습니다.

예수님이 왜 그렇게 말씀하셨습니까? 그분은 자신이 누구인지 아셨기 때문입니다. (“나는 스스로 있는 자다”) 그분은 결핍에 대한 의식이 없었습니다. 그분은 우리가 그분과 똑같이 만들어졌다는 것을 이해하기 원하십니다. 우리는 그분을 나타내는 자, 곧 그분의 상징이자 영광입니다! 그분 안에서 당신은 스스로 공급합니다.

고백
나는 하나님의 형상과 모양으로 창조되었습니다. 그러므로 나는 스스로 공급합니다. 그분이 그러하신 것처럼 나도 이 세상에서 그러한 자입니다! 완전한 성공, 승리, 통치, 영광, 의를 위해 내가 필요한 모든 것은 이미 내 안에 있습니다. 나는 오늘 그리고 항상 승리하며 삽니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

SELF-SUFFICIENT IN HIM

All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall shew it unto you (John 16:15).

In Exodus 3, when God appeared to Moses and told him he’d deliver the children of Israel out of Egypt, Moses asked the Lord, “…Indeed, when I come to the children of Israel and say to them, ‘The God of your fathers has sent me to you,’ and they say to me, ‘What is His name?’ what shall I say to them?” (Exodus 3:13 NKJV). In the ensuing verse 14, the Bible says, “Then Moses said to God, Indeed, when I come to the children of Israel and say to them, “The God of your fathers has sent me to you,” and they say to me, “What is His name?” what shall I say to them?”

Notice that He didn’t say, “Tell them, ‘I AM’ is my Name”; that’s not His Name, but a description. He’s the Self-Sufficient and Self-Existent One. He created everything from Himself; He needed no material from anywhere else to do anything. The Bible says, “All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made” (John 1:3).

What’s important here, that’s so easily overlooked, is about what He expects of you. What does He want you to become? What has He made you? Several years ago, I was preaching a message, and I said, “If you don’t say YOU ARE, others will say you’re not; therefore, you have to say YOU ARE.” What does it mean, when you say you are? It’s like God saying, “I AM.”

Remember, you’re created in His image; therefore, like Him, whatever you require will reproduce from within you; not from outside. In our theme verse, Jesus said, “All things that the Father hath are mine…” (John 16:15). This same Jesus delivered everything to us. The Bible says we’re joint-heirs with Him (Romans 8:17). Everything you require for the life of absolute success, victory, dominion, glory and righteousness has already been granted you in Christ.

Why was Jesus the way He was? It’s because He knew who He was (“I AM”); He had no consciousness of lack. He wants us to come to the same understanding that He’s made us exactly like Him. We’re His reflection; icon and glory! In Him, you’re self-sufficient.

CONFESSION
I’m created in God’s image and likeness; therefore, I’m self-sufficient, for as He is, so am I in this world! Everything I require for the life of absolute success, victory, dominion, glory and righteousness are inside me. I live triumphantly today, and always, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
