사랑의 불길이 계속 타오르게 하십시오
KEEP THE LOVE-FIRE BURNING

“불법이 성하므로 많은 사람의 사랑이 식어지리라”(마 24:12)

오늘날 세상에서 우리는 그 어느 때 보다 보안을 의식합니다. 너무도 많은 두려움이 있기 때문입니다. 이는 예수님이 말세의 징조를 언급하시면서 사람들의 심령이 두려움으로 인해 실신할 것이라고 하신 말씀(눅 21:25-26)을 상기시켜 줍니다. 예를 들어 운전하다가 길에 넘어져 있는 낯선 사람을 발견하고는 멈춰서 도와주는 것이 아주 어려워졌습니다. 그런 사람이 자동차 탈취범이나 폭력적인 범죄자로 돌변할까봐 두렵기 때문입니다.

때로는 도움이 필요한 걸인이 누군가에게 다가갈 수도 있겠지만, 구걸하는 척하며 사람들을 속이는 사람들 때문에 진짜 도움이 필요한 사람이 냉대 받습니다. 이것이 오늘의 본문구절에서 말하는 바입니다. 많은 사람들이 더 이상 누구를 도와야 할지 확신하지 못하는 지경까지 냉담해졌습니다. 모든 사람이 다 이기적인 것 같아 보여서 마음이 굳어진 사람들도 있습니다.

그러나 세상이 사악하다고 우리가 사랑하는 것을 그만두어서는 안 됩니다. 그런 상황 때문에 우리의 사랑의 불길이 꺼지거나 자비와 긍휼의 활동을 멈추게 해서는 안 됩니다. 우리는 도움이 필요한 사람들을 돕기 위해 계속 다가가야 합니다. 우리에게는 성령님이 계시고, 그분은 이 일에서 우리를 바르게 인도하실 것입니다. 그분을 신뢰하십시오. 만약 그것이 거짓으로 조작되거나 “말도 안 되는” 상황이라면, 그분은 당신이 무엇을 해야 할지 제때에 알려주실 것입니다.

그러므로 어려움에 처한 누군가를 본다면, 가만히 있지 마십시오. 전에도 그런 일로 속아본 적이 있다 하더라도 기꺼이 도와주십시오. 누군가가 당신을 속였다고 해서 “나는 결코 다시는 누구도 도와주지 않을 것이다”라고 말하지 마십시오. 당신을 속인 사람들은 하나님과 관계에서 어려움에 빠지겠지만 당신은 다른 사람들을 사랑하고 돕는 데 있어 점점 더 큰 일을 하게 될 것입니다.

주 예수님은 우리가 살고 있는 시대의 사악함과 무법이 만연하고 어리석음이 넘치는 위험한 특징을 미리 보셨습니다. 그래서 많은 사람의 사랑이 식어지리라고 말씀하셨던 것입니다. 그러나 우리가 걷는 사랑의 행보에서 소심해지거나 약해지거나 흔들리는 것은 권장사항이 아니었습니다. 그렇습니다. 시절이 악하지만 우리는 신성한 지혜의 인도를 받으며 비뚤어지고 사악한 세상 가운데서 신중하게 행하며 빛을 비추라는 그분의 사랑의 강권을 받습니다.

사랑은 결코 패배할 수 없습니다. 믿음과 소망과 사랑에 대해 결코 어리석은 자가 되어서는 안 됩니다. 그러니 사랑의 불길이 계속 타오르게 하십시오. 오늘날 이 세상에는 죄와 악행과 사악함이 만연해 있지만, 사랑은 항상 승리할 것입니다.

기도
사랑하는 아버지, 성령님이 제 심령에 부으신 아버지의 사랑으로 인해 감사드립니다. 아버지의 대사로서 저는 다른 사람들을 향해 온화하고 자비로우며 친절함으로 옷 입었습니다. 아버지의 지혜가 항상 저를 인도하십니다. 제 사랑의 불길은 사악하고 비뚤어진 세상 한 복판에서도 더 밝게 불타오릅니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

KEEP THE LOVE-FIRE BURNING

And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold (Matthew 24:12).

In our world today, we’re more security-conscious than ever; there’s so much fear. It reminds of the words of Jesus as He cautioned against the signs of the end of the age; He said men’s hearts will fail them for fear (Luke 21:25-26). For example, it has become increasingly difficult, while driving by, to stop and help a stranded stranger, because many are afraid that the person could turn out to be a carjacker or a violent criminal. Sometimes, a beggar who wants some help could approach someone, but because many of such beggars have been found to be tricky, he’s snubbed. That’s part of what our opening verse is talking about. Many have become cold, to the point that they’re not sure who to help anymore. Some have become hardened, because everybody seems to be self-seeking. However, the wickedness of the world shouldn’t stop us from loving; it shouldn’t dowse our love-fire or make us shut our bowels of mercy and compassion. We must reach out, and keep reaching out, to help those in need. We have the Holy Spirit, and He’ll guide us aright in this; trust Him. If it’s a phony scenario or “funny” situation, He’ll let you know just in time what to do. Therefore, when you see someone in trouble, don’t be unmoved; be willing to help, even if you’ve been cheated before for so doing. Don’t say, “I’ll never help anybody again,” because someone deceived you. Those who cheat you will get into trouble with God, but you’ll keep getting greater for loving and helping others. The Lord Jesus saw ahead the perilous nature of the days we’re living in: the abundance of wickedness and lawlessness; the superfluity of waywardness. And because of that, He said the love of many shall wax cold. But it wasn’t a recommendation for us to faint, wane, or waver in our love-walk. Yes, the days are evil, but we’re guided by divine wisdom, and compelled by love to walk circumspectly and shine as lights in the midst of a crooked and perverse world. Love can’t be defeated; you’re never a fool for faith, hope, and love. So, keep the love-fire burning; it’ll always win, in spite of the prevalence of sin, evil, and wickedness in the world today.

PRAYER
Dear Father, I thank you for your love that’s shed abroad in my heart by your Spirit. I’m clothed with tenderheartedness, mercy, and kind feeling towards others; and your wisdom is guiding me always. My love-fire burns ever so brightly even in the midst of a perverse and crooked world, in Jesus’ Name. Amen

THE GLORY INSIDE YOU

“이 말씀을 하신 후 팔 일쯤 되어 예수께서 베드로와 요한과 야고보를 데리고 기도하시러 산에 올라가사 기도하실 때에 용모가 변화되고 그 옷이 희어져 광채가 나더라”(눅 9:28-29)

예수님이 기도하실 때, 그분 안으로부터, 곧 그분의 영으로부터 큰 영광이 방출되고 빛났다는 것이 놀랍지 않습니까? 이는 주님의 영광이 “하늘”로부터 오는 것이 아니라 우리 안에 있다는 것을 알려줍니다. 어떤 사람들은 “오 주님, 주님의 영광이 우리 위에 머물게 해 주십시오”라고 기도합니다. 이는 구약의 기도입니다. 신약에서는 주님의 영광이 위로부터 온 것이 아니라 당신 안에 있습니다.

모세가 보았던 하나님의 영광 곧 모세에게 임하여 그의 얼굴에 머물렀던 그 영광이 당신 안에 있습니다. 사실, 당신 안에 있는 영광이 더 큰 영광입니다. 고린도후서 3:10-11(한글킹제임스)은 말씀합니다. “이전에는 영광스러운 것이었을 지라도 그것을 앞지르는 영광 때문에 이런 점에서는 영광스럽지 못한 것이라 없어져 버린 것도 영광스럽다면 영속할 것은 영광이 훨씬 더 많으리라.” “그것을 앞지르는 영광”이라는 말에 주목하십시오. 그것이 바로 우리 안에 있는 성령의 영광입니다.

성령님은 영광의 영이시고 아버지의 영광이신데, 당신 안에 충만하게 사십니다. 그러므로 오늘의 본문구절에서 예수님에 대해 읽은 것처럼, 당신이 영으로 기도할 때마다 당신의 몸에서도 어떤 일이 일어납니다. 당신의 영 안에서부터 방출되는 영광이 당신의 몸에 스며들며 주변의 모든 것에 영향을 줍니다.

주변 사람들이 그것을 보지 못할 수도 있지만 그것은 중요하지 않습니다. 그들이 그것을 볼 필요는 없습니다. 중요한 것은 그 영광이 당신의 삶과 신체와 주위 환경에 끼치는 영향입니다. 그렇기 때문에 당신은 영 안에서 자주 기도해야 합니다. 그 영광은 당신의 몸에 있는 아픔과 질병을 제거할 것이며, 다른 사람들의 삶을 파괴하는 부패함과 문제들이 당신에게는 영향을 끼치지 못할 것입니다.

에베소서 3:20은 이렇게 선포합니다. “우리 가운데서 역사하시는 능력대로 우리가 구하거나 생각하는 모든 것에 더 넘치도록 능히 하실 이에게” 우리 안에서 역사하는 능력이란 우리 안에 있는 영광을 의미합니다. 할렐루야!

사랑하는 아버지, 성령님이 제 안에 사시는 놀라운 특권을 주셔서 감사합니다. 성령님은 제 삶의 영광이며, 저는 제 안에 있는 영광스러운 임재와 능력을 활용하여 저의 세상을 축복합니다! 주님의 영광이 오늘 제 안에서 그리고 저를 통해 나타나므로, 저는 초월적인 삶 안에서 더 높은 축복의 영역으로 이동합니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

THE GLORY INSIDE YOU

And it came to pass about an eight days after these sayings, he took Peter and John and James, and went up into a mountain to pray. And as he prayed, the fashion of his countenance was altered, and his raiment was white and glistering (Luke 9:28-29).

Isn’t it amazing that as Jesus prayed, such glory emitted and beamed forth from His spirit? This lets us know that the glory is within; it doesn’t come from “heaven.” Some people pray and say, “O Lord, let your glory rest upon me”; that was in the Old Testament. In the New Testament, the glory is inside you; it doesn’t come from above.The glory of God that Moses saw, the glory that came upon him, and rested on his countenance, is inside you. Actually, the glory in you is a greater glory. 2 Corinthians 3:10-11 says, “For even that which was made glorious had no glory in this respect, by reason of the glory that excelleth. For if that which is done away was glorious, much more that which remaineth is glorious.” Notice the construction: “…the glory that excelleth”; that’s the glory of the Holy Spirit in us.The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of glory; He’s the glory of the Father, and He lives in you in His fullness. Therefore, just as we read about Jesus in our opening verse, every time you pray in the spirit, something happens to your physical body; the glory beams from within your spirit, permeates your body, and affects everything around you.Those around you may not see it, but it makes no difference; they don’t have to see it. What’s important is the impact of that glory on your life, on your physical body, and on your environment. This is why you must pray in the spirit often; that glory will rid your body of sickness and disease; and the depravities and problems that ravage the lives of others won’t affect you.Ephesians 3:20 declares, “Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us.” The power that works in us refers to the glory within. Hallelujah!

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for the awesome privilege of having the Holy Spirit live in me; He’s the glory of my life, and I take advantage of His glorious presence and power in me to bless my world! The glory of the Lord is revealed in, and through me today, and I’m transported into higher realms of blessings in the transcendent life, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

“우리가 무슨 일이든지 우리에게서 난 것같이 생각하여 스스로 만족할 것이 아니니 우리의 만족은 오직 하나님께로부터 나느니라”(고후 3:5)

오늘의 본문구절에 나오는 “만족(sufficient)”이라는 단어는 유능함(competence)을 뜻하는 헬라어 “히카노테스(Hikanotes)”를 번역한 것입니다. 즉 우리의 유능함이 하나님께로부터 온다는 말입니다. 그 다음 구절도 계속해서 말씀합니다. “그가 또한 우리를 새 언약의 일꾼이 되기에 만족하게 하셨으니…”(고후 3:6) 이것은 바울이나 실라나 디모데를 언급하는 것만이 아닙니다. 그들은 모두 하늘로 갔지만 하나님의 말씀은 여전히 살아 있어서 오늘날 우리에게도 적용될 수 있기 때문입니다. 그러므로 당신은 그 말씀을 개인적인 것으로 삼아서 “나의 유능함은 하나님께로부터 온다. 그분은 나를 새 언약의 능력 있는 일꾼이 되게 하셨다”라고 말할 수 있습니다. 이것이 무슨 뜻인지 아십니까?

그러므로 당신은 성령의 능력으로 초자연적인 일들을 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 그런 일들이 일어나게도 할 수 있습니다. 당신은 탁월한 삶을 사는 권한을 부여 받았습니다. 할렐루야!

사랑하는 아버지, 제 영에 신성한 에너지와 힘과 능력과 능률과 기적을 일으키는 능력을 주셔서 날마다 변화를 일으키고 초자연적인 삶을 살게 하시니 감사합니다. 제 신체적이거나 정신적인 능력과는 상관없이 저는 제 안에 계신 성령의 능력으로 모든 일을 할 수 있고 초자연적인 결과를 창출합니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

HIS SUPERNATURAL ABILITY AT WORK IN YOU

Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God (2 Corinthians 3:5).

The word, “sufficiency” in our opening verse is the Greek, “Hikanotes,” and it means competence; our competence is of God. The next verse continues, “Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament…” (2 Corinthians 3:6). Now, this couldn’t only be referring to Paul, Silas or Timothy, because they’ve all gone to heaven, but God’s Word lives on, and is applicable to us today. Thus, you can personalize it and say, “My competence is of God, who has made me an able minister of the New Testament.” Do you know what this means? It means you’re competent to do everything that God has called you to do as it pertains to the Gospel of Jesus Christ! You’re effective in the Gospel by His ability. If any assignment is given to you, don’t say, “I don’t know whether or not I can do it,” because you sure can! Of course, of your own self?by your own human ability and ingenuity?you may not be able to execute it; but by the Holy Ghost, you can! Like Paul, you can do all things by the supernatural ability of Christ that’s at work in you (Philippians 4:13). Refuse to be limited by your physical ability; your potentials are limitless Recall the words of the Apostle Paul in Colossians 1:29; he was conscious of the might or energy of Christ at work in him, and affirmed accordingly. He said, “Whereunto I also labour, striving according to his working, which worketh in me mightily.” Then in Acts 1:8, we read the words of Jesus: “But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you….” The Greek word for “power” here is “dunamis”; the dynamic ability to effect changes. It refers to might, strength, efficiency, miracle-working ability; this is what you received when the Holy Spirit came to live in you. Thus, you can do supernatural things, and you can make supernatural things happen by the power of God’s Spirit. You’ve been empowered for the transcendent life. Hallelujah!

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for the divine energy, might, strength, efficiency and miracle-working ability you’ve deposited in my spirit, to effect changes and live the supernatural life every day. I declare that by the power of your Spirit in me, I can do all things and produce supernatural results, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

성령님을 섬기십시오
MINISTERING THE SPIRIT

“술 취하지 말라 이는 방탕한 것이니 오직 성령으로 충만을 받으라”(엡 5:18)

복음을 섬길 때 성령님도 섬겨야 합니다. 그렇지 않으면 우리가 전파하고 가르치는 것은 그저 허울 좋은 말에 지나지 않을 것입니다. 복음을 전한다는 것은 얼마나 많은 성경 구절을 인용할 수 있느냐가 아니라 그 구절들을 성령과 함께 그리고 성령을 통해 소통하느냐의 문제입니다. 하나님의 자녀이자 복음의 사역자로서 우리는 이를 행하도록 부름 받았습니다. 어느 누구나 설교를 하거나 훌륭한 강의와 연설을 할 수 있지만 성령 없이는 그 영향력은 오래가지 않을 것입니다.

고린도전서 2:4에서 바울은 “내 말과 내 전도함이 설득력 있는 지혜의 말로 하지 아니하고 다만 성령의 나타남과 능력으로 한다”라고 말했습니다. 고린도후서 3:5-6은 “…우리의 만족은 오직 하나님께로부터 나느니라 그가 또한 우리를 새 언약의 일꾼이 되기에 만족하게 하셨으니 율법 조문으로 하지 아니하고 오직 영으로 함이니 율법 조문은 죽이는 것이요 영은 살리는 것이니라”고 말씀합니다. 성령님이 우리를 하나님의 기름을 부어서 보내셨으므로 우리는 오직 성령의 능력으로만 그분의 일을 수행할 수 있습니다.

그렇기 때문에 우리는 성령으로 충만해지도록 성령 안에서 기도하며 성령님과 교제하는 시간을 보내야 합니다. 그러면 당신이 전하는 메시지와 설교는 인간의 지혜가 담긴 설득력 있는 말이 아닌 성령과 능력이 나타나는 메시지와 설교가 될 것입니다. 우리가 어떤 존재이며 누구인지를 다시 한 번 읽어 보십시오. “…새 언약의 능력 있는 일꾼이 되게 하셨는데, 이는 법문으로 한 것이 아니고 영으로 한 것이니 법문은 죽이고 영은 생명을 주기 때문이라”(고후 3:6, 한글킹제임스) 우리는 성령을 섬기고 그리스도를 섬깁니다. 고린도후서 4:5은 말씀합니다. “우리는 우리 자신을 전파하는 것이 아니라 그리스도 예수가 주 이신 것을 …전파한다”

당신이 무엇을 전파하거나 가르치든지, 그것은 반드시 그리스도 예수여야 하지만, 성령의 능력 없이는 그리스도를 전파하거나 섬길 수 없습니다. 그러므로 그분 안에 푹 잠기십시오. 교제를 통해 당신의 영이 성령으로 더 많이 흠뻑 젖게 하십시오. 자주 기도와 금식을 하십시오. 말씀을 공부하고 묵상하십시오. 그러면 당신은 그분과 일치해서 걷고 말할 수 있으며 그분의 영광과 능력이 항상 당신 안에서 그리고 당신을 통해 나타날 것입니다.

MINISTERING THE SPIRIT

And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit (Ephesians 5:18).

When we minister the Gospel, we’re to minister the Spirit; otherwise, our preaching and teaching will be mere words, and empty. Preaching the Gospel isn’t about how many scriptures you can quote; it’s about communicating those scriptures with, and by the Holy Ghost. This is what we’re called to do as God’s children and ministers of the Gospel. Anybody can sermonise or give great lectures and speeches, but without the Spirit, they’ll have no lasting impact. In 1 Corinthians 2:4, Paul said, “And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man’s wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power.” 2 Corinthians 3:5-6 says, “…our sufficiency is of God; Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.” We’ve been sent by the Spirit, and anointed of God; therefore, we can only carry out His work by the power of the Spirit. This is one of the reasons we’re required to spend quality time fellowshipping the Spirit; praying in the Spirit, to be filled with the Spirit. That way, your message and your preaching wouldn’t be persuasive words of man’s wisdom, but in the demonstration of the Spirit and of power. Read again who we are: “…able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life” (2 Corinthians 3:6). We minister the Spirit; we minister Christ. 2 Corinthians 4:5 says, “For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord….”No matter what you preach or teach, it must be Christ Jesus, and you can’t preach or minister Christ without the power of the Spirit. Therefore, get yourself immersed in Him; soak your spirit more in the Holy Spirit through fellowship. Pray and fast often. Study and meditate on the Word, so you can walk and talk in sync with Him, and His glory and power will always be revealed in, and through you.

Dear Father, I thank you for your Spirit at work in my life. I’m ministering life and divine blessings by the power of the Holy Ghost who’s at work in me today, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

진정한 경배
REAL WORSHIP

“아버지께 참되게 예배하는 자들은 영과 진리로 예배할 때가 오나니 곧 이 때라 아버지께서는 자기에게 이렇게 예배하는 자들을 찾으시느니라”(요 4:23)

거듭났을 때, 당신의 영은 재창조되었을 뿐만 아니라 그리스도 안으로 잠기게 되었습니다. 당신은 말 그대로 그분과 떨어질 수 없는 연합으로 결합되었습니다. 그것이 바로 우리가 그분을 경배할 수 있는 이유입니다. 진정한 경배는 서로의 영이 뒤섞여, 그분의 임재의 영광과 기쁨에 싸이는 신성한 황홀의 순간입니다.

오늘의 본문구절 다음에 나오는 예수님의 말씀을 떠올려보십시오. “하나님은 영이시니 예배하는 자가 영과 진리로 예배할지니라” 영으로 하나님께 경배 드린다는 것은 그 경배가 당신의 영에서부터 나와야 한다는 말입니다. 우리는 영으로 하나님을 섬깁니다. 우리는 영으로 하나님의 일들을 이해합니다. 그것이 우리가 끊임없이 성령 충만해야 하는 이유입니다. 성령님만이 하나님을 생각하도록 우리 마음을 인도하고 성결하게 하시며, 우리 속사람 깊은 곳에서부터 그분을 향한 사랑을 표현하도록 도와주십니다.

REAL WORSHIP

But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him (John 4:23).

When you were born again, not only was your spirit recreated, you were also immersed into Christ; you’re literally joined together with Him in an inseparable union. It’s the reason we can worship Him. Real worship is a mingling of spirits; a moment of divine ecstasy, where you’re enraptured in the bliss and glory of His presence.Nothing beats that divine connection that takes place in real worship, where you’re lost in Him, completely oblivious of the world and everything else around you. Real worship is a communion with the Father. It’s beyond the singing or the words offered in prayer; it’s about the fellowship that takes place in the realm of the spirit as your spirit communes with Him. Recall the words of Jesus in our opening verse: God is a Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship Him in Spirit and in truth. Worshipping God in Spirit means it’s got to come from your spirit. We serve God from our spirits. We understand the things of God from our spirits. It’s one of the reasons we need to be constantly filled with the Spirit, because only the Spirit can help us guide and sanctify our minds to think towards God, and express our love for Him from the deep recesses of our inner being as we should. In real worship, you experience glorious transportations of the Spirit. Sometimes, as you worship, you feel enraptured; taken away from the earth realm into the amazing wonders of God’s Spirit. This blessing is for everyone who’s born again. We’re the only ones who can worship the Father and experience such a glorious fellowship in His presence, as our spirits are mingled with His.

PRAYER
Dear Father, I take advantage of your presence in my life, and the inextricable oneness with your Spirit; and as such, I enjoy and experience a glorious fellowship and transformation from glory to glory. I’m full of strength, courage, and divine vitality, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

HIS SACRIFICE WAS ENOUGH

“이 구원에 대하여는 너희에게 임할 은혜를 예언하던 선지자들이 연구하고 부지런히 살펴서 자기 속에 계신 그리스도의 영이 그 받으실 고난과 후에 받으실 영광을 미리 증언하여 누구를 또는 어떠한 때를 지시하시는지 상고하니라”(벧전 1:10-11)

그리스도의 수난 이후, 영광의 삶이 뒤따랐습니다. 아름다운 삶을 사는 것과 하나님께서 당신이 되길 원하는 모든 것을 위해 그리스도가 이미 행하신 것 외에 그리스도인은 어떤 추가 비용도 “지불”할 필요가 없습니다. 그분의 희생으로 충분했습니다.

이야기는 그분의 죽음으로 끝나지 않았습니다. 왜냐하면 성경이 “…이같이 그리스도가 고난을 받고 제 삼일에 죽은 자 가운데서 살아날 것…이 기록되었으니”(눅 24:46-47)라고 말씀하기 때문입니다. 그러므로 우리는 우리를 위한 그분의 죽음을 애통해 하는 것이 아니라 경축합니다. 그리고 우리에게 새 생명을 주시고, 하나님과 같은 부류로 우리를 만들어 주신 그분의 부활을 더 더욱 기념합니다.

하나님은 당신이 예수 그리스도의 죽음과 장사됨과 영광스러운 부활의 승리 안에서 날마다 살아가기 원하십니다. 즉, 당신이 병상에 누워있다면, 예수님의 수난이 아픔과 질병, 연약함의 종말을 가져왔기 때문에 이제는 자리를 털고 일어날 때라는 말입니다. 죽음과 무덤이 그분을 붙잡고 있을 수 없었던 것처럼 어떤 어둠도 당신에게 영향을 미치거나 통제할 수 없습니다. 당신을 구속하는 것을 허락하지 마십시오.

당신을 붙잡고 있는 가난을 허락하지 마십시오. 예수님이 십자가에서 당신을 대신해 가난하게 되시고, 당신에게 부요함을 주셨기 때문입니다(고후 8:9). 아이를 갖고 싶지만 자궁에 문제가 있어서 그럴 수 없었다면, 변화의 때가 왔습니다! 그리스도의 희생으로 이룬 승리 때문에 이제 당신은 아이를 가질 수 있습니다. 그분의 이름에 영원히 영광 돌립니다! 그분의 전능한 이름 안에서 모든 것이 가능합니다. 아멘.

HIS SACRIFICE WAS ENOUGH

Of which salvation the prophets have enquired and searched diligently…what, or what manner of time the Spirit of Christ which was in them did signify, when it testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ, and the glory that should follow (1 Peter 1:10-11).

After the sufferings of Christ, a life of glory ensued. You don’t need to “pay” any additional price, aside what Christ already did for you to have a beautiful life, and be all that God wants you to be. His sacrifice was enough. Due to that sacrifice, you’ve become one with God; you’re now a partaker of His life and of His righteousness. What He expects of you now is that you enjoy your life and live your best to His glory. On the Cross, before His death, Jesus said, “…It is finished…” (John 19:30). He announced the end to suffering for all humanity. Anyone who believes in Him and accepts His vicarious sacrifice is automatically ushered into the transcendent life of glory. Yes, Christ suffered for us, but that suffering brought us life eternal, and righteousness. Moreover, the story didn’t end with His death; the Bible says, “…Thus it is written, and thus it behoved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day…” (Luke 24:46-47). Therefore, rather than lament, we celebrate His death for us; much more, we celebrate His resurrection that gave us a new life and made us associates of the God-kind. God wants you to live every day in the victory of the death, burial and glorious resurrection of Jesus Christ. This means if you were lying on a sickbed, it’s time to get up, because His suffering brought an end to sickness, disease and infirmities. Just as death and the grave couldn’t hold Him down, nothing of darkness should be able to exert influence or control over you; refuse to allow anything keep you in bondage. Refuse to allow poverty take a hold of you, for Jesus took your place of poverty on the Cross and gave you prosperity (2 Corinthians 8:9). If you’ve desired to have children but couldn’t, because there’s something wrong with your womb, change has come! Now you can, because of the victory of Christ’s sacrifice. Glory to His Name forever! All things are possible in His mighty Name. Amen.

PRAYER
Blessed Father, I’m grateful for your life in me, which was made possible by the resurrection of Christ from the dead. I thank you that I’m the object of your love, and my prosperity and wellbeing are your delight. I live in the victory of Christ, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

“빌립보 사람들아 너희도 알거니와 복음의 시초에 내가 마게도냐를 떠날 때에 주고받는 내 일에 참여한 교회가 너희 외에 아무도 없었느니라”(빌 4:15)

때때로 “주님께 드리는 데 있어서 씨앗의 “크기”는 전혀 중요하지 않습니다”라고 말하면, 크게 기뻐하는 사람들이 있습니다. 그러나 성경은 “…적게 심는 자는 적게 거두고 많이 심는 자는 많이 거둔다”(고후 9:6)라고 말씀합니다.

다시 말해, 당신이 주는 것에 인색하면 적게 거두지만, 후하게 준다면 후하게 거둘 것이라는 말입니다. 이는 말씀 곧 영적인 법칙입니다. 이는 단순히 말해 심고 거두는 것 또는 오늘의 본문구절에서 바울이 말한 것처럼 “주고받는 일”에 관한 것입니다. 당신은 하나님께서 이미 제정하신 법칙을 작동시키도록 그분께 “기도”할 필요가 없습니다. 어떤 종류의 법칙이든 올바르게 적용되었다면, 그것은 당연한 결과를 낼 것입니다. 마찬가지로 당신이 그 법칙을 잘못 적용한다면, 그것들은 당신에게 불리하게 작용할 것입니다.

일단 당신이 말씀이나 영적 원리대로 행했다면, 하나님께 그 일이 일어나게 해 달라고 청원할 필요가 없습니다. 이는 예수님이 하나님의 왕국이 어떻게 작동하는지에 대해 말씀하신 비유들에 분명히 나타나 있습니다. 예를 들어 마가복음 4:26-28에서 예수님은 “하나님의 나라(왕국)는 사람이 씨를 땅에 뿌림과 같으니 그가 밤낮 자고 깨고 하는 중에 씨가 나서 자라되 어떻게 그리 되는 지를 알지 못하느니라 땅이 스스로 열매를 맺되 처음에는 싹이요 다음에는 이삭이요 그 다음에는 이삭에 충실한 곡식이라”고 말씀하셨습니다.

예수님이 땅에 씨를 뿌린 후 그것을 자라게 하기 위해 금식하고 기도하라고 말씀하지 않으셨다는 것에 주목하십시오. 오히려 씨를 뿌린 사람은 잠을 잤고 씨앗은 스스로 자라 열매를 맺었습니다. 씨 뿌리는 법칙을 적용하면, 그것은 작동합니다. 성경은 “땅이 있을 동안에는 심음과 거둠과 추위와 더위와 여름과 겨울과 낮과 밤이 쉬지 아니하리라”(창 8:22)고 말씀합니다. 씨 뿌리는 시기가 있는 동안에는 추수가 반드시 보장되며 또한 언제든지 추수할 수 있습니다. 추수는 자동적으로 일어납니다.

하나님이 반드시 추수가 일어나게 하는 분은 아니십니다. 그분이 하시는 일은 당신이 풍요해지게 그분의 은혜와 호의를 전달하시는 것뿐입니다. 고린도후서 9:8(AMP)은 이렇게 말씀합니다. “하나님께서는 모든 은혜(모든 호의와 이 땅의 축복)를 여러분에게 넘치게 하실 수 있으셔서 여러분이 항상 그리고 모든 환경 아래서 필요한 것은 무엇이든지 [어떤 도움이나 지원도 필요치 않게 충분히 소유하고 모든 좋은 일과 자선을 위한 기부활동에 풍성하게 구비될 정도로] 자족하게 하실 것입니다.” 항상 아낌없이 주십시오. 하나님의 약속은 받는 자가 아닌 주는 자를 위한 것이기 때문입니다(눅 6:38).

기도
하늘 아버지, 복음에 심을 수 있는 특권을 주셔서 감사합니다. 저는 주는 자이기에 제가 하는 모든 일에서 축복받아서 번영합니다. 저는 온 땅에서 그리스도의 복음을 전파하기 위해 항상 씨앗을 심을 것이며, 심을 때 추수할 것을 확신합니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

GIVING AND RECEIVING

Now ye Philippians know also, that in the beginning of the gospel, when I departed from Macedonia, no church communicated with me as concerning giving and receiving, but ye only (Philippians 4:15).

Sometimes, there’re those who get very excited when we say, “In giving to the Lord, it doesn’t really matter the ‘size’ of the seed.” But the Bible says, “…this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully” (2 Corinthians 9:6). In other words, if you’re miserly in your giving, you’ll reap a paltry or meagre harvest, but if you give generously, you’ll also reap generously. That’s the Word; it’s a spiritual law. It’s simply about sowing and reaping, or as Paul puts it in our opening verse, “giving and receiving.” You don’t need to “pray” to God to make a law work which He already instituted. Laws, any kind of law, when applied rightly, would produce the requisite results. Likewise, if you misapply them, they’ll work against you. There’re things you don’t need to petition God to make happen, once you’ve acted on the Word or on a spiritual principle. This is clear in some of the parables of Jesus on how the Kingdom of God functions. For example, when you read Mark 4:26-28, He didn’t say after sowing into the ground, the man fasted and prayed for the seeds to grow; no! Rather, he went to sleep; and of their own accord, the seeds grew and produced fruits. When you apply the law of sowing, it works. The Bible says, “While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease” (Genesis 8:22). As long as there’s seed time, it means harvest is assured and it can be anytime; the harvest happens automatically. God isn’t necessarily the one to make the harvest happen. All He does is to channel His grace and favour towards you for superabundance. 2 Corinthians 9:8 (AMPC) says, “And God is able to make all grace (every favor and earthly blessing) come to you in abundance, so that you may always and under all circumstances and whatever the need be self-sufficient [possessing enough to require no aid or support and furnished in abundance for every good work and charitable donation].” Always give bountifully, for the promise is to the giver not the receiver (Luke 6:38)

PRAYER
Heavenly Father, I thank you for the privilege of giving into the Gospel. I’m blessed in all I do, and prosper in all things, because I’m a giver. I’ll always give bountifully for the propagation of the Gospel of Christ in all the earth; likewise, my harvest is sure, in Jesus’ Name Amen

“여호와께서 아브람에게 이르시되 너는 너의 고향과 친척과 아버지의 집을 떠나 내가 네게 보여 줄 땅으로 가라 내가 너로 큰 민족을 이루고 네게 복을 주어 네 이름을 창대케 하리니 너는 복이 될지라”(창 12:1-2)

하나님은 아브라함을 그저 축복해 주시기만 한 것이 아니었습니다. 아브라함이 복이 되게 하셨습니다. 예를 들어 그의 조카 롯은 아브라함을 따라 갔기 때문에 하나님의 축복을 받았습니다. “아브람의 일행 롯도 양과 소와 장막이 있으므로 그 땅이 그들이 동거하기에 넉넉하지 못하였으니 이는 그들의 소유가 많아서 동거할 수 없었음이니라”(창 13:5-6) 생각해 보십시오! 롯은 아브라함과 연결되어 있었기 때문에 큰 부자가 되었습니다.

거듭났다면, 당신도 그렇습니다. 당신이 아브라함의 자손이기 때문입니다. “너희가 그리스도의 것이면 곧 아브라함의 자손이요 약속대로 유업을 이을 자니라”(갈 3:29) 하나님이 아브라함에게 주신 모든 축복은 그리스도 예수 안에서 이제 당신 것입니다. 당신은 신성한 축복의 꾸러미입니다! 이런 의식을 갖고 산다면 삶에서 오는 어떤 필요의식이나 부족의식도 제거될 것입니다.

하나님은 당신이 궁핍에 처하길 원치 않으십니다. 그분은 이미 모든 것이 당신 것이 되게 하셨습니다(고전 3:21). 로마서 8:17은 당신이 하나님의 상속자이며, 예수 그리스도와 함께한 공동 상속자라고 말씀합니다. 당신이 가질 수 없거나 할 수 없는 일은 없습니다. 당신은 어떤 궁핍도 의식해서는 안 됩니다! 그분은 넓은 곳인 신성한 부요함이 있는 곳으로 당신을 데려 오셨습니다. 그러므로 하나님이 당신에게 정하신 축복이 되십시오.

하나님이 당신의 세상을 축복하시는 접촉점이 바로 당신입니다. 하나님은 누군가를 축복해 주시려고 당신을 찾으십니다. 당신은 당신의 세상을 위한 그분의 동역자이자 축복의 통로입니다. 누구든지 당신과 연결되는 것만으로도 주님이 주시는 축복과 기적을 받을 수 있습니다.

예를 들어, 질병을 앓고 있는 사람은 그 병에 상관없이 당신을 만짐으로써 치유될 수 있습니다. 당신이 하나님의 집인 그분의 살아있는 성전이기 때문입니다(고전 3:16). 당신은 하나님의 충만한 축복의 화신입니다. 할렐루야!

기도
복되신 주님, 그리스도 예수 안에서 하늘에 있는 모든 영적인 복으로 저를 축복해 주셔서 감사합니다. 저는 축복받았으며, 제게 생명과 경건에 속한 모든 것이 있음을 의식합니다. 그러므로 저는 저의 세상에 주님의 축복을 나누어주는 영광스러운 삶을 삽니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

MORE THAN A BLESSED MAN

Now the LORD had said unto Abram… And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing (Genesis 12:1-2).

God didn’t only bless Abraham, He also made him a blessing. For example, Lot was blessed of God, because he followed Abraham: “And Lot also, which went with Abram, had flocks, and herds, and tents. And the land was not able to bear them, that they might dwell together: for their substance was great, so that they could not dwell together” (Genesis 13:5-6). Think about that! Lot became very wealthy because of his association with Abraham. If you’re born again, the same is true about you, because you’re the seed of Abraham: “…if ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise” (Galatians 3:29). All the blessings God endowed Abraham with are now your possessions in Christ Jesus. You’re a package of divine blessings! Living with this consciousness will eradicate every sense of need or lack from your life. God doesn’t want you in need; He already made all things yours (1 Corinthians 3:21). Romans 8:17 says you’re an heir of God, and a joint-heir with Christ. There’s nothing you don’t have, and can’t do. You should never be need-conscious. He’s brought you into a large place, a place of wealth divine. Therefore, be the blessing He destined you to be. You’re God’s contact-point of blessings to your world. When He seeks to bless someone, He locates you; you’re His partner and channel of blessing to your world. Anybody could receive a blessing or miracle from the Lord just by their association with you. For example, no matter the sickness someone may be suffering from, he or she could get healed just by touching you. That’s because you’re God’s house, His living tabernacle (1 Corinthians 3:16); you’re the embodiment of the fullness of the blessings of God. Hallelujah!

PRAYER
Precious Lord, I thank you for blessing me with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ Jesus. I’m conscious that I’m blessed and I have all things that pertain to life and godliness. Therefore, I live a glorious life, dispensing your blessings to my world, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

성령님으로 인해 차이가 납니다
THE SPIRIT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE

“왕이 그들에게 모든 일을 묻는 중에 그 지혜와 총명이 온 나라 박수와 술객보다 십 배나 나은 줄을 아니라”(단 1:20)

느부갓네살 왕이 다스리던 시절, 그는 훈련이 잘 된 특정한 젊은이들을 원해서 여러 나라 출신의 청년들을 데려왔습니다. 그들 중에는 다니엘과 사드락과 메삭과 아벳느고라는 네 명의 히브리 소년들도 있었습니다. 왕에게 검사 받기 위해 온 날, 그들은 다른 소년들보다 10배나 더 훌륭한 것으로 밝혀졌습니다. 왜냐하면 하나님께서 초자연적인 지능으로 그들을 축복하셔서, 그들에게 탁월한 영이 있었기 때문입니다.

이와 비슷한 예로 다윗을 들 수 있습니다. 사무엘 선지자가 그에게 기름을 부어 이스라엘의 왕이 되게 했을 때 하나님의 능력이 그에게 임했고, 그는 경이로운 삶을 살았습니다. 어린 다윗은 골리앗을 죽이고 목을 베었습니다. 그 당시 이스라엘의 왕이었던 사울은 전쟁의 영웅이었지만, 골리앗을 대면했을 때엔 두려움에 떨었습니다. 하나님의 영이 사울을 떠나 다윗에게 임한 것으로 인해 둘 사이에 차이가 났던 것입니다. 사울은 이제 평범한 사람이 된 반면 다윗에게는 성령님이 계셨습니다.

“여인들이 뛰놀며 노래하여 이르되 사울이 죽인 자는 천천이요 다윗은 만만이로다 한지라”(삼상 18:7) 여인들은 성령 안에서 무엇을 보고 있었었습니까? “다윗이 사울보다 10배나 뛰어나다는 것입니다!” 그들은 “열 둘”이나 “여섯”이라고 할 수도 있었지만 “사울은 천천이요 다윗은 만만이로다”라고 말했습니다. 성령님은 당신이 상상할 수 없는 특별한 일을 하게 하십니다.

당신이 거듭났기에 오늘날 성령님은 당신 위에만 머무시는 것이 아니라 당신 안에도 계십니다. 사도행전 1:8은 “오직 성령이 너희에게 임하시면 너희가 권능을 받고…”라고 말씀합니다. 성령님은 당신의 삶에 하나님의 영광을 가져오고, 당신을 인도하고 지도하십니다. 당신은 어둠과 장벽을 뚫고 “벽”을 통과할 수 있습니다. 그분은 인간적으로는 설명할 수 없는 일을 할 수 있게 초자연적인 능력으로 당신을 채우십니다.

당신의 삶에서 성령님의 인격과 능력과 사역을 활용하십시오! 그분이야말로 당신의 이점이십니다. 그분은 당신으로 하여금 보통 사람은 할 수 없는 일을 보고 생각하고 말하며 행동하게 하십니다.

성령의 능력으로 인해 내 사역과 일과 사업과 재정과 건강과 가족 및 나와 관계된 모든 것에는 초자연적인 역사가 넘쳐납니다. 나의 길은 완전한 날에 이르기까지 점점 더 빛나는 의인의 길입니다. 하나님께 영광 돌립니다!

THE SPIRIT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE

And in all matters of wisdom and understanding, that the king enquired of them, he found them ten times better than all the magicians and astrologers that were in all his realm (Daniel 1:20).

In the days of King Nebuchadnezzar, he wanted certain young men trained, and he got them from different nations. Among them were four Hebrew boys: Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. On the day they were brought to be examined by the king, they were found to be ten times better than their peers. Why? God had blessed them with supernatural intelligence; they had an excellent spirit! A similar example is David. The power of God came on him when Samuel the Prophet anointed him to become king of Israel, and he turned out to be a marvel in his day. He killed and decapitated Goliath as a stripling. Saul was the King of Israel at the time, and he was a great man of war, but when he faced Goliath, he was terrified. The difference was that the Spirit of God had departed from Saul, and the Spirit had come upon David. Saul had become an ordinary man, whilst David had the Spirit. 1 Samuel 18:7 says, “And the women answered one another as they played, and said, Saul hath slain his thousands, and David his ten thousands.” What were they seeing in the spirit? “Ten times more!” They could have said “twelve” or “six”; but they said, “…Saul hath slain his thousands, and David his ten thousands.” There’s something about the Spirit that causes you to do the extraordinary and unimaginable!Now that you’re born again, that Spirit is in you, not just on you. Acts 1:8 says, “But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you….” The Holy Spirit has brought the glory of God into your life, giving you guidance and direction. You can walk through “walls,” blaze through barriers, and through the darkness. He’s filled you with supernatural ability to do things that can’t be humanly explained.Take advantage of the person, power, and ministry of the Holy Spirit in your life! He’s your advantage; He causes you to see, think, say and do things ordinary men can’t do.

CONFESSION
By the power of the Holy Ghost, there’s a profuse demonstration of the supernatural in my ministry, job, business, finances, health, family, and everything that concerns me. My path is that of the just which shines brighter and brighter unto the perfect day.Glor to God!

“우리가 이처럼 큰 구원을 소홀히 여기고서야 어떻게 피할 수 있으리요? 이 구원은 맨 먼저 주께서 말씀하기 시작하신 것이요 그분께 들은 자들에 의해서 우리도 확증되었으니 하나님께서도 자신의 뜻에 따라 표적들과 이적들, 다양한 기적들과 성령의 은사들로써 그들에게 증거하셨느니라”(히 2:3-4, 한글킹제임스)

한글킹제임스로 읽은 오늘의 본문구절에서 밑줄 친 부분은 성령의 은사들을 언급하는 것처럼 보이지만, 실제로는 그런 의미가 아닙니다. 오늘의 본문구절에서 “은사”로 번역된 헬라어 단어는 고린도전서 12장에 나오는 “카리스마(charisma)”가 아니라 “메리스모스(merismos)”인데 그 의미는 “나누어준 것들(distributions)”입니다. 두에랭스 성경(the Douray-Rheims Bible)은 실제로 더 명확하게 번역했습니다. “하나님께서도 자신의 뜻에 따라 표적과 이적들과 다양한 기적들과 성령이 나누어주신 것들을 통해 그들에게 증언하셨느니라(God also bearing them witness by signs, and wonders, and divers miracles, and distributions of the Holy Ghost, according to his own will).” 성경이 말하는 “성령이 나누어주신 것”이란 무슨 뜻입니까?

우선, 이 부분을 적절한 관점에서 살펴봅시다. 표적과 이적과 특별한 기적들을 일으키는 사람들이 누구였습니까? 바로 부활하신 그리스도를 증언한 초기의 증인들인 사도들이었습니다! 하나님은 그들을 통해 표적과 이적과 기적 및 “성령이 나누어주신 것”을 행하셨습니다! 사도행전 5:12는 “사도들의 손을 통하여 민간에 표적과 기사가 많이 일어나매…”라고 말씀합니다.

오늘날 우리는 누구입니까? 고린도전서 4:1은 우리가 사역자 혹은 새 언약의 종 된 그리스도의 비밀을 맡은 “일꾼”이라고 말씀합니다. 우리는 새 언약을 “섬기고” 있습니다. 어떤 식당에 들어갔는데 종업원이 섬기고 있는 장면을 상상해 보십시오. 우리는 식당에서 손님들을 섬기는 종업원과 같습니다. 다만 다른 점은 우리는 생명을 섬긴다는 것입니다! 우리는 성령과 의와 신약의 축복들을 섬깁니다. 할렐루야!

하나님의 사람들을 위해 기도할 때, 저는 “예수 이름으로 여러분을 축복합니다. 말씀과 하나님의 임재와 성령으로 여러분을 축복합니다.”라고 말합니다. 저는 그리스도의 축복을 나누어주고 있는 것입니다! 이 땅에서 이런 일을 하라고 하나님께서는 그분의 사역자이자 대사로 우리를 부르신 것입니다. 우리는 신성한 축복을 나누어주는 자들입니다. 하나님이 우리에게 기름 부으셨으므로, 우리는 성령님을 힘입어서 이 은혜를 나누어주고 모든 곳에서 삶을 변화시켜야 합니다.

기도
사랑하는 하늘 아버지, 새 언약의 사역자가 되어서 영원한 진리를 전달하는 사람이 되는 특권을 주셔서 감사합니다. 저는 성령을 통해 다른 사람들에게 아버지의 축복을 확장하며 땅 끝까지 아버지의 은혜를 전파할 것입니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

DISPENSERS OF DIVINE BLESSINGS

How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him; God also bearing them witness, both with signs and wonders, and with divers miracles, and gifts of the Holy Ghost, according to his own will? (Hebrews 2:3-4).

Our opening scripture in the King James Version seems to portray the underlined portion as referring to the gifts of the Spirit, but that’s not what it means. The word translated “gifts” above isn’t the Greek word “charisma,” like you have in 1 Corinthians 12; rather, it’s from the Greek word “merismos,” which means “distributions.” The DouayꠓRheims translation actually puts it in a better light. It reads, “God also bearing them witness by signs, and wonders, and divers miracles, and distributions of the Holy Ghost, according to his own will.” What does the Scripture mean by “the distributions of the Holy Ghost?” First, let’s put this in proper perspective: Who were those that performed the signs and wonders, and special miracles? It was the Apostles?the early witnesses that bore testimony to the resurrected Christ! God performed signs, wonders, miracles, and “distributions of the Holy Ghost” through them! Acts 5:12 says, “And by the hands of the apostles were many signs and wonders wrought among the people….”Who are we today? The Bible says we’re ministers or “servants” of the New Testament; stewards of the mysteries of Christ (1 Corinthians 4:1). We “serve” the New Testament. Imagine coming into a restaurant and being served by a waiter. We’re like that waiter who serves in a restaurant; but the difference is, we serve life! We serve the Spirit, righteousness and the blessings of the New Testament. Hallelujah! When I pray for God’s people, and say to them, “I bless you in the Name of Jesus; I bless you with the Word; with His presence; and with the Holy Ghost,” I’m distributing the blessings of Christ! This is what He’s called us to do as His ministers and ambassadors in the earth; we’re dispensers of divine blessings. He’s anointed us, and we’re to distribute this grace by the Spirit and change lives everywhere.

PRAYER
Dear heavenly Father, I thank you for the privilege of being a minister of the New Testament, hence a conveyor of eternal verities. I’ll extend your blessings to others through the Spirit, and spread your grace to the ends of the earth, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
