We walk in blessings only
“야곱을 해할 점술이 없고 이스라엘을 해할 복술이 없도다 이 때에 야곱과 이스라엘에 대하여 논할진대 하나님께서 행하신 일이 어찌 그리 크냐 하리로다”(민 23:23)
자신이 겪고 있는 어려움이 그들을 향한 어떤 저주의 결과라고 결론 짓는 그리스도인들이 있습니다. 그래서 그들은 소위 말하는 가계의 저주나 다른 저주로부터의 구출을 모색하며 돌아다닙니다. 그런 그리스도인들은 의식적으로 혹은 의도치 않게 속은 것입니다. 그리스도인은 사단과 어둠에 속한 모든 것보다 위에 있기 때문에 절대 저주 아래 있을 수 없습니다.
성경은 말합니다. “그런즉 누구든지 그리스도 안에 있으면 새로운 피조물이라…”(고후 5:17) 당신은 새롭게 태어났으며 저주가 아닌 축복을 상속 받도록 부름 받았습니다. “…너희가 부르심을 받았으니 이는 복을 이어받게 하려 하심이라”(벧전 3:9) 창세기 12:3에서 하나님께서 아브라함에게 하신 약속에 대해 읽어보십시오. “너를 축복하는 자에게는 내가 복을 내리고 너를 저주하는 자에게는 내가 저주하리니 땅의 모든 족속이 너로 말미암아 복을 얻을 것이라 하신지라.” 당신이 아브라함의 씨이기 때문에 축복은 당신 안에 역사하고 있습니다. 아무도 당신에게 마법이나 주문을 걸 수 없습니다.
누군가 당신에게 주술을 걸려고 한다는 말을 듣게 되면, 당신은 그 일이 일어나지 않도록 하기 위해 기도할 필요조차 없습니다. 당신은 마술에 걸리거나 저주받을 수 없습니다. 야곱을 해할 점술도 없었고 이스라엘을 해할 복술도 없었습니다. 이것은 아브라함의 자손인 당신의 유업입니다.
누군가가 당신이나 당신의 가족 혹은 당신의 일에 대한 계략을 꾸민다는 말을 했습니까? 당황하지 마십시오. 안절부절하지 마십시오. 당신에 대한 그들의 계략은 성공할 수 없습니다. 그들은 구약의 발람을 보고 배움을 얻어야 합니다. 그는 이스라엘을 저주하려던 무수한 시도 끝에 이렇게 말했습니다. “어떤 마법 주문도 야곱을 묶을 수 없고, 어떤 주술도 이스라엘을 방해할 수 없다.”(민 23:23, MSG)
그들이 하나님의 사람들이었기 때문에 발람은 그들을 저주할 수 없었습니다. 그리고 오늘날 우리는 더 좋은 약속 가운데 살아갑니다. 당신은 축복 가운데만 살아가며, 오직 주님의 축복의 말씀만이 당신의 삶에 나타날 수 있습니다. 마귀조차도 당신이 누구인지 알고 있습니다. 당신에게는 하나님께서 인치신 표식이 있습니다. 당신은 축복으로 인친 바 되었습니다. 하나님께 영광 드립니다!
고백
나는 하나님께 인친 바 되었기 때문에 나를 대적할 주술은 없습니다. 나는 그리스도 안에서 하늘의 모든 영적인 축복으로 복 받았습니다. 나는 이 진리를 인식하고, 이 세상의 모든 어둠의 권세와 지배자에 대한 나의 권세를 인식하며 살아갑니다! 나는 축복 안에서만 삽니다! 그리스도 안에서 나는 적의 모든 교묘한 술책에 맞서 안전하고 강합니다. 하나님께 영광 드립니다!

WE WALK IN BLESSINGS ONLY
Surely there is no enchantment against Jacob, neither is there any divination against Israel: according to this time it shall be said of Jacob and of Israel, What hath God wrought (Numbers 23:23).
There’re Christians who have come to the conclusion that their predicament is the result of a curse working against them. They’re thus going around seeking deliverance from so-called ancestral or other curses. Such Christians, consciously or inadvertently, have been deceived. The Christian is superior to Satan and everything of darkness, and therefore can’t be under a curse.
The Bible says, “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature…” (2 Corinthians 5:17). You’ve been born anew, called to inherit a blessing, not a curse: “…ye are thereunto called, that ye should inherit a blessing” (1 Peter 3:9). Read God’s promise to Abraham in Genesis 12:3: “And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.” Blessings are at work in you, because you’re the seed of Abraham. No one can bewitch you or cast a spell on you.
If you were told that someone was trying to charm you, you don’t even have to pray for it not to work. You can neither be charmed nor cursed. There’s no enchantment against Jacob, neither is there any divination against Israel. This is your heritage as the seed of Abraham.
Did you say there’s someone somewhere scheming against you, your family, or your job? Don’t panic. Don’t fret. Their schemes against you can’t work. They should take a cue or learning from Balaam of the Old Testament. After several futile attempts to enchant and curse Israel, he submitted, “No magic spells can bind Jacob, no incantations can hold back Israel…” (Numbers 23:23 MSG).
Balaam couldn’t lay a curse on them, because they were God’s people; and today, we’re living out better promises. You walk in blessings only, and only the blessed Word of the Lord can come to pass in your life. Even the demons know who you are. There’s a mark on you; you’re branded for God; sealed for blessings. Glory to God!
CONFESSION
I’m branded for God, and there’s no enchantment against me! I’m blessed with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ. I’m conscious of this truth and the authority I have over all principality, power, and the rulers of the darkness of this world! I walk in blessings only! In Christ, I’m secure and fortified against all machinations of the enemy. Glory to God!
