당신 안에 충분한 능력이 있습니다
There’s Enough Power In You
“오직 성령이 너희에게 임하시면 너희가 권능을 받고 예루살렘과 온 유대와 사마리아와 땅 끝까지 이르러 내 증인이 되리라 하시니라”(행 1:8)
몇 년 전 한 청년이 저에게 찾아와서 어느 날 갑자기 자신이 반신불수가 되어 얼굴을 포함하여 마비된 쪽의 감각이 느껴지지 않는다고 했습니다. 하룻밤 사이에 그런 일이 일어났습니다. 그 청년이 저에게 그 일에 대해 말할 때, 저는 그가 즉시 행동해야 한다는 것을 알았습니다.
그래서 저는 그 청년에게 강단 한쪽으로 가서 무릎을 꿇고 그가 할 수 있는 한 최대한 빠르게, 강하게, 크게 방언으로 한 시간 동안 기도하라고 말했습니다. 저는 그에게 이 일을 며칠 동안 지속하라고 말한 뒤 그를 관찰했습니다. 저는 이것이 심각한 일이라는 것을 알았습니다. 그렇지만 그에게 안수해 줄 사람이 꼭 필요한 일은 아니었습니다.
그렇게 며칠간 성령 안에서 기도하자 모든 증상이 사라지고 그는 완전히 치유되었습니다. 할렐루야! 거듭나게 되면 당신의 몸 안에 있는 모든 것은 이미 성령의 능력을 받은 상태입니다. 당신 안에 생명이 있습니다. 당신은 실패하거나 아플 수 없습니다. 당신은 열매가 없는 사람일 수 없습니다.
당신이 삶에서 어떤 일을 겪고 있는지는 중요하지 않습니다. 필요한 변화와 기적을 위해 당신 안에 있는 능력을 사용하십시오. 그 능력은 당신이 방언으로 기도할 때 활성화되고 역동적으로 역사합니다. 우리는 오늘의 본문 구절에서 “성령이 너희에게 임하시면 너희가 권능을 받고…”라는 부분을 읽었습니다. 여기서 말하는 권능은 그리스어로 “두나미스”로서, 변화를 일으키는 역동적인 능력입니다.
당신이 스스로 바꿀 수 없는 상황은 없습니다! 당신이 구하고, 생각하고, 상상할 수 있는 모든 것보다 훨씬 더 풍성하게 역사하는 고유한 능력은 하늘에 있지 않고 당신 안에 있습니다. 당신은 불치병을 가지고 태어났다는 말을 들었을 수도 있습니다. 그렇지만 당신은 그 사실을 바꿀 수 있으므로 상관없습니다! 말씀이 일하게 하십시오! 기적이 일어나도록 당신 안에 있는 능력을 활성화시키십시오. 할렐루야!
고백
나는 보통 사람이 아닙니다. 내 안에는 하나님의 생명과 본성이 있습니다. 나는 이 땅에 있는 하나님의 본부입니다. 나는 내 안에 거하시는 하나님의 영의 능력과 영광으로 선한 것들을 내며 내 세상을 다스립니다. 나는 하나님으로 가득하므로 그분의 지혜와 영광과 능력으로 충만합니다. 할렐루야!

THERE’S ENOUGH POWER IN YOU
But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth (Acts 1:8).
Some years ago, a young man came to me and said he suddenly woke up one day to discover half of his body had become numb. He had lost feeling on that side of his body, including his face.
This happened overnight. When he talked to me about it, I knew he had to swing into action immediately.
So, I asked him to go over to a certain side of the platform, kneel there, and for an hour nonstop;
he should pray in tongues as fast, hard, and as loud as he could. I told him to do this repeatedly for a few days and monitored him while he was at it. I knew it was serious business, but he didn’t need anybody to lay hands on him.
After some days of praying in the Holy Ghost like that, all the symptoms disappeared and he was completely healed. Hallelujah! After you’re born again, everything in your body is already touched by the power of the Holy Spirit. There’s life in you. You can’t be a failure or be diseased. You can’t be said to be barren.
It doesn’t matter what you go through in life, take advantage of the power in you for the change and miracle you require. That power is activated as you pray in tongues, and it’s dynamic in its working. We read in our theme verse, “But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you….” That power is “dunamis” (Greek)?the dynamic ability to cause changes.
There’s no situation you can’t change by yourself!
The inherent power to do exceedingly abundantly above all that you could ask, think or imagine isn’t in heaven; it’s in you. You may have been told that you were born with an incurable disease; it doesn’t make any difference now, because you can change it! Put the Word to work; activate the power in you for a miracle. Hallelujah!
CONFESSION
I’m not an ordinary person; I have the life and nature of God in me. I’m God’s headquarters in the earth.
I bring forth good things and subdue my world with the power and glory of the Spirit of God who lives within me. I’m replete with God, full of His wisdom, glory and power. Hallelujah!
