복음을 위해 불타오르십시오
AFIRE FOR THE GOSPEL
“부지런하여 게으르지 말고 열심을 품고 주를 섬기라”(롬 12:11)
그리스도인으로서 복음에 참여하고 관여함으로 전 세계에 복음을 전파하는 데에 확고한 열정을 가져야 합니다. 그것이 우리가 이 땅에 있는 이유이자 살아가는 목적입니다! 성령님과 함께 일하고, 성령 안에서 행하는 그리스도인을 알아보는 한 가지 확실한 방법은 그 사람이 하나님의 비전 안에 몰입되어 진정으로 거기에 참여하고 있는지를 보는 것입니다.
하나님의 비전은 전 세계가 복음화되고 기독교화되는 것입니다. 그분은 물이 바다를 덮음같이 그분의 영광을 아는 지식이 전 세계에 가득 차게 되기를 원하십니다. 여기가 우리가 참여하는 부분입니다. 우리는 영혼을 구원하는 그분의 동역자입니다. 우리는 이 땅과 사람들의 심령에 하나님의 뜻과 왕국을 세우는 자들입니다.
하나님은 당신을 부르셔서 당신에게 신성한 임무를 주셨습니다. 계속 그 부르심에 집중하고 헌신하십시오. 예수님은 마가복음 16:15에서 “…너희는 온 천하에 다니며 만민에게 복음을 전파하라”고 말씀하셨습니다. 여기서 주 예수님은 베드로와 야고보와 요한 및 다른 제자들에게 말씀하고 계신 것이 아니었습니다. 그분은 당신과 저에게 말씀하고 계셨습니다. 게다가 곧 다시 오실 예수님이 오로지 관심하시는 단 하나는 당신이 복음으로 끼쳤던 영향력입니다.
당신은 삶으로 무엇을 하고 있습니까? 예수님의 메시지인 복음으로 다른 사람들에게 영향을 끼치고 있습니까? 그분은 자신의 생명을 주시려고 이 세상에 오셨고, 그래서 사람들이 살아나 하나님과 연합할 수 있게 되었다는 사실을 잊지 마십시오. 그러므로 그분이 하신 모든 일에 대해 우리가 진정으로 감사할 수 있는 유일한 방법은 열정적으로 그분의 메시지를 세상에 가져가, 죄의 제거함 뿐만 아니라 모든 사람에게 영원한 생명을 주고 우리가 하나님의 아들이 될 수 있도록 예수님이 피를 흘리셨다는 것을 전하는 것뿐입니다.
저는 당신이 영혼을 구원하는 일에 열렬히 참여할 것을 촉구합니다. 하나님의 집인 지역 교회에서 활동하고. 아버지의 일을 하십시오. 당신의 심령 안에 있는 그분의 비전을 따라가십시오. 오늘의 본문 구절은 “부지런하여 게으르지 말고 열심을 품고 주를 섬기라”고 말씀합니다. 복음을 위해, 복음으로 불타오르십시오.

복 되신 아버지, 저를 신실하게 여기셔서 영원한 생명의 메시지를 제게 맡기신 아버지를 경배합니다. 성령의 능력에 의해, 저는 저의 세상에 복음으로 영향을 끼치며 많은 사람을 의로, 사탄의 세력에서 그리스도께로 돌아오게 합니다. 저의 세상은 복음으로 가득하므로, 사람들이 날마다 어둠에서 빛으로 구출됩니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

AFIRE FOR THE GOSPEL
Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord (Romans 12:11).
As Christians, our participation and involvement in the Gospel, our passion for its spread around the world, must be indomitable; it’s the reason we’re here on earth; it’s what we live for! One sure way to know a Christian who’s working with the Spirit, and walking in the Spirit, is his or her unyielding, undying passion for the spread of the Gospel.
God’s vision is the evangelisation and Christianisation of the world. He wants the whole earth filled with the knowledge of His glory, as the waters cover the sea. That’s where we come in; we’re His partners in soul winning; we’re the ones to establish His will, and His Kingdom in the earth and in the hearts of men.
God has called you and given you a divine mandate; stay focused and committed to that calling.
He said in Mark 16:15, “…Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.” The Lord Jesus, here, wasn’t only instructing Peter, James, John, and the other disciples; He was talking to you and me.
Moreover, He’s coming soon, and when He comes back, He’s only going to be interested in your life in Him, and the impact you made with the Gospel.
What are you doing with your life? How are you affecting others with the Gospel, the message of Jesus? Remember, He came to this world to give His life so that men may live, and come into union with God.
Therefore, the only way we can truly share His love is to passionately take His message to the world, and tell them about the blood Jesus shed, not only for the remission of sins, but to give eternal life to all men, and make it possible for us to become sons of God.
I urge you to be fervent in soul winning; be active in the house of God; be about the Father’s business.
Run with His vision that’s in your heart. Our opening verse in the Moffat NT Version says, “never let your zeal flag; maintain the spiritual glow; serve the Lord.”
Be afire for, and with, the Gospel.
PRAYER
I worship you, blessed Father, for counting me faithful and committing to my trust the message of eternal life. By the power of the Holy Spirit, I’m impacting my world with the Gospel, turning many to righteousness, and from the power of Satan unto God, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
