축복 속에 사는 삶
Living In Blessings
“그러므로 우리가 [하나님의] 안식에 들어가기를 [우리 스스로 그것을 알고 경험하길]…부지런히 힘쓸지니 이는 누구도 [광야에 있던 사람들이] 넘어진 것과 똑같은 믿음 없음과 불순종에 빠지거나 그것으로 멸망하지 않게 하려 함이라”(히 4:11, AMP)
하나님의 축복 속에서 살아야 할 때에 너무도 많은 사람이 고군분투하며 살고 있습니다. 어떤 사람들은 하나님께 이런저런 것을 달라고 늘 기도하고 있지만, 성경은 하나님께서 이미 그리스도 예수 안에서 천상에 있는 모든 영적인 복으로 우리를 축복하셨다고 말씀합니다(엡 1:3).
하나님은 이미 사람들을 위해 그분이 하셔야 할 모든 일을 다 하셨습니다. 성경은 말씀합니다. “이미 믿는 우리들은 저 안식에 들어가는도다 그가 말씀하신 바와 같으니 내가 노하여 맹세한 바와 같이 그들은 내 안식에 들어오지 못하리라 하셨다 하였으나 세상을 창조할 때부터 그 일이 이루어졌느니라”(히 4:3) 하나님은 하늘에 계시면서 당신의 치유와 구원, 번영과 같은 것들에 대해 어떻게 해야 할지 고민하고 있지 않으십니다. 그분은 아직 그리스도를 영접하지 않은 사람들을 어떻게 구원할지조차 고민하고 있지 않으십니다. 이런 말에 당신은 놀라며 “그럼 하나님은 무엇을 하고 계시나요?”라고 물을 것입니다. 그분은 쉬고 계십니다!
그분은 이미 당신의 구원과 건강과 번영 등에 필요한 일들을 다 하셨고, 세상의 기초가 놓이기 전에 그 일을 끝내셨습니다. 이제 하나님은 그리스도 안에서 당신에게 속한 모든 것들을 당신이 누리기를 바라십니다. 그분은 당신이 축복 속에 살기를 바라십니다. 베드로후서 1:3은 말씀합니다. “그의 신기한 능력으로 생명과 경건에 속한 모든 것을 우리에게 주셨으니…”
당신이 고군분투하며 살 필요가 없다는 것을 이제 아시겠습니까? 바울도 고린도전서 3:21에서 “…모든 것이 너희 것이라”라고 하며 같은 내용을 강조했습니다. 모든 것이 당신 것이기 때문에 당신은 바둥거리는 모든 노력을 그만두어야 합니다. 힘든 인생을 거절하십시오. 말씀이 “안식에 들어가기를 힘쓰라”라고 말한 것을 기억하십시오.
거듭났을 때, 하나님은 당신을 약속의 땅, 축복의 땅으로 데려오셨습니다. 지금 그분이 당신에게 기대하시는 것은 당신이 이 경험을 자각하고 나서 그분의 축복과 약속이 성취된 삶 속에서 사는 것입니다.
고백
나는 하나님의 축복이 성취되고 실재가 된 삶을 살고 있습니다. 나는 하나님의 안식 안으로 들어왔습니다. 모든 것이 나의 것입니다! 나는 그리스도 안에서 내가 쓸 수 있는 전부를 온전히 활용하며, 믿음으로 영광에서 영광으로 승리합니다. 아멘!

LIVING IN BLESSINGS
Let us therefore be zealous and exert ourselves and strive diligently to enter that rest [of God, to know and experience it for ourselves], that no one may fall or perish by the same kind of unbelief and disobedience [into which those in the wilderness fell] (Hebrews 4:11 AMPC).
Too many people are struggling in life when they ought to be living in God’s blessings. Some are always praying to God to give them this or that, whereas the Bible says He’s already blessed us with ALL spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ Jesus (Ephesians 1:3).
God has already done all He ever needed to do for man. The Bible says, “For we which have believed do enter into rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, if they shall enter into my rest: although the works were finished from the foundation of the world” (Hebrews 4:3). God isn’t in heaven, thinking of what to do about your healing, deliverance, prosperity or any such thing; no. He’s not even thinking of what to do about the salvation of the one who hasn’t yet received Christ. You might then wonder, “So what’s God doing?” He’s at rest!
He already did everything He needed to do about your salvation, health, prosperity, etc., and finished the works before the foundation of the world. Now, He wants you to enjoy all that belongs to you in Christ. He wants you to live in blessings. 2 Peter 1:3 says, “According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness….”
Can you now see that there’s no need for you to struggle in life? Paul emphasized the same thing; he said in 1 Corinthians 3:21, “…all things are yours.” Since all things are yours, you ought to cease from all struggles; refuse the hard life. Remember what the Word says: “For we which have believed do enter into rest…” (Hebrews 4:3).
Being born again, you’ve been brought into the Promised Land, into the land of blessings. What God expects from you now is for you to arise—wake up—into this experience, and live in the fulfilment of His blessings and promises.
CONFESSION
I live in the fulfilment and reality of God’s blessings; I’ve been brought into God’s rest. All things are mine. I take full advantage of all that’s available to me in Christ, and by my faith I triumph gloriously in every place. Amen!
