빛의 자녀
Children Of Light

“너희는 다 빛의 아들이요 낮의 아들이라 우리가 밤이나 어둠에 속하지 아니하나니”(살전 5:5)

오늘의 본문 구절에서 성령님은 사도 바울의 서신서를 통해 그리스도인들에게 말씀하셨습니다. 성령님은 당신에게 말씀하신 것이며, 당신에 대해 직접적으로 설명하신 것입니다. 그분은 당신을 빛이라고 하십니다! 당신은 하나님께로부터 났으며, 그분의 말씀으로부터 났습니다. 그분의 말씀은 빛이므로 당신은 빛의 자녀입니다.

성령님은 에베소서 5:8(한글킹제임스)에서 동일한 생각을 나타내셨습니다. “너희가 한때는 어두움이었으나 이제는 주 안에서 빛이니 빛의 자녀들로서 행하라” 얼마나 흥미로운지요! 당신이 어둠 가운데 있었다고 말하지 않고, 당신이 어둠이었다고 말합니다. 그러나 이제 당신은 빛입니다. 이는 당신도 이제 예수님이 그러셨던 것처럼 “내가 세상에 있는 동안에는 세상의 빛이다!”라고 담대하게 선포할 수 있다는 것입니다.

빛은 밝힙니다. 당신은 당신의 세상에 빛을 가져가도록 부르심을 받았습니다. 빌립보서 2:15은 말합니다. “이는 너희가 흠이 없고 순전하여 어그러지고 거스르는 세대 가운데서 하나님의 흠 없는 자녀로 세상에서 그들 가운데 빛들로 나타내며” 빛은 리더십과 방향성을 줍니다. 당신은 이 땅의 어둠과 상관없이 세상 사람들에게 어떻게 살아야 하는지, 무엇을 해야 하는지, 어떻게 성공하는지를 보여주는 사람입니다.

Children Of Light

Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness (1 Thessalonians 5:5).

In the verse above, the Spirit, writing through the Apostle Paul, was addressing Christians; He’s talking to you, and He minces no words in describing you. He says you’re light! You’re born of God, of His Word, which is light, so you’re the offering of Light.

The Spirit expresses the same thought in Ephesians 5:8. It reads, “For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light” (NIV). How interesting this is! It doesn’t say you were in the darkness; it says you were darkness, but now, you’re light. This means you can also declare with audacity, as Jesus did, “As long as I’m in the world, I’m the light of the world!”
Light illuminates. You have a calling in this life to bring illumination to your world. Philippians 2:15 says, “That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world.” Light gives leadership and direction; it describes. You’re the one to show the world how to live, what to do, and how to be successful, irrespective of the darkness in the world.

It makes no difference the darkness and problems in the world, you’re the hope and the solution that the world needs. The problems and hardship in the world today are your opportunities to shine and manifest the glory of God. Live with this consciousness every day.

Confession
I’m a child of light, a child of the day. Therefore, I shine forth effusively, illuminating my world with glory and virtue. Through me, the unsaved hear and receive the light of the glorious Gospel and are transferred from darkness into God’s marvellous light, and from the power of Satan unto God. Praise God!

기적을 믿고 기대하십시오
Believe And Expect Miracles

“내 이름으로 무엇이든지 내게 구하면 내가 행하리라”(요 14:14)

하나님을 믿으면서 기적을 믿지 않는다는 것은 말이 되지 않습니다. 기적을 믿지 않는 그리스도인은 하나님이 어떤 분이신지 잘 모르는 것입니다. 기적은 자연적인 영역에 하나님께서 초자연적으로 개입하시는 것이며, 그것은 인간적인 추론이나 능력, 과학, 논리를 초월합니다.

그러므로 하나님은 믿으면서 기적을 기대하지 않는 것은 모순입니다. 기적을 믿고 기대하십시오. 그리스도인의 삶은 매일 초자연적인 일들을 경험하는 것입니다. 당신이 말할 때, 당신이 하는 말은 평범하지 않습니다. 당신의 말은 능력 곧 당신의 세상에 영향을 끼치고 변화를 일으키는 기적의 요소들을 가지고 있습니다. 마가복음 11:23에서 예수님은 이렇게 말씀하셨습니다. “말한 것은 무엇이든지 이루어지리라” 오늘의 본문 구절에서 예수님은 말씀하셨습니다. “내 이름으로 무엇이든지 내게 구하면 내가 행하리라”

밑줄 친 단어는 헬라어 “Poieo”이며, ‘하다’라는 뜻입니다. 예수님께서는 “내가 내 이름으로 그것을 하겠다. 존재하지 않는 것이라 할지라도 내가 실현시키겠다.”고 말씀하십니다.

주님이 우리를 얼마나 사랑하시는지 보십시오! 주님은 당신을 축복하고 당신에게 선한 일을 행하시는 것을 기뻐하십니다. 당신의 기도에 응답하고 당신의 심령의 갈망을 들어주는 것이 그분의 기쁨입니다. 그분은 누가복음 12:32에서 이렇게 말씀하십니다. “적은 무리여 무서워 말라 너희 아버지께서 그 나라를 너희에게 주시기를 기뻐하시느니라” 주님은 당신을 위해 무엇이든지 하실 수 있습니다. 왜냐하면 당신이 믿기 때문입니다.

Believe And Expect Miracles
If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it (John 14:14).

It doesn’t make sense to believe in God and not believe in miracles. A Christian who doesn’t believe in miracles doesn’t know who God is. A miracle is the supernatural intervention of God in the natural affairs of men, an intervention that transcends human reasoning, ability, science, and logic.

Therefore, to believe in God and not expect miracles is a contradiction. So, believe and expect miracles. The Christian life is a day-to-day experience of, and journey in, the supernatural. When you speak, your words aren’t ordinary, for they contain power, the miracle element to affect and influence your world and cause a change. In Mark 11:23, Jesus said, “You shall have what you say.” In our opening verse, He said, “If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.”
The underlined word is the Greek, “Poiēō,” and it means, “make”; Jesus is saying, “I’ll make it in my name; even if that thing doesn’t exist, I’ll make it happen.”
See how He loves us! It delights the Lord to bless you and do good things for you. It’s His joy to answer your prayers and grant your heart’s desires. He said in Luke 12:32, “Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom.” He can, and will do anything for you, because you believe.

If there’s a tumour in your body, for instance, declare, “Tumour, in the Name of Jesus, you can’t stay in this body; I cut you out!” If there’s been a problem with your heart, command it to function normally, in the Name of Jesus. If it’s about your finances, command a change, and it’ll be so. Declare what you want; voice your miracle. Create and sustain your victorious life with your faith-filled words.

Confession
I reign and rule in this life, continually walking in the supernatural! Everything I require—the men, materials, resources, etc.—for life and godliness are available to me by free course! My life is a daily expression of the supernatural, because I function by the Spirit. Blessed be God!

날마다 넘치는 공급
More Than Enough Supply – Every day

“오늘 우리에게 일용할 양식을 주시옵고”(마 6:11)

오늘의 본문 구절은 예수님께서 그분의 구원 사역을 완수하시기 전에 제자들에게 주신 기도 방식의 일부입니다. 이 기도는 하나님의 마음에는 당신을 향한 축복이 날마다 있음을 시사합니다. 날마다 당신을 위한 충분함 이상의 공급이 있습니다.

하나님은 그저 “제공”하지 않으십니다. 그분은 충분히 공급하십니다. 그분은 단지 당신이 필요로 하는 것만을 제공하지 않으시고, 당신이 구하는 모든 것을 공급하십니다. 이는 당신의 인생에 지속적인 공급의 흐름이 있음을 의미합니다. 그분은 당신이 오직 자신만을 위해 소유하는 것이 아니라 다른 사람들을 돕기에 충분하기 원하십니다. 그렇기 때문에 하나님의 시간표와 계획과 구조에서는 당신을 위한 축복들이 매일 준비되어 있습니다. 당신을 위해 확보되어 있는 공급입니다.

예수님은 “누가 아들이 떡을 달라 하는데 돌을 주며 생선을 달라 하는데 뱀을 줄 사람이 있겠느냐?”(마 7:9-10)고 말씀하셨습니다. 그리고 그분은 이렇게 말을 마치셨습니다. “너희가 악한 자라도 좋은 것으로 자식에게 줄 줄 알거든 하물며 하늘에 계신 너희 아버지께서 구하는 자에게 좋은 것으로 주시지 않겠느냐”(마 7:11)

어떤 사람들은 그리스도인이 된 이후로 한번도 그들에게 속한 것들을 소유해 본 적이 없습니다. 그들이 한번도 소유하지 못하여 남아 있는 “일용할 양식”이 시간이 지남에 따라 쌓여 있습니다. 그 시간에 그들은 집세 혹은 이런저런 것들을 위해 하나님께 돈을 제공해달라고 울부짖고 있었습니다. 당장 그들의 필요를 채우고도 남을 만한 하늘로부터의 충분한 공급이 있었고 그들이 누릴 수 있는 것이었지만, 그들은 모르고 있었습니다.

이제 당신이 하늘의 계좌로부터 인출하기 시작할 때입니다. 어떤 방법으로 인출해야 합니까? 당신의 믿음 가득한 말, 즉 당신이 말씀을 고백함으로 합니다. 이렇게 선언하십시오. “나는 부족하거나 무일푼이 되는 것을 거절한다. 하늘에는 나를 위해 날마다 할당된 자산이 있다. 나는 초자연적인 공급을 소유하고 있고, 풍성함 가운데 살아간다.” 할렐루야!

More Than Enough Supply—Every day

Give us this day our daily bread (Matthew 6:11).

The verse above was part of the prayer format that Jesus gave to His disciples before the consummation of His redemptive work. The thought in that prayer does suggest that every day, in the mind of God, there’s a blessing for you; there’s more than enough supply for you every day.
God isn’t just into “provision”; He’s into supply. He’s not just providing what you need; He supplies all you require; meaning there’s a constant flow into your life. He wants you to have, not only for yourself, but enough to help others. So, for every day in God’s calendar, and in God’s plan and structure of things, there’re blessings for you; supplies set aside for you.

Psalm 68:19 says, “Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. Selah.” You need to be in that state of expectancy. Each one of us has a heavenly account. But you see, many of us have never drawn from our account, and so, there’s an accumulation of wealth in your name. You can call forth your supply even now. Hallelujah!
Jesus said, “Or what man is there of you, whom if his son ask bread, will he give him a stone? Or if he ask a fish, will he give him a serpent?” (Matthew 7:9-10). Then He concluded, “If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?” (Matthew 7:11).

Some people have never taken possession of that which belongs to them since they became Christians. They have leftover “daily bread” that has accumulated over time, which they never possessed. All that time they were crying to God to provide money for their rent or for one thing or the other, there was supply from heaven available to them, more than the immediate need; but they didn’t know it.

It’s time you began to draw from your heavenly account. How? It’s through your faith-filled affirmations; your confession of the Word! You declare, “I refuse to lack or be broke. There’s an allocation from heaven for me every day. I have supernatural supply and I walk in abundance.” Hallelujah!

Confession
Blessed be the Lord who daily loads me with benefits, even the God of my salvation! Today, there’s an overflow of favour and abundance for me, and I take possession.  I’ll never be broke in my life, for the Lord has supplied all that I require for life and godliness according to the riches of His glory in Christ Jesus. Amen.

Releasing the right sound codes

“그래서 내가 명령을 받은 대로 예언하였도다 내가 예언하였더니 소리가 나고, 보라, 진동이 있고 뼈들이 모여들어 뼈가 자기 뼈에 붙더라”(겔 37:7)

예언한다는 것은 신성한 계시와 힘의 말, 즉 생명을 주는 말을 한다는 의미입니다. 에스겔은 예언한다는 것이 그저 말을 하는 것이 아니라, 올바른 말 즉 성령의 말을 풀어놓는 것임을 알았습니다. 그는 “내가 명령을 받은 대로 예언하였도다”라고 말했습니다.

그가 예언한 대로, 성경은 소리가 나고 그런 다음에 뼈들이 모여들어 자기의 뼈에 붙었다고 기록합니다. 엄청난 내용입니다. 이는 모든 뼈에 특정한 소리의 코드가 있다는 것을 의미합니다. 그리고 말이 선포되는 순간, 뼈들은 어떠한 착오도 없이 어디에 붙어야 하는지 알았습니다.

하나님은 말을 통해 능력이 풀어지도록 만들어 놓으셨지만, 당신이 반드시 올바른 말을 해야 합니다. 이것은 그분과의 교제로 말미암은 성령님의 사역이 우리의 삶에 꼭 필요한 이유입니다. 왜냐하면 성령님께서 실제로 그 코드를 아시기 때문입니다. 우리는 성령의 인도를 받기 위해 그분의 음성을 경청합니다. 그분은 우리에게 어떤 말을 해야 하는지 정확하게 알려주십니다. 그분은 어떤 그림을 통해 알려주실 수도 있지만, 당신은 반드시 그분께서 말하라고 하신 대로 말해야 합니다. 그렇지 않으면 그 일은 일어나지 않을 것입니다.

성령님께서 당신을 인도하도록 하십시오. 위기나 벅찬 도전이 있을 때에 이렇게 말하십시오. “성령님, 저는 마땅히 기도할 바를 알지 못하기 때문에 제가 정확하게 기도하도록 저를 사용해주세요.” 그러고 나서 방언으로 기도하기 시작하십시오. 방언으로 찬양하고 주님을 경배하십시오. 이 일들을 열심히 하면서 생각을 당신의 목적, 즉 현재의 문제에 집중하십시오.

당신이 방언으로 계속 기도하면 얼마 지나지 않아 예언의 은사들이 당신 안으로부터 휘저어져서 에스겔처럼 예언하고 선언하게 될 것입니다. 당신은 올바른 말을 할 것입니다. 이것이 당신의 재정, 직업, 사업, 가족 그리고 당신이 걱정하고 있는 모든 것에 변화를 일으키는 방법입니다. 성령님께 올바른 말을 받고 그것을 말하십시오. 당신은 절망적인 상황을 바꿀 수 있고, 당신의 입에 있는 하나님의 말씀의 창조적 능력을 통해 긍정적인 변화를 가져올 수 있습니다.

기도
사랑하는 아버지, 성령님으로 말미암아 능력의 말을 할 수 있는 능력을 주셔서 감사합니다. 그 말들은 삶을 바꾸고 운명을 바꾸며, 결과를 맺도록 보장된 말입니다. 지금 나의 삶은 당신의 영광을 위한 것이라고 선언합니다. 예수 그리스도의 복음 안에서 나의 미래는 성공과 발전과 번영의 미래입니다! 나는 지속적으로 평강과 신성한 건강, 그리고 당신의 은혜 가운데 거합니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

Releasing The Right Sound Codes

So I prophesied as I was commanded: and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and behold a shaking, and the bones came together, bone to his bone (Ezekiel 37:7).

To prophesy means to speak words of divine revelation and potency; words that have and give life. Ezekiel understood that it wasn’t just about releasing words, but releasing words with the right sound code; words of the Spirit. He said, “I prophesied as I was commanded.”
As he prophesied, the Bible records that there was a noise and the bones came together, bone to his bone. That’s quite profound, for it means every bone had a code, and the moment the word was given, they knew where to fit into, without any mistake.

God designed energy to be released through words, but you must have the right words. This is why the ministry of the Spirit, fellowshipping with Him, is indispensable in our lives, because it’s the Spirit that actually knows the codes. We listen to the Holy Spirit to receive guidance from Him. He tells us exactly what to say. He could show you in pictures, but you must say it as He said to say it; otherwise, it’ll not work.
Let the Spirit guide you. When there’re crises or daunting challenges, you say, “Holy Spirit, use me to pray accurately, because I know not what to pray for as I ought.” Then start praying in tongues. Sing and worship the Lord in tongues. Do this intensely, and while at it, channel your mind to your purpose, the issue at hand.

As you continue in tongues, soon enough, the gift of prophecy will be stirred from within you to prophesy and make declarations like Ezekiel, and you’ll utter the right sound codes. This is how to effect the changes you want in your finances, job, business, family, and anything that’s of a concern to you. Get the accurate sound code from the Spirit and utter it. You can change hopeless situations and effect positive changes in your life through the creative power of God’s Word in your mouth.

Prayer
Dear Father, I thank you for the ability to speak words of power by the Spirit; life-altering, destiny-changing sound codes that are guaranteed to produce results. Even now, I declare that my life is for your glory; my future is that of success, progress, and prosperity in the Gospel of Jesus Christ! I dwell continually in peace, divine health, and in your grace, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

누가복음 18장 9-14절에서 주 예수님은 하나님께 겸손하게 자비를 구하는 세리와는 반대로, 자신의 덕과 “종교”에 사로잡힌 바리새인에게 비유로 말씀하셨습니다. 그 바리새인은 자기의 의로 자만하며 하나님께 말했습니다. “…나는 다른 사람들 곧 토색, 불의, 간음을 하는 자들과 같지 아니하고 이 세리와도 같지 아니함을 감사하나이다 나는 이레에 두 번씩 금식하고 또 소득의 십일조를 드리나이다…”

오늘날에도 이 비유를 언급하며 아버지 앞에서 자신을 정죄하면서 구걸하는 태도로 기도하는 그리스도인들이 있습니다. 그러나 하나님은 그런 기도를 원치 않으십니다.

그 세리는 구약 아래 살고 있었기 때문에 그런 식으로 기도했습니다. 예수님께서 아직 구원 사역을 완수하시기 전이기 때문입니다. 그러나 지금은 예수님께서 모두 다 이루셨기 때문에 우리는 하늘에 계신 아버지 앞에서 담대하고 자신감이 있습니다. 우리를 대신한 그분의 대속적인 희생은 우리에게 의를 주었습니다. 따라서 우리는 사랑 가운데 그분 앞에서 담대하고 어떠한 수치심도 없습니다.

그러므로 “아버지, 제가 구하는 이 축복들을 받을 자격이 없는 걸 알고 있습니다. 그렇지만 제발 저에게 자비를 베풀어 주세요. 주님!”이라고 기도하지 마십시오. 그렇게 기도하지 마십시오! 그분은 이미 당신에게 자비를 베푸셨고, 그리스도 예수 안에서 천상에 있는 모든 영적인 복들로 당신을 축복하셨습니다(엡 1:3). 그러한 축복 중 하나가 바로 의이며, 의는 당신에게 하나님 앞에서 어떠한 죄책감, 두려움, 정죄감, 열등감 없이 설 수 있는 능력을 부여합니다. 당신은 하나님과 직접적으로 대화할 수 있고, 사랑 안에서 그분과 교제할 수 있습니다. 그분이 당신의 사랑스럽고 은혜로운 하늘 아버지이시기 때문입니다. 할렐루야!

주 예수님께서 우리의 의가 되셨기 때문에 그분은 하나님의 임재 안에서 어떠한 두려움도 없이 설 수 있는 우리의 능력이십니다(고전 1:30). 그분은 우리에게 하나님의 임재 안에서 담대할 수 있는 권세를 주셨습니다. 그러므로 하나님의 임재 안에 설 자격이 없는 사람처럼 기도하지 마십시오! 담대하십시오.

Bold In His Presence

Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need (Hebrews 4:16).

In Luke 18:9-14, the Lord Jesus gave a parable of the Pharisee who was obsessed by his own virtue, and “religiosity,” contrary to a tax collector who humbly asked God for mercy. The Pharisee, priding himself in his self-righteousness, said to God, “…I thank thee, that I am not as other men are, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican. I fast twice in the week, I give tithes of all that I possess….”
However, the Publican, feeling unqualified to even stand before God, said, “God be merciful to me a sinner.” In the words of the Master, the Publican went away justified, while that Pharisee was condemned in his pride. But who was Jesus teaching this to? It was the Jews; He was teaching them not to trust in their self-righteousness; He was teaching them humility in prayer.

Today, there’re Christians who, in reference to this parable, would pray with a beggarly attitude, condemning themselves before the Father. But God doesn’t want that.

The Publican prayed that way because he lived under the Old Testament; Jesus hadn’t yet consummated the works of salvation. Now that He has, we’re bold and confident before our heavenly Father. His vicarious sacrifice in our behalf gave us righteousness; thus, we’re bold and unashamed before Him in love.

Therefore, don’t pray, “Please Father, I know I don’t qualify for the blessings I’m asking for, but have mercy on me Lord”; no! He already had mercy on you and blessed you with ALL spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ Jesus (Ephesians 1:3). One of those blessings is righteousness, which gives you the ability to stand before God without guilt, fear, condemnation or inferiority. You can talk to God directly and fellowship with Him in love, because He’s your loving, gracious, heavenly Father. Hallelujah!

The Lord Jesus is our ability to stand in God’s presence without fear, for He’s our righteousness (1 Corinthians 1:30). He gave us the right to be bold in God’s presence; so, don’t pray as one who isn’t qualified to be in His presence. Be bold.
Notice our opening verse again; it says to “obtain mercy,” not “ask for mercy”; which means, grab it! Whatever you desire, His mercy already made it available; therefore, boldly reach out and take it! Glory to God!

Confession
I have boldness and access with confidence by the faith of Jesus Christ, in whom I’ve obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to His divine will. I live above circumstances, because I’m an associate of the God-kind. Hallelujah!

You’re Death-free

For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death (Romans 8:2).

From the verse above, we see that there’re two laws: the law of the Spirit of life, and the law of sin and death. The latter is the law at work in everyone that’s not born again; it promotes death and failure. Sickness and death go together, because when sickness attacks the physical body, death actually sets in and starts destroying it, no matter how slowly.

However, the law of life is more powerful than the law of death, and that’s the law at work in the new creation. That law was activated when you were born again. So, death isn’t at work in you; life is at work in you now; therefore, you’re death-free. Blessed be God!

Look at it this way: When we say an object, maybe a wristwatch, is water-resistant, it means it’s able to resist the penetration of water such that water couldn’t cause it any damage. If something is airtight, it means it doesn’t allow the entrance or escape of air. When you’re debt-free, it means you’re not indebted to anyone – you owe nothing. Therefore being now death-free, you have no death in you.

Read our opening verse again; it’s so profound. It shows you’re free from death and the law of sin. Glory to God! Sadly, some Christians bring “death” into their lives, into their business, bodies, families etc., by reprogramming themselves through their negative confessions. But as long as you keep declaring, “In my path, there’s no death,” you’ll walk in the path of life.
Have this consciousness and function accordingly. Keep yourself in the path of life with your words. Remember, death and life are in the power of the tongue (Proverbs 18:21).

Confession
The law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death! I’m absolutely death-free, off death limits, because the law of life is operational in me! Therefore, I walk in this glorious liberty as a child of God, dispensing life in my world.

Keep Satan In Check

“그런즉 너희는 하나님께 복종할지어다 마귀를 대적하라 그리하면 너희를 피하리라”(약 4:7)

에베소서 4장 27절에서 우리의 적인 마귀에게 틈을 주지 말라고 말하는 데는 이유가 있습니다. 마귀는 극도로 악랄하고 필사적으로 악합니다. 그에게는 결코 자비가 없습니다. 그러므로 마귀에게 공세를 취하고, 그를 대적하십시오. 그를 자유롭게 내버려 두지 마십시오. 그를 쫓아내십시오. 만약 그를 내버려 둔다면 그가 어디까지 갈지 알 수 없습니다. 말씀은 우리에게 “마귀에게 틈을 주지 말라”(엡 4:27)고 명합니다.

Keep Satan In Check

Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you (James 4:7).

It isn’t for nothing that the Bible tells us in Ephesians 4:27 not to give place to Satan, our adversary. He’s extremely vicious and desperately wicked. He operates absolutely without mercy. Therefore, you must be on the offensive against him and keep him in check. Never be casual with him; cast him out, because there’s no telling how far he’d go if you let him. The Word enjoins us to “neither give place to the devil” (Ephesians 4:27).

Satan doesn’t play fair. We see his viciousness in his dealings with Job. Soon as job broke the hedge with his negative confessions, Satan swung into action, and in one swoop, he ruined all of Job’s businesses. While Job was still bemoaning the loss of his entire wealth, the Bible says, “…there came also another, and said, Thy sons and thy daughters were eating and drinking wine in their eldest brother’s house: And, behold, there came a great wind from the wilderness, and smote the four corners of the house, and it fell upon the young men, and they are dead; and I only am escaped alone to tell thee.” (Job 1:18-19). Job lost all his children and businesses in one attack of Satan.
Job was ignorant that the devil was the one on the onslaught against him; he thought it was God and he responded, “Naked came I out of my mother’s womb, and naked shall I return thither: the LORD gave, and the LORD hath taken away; blessed be the name of the LORD” (Job 1:23).

This is the same mistake a lot of Christians still make today; they’re being afflicted by Satan, and they think it’s the will of God; no, it’s not! God’s will is for you to live in His glory, walking in divine health, peace, abundance, and joy, and He sealed it by the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Therefore, stop the devil from messing with your health, your joy, your prosperity, your peace, etc.; all you have to do is say no to him, and walk in God’s light.

The Bible says we’re not ignorant of Satan’s devices (2 Corinthians 2:11). Whenever he shows up, give him no place. Don’t let him take anything that’s yours. The Lord Jesus said, “…In my name shall they cast out devils…” (Mark 16:17). Be quick to cast him out and paralyze his activities in your life, your family, and environment.

Prayer
Dear Father, I thank you for the authority you’ve vested in me to keep the devil and his cohorts in check. I terminate their evil, vicious and malevolent activities in my environment, and declare that only your peace and prosperity reign in, and around me; thank you for giving me dominion over satan and the powers of darkness, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Voice Faith Not Fear

Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the LORD thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee (Deuteronomy 31:6).

Many today are in precarious situations for yielding to, and voicing their fears. Consider the important lesson from Job’s experience in the Old Testament. Job was a righteous man, a faithful servant of the Lord, but through fear, he gave Satan the opportunity to wreak havoc in his life.

Satan had tried unsuccessfully to attack Job, because he was divinely protected; there was a spiritual hedge around him (Job 1:8-10). However, the words of Job himself in Job 3:25 reveal how Satan was eventually able to penetrate the hedge to attack him. Job said, “The worst of my fears has come true, what I’ve dreaded most has happened” (MSG).
Despite God’s protection over his life, which even Satan attested to, Job voiced his fears. In the twenty-sixth verse, he said, “I was not in safety, neither had I rest, neither was I quiet; yet trouble came” (Job 3:26). But he was in safety until he broke the hedge. He spoke contrary to the Word of God; God could not legally protect him beyond his confessions; and that’s just like many today, who talk fear or give voice to words inspired by fear.

Never yield to fear, because of an evil report. An evil report is any report that isn’t consistent with the provisions of the Gospel; anything that negates your rights, privileges, ability, and heritage in Christ Jesus. It doesn’t matter what the prognosis or diagnosis is concerning your health, for example, refuse to fear. Rather, keep declaring that you’re in health.

Be like Caleb and Joshua, of the twelve leaders Moses sent to spy out Canaan, who boldly voiced their faith. The Bible says the others came back with an evil report of fear concerning the giants: but Caleb and Joshua declared, They said concerning the same giants that the other ten spies lamented about, “They are bread for us: their defence is departed from them, and the Lord is with us: fear them not” (Numbers 14:9).
That’s the voice of faith, and your faith is the victory that overcomes the world (1 John 5:4).

Prayer
Precious Father, your Word is my life and my rock, the solid ground on which I stand. I’m not moved by what I feel, see or hear; I’m only moved by your Word. Thus, I’m like a tree by the stream, prosperous and ever fruitful, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

잠언 16장 29-30절이 말하기를 “난폭한 사람들은 … 비뚤어진 일들을 도모하려고 눈을 감고 그의 입술로 선동하여 악을 이루느니라” 이것에 대해 생각해보십시오! 성경은 악한 사람이 눈을 감고 악을 도모하고, 그의 입술을 움직여 악을 이룬다고 말합니다. 다른 말로 표현하자면, 난폭한 자는 악을 도모하기 위해 그의 상상력을 사용하고 이를 성취하기 위해 그의 입을 사용한다는 것입니다. 이 구절은 묵상의 원리를 설명하고 있으며, 그 원리는 긍정적인 것이든 부정적인 것이든 모두 적용됩니다.

Bring Good Things To Pass

A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things. But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment (Matthew 12:35-36).

In proverbs 16:29-30, the Bible says, “A violent man…shutteth his eyes to devise froward things: moving his lips he bringeth evil to pass.” Think about that! It says the evil man shuts his eyes and devises evil; moving his lips, he brings them to pass. In other words, he uses his imagination to devise wickedness, and establishes them with his mouth. It’s talking about the principle of meditation; it works both in the positive and in the negative.

God is showing us how the evil mind works, and therefore, how good works. Just as an evil man can work this principle and produce results, a good man can also put the principle to work and produce good results. That means you can use your imagination; shut your eyes and devise wonderful and glorious things.

Practise this. Your imaginative power is your creative ability. Every so often, shut your eyes, and meditate; contrive pictures of great things; possibilities from the Word of God, and begin to speak them forth. Use this principle to create a beautiful life for yourself and those around you.
It’s one of the many reasons and benefits of prayer, because when you pray, you see visions of the Spirit. When you see those visions, write them down, and bring them to pass with your faith-filled proclamations.

We read in our opening verse that a good man, out of the abundance of his heart, brings forth good things. All the good things you desire in life are already inside you. See, and bring them forth with your words. They already exist in the realm of the spirit, but your words give them tangibility.

Confession
My imaginative power is my creative ability. Therefore, as I pray in the spirit, the pictures of my glorious life in Christ flood my mind, and as I speak, they become real. There’re no impossibilities with me; I live the glorious and triumphant life in Christ. Hallelujah!

Knowing His Will

“… 너희로 하여금 모든 신령한 지혜와 총명에 하나님의 뜻을 아는 것으로 채우게 하시고”(골 1:9)

어려운 상황에 처해 있을지라도 당신이 하나님의 뜻 가운데 있다는 것을 알고 있다면, 당신은 동요하거나 결과들에 개의치 않을 것입니다. 그러나 하나님의 뜻을 모르는 사람들은 종종 상황으로 인해 심기가 불편해집니다. 그들은 도전을 마주할 때 걱정을 하거나 화를 내게 됩니다.

Knowing His Will

…that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; (Colossians 1:9).

If you were in a difficult situation and understood that you were right in the centre of God’s will, you’d be unperturbed, irrespective of the consequences. But those who don’t know the will of God often get ruffled by circumstances. They become worried and exasperated when they face challenges.
It’s important that you know, and walk in God’s perfect will at all times. You may ask, “Is it really possible to know the will of God?” Absolutely! You’re His offspring. Jesus said it’s given to you to know the will of the Father—the mysteries of the Kingdom. In other words, it’s your right to know them.
Moreover, as you study the Word, the Father’s heart, His thoughts, plans and purpose are unveiled to you. His light dawns in your heart; there’s an unveiling of truth; revelation is granted you.

The Spirit of God praying through the Apostle Paul, in our opening verse, expresses this as God’s desire for His children. He doesn’t want anyone of us in doubt as to what He wants. He wants us to have full, deep, and clear knowledge of His will; not confused about anything in life.
A whole lot of people are in frustration, fear and anxiety, because they don’t know what to do; what steps to take. But it shouldn’t be so for you. The Bible says in Hosea 6:3, “Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the Lord….”
Be diligent to study God’s Word, and as you do, the Holy Spirit, the unveiler of mysteries, will grant you insight into the mysteries and secrets of success. He’s the Spirit of truth, and He guides us into all truth and reveals to us things to come (John 16:13).

Having received the Holy Spirit, you have the capacity and the power to know the full, precise, and accurate will of the Father. He also grants you the understanding of how to apply the knowledge you have received.
Spend more time in the Word of God. As you meditate on the Word, the Holy Spirit will bring its reality to light in your life.

Prayer
Precious Lord, How grateful I am for the privilege of having the Holy Spirit living in me and helping me enjoy the blessings that are mine in Christ Jesus. I declare that I’m walking in your perfect will, because I’m forever led and guided by the Spirit, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
